本发明提供一种柔性显示屏的支撑结构,用以支撑一柔性显示屏,所述支撑结构包括:两弯折块体;以及一支撑片体,设置于所述两弯折块体上,所述支撑片体包括一软质材料层与一硬质材料层,所述软质材料层完全包覆所述硬质材料层,所述柔性显示屏设置于所述支撑片体上,达到柔性显示屏起到支撑作用同时具有可弯折性能的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种柔性显示屏的支撑结构。
背景技术
由于有机发光二极管(OLED)显示屏具有轻薄、可弯曲、可折叠等优点,可被用于柔性显示产品,例如;可折叠手机、智能手表以及车载显示器等。
通常柔性OLED显示屏的厚度薄,整体强度硬度较低,然而当其搭载在可折叠手机上时,由于用户的使用过程中需要在OLED显示屏上进行触摸、按压等操作,需要通过在柔性OLED显示屏下方设置材质较硬的金属板等支撑物对柔性的OLED显示屏起到支撑作用,防止出现用户按压时产生OLED显示屏下陷、用力过大导致OLED显示屏的屏幕破坏以及反复弯折后OLED显示屏的屏幕不平整等问题。但由于可折叠手机经常进行弯折,OLED显示屏的弯折区下面的金属板等支撑物除了需要对柔性OLED显示屏有一定的支撑作用之外,还需要具有一定的可弯折特性。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种柔性显示屏的支撑结构,通过共同设置软质材料与硬质材料,并使软质材料包覆硬质材料,对柔性显示屏具有一定的支撑作用并且可以满足反复弯折的需求,以克服上述缺陷。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种柔性显示屏的支撑结构,用以支撑一柔性显示屏,所述支撑结构包括:两弯折块体;以及一支撑片体,设置于所述两弯折块体上,所述支撑片体包括一软质材料层与一硬质材料层,所述软质材料层完全包覆所述硬质材料层,所述柔性显示屏设置于所述支撑片体上。
根据本发明的一实施例,所述支撑片体更包括一弯折区与两非弯折区,所述两非弯折区设置于所述弯折区的两侧,所述两弯折块体分别设置于两非弯折区的下方。
根据本发明的一实施例,所述支撑片体更包括一支撑面与一连接面,柔性显示屏设置于所述支撑面上,所述连接面与所述弯折块体连接。
根据本发明的一实施例,所述软质材料层选自橡胶材料或硅胶材料。
根据本发明的一实施例,所述硬质材料层为一连续波浪状构造,包括多个凸起部与多个凹陷部,各凸起部与各凹陷部交错设置。
根据本发明的一实施例,所述支撑片体的一厚度小于2毫米。
根据本发明的一实施例,所述硬质材料层的截面形态,是选自于由对称性波浪状、不对称波浪状、规则波浪状、不规则波浪状、对称性锯齿状、不对称锯齿表、规则锯齿状、不规则锯齿状、对称性方形齿波状、不对称方形齿波状、规则方形齿波状、不规则方形齿波状以及以上组合所组成的一群组中。

为了达到上述目的,本发明另提供一种柔性显示屏的支撑结构,用以支撑一柔性显示屏,所述支撑结构包括:两弯折块体;以及一支撑片体,设置于所述两弯折块体上,所述支撑片体包括一软质材料层与一硬质材料层,所述软质材料层完全包覆所述硬质材料层,所述柔性显示屏设置于所述支撑片体上;其中,所述支撑片体更包括一弯折区与两非弯折区,所述硬质材料层为一连续波浪状构造,包括多个凸起部与多个凹陷部,各凸起部与各凹陷部交错设置,所述弯折区中相邻两凸起部之间的一间距大于所述非弯折区中相邻两凸起部之间的一间距。
本发明提供的柔性显示屏的支撑结构,为一种硬质材料(主要起支撑作用)与硬质材料(主要起增加表面平整度作用)结合而成的支撑结构,并使软质材料包覆硬质材料,让支撑结构对柔性显示屏具有一定的支撑作用,防止用户在操作按压柔性显示屏的过程产生柔性显示屏下陷、受较大外力时破裂以及反复弯折柔性显示屏后导致柔性显示屏不平整等问题;同时使支撑结构具有可与支撑结构配合的弯折性能,确保可折迭的触控显示设备在弯折时不需要过大的外力,并且在反复弯折之后支撑结构不易塑性变形甚至破裂。

所述支撑片体20的一厚度小于2毫米。所述支撑片体20更包括一支撑面201与一连接面202(见于图2),柔性显示屏10设置于所述支撑面201上,所述连接面202与所述弯折块体10连接。所述支撑片体20更包括一弯折区23与两非弯折区24(见于图3),所述两非弯折区24设置于所述弯折区23的两侧,所述两弯折块体10分别设置于两非弯折区24的下方。需要说明的是,所述硬质材料层22的长度方向和所述软质材料层21的长度方向和柔性显示屏100的长度方向是一致的。所述硬质材料层22在柔性显示屏100的长度方向上能翘曲也能展开,以配合所述柔性显示屏100的可弯曲性。
所述软质材料层21选自橡胶材料或硅胶材料或有弹性的材料,例如橡胶、硅胶等。而所述硬质材料层22为由具有形状记忆功能的材料制成的长条形片状结构,且所述硬质材料层22沿着所述柔性显示屏100的长度方向延伸设置。本发明对制作硬质材料层22的材料不作限定,只要是可以为柔性显示屏100提供硬性支撑的硬质材料即可,例如金属、塑料、聚合物等。举例来说,硬质材料层22的材料可采用Ag-Cd、Cu-Zn、Cu-Zn-Sn、Cu-Zn-Si、Cu-Sn、Cu-Zn-Ga、In-Ti、Au-Cu-Zn、Ni-Al、Fe-Pt、Ti-Ni、Ti-Ni-Pd、Ti-Nb、U-Nb或Fe-Mn-Si等形状记忆合金材料,优选的由锰钢等用于制造弹簧的弹簧材料制成,便于降低成本。
参阅图2所示,为本发明的柔性显示屏的支撑结构的展开状态示意图。所述硬质材料层22为一连续波浪状构造,包括多个凸起部221与多个凹陷部222(见于图4),各凸起部221与各凹陷部222交错设置。支撑片体20中的硬质材料层22和软质材料层21处于平展状态,两弯折块体10设置在同一平面上,柔性显示屏100也呈平展状态。软质材料层21的作用是增加支撑结构整体表面的平整度,其支撑面201与柔性显示屏100贴附,在弯折展平后促进柔性显示屏100恢复平整。而硬质材料层22在展平状态下,可提高支撑结构的支撑刚性,防止柔性显示屏100过于柔软并且在外力作用下产生下陷或由于变形过大而被破坏。
参阅图3所示,为本发明的柔性显示屏的支撑结构的弯折状态示意图。利用外力(手力)将两端的弯折块体10进行弯折处理,使得支撑结构与柔性显示屏100发生弯折,从而进入弯折状态。当支撑结构的支撑面201卷曲而使柔性显示屏100卷曲时,所述软质材料层21受到挤压而被压缩。硬质材料层22的作用是对柔性显示屏100提供刚性支撑,将硬质材料层22构造成波浪形薄片状结构可提高其可弯折性,当一可折迭装置(未图标)弯折时,波浪形薄片状结构可使得弯折区23的硬质材料层22相比整体厚度相同的现有支撑结构的变形量减小,有利支撑结构在反复弯折过程中的恢复能力以及疲劳寿命。同时波浪形的硬质材料层22减少了弯折区23内材料的相互挤压,从而使支撑结构发生弯折所需的外力降低,提高了用户弯折可折迭装置的舒适感与省力感。同时由于弯折时柔性显示屏与支撑结构厚度会导致其各自的弯折半径不同,从而弯折后贴合的柔性显示屏100与支撑结构之间会略微错动,支撑结构的支撑面201的软质材料层21可通过弹性变形对此微小位移差进行补偿。
最后,利用外力(手力)或解除外力的作用将两端的弯折块体10进行复位平展处理,这时柔性显示屏100及支撑结构复位为展开状态。这样便完成了本实施例的展开状态和弯折状态转换过程。
根据本发明的一实施例,更包括多个防滑颗粒223(见于图4)间隔设置于所述硬质材料层22的一表面。通过表面处理(如plasma等方法)提高硬质材料层22表面的粗糙度,例如形成颗粒表面或粗糙表面,增加硬质材料层22与软质材料层21之间的连接强度。
在不同实施例中,所述硬质材料层22、软质材料层21和弯折块体10为一体注塑成型。在不同实施例中,所述硬质材料层22形成于所述软质材料层10中,即所述软质材料层21为层迭设置的双层结构,即包括第一软质材料层(未图示)与一第二软质材料层(未图示),所述硬质材料层22设置于第一软质材料层与第二软质材料层之间。
根据本发明的一实施例,所述硬质材料层22的截面形态,是选自于由对称性波浪状、不对称波浪状、规则波浪状、不规则波浪状、对称性锯齿状、不对称锯齿表、规则锯齿状、不规则锯齿状、对称性方形齿波状、不对称方形齿波状、规则方形齿波状、不规则方形齿波状以及以上组合所组成的一群组中。参阅图4-图8,为本发明第二实施例到第六实施例的柔性显示屏的支撑结构的支撑片体剖面示意图。
图4中的柔性显示屏的支撑结构的支撑片体中,所述硬质材料层22的截面呈现均匀方形状,并被包覆于所述软质材料层21中。
图5中的柔性显示屏的支撑结构的支撑片体中,所述硬质材料层22的截面呈现均匀锯齿形状,并被包覆于所述软质材料层21中。
图6中的柔性显示屏的支撑结构的支撑片体中,所述硬质材料层22的截面呈现均匀圆形波浪状,并被包覆于所述软质材料层21中。
图7中的柔性显示屏的支撑结构的支撑片体中,所述硬质材料层22的截面呈现均匀椭圆形波浪状,并被包覆于所述软质材料层21中。
图8中的柔性显示屏的支撑结构的支撑片体中,所述硬质材料层22的截面呈现非均匀波浪状,并被包覆于所述软质材料层21中。其中,各凸起部221与各凹陷部222交错设置,所述弯折区23中相邻两凸起部221之间的一间距大于所述非弯折区24中相邻两凸起部221之间的一间距,意即所述弯折区23中相邻两凹陷部222之间的一间距也会大于所述非弯折区24中相邻两凹陷部222之间的一间距。更进一步地说,硬质材料层22不同区域中波浪状的波型疏密程度不同,例如在弯折区23中硬质材料层22波型起伏较疏,使支撑结构中弯折区23的弯折更加容易,提高其弯折性;在非弯折区24中硬质材料层22波型起伏较密,使其对柔性显示屏100支撑能力更强。由上述可知,硬质材料层22在不同区域(例如分别在弯折区23与非弯折区24)波浪状的波型的疏密程度是可以随使用需求调整的,可以是较密集的波型起伏,也可以是较疏松的波型起伏,也可以是硬质材料层22的局部呈密集波型起伏、硬质材料层22的局部呈疏松的波型起伏。并且所述硬质材料层22的截面的形状在不同区域(例如分别在弯折区23与非弯折区24)可以是相同的,亦可以不相同。
本发明提供的柔性显示屏的支撑结构,为一种硬质材料(主要起支撑作用)与硬质材料(主要起增加表面平整度作用)结合而成的支撑结构,并使软质材料包覆硬质材料,让支撑结构对柔性显示屏具有一定的支撑作用,防止用户在操作按压柔性显示屏的过程产生柔性显示屏下陷、受较大外力时破裂以及反复弯折柔性显示屏后导致柔性显示屏不平整等问题;同时使支撑结构具有可与支撑结构配合的弯折性能,确保可折迭的触控显示设备在弯折时不需要过大的外力,并且在反复弯折之后支撑结构不易塑性变形甚至破裂。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种柔性显示屏的支撑结构,用以支撑一柔性显示屏,其特征在于,所述支撑结构包括:
两弯折块体;以及
一支撑片体,设置于所述两弯折块体上,所述支撑片体包括一软质材料层与一硬质材料层,所述软质材料层完全包覆所述硬质材料层,所述柔性显示屏设置于所述支撑片体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示屏的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述支撑片体更包括一弯折区与两非弯折区,所述两非弯折区设置于所述弯折区的两侧,所述两弯折块体分别设置于两非弯折区的下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示屏的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述支撑片体更包括一支撑面与一连接面,柔性显示屏设置于所述支撑面上,所述连接面与所述弯折块体连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示屏的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述软质材料层选自橡胶材料或硅胶材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示屏的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述硬质材料层为一连续波浪状构造,包括多个凸起部与多个凹陷部,各凸起部与各凹陷部交错设置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示屏的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述支撑片体的一厚度小于2毫米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示屏的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述硬质材料层的截面形态,是选自于由对称性波浪状、不对称波浪状、规则波浪状、不规则波浪状、对称性锯齿状、不对称锯齿表、规则锯齿状、不规则锯齿状、对称性方形齿波状、不对称方形齿波状、规则方形齿波状、不规则方形齿波状以及以上组合所组成的一群组中。
8.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示屏的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述软质材料层包括层迭设置的一第一软质材料层与一第二软质材料层,所述硬质材料层设置于第一软质材料层与第二软质材料层之间。
9.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示屏的支撑结构,其特征在于,更包括多个防滑颗粒间隔设置于所述硬质材料层的一表面。
10.一种柔性显示屏的支撑结构,用以支撑一柔性显示屏,其特征在于,所述支撑结构包括:
两弯折块体;以及
一支撑片体,设置于所述两弯折块体上,所述支撑片体包括一软质材料层与一硬质材料层,所述软质材料层完全包覆所述硬质材料层,所述柔性显示屏设置于所述支撑片体上;
其中所述支撑片体更包括一弯折区与两非弯折区,所述硬质材料层为一连续波浪状构造,包括多个凸起部与多个凹陷部,各凸起部与各凹陷部交错设置,所述弯折区中相邻两凸起部之间的一间距大于所述非弯折区中相邻两凸起部之间的一间距。
