本发明公开了一种液压与气压传动教具,包括气泵、第一气管、第二气管、切换阀门、外管体、内管体、内管体活塞、缸体液压油、缸体活塞、缸体和固定座,与现有技术相比,本发明通过气压带动液压,充分展示了气压与液压的结合动力,利于教学,此外,一般的液压机构速度都比较慢,本发明的液压机构是瞬间爆发,能够带来巨大冲击力,可以作为锤击装置的动力源,具有推广应用的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械液压气压教学设备,尤其涉及一种液压与气压传动教具。
背景技术
液压是机械行业、机电行业的一个名词。液压可以用动力传动方式,成为液压传动。液压也可用作控制方式称为液压控制。气压传动在工业机械手中用的较多。它的压力一般在4~6kg/cm2,个别可达到8~10kg/cm2。臂力一般在30kg以下。高速机械手采用气压传动的较多。执行元件主要有气缸、马达、气阀等,执行机构和液压传动机械手基本相近。现有技术中,单采用液压或气压的机械较多,而液压与气压结合的机械较少,难以满足机械传动的教学,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种液压与气压传动教具。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括气泵、第一气管、第二气管、切换阀门、外管体、内管体、内管体活塞、缸体液压油、缸体活塞、缸体和固定座,所述气泵的出口与所述第一气管的一端连接,所述第一气管与所述第二气管的中段之间通过所述切换阀门连接,所述第一气管的另一端与所述外管体相通连接,所述内管体位于所述外管体内,所述外管体固定于所述固定座上,所述内管体中设置所述内管体活塞,所述内管体的上端与所述第二气管的第二端相通连接,所述外管体位于所述缸体内,所述内管体的端部与所述缸体活塞固定连接,所述内管体穿过所述缸体活塞,所述缸体活塞位于所述缸体内,所述缸体的下段填充所述缸体液压油,所述缸体液压油与所述内管体相通,所述缸体的上段与所述外管体相通。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种液压与气压传动教具,与现有技术相比,本发明通过气压带动液压,充分展示了气压与液压的结合动力,利于教学,此外,一般的液压机构速度都比较慢,本发明的液压机构是瞬间爆发,能够带来巨大冲击力,可以作为锤击装置的动力源,具有推广应用的价值。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1和图2所示:本发明包括气泵1、第一气管2、第二气管3、切换阀门4、外管体5、内管体6、内管体活塞7、缸体液压油8、缸体活塞9、缸体10和固定座11,所述气泵的出口与所述第一气管的一端连接,所述第一气管与所述第二气管的中段之间通过所述切换阀门连接,所述第一气管的另一端与所述外管体相通连接,所述内管体位于所述外管体内,所述外管体固定于所述固定座上,所述内管体中设置所述内管体活塞,所述内管体的上端与所述第二气管的第二端相通连接,所述外管体位于所述缸体内,所述内管体的端部与所述缸体活塞固定连接,所述内管体穿过所述缸体活塞,所述缸体活塞位于所述缸体内,所述缸体的下段填充所述缸体液压油,所述缸体液压油与所述内管体相通,所述缸体的上段与所述外管体相通。
本发明工作原理如下:
本发明工作时,通过气泵供气,切换阀门关闭时,气泵向外管体供气,缸体上升,同时缸体液压油被压缩至内管体内,当切换阀门打开时,外管体内的气压被释放回缩至第二气管内,同时缸体液压油的压力释放,使得缸体快速向下运动。

1.一种液压与气压传动教具,其特征在于:包括气泵、第一气管、第二气管、切换阀门、外管体、内管体、内管体活塞、缸体液压油、缸体活塞、缸体和固定座,所述气泵的出口与所述第一气管的一端连接,所述第一气管与所述第二气管的中段之间通过所述切换阀门连接,所述第一气管的另一端与所述外管体相通连接,所述内管体位于所述外管体内,所述外管体固定于所述固定座上,所述内管体中设置所述内管体活塞,所述内管体的上端与所述第二气管的第二端相通连接,所述外管体位于所述缸体内,所述内管体的端部与所述缸体活塞固定连接,所述内管体穿过所述缸体活塞,所述缸体活塞位于所述缸体内,所述缸体的下段填充所述缸体液压油,所述缸体液压油与所述内管体相通,所述缸体的上段与所述外管体相通。
