Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种承载装置及显示器,尤其涉及一种适于承载可挠性基板的承载装置以及采用上述承载装置的显示器。
背景技术
随着显示技术的进步,显示器已朝向薄型化、平面化以及小型化发展,同时亦可减少重量及降低所占用的空间。近年来,可挠式显示器有逐渐蓬勃发展的趋势,因为其可以经由卷曲而较不占空间,故有便于携带的优点。此外,当可挠式显示器在使用时,可以从卷曲状态摊开来,而变成平面状态,因此其所产生的显示画面可具有大面积,进而增加了显示器的应用层面。
然而,在现有的可挠式显示器中,当可挠式显示器要摊开来使用时,其面板的弯折区往往会有翘曲且未平贴于承载板上。也就是说,当可挠式显示器于未弯折时,其面板的弯折区会有无法固定且无法完全平贴于承载板上的问题,进而造成可挠式显示器的画面亮度不均且承受撞击能力降低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种承载装置,其可使可挠性基板于未弯折时可完全平贴于承载板上。
本发明提供一种显示器,其包括上述的承载装置,且具有画面亮度均匀化且耐撞击等的优势。
本发明的一种承载装置,适于承载可挠性基板。承载装置包括二承载板、二黏着层及二支撑单元。承载板彼此具有间隙且每一承载板具有第一区域与第二区域,其中承载板的第二区域彼此相邻且位于第一区域之间。黏着层分别配置于承载板的第一区域。支撑单元分别配置于承载板的第二区域且与黏着层共平面,其中可挠性基板通过黏着层而固定于承载板上,而支撑单元以吸附的方式可分离地附着于可挠性基板的弯折区。
在本发明的实施例中,当上述的可挠性基板未弯折时,支撑单元以吸附的方式附着于可挠性基板上,而使可挠性基板的弯折区平贴于支撑单元上。当可挠性基板弯折时,支撑单元与可挠性基板分离且暴露出弯折区。
在本发明的实施例中,上述的支撑单元以磁力吸附、静电吸附或吸盘吸附的方式可分离地附着于可挠性基板的弯折区。
在本发明的实施例中,上述的支撑单元为静电贴片或纳米吸盘。

具体实施方式
图1A显示为本发明的一种显示器的剖面示意图。图1B显示为图1A的显示器的局部放大区A的示意图。图2显示为图1A的显示器于弯折时的剖面示意图。
请先同时参考图1A和图1B,在本实施例中,显示器10a包括承载装置100a及可挠性显示面板140a。承载装置100a包括二承载板110、二黏着层120a及二支撑单元130a。承载板110彼此之间具有间隙G,且每一承载板110具有第一区域112与第二区域114,其中承载板110的第二区域114彼此相邻且位于第一区域112之间。黏着层120a分别配置于承载板110的第一区域112。支撑单元130a分别配置于承载板110的第二区域114且与黏着层120a共平面。可挠性显示面板140a配置于承载装置100a的承载板110上,且通过黏着层120a而固定于承载板110上。支撑单元130a以吸附的方式可分离地附着于可挠性显示面板140a的弯折区142a。
详细而言,本实施例的承载装置100a适于承载可挠性基板,例如是可挠性显示面板140a,但并不以此为限。承载装置100a的承载板110彼此具有间隙G,其中承载板110可作为支撑可挠性显示面板140a的支撑件。特别是,本实施例的支撑单元130a具体化为磁性元件,在一实施例中,黏着层120a配置于承载板110的第一区域112与第二区域114,亦即黏着层120a可延伸配置于支撑单元130a与承载板110之间,而支撑单元130a通过黏着层120a固定于承载板110上。另一方面,可挠性显示面板140a具体化包括面板本体144(可视为一种基板本体)、胶层146以及磁性元件层148,其中胶层146位于面板本体144与磁性元件层148之间。可挠性显示面板140a的磁性元件层148与支撑单元130a之间具有磁性吸力以迫使可挠性显示面板140a的弯折区142a平贴于支撑单元130a上。此处,可挠性显示面板140a例如是电泳显示面板或OLED面板,但并不以此为限。
更具体来说,请再参考图1A和图1B,本实施例的支撑单元130a以磁力吸附的方式可分离地附着于可挠性显示面板140a的弯折区142a。也就是说,当可挠性显示面板140a未弯折时,支撑单元130a是以磁力吸附的方式附着于可挠性显示面板140a上,而使可挠性显示面板140a的弯折区142a可完全平贴于支撑单元130a上。如此一来,可避免现有因为面板弯折区的翘曲而造成显示器的画面亮度不均且承受撞击能力降低的情形。接着,如图2所示,当可挠性显示面板140a弯折时,支撑单元130a可与可挠性显示面板140a分离且暴露出弯折区142a。换言之,当可挠性显示面板140a受到大于磁力的外力时,可使得可挠性显示面板140a产生弯折,并与支撑单元130a分离。
简言之,在本实施例的承载装置100a的设计中,黏着层120a分别配置于承载板110的第一区域112,而支撑单元130a分别配置于承载板110的第二区域114且与黏着层120a共平面,因此可挠性基板(如可挠性显示面板140a)可通过黏着层120a而固定于承载板110上,而支撑单元130a可以以吸附(如磁力吸附)的方式可分离地附着于可挠性基板的弯折区(如可挠性显示面板140a的弯折区142a)。如此一来,当可挠性基板未弯折时即可完全平贴于支撑单元130a上。藉此设计,本实施例的显示器10a可使可挠性显示面板140a在未弯折时可完全平贴于承载装置100a的承载板110上,可具有画面亮度均匀化且耐撞击等的优势。
在此必须说明的是,下述实施例沿用前述实施例的元件标号与部分内容,其中采用相同的标号来表示相同或近似的元件,并且省略了相同技术内容的说明。关于省略部分的说明可参考前述实施例,下述实施例不再重复赘述。
图3A显示为本发明的另一种显示器的剖面示意图。图3B显示为图3A的显示器的局部放大区域B的示意图。图4显示图3A的显示器于弯折时的剖面示意图。
请先同时参考图3A和图3B,在本实施例的显示器10b与图1A的显示器10a相似,惟两者主要差异处在于:本实施例的支撑单元130b是以静电吸附或吸盘吸附的方式可分离地附着于可挠性显示面板140b的弯折区142b。详细来说,本实施例的支撑单元130b例如是静电贴片或纳米吸盘,但本发明并不以此为限。更具体来说,请继续参考图3A和图3B,本实施例的支撑单元130b分别配置于承载板110的第二区域114且与黏着层120b共平面。其中,支撑单元130b以静电吸附或吸盘吸附的方式可分离地附着于可挠性显示面板140b的弯折区142b。也就是说,当可挠性显示面板140b未弯折时,支撑单元130b以静电吸附或吸盘吸附的方式附着于可挠性显示面板140b上,而使可挠性显示面板140b的弯折区142b完全平贴于支撑单元130b上。如此一来,可避免现有因为面板弯折区的翘曲而造成显示器的画面亮度不均且承受撞击能力降低的情形。接着,如图4所示,当可挠性显示面板140b弯折时,支撑单元130b分离可挠性显示面板140b且暴露出弯折区142b。换言之,当可挠性显示面板140b受到大于静电吸附或吸盘吸附的外力时,可使得可挠性显示面板140b产生弯折,并与支撑单元130b分离。
图5A显示为本发明的另一种显示器的剖面示意图。图5B显示为图5A的显示器的局部放大区域C的示意图。图6显示图5A的显示器于弯折时的剖面示意图。
请先同时参考图5A和图5B,在本实施例的显示器10c与图1A的显示器10a相似,惟两者主要差异之处在于:本实施例的承载板110c具有磁性,以使支撑单元130c与可挠性显示面板140c通过磁力的方式吸附于承载板110c上。详细来说,请继续参考图5A和图5B,本实施例的支撑单元130c以磁力吸附的方式可分离地附着于可挠性显示面板140c的弯折区142c。也就是说,当可挠性显示面板140c未弯折时,支撑单元130c以磁力吸附的方式附着于可挠性显示面板140c上,而使可挠性显示面板140c的弯折区142c完全平贴于支撑单元130c上。如此一来,可避免现有因为面板弯折区的翘曲而造成显示器的画面亮度不均且承受撞击能力降低的情形。接着,如图6所示,当可挠性显示面板140c弯折时,支撑单元130c分离可挠性显示面板140c且暴露出弯折区142c。换言之,当可挠性显示面板140c受到大于磁力吸附的外力时,可使得可挠性显示面板140c产生弯折,并与支撑单元130c分离。必须要说明的是,可挠性显示面板140c弯折时的外力仍远小于承载板110c与支撑单元130c之间以及承载板110c与可挠性显示面板140c之间的磁力,因此,如图6所示,当可挠性显示面板140c弯折时,支撑单元130c与可挠性显示面板140c仍固定于承载板110c上。
除了上述实施例所提及的支撑单元130a、130b、130c以磁力吸附、静电吸附或吸盘吸附的方式可分离地附着于可挠性显示面板140a、140b、140c的弯折区142a、142b、142c之外,于其他未显示的实施例中,本领域的技术人员当可依据实际需求以不同于上述的方式来达到吸附或黏附的目的,此仍属于本发明所欲保护的范围。
综上所述,在本发明的承载装置的设计中,黏着层分别配置于承载板的第一区域,而支撑单元分别配置于承载板的第二区域且与黏着层共平面,因此可挠性基板(如可挠性显示面板)可通过黏着层而固定于承载板上,或者是,可挠性基板可通过磁力而吸附于承载板上,而支撑单元可以以吸附的方式可分离地附着于可挠性基板的弯折区。藉此设计,可使得配置于本发明的承载装置上的可挠性基板在未弯折时可完全平贴于承载板上。故,本发明的显示器因包括上述的承载装置,因此可使可挠性显示面板在未弯折时可完全平贴于承载装置的承载板上,可具有画面亮度均匀化且耐撞击等的优势。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (12)
1.一种承载装置,适于承载可挠性基板,其特征在于,所述承载装置包括:
二承载板,彼此具有间隙,且毎一所述二承载板具有第一区域与第二区域,其中毎一所述二承载板的所述第二区域彼此相邻且位于所述第一区域之间;
二黏着层,分别配置于毎一所述二承载板的所述第一区域;以及
二支撑单元,分别配置于毎一所述二承载板的所述第二区域,且与所述二黏着层共平面,其中所述可挠性基板通过所述二黏着层而固定于所述二承载板上,而所述二支撑单元以吸附的方式可分离地附着于所述可挠性基板的弯折区。
2.根据权利要求1所述的承载装置,其特征在于,当所述可挠性基板未弯折时,所述二支撑单元以吸附的方式附着于所述可挠性基板上,而使所述可挠性基板的所述弯折区平贴于所述二支撑单元上,而当所述可挠性基板弯折时,所述二支撑单元与所述可挠性基板分离且暴露出所述弯折区。
3.根据权利要求1所述的承载装置,其特征在于,所述二支撑单元以磁力吸附、静电吸附或吸盘吸附的方式可分离地附着于所述可挠性基板的所述弯折区。
4.根据权利要求3所述的承载装置,其特征在于,毎一所述二支撑单元为静电贴片或纳米吸盘。
5.根据权利要求3所述的承载装置,其特征在于,毎一所述二支撑单元为磁性元件,而所述可挠性基板包括基板本体、胶层以及磁性元件层,所述胶层位于所述基板本体与所述磁性元件层之间,所述可挠性基板的所述磁性元件层与所述二支撑单元之间具有磁性吸力以迫使所述可挠性基板的所述弯折区平贴于所述二支撑单元上。
6.一种显示器,其特征在于,包括:
承载装置,包括:
二承载板,彼此具有间隙,且毎一所述二承载板具有第一区域与第二区域,其中毎一所述二承载板的所述第二区域彼此相邻且位于所述第一区域之间;以及
二支撑单元,分别配置于毎一所述二承载板的所述第二区域;以及
可挠性显示面板,配置于所述承载装置的所述二承载板上,而所述二支撑单元以吸附的方式可分离地附着于所述可挠性显示面板的弯折区。
7.根据权利要求6所述的显示器,其特征在于,当所述可挠性显示面板未弯折时,所述二支撑单元以吸附的方式附着于所述可挠性显示面板上,而使所述可挠性显示面板的所述弯折区平贴于所述二支撑单元上,而当所述可挠性显示面板弯折时,所述二支撑单元与所述可挠性显示面板分离且暴露出所述弯折区。
8.根据权利要求6所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述二支撑单元以磁力吸附、静电吸附或吸盘吸附的方式可分离地附着于所述可挠性显示面板的所述弯折区。
9.根据权利要求8所述的显示器,其特征在于,毎一所述二支撑单元为静电贴片或纳米吸盘。
10.根据权利要求8所述的显示器,其特征在于,毎一所述二支撑单元为磁性元件,而所述可挠性显示面板包括面板本体、胶层以及磁性元件层,所述胶层位于所述面板本体与所述磁性元件层之间,所述可挠性显示面板的所述磁性元件层与所述二支撑单元之间具有磁性吸力以迫使所述可挠性显示面板的所述弯折区平贴于所述二支撑单元上。
11.根据权利要求6所述的显示器,其特征在于,还包括:
二黏着层,分别配置于所述二承载板的所述第一区域,所述二支撑单元与所述二黏着层共平面,且所述可挠性显示面板通过所述二黏着层而固定于所述二承载板上。
12.根据权利要求6所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述二承载板具有磁性,所述二承载板通过磁力与所述可挠性显示面板相吸附。
