本发明涉及建筑石膏制备领域,具体涉及一种防水建筑石膏板的制备方法。
背景技术
建筑石膏是一种低成本且具有轻质、透气、隔音、隔热等赋形能力强的装饰材料。目前已在建筑行业,尤其在新型建筑装饰材料中,石膏制品占有特殊的地位,并发挥着越来越大的作用。但是,由于石膏在应用时,掺水量一般远远大于理论需水量。在干燥过程中多余的水大多被蒸发,使石膏制品形成一个多孔体系,从而使石膏制品的强度普遍降低,防水防潮性能差,导致建筑石膏的应用受到很大限制。因此对在不影响石膏制品使用强度的条件下,提高制品的防水性能、表面硬度,已成为拓展石膏制品使用范围的必由之路。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防水建筑石膏板的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种防水建筑石膏板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份数计,将10~20份生石灰,10~20份海泡石粉,5~10份凹凸棒土、2~4份液硅、3~5份玉米淀粉乳混合,静置,得混合石灰浆;
S2、按重量份数计,将30~40份预处理磷石膏,40~60份建筑石膏粉,3~5份丙烯酸乳液,3~5份而二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠、3~4份多元醇,2~3份改性海藻酸钠液,20~30份混合石灰浆,6~12份玻璃纤维,40~60份水搅拌混合,注模,冷压,固化,脱模,得板坯;
S3、向上述自制石膏板坯体正反表面各喷涂一层自制防水浆料,喷涂后放入烘箱中烘干,出料,即可制得防水建筑石膏板。
进一步地,所述自制防水浆料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
异氰酸酯12~16份、聚乳酸10~20份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯半预聚物50~60份、聚硫胶乳5~10份、聚醚多元醇60~80份、反应性扩链剂20~40份、位阻性扩链剂10~45份、催化剂1.2~8.8份、其他助剂的用量为8~15份。
进一步地,所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯半预聚物为由碳化二亚胺改性MDI与2,4-MDI的含量为50%(重量百分比)的MDI组成的混合物。
进一步地,所述的反应性扩链剂为二乙基甲苯二胺;所述的位阻性扩链剂为N,N-二烷基甲基二胺;所述的催化剂为有机锡催化剂。
进一步地,所述的其他助剂包括稀释剂、分散剂、防沉淀剂、着色剂、抗氧剂、光稳定剂和增塑剂等。

取20~30份磷石膏,50~60份无水乙醇,1~4份浓硫酸,20~30份硝酸钙溶液,先将磷石膏和无水乙醇混合球磨,得球磨浆料,再将球磨浆料和浓硫酸混合反应2~4h后,再加入钙盐溶液,并调节pH至碱性,水热搅拌反应6~8h后,浓缩,即得。

将玉米淀粉糊液冷却至30~40℃,用质量分数为3%盐酸调节pH至4~6,后,向淀粉混合液中加入4~6g异淀粉酶在25~30℃下酶解30~60min,酶解结束后过滤去除滤渣,得到滤液即为玉米淀粉乳。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
丙烯酸乳液可实现对磷石膏自身溶出的孔隙进行重新填充,有效避免其孔隙的带入而影响石膏板产品的表面硬度和产品防水性能;所述防水涂料材料采用多组份撞击混合喷涂施工,具有快速固化、对施工环境的温度和湿度不敏感、施工效率高、立面厚涂不流挂、底材适应性好、抗拉强度高、弹性丰富、耐磨损、耐穿刺、耐撕裂和抗冲击等优势;二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠、多元醇遇水后,会形成大量的羧基和羟基,由于分子间作用力这些极性基团吸附到石膏颗粒表面,能够破坏非活性材料表面光滑、致密的Si-O-Si键和Si-O-Al键及其网络结构,使晶体结构产生缺陷,加速其解离和水化,从而能够最大限度提高石膏的强度。这些三维大分子结构从各个方位吸附在材料表面,相互交叉,增大了石膏成型后的早后期强度。

将玉米淀粉糊液冷却至30~40℃,用质量分数为3%盐酸调节pH至4~6,后,向淀粉混合液中加入4~6g异淀粉酶在25~30℃下酶解30~60min,酶解结束后过滤去除滤渣,得到滤液即为玉米淀粉乳。

一种防水建筑石膏板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份数计,将10份生石灰,10份海泡石粉,5份凹凸棒土、2份液硅、3份玉米淀粉乳混合,静置,得混合石灰浆;
S2、按重量份数计,将30份预处理磷石膏,40份建筑石膏粉,3份丙烯酸乳液,3份而二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠、3份多元醇,2份改性海藻酸钠液,20份混合石灰浆,6份玻璃纤维,40份水搅拌混合,注模,冷压,固化,脱模,得板坯;
S3、向上述自制石膏板坯体正反表面各喷涂一层自制防水浆料,喷涂后放入烘箱中烘干,出料,即可制得防水建筑石膏板。
实施例2
一种防水建筑石膏板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份数计,将20份生石灰,20份海泡石粉,10份凹凸棒土、4份液硅、5份玉米淀粉乳混合,静置,得混合石灰浆;
S2、按重量份数计,将40份预处理磷石膏,60份建筑石膏粉,5份丙烯酸乳液,5份而二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠、4份多元醇,3份改性海藻酸钠液,30份混合石灰浆,12份玻璃纤维,60份水搅拌混合,注模,冷压,固化,脱模,得板坯;
S3、向上述自制石膏板坯体正反表面各喷涂一层自制防水浆料,喷涂后放入烘箱中烘干,出料,即可制得防水建筑石膏板。
实施例3
一种防水建筑石膏板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份数计,将15份生石灰,15份海泡石粉,7.5份凹凸棒土、3份液硅、4份玉米淀粉乳混合,静置,得混合石灰浆;
S2、按重量份数计,将35份预处理磷石膏,50份建筑石膏粉,4份丙烯酸乳液,4份而二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠、3.5份多元醇,2.5份改性海藻酸钠液,25份混合石灰浆,9份玻璃纤维,50份水搅拌混合,注模,冷压,固化,脱模,得板坯;
S3、向上述自制石膏板坯体正反表面各喷涂一层自制防水浆料,喷涂后放入烘箱中烘干,出料,即可制得防水建筑石膏板。
将上述石膏板常温下放入装满水的容器中,测其24h的吸水率,抗压强度测试采用石膏材料抗压折强度测试机进行性能检测,具体检测结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明所得的石膏板具有优良的防水性能和抗压强度。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种防水建筑石膏板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份数计,将10~20份生石灰,10~20份海泡石粉,5~10份凹凸棒土、2~4份液硅、3~5份玉米淀粉乳混合,静置,得混合石灰浆;
S2、按重量份数计,将30~40份预处理磷石膏,40~60份建筑石膏粉,3~5份丙烯酸乳液,3~5份而二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠、3~4份多元醇,2~3份改性海藻酸钠液,20~30份混合石灰浆,6~12份玻璃纤维,40~60份水搅拌混合,注模,冷压,固化,脱模,得板坯;
S3、向上述自制石膏板坯体正反表面各喷涂一层自制防水浆料,喷涂后放入烘箱中烘干,出料,即可制得防水建筑石膏板。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防水建筑石膏板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述自制防水浆料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
异氰酸酯12~16份、聚乳酸10~20份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯半预聚物50~60份、聚硫胶乳5~10份、聚醚多元醇60~80份、反应性扩链剂20~40份、位阻性扩链剂10~45份、催化剂1.2~8.8份、其他助剂的用量为8~15份。
3.如权利要求2所述的如权利要求1所述的一种防水建筑石膏板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯半预聚物为由碳化二亚胺改性MDI与2,4-MDI的含量为50%(重量百分比)的MDI组成的混合物。
4.如权利要求2所述的如权利要求1所述的一种防水建筑石膏板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的反应性扩链剂为二乙基甲苯二胺;所述的位阻性扩链剂为N,N-二烷基甲基二胺;所述的催化剂为有机锡催化剂。
5.如权利要求2所述的如权利要求1所述的一种防水建筑石膏板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的其他助剂包括稀释剂、分散剂、防沉淀剂、着色剂、抗氧剂、光稳定剂和增塑剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的如权利要求1所述的一种防水建筑石膏板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述预处理磷石膏通过以下方法制备所得:
取20~30份磷石膏,50~60份无水乙醇,1~4份浓硫酸,20~30份硝酸钙溶液,先将磷石膏和无水乙醇混合球磨,得球磨浆料,再将球磨浆料和浓硫酸混合反应2~4h后,再加入钙盐溶液,并调节pH至碱性,水热搅拌反应6~8h后,浓缩,即得。
7.如权利要求1所述的如权利要求1所述的一种防水建筑石膏板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述玉米淀粉乳通过以下方法制备所得:
