本发明公开了一种健胃型卤料,包括如下重量份的原材料:5‑8份食用盐、3‑5份枸杞、3‑6份花椒、2‑8份砂糖、1‑3份肉蔻、2‑4份砂仁、3‑7份姜片、5‑9份八角、4‑8份栀子、1‑3份白叩、1‑3份排草、2‑4份荜拨、2‑4份生地、1‑3份白茅根、3‑6份鸡血藤、1‑3份生蒲英、2‑3份纯鳖粉和4‑6份白芍药。本发明通过采用白叩作为原材料,具有化湿消痞,行气温中,开胃消食,用于湿浊中阻,不思饮食,湿温初起,胸闷不饥,寒湿呕逆,胸腹胀痛,食积不消的功效;白茅根具有清热利尿,养胃健脾的功效,避免吃卤制产品上火的问题,鸡血藤具有通经活血、抑制心脏病、降低血压血脂的功效,能够有效改善常见的三高问题,将原材料按照特定的比例进行混合,实现功效的均衡,具有保健滋补的功效。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种健胃型卤料。
背景技术
卤料也称卤药、卤香等,即香辛料调味品。卤制食品是我国的传统食品, 其卤料和卤制方法多种多样,所带来的口感、风味等也各不相同,这样造就 了我国美食的丰富多彩口感不一,丰富了我国的食品文化。
常见的卤料选用五香、八角进行基本调味,口味较为单一,并且,对人 体无任何保健的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种味道鲜美、兼具中药成分,具有保健功效的 健胃型卤料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种健胃型卤料,包括如 下重量份的原材料:5-8份食用盐、3-5份枸杞、3-6份花椒、2-8份砂糖、1-3 份肉蔻、2-4份砂仁、3-7份姜片、5-9份八角、4-8份栀子、1-3份白叩、1-3 份排草、2-4份荜拨、2-4份生地、1-3份白茅根、3-6份鸡血藤、1-3份生蒲英、 2-3份纯鳖粉和4-6份白芍药。
