本实施例的新型合成燃料的制备方法为:按配比,将组分逐一加入反应釜内,开动电机带动搅拌器搅拌25分钟,在该过程中,应用冷却水在外侧对反应釜加以循环降温,以防合成油温度升高发生事故,合成完毕后即为成品,最后打开阀门将合成油流入储存罐内。
Claims (3)
1.一种新型合成燃料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的组分:甲醇40~60份、粗苯15~30份,二甲苯5~10份、叔丁醇4~8份、三甲基丁烷2~4份、正己烷0.3~0.5份,甲基叔丁基醚15~25份、水15~20份、石蜡4~6份、氧化镁3~6份、丙酮15~25份、过氧化氢2~4份、二环戊二烯基合铁0.8~1.2份、环戊二烯三羰基锰0.5~1份、二甲基苯胺4~6份、硫磷丁辛基锌盐2~4份、过氧化锌0.3~0.8份、六甲基磷酰三胺2~4份、磷酸三甲酯15~25份、润滑剂6~8份。
2.根据权要求1所述的新型合成材料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的组分成:甲醇50份、粗苯22份,二甲苯7份、叔丁醇6份、三甲基丁烷3份、正己烷0.4份,甲基叔丁基醚20份、水18份、石蜡5份、氧化镁4份、丙酮22份、过氧化氢3份、二环戊二烯基合铁1份、环戊二烯三羰基锰0.8份、二甲基苯胺5份、硫磷丁辛基锌盐3份、过氧化锌5份、六甲基磷酰三胺3份、磷酸三甲酯20份、润滑剂7份。
