本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂及其制备方法,其解决了甲醇汽油的冷启动难现象,并节约资源,环保,其工艺简单方便易操作。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了以下技术方案:一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,由以下配方按照下列重量份配制而成:过氧化物2~5份,醚化物2~5份,有机胺15~20份,脂肪酸3~6份,醇类11~15份,乳化剂1~3份,所述过氧化物为异丙苯基过氧酯或叔戊基过氧酯中至少一种,所述醚化物为甲基叔丁醚或乙二醇单丁醚中至少一种,所述有机胺为六亚甲基四胺、2,5-二甲基苯胺或异丁胺中至少一种,所述脂肪酸由亚油酸和亚麻酸混合搅拌而成,所述亚油酸与亚麻酸的重量比为0.85:1,搅拌时间6min,搅拌速率80次/min,所述醇类为乙二醇、异丁醇或2-甲基-1-丙醇中至少两种,所述乳化剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、三苯乙基酚、烷基胺或硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯中至少一种;
所述一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂及其制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机胺脂肪酸与醇类依次投入反应釜中,将反应釜该关闭,进行加热,开始加热,加热至45℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为70次/min,搅拌时间为25~40分钟,同时继续升温加热至60~70℃,得到混合物A;
(2)将乳化剂加入上述步骤(1)中得到的混合物A中,加热至95℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为85次/min,搅拌时间为1~2小时,直至搅拌均匀得到混合物B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)中得到的混合物B进行加热,加热至105~120℃,再依次加入过氧化物与醚化物,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为55次/min,搅拌时间为1.5~2.5小时,直至搅拌均匀,即可得到添加活性剂。
有益效果
本发明一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂及其制备方法,其制备方法方便简单易操作,生产效率高,添加了此添加活性剂的甲醇汽油,解决了甲醇汽油冷启动性难得现象,使得甲醇汽油充分燃烧,节约资源,起到了保护环境的作用。

实施例1
一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,由以下配方按照下列重量份配制而成:过氧化物2份,醚化物2份,有机胺15份,脂肪酸3份,醇类11份,乳化剂1份,所述过氧化物为异丙苯基过氧酯,所述醚化物为甲基叔丁醚,所述有机胺为六亚甲基四胺,所述脂肪酸由亚油酸和亚麻酸混合搅拌而成,所述亚油酸与亚麻酸的重量比为0.85:1,搅拌时间6min,搅拌速率80次/min,所述醇类为乙二醇与异丁醇两种混合搅拌而成,所述乙二醇与异丁醇的重量比为0.2:0.25,搅拌时间5min,搅拌速率70次/min,所述乳化剂为烷基苯磺酸钠;
所述一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂及其制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机胺脂肪酸与醇类依次投入反应釜中,将反应釜该关闭,进行加热,开始加热,加热至45℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为70次/min,搅拌时间为25分钟,同时继续升温加热至60℃,得到混合物A;
(2)将乳化剂加入上述步骤(1)中得到的混合物A中,加热至95℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为85次/min,搅拌时间为1小时,直至搅拌均匀得到混合物B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)中得到的混合物B进行加热,加热至105℃,再依次加入过氧化物与醚化物,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为55次/min,搅拌时间为1.5小时,直至搅拌均匀,即可得到添加活性剂。
实施例2
一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,由以下配方按照下列重量份配制而成:过氧化物3份,醚化物3份,有机胺16份,脂肪酸4份,醇类12份,乳化剂1份,所述过氧化物为叔戊基过氧酯,所述醚化物为乙二醇单丁醚,所述有机胺为2,5-二甲基苯胺,所述脂肪酸由亚油酸和亚麻酸混合搅拌而成,所述亚油酸与亚麻酸的重量比为0.85:1,搅拌时间6min,搅拌速率80次/min,所述醇类由异丁醇与2-甲基-1-丙醇混合搅拌而成,所述异丁醇与2-甲基-1-丙醇的重量比为1:0.4,搅拌时间5min,搅拌速率95次/min,所述乳化剂为三苯乙基酚;
所述一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂及其制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机胺脂肪酸与醇类依次投入反应釜中,将反应釜该关闭,进行加热,开始加热,加热至45℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为70次/min,搅拌时间为25分钟,同时继续升温加热至60℃,得到混合物A;
(2)将乳化剂加入上述步骤(1)中得到的混合物A中,加热至95℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为85次/min,搅拌时间为1小时,直至搅拌均匀得到混合物B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)中得到的混合物B进行加热,加热至105℃,再依次加入过氧化物与醚化物,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为55次/min,搅拌时间为1.5小时,直至搅拌均匀,即可得到添加活性剂。
实施例3
一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,由以下配方按照下列重量份配制而成:过氧化物4份,醚化物4份,有机胺17份,脂肪酸5份,醇类13份,乳化剂2份,所述过氧化物由异丙苯基过氧酯与叔戊基过氧酯混合搅拌而成,所述异丙苯基过氧酯与叔戊基过氧酯的重量比为1:1,搅拌时间8min,搅拌速率60次/min,所述醚化物由甲基叔丁醚与乙二醇单丁醚混合搅拌而成,所述甲基叔丁醚与乙二醇单丁醚的重量比为0.75:1,搅拌时间5min,搅拌速率95次/min,所述有机胺为异丁胺,所述脂肪酸由亚油酸和亚麻酸混合搅拌而成,所述亚油酸与亚麻酸的重量比为0.85:1,搅拌时间6min,搅拌速率80次/min,所述醇类为乙二醇与2-甲基-1-丙醇混合搅拌而成,所述乙二醇与2-甲基-1-丙醇的重量比为0.35:1,搅拌时间6min,搅拌速率75次/min,所述乳化剂为烷基胺;
所述一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂及其制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机胺脂肪酸与醇类依次投入反应釜中,将反应釜该关闭,进行加热,开始加热,加热至45℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为70次/min,搅拌时间为30分钟,同时继续升温加热至70℃,得到混合物A;
(2)将乳化剂加入上述步骤(1)中得到的混合物A中,加热至95℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为85次/min,搅拌时间为1小时,直至搅拌均匀得到混合物B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)中得到的混合物B进行加热,加热至110℃,再依次加入过氧化物与醚化物,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为55次/min,搅拌时间为1.5小时,直至搅拌均匀,即可得到添加活性剂。
实施例4
一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,由以下配方按照下列重量份配制而成:过氧化物4份,醚化物4份,有机胺19份,脂肪酸6份,醇类14份,乳化剂2份,所述过氧化物为异丙苯基过氧酯,所述醚化物为甲基叔丁醚,所述有机胺为异丁胺,所述脂肪酸由亚油酸和亚麻酸混合搅拌而成,所述亚油酸与亚麻酸的重量比为0.85:1,搅拌时间6min,搅拌速率80次/min,所述醇类由乙二醇与异丁醇混合搅拌而成,所述乙二醇与异丁醇的重量比为0.2:1,搅拌时间5min,搅拌速率80次/min,所述乳化剂为硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯;
所述一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂及其制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机胺脂肪酸与醇类依次投入反应釜中,将反应釜该关闭,进行加热,开始加热,加热至45℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为70次/min,搅拌时间为35分钟,同时继续升温加热至70℃,得到混合物A;
(2)将乳化剂加入上述步骤(1)中得到的混合物A中,加热至95℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为85次/min,搅拌时间为1.5小时,直至搅拌均匀得到混合物B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)中得到的混合物B进行加热,加热至115℃,再依次加入过氧化物与醚化物,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为55次/min,搅拌时间为2.5小时,直至搅拌均匀,即可得到添加活性剂。
实施例5
一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,由以下配方按照下列重量份配制而成:过氧化物5份,醚化物5份,有机胺20份,脂肪酸6份,醇类15份,乳化剂3份,所述过氧化物由异丙苯基过氧酯与叔戊基过氧酯混合搅拌而成,所述异丙苯基过氧酯与叔戊基过氧酯的重量比为1:1,搅拌时间10min,搅拌速率50次/min,所述醚化物由甲基叔丁醚与乙二醇单丁醚混合搅拌而成,所述甲基叔丁醚与乙二醇单丁醚的重量比为0.85:1.2,搅拌时间8min,搅拌速率68次/min,所述有机胺由六亚甲基四胺、2,5-二甲基苯胺与异丁胺混合搅拌而成,所述六亚甲基四胺、2,5-二甲基苯胺与异丁胺的重量比为1:0.8:0.7,搅拌时间7min,搅拌速率80次/min,所述脂肪酸由亚油酸和亚麻酸混合搅拌而成,所述亚油酸与亚麻酸的重量比为0.85:1,搅拌时间6min,搅拌速率80次/min,所述醇类由乙二醇、异丁醇与2-甲基-1-丙醇中混合搅拌而成,所述乙二醇、异丁醇与2-甲基-1-丙醇的重量比为0.35:1:1,搅拌时间5min,搅拌速率85次/min,所述乳化剂由烷基苯磺酸钠与三苯乙基酚混合搅拌而成,所述烷基苯磺酸钠与三苯乙基酚的重量比为0.9:1,搅拌时间10min,搅拌速率65次/min;
所述一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂及其制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机胺脂肪酸与醇类依次投入反应釜中,将反应釜该关闭,进行加热,开始加热,加热至45℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为70次/min,搅拌时间为40分钟,同时继续升温加热至70℃,得到混合物A;
(2)将乳化剂加入上述步骤(1)中得到的混合物A中,加热至95℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为85次/min,搅拌时间为2小时,直至搅拌均匀得到混合物B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)中得到的混合物B进行加热,加热至120℃,再依次加入过氧化物与醚化物,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为55次/min,搅拌时间为2.5小时,直至搅拌均匀,即可得到添加活性剂。
上述实施例中,所述过氧化物购于上海永正化工有限公司,所述醚化物购于江苏八巨药业有限公司,所述乳化剂购于南通瑞泰化工有限公司,所述脂肪酸购于上海格物化工,所述有机胺购于上海西润化工科技有限公司,所述醇类购于南京兴沙化工有限公司。
添加了所述添加活性剂的甲醇汽油主要技术指标如下表:

1.一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,其特征在于,由以下配方按照下列重量份配制而成:过氧化物2~5份,醚化物2~5份,有机胺15~20份,脂肪酸3~6份,醇类11~15份,乳化剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,其特征在于,所述过氧化物为异丙苯基过氧酯或叔戊基过氧酯中至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,其特征在于,所述醚化物为甲基叔丁醚或乙二醇单丁醚中至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,其特征在于,所述有机胺为六亚甲基四胺、2,5-二甲基苯胺或异丁胺中至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸由亚油酸和亚麻酸混合搅拌而成,所述亚油酸与亚麻酸的重量比为0.85:1,搅拌时间6min,搅拌速率80次/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,其特征在于,所述醇类为乙二醇、异丁醇或2-甲基-1-丙醇中至少两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、三苯乙基酚、烷基胺或硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯中至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种改变甲醇汽油冷启动性的添加活性剂,其特征在于,所述添加活性剂的其制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机胺脂肪酸与醇类依次投入反应釜中,将反应釜该关闭,进行加热,开始加热,加热至45℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为70次/min,搅拌时间为25~40分钟,同时继续升温加热至60~70℃,得到混合物A;
(2)将乳化剂加入上述步骤(1)中得到的混合物A中,加热至95℃,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为85次/min,搅拌时间为1~2小时,直至搅拌均匀得到混合物B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)中得到的混合物B进行加热,加热至105~120℃,再依次加入过氧化物与醚化物,进行搅拌,搅拌速率为55次/min,搅拌时间为1.5~2.5小时,直至搅拌均匀,即可得到添加活性剂。
