本发明公开了一种布胶结构后尾灯，包括壳体、装饰框、线路板和面罩，装饰框置于面罩内，装饰框的外端面、面罩的内侧面与装饰框下凸筋的外侧面形成一插接槽，插接槽内充填硅胶或热熔胶，线路板安装于壳体内，壳体内设置一圈插接筋，插接筋插入插接槽内经硅胶或热熔胶胶接，壳体内壁经卡口卡接面罩的下口。其装配更简易，胶接多个零部件，整体结构更紧凑牢靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及车灯领域，具体说是一种布胶结构后尾灯。
背景技术
随着新能源汽车的发展，灯具的空间被限制的更简洁，目前市场上汽车及工程车灯具，面罩与壳体的装配工艺有打胶、振动摩擦焊、热板焊、超声波焊等，其中现有灯具打胶结构主要是通过在灯具壳体前端开口周边做环形胶槽，面罩在与之胶槽配合周边设置插脚，装配时面罩上插脚压合到已布好冷胶的壳体凹形胶槽内，利用卡扣及限位筋固定。此打胶装配方式须将凹形胶槽设计到灯具壳体前端周边，结构方式需按下图所示设计，如车身方面已设定周边尺寸，而设定尺寸已到极限不能调整，又因灯具内部零件较多刚好不能满足打胶结构所需空间，就需考虑其他装配工艺。如振动摩擦焊、热板焊、超声波焊等；但此类焊接工艺壳体上需做焊接筋，结构较复杂、模具制造成本、产品报废率均较高，空间上也约束了此类结构方式。
发明内容
针对现有技术，本发明提供一种无需焊接，结构简单，装配便捷且胶装安装牢固的布胶结构后尾灯。
本发明采用的技术方案是：一种布胶结构后尾灯，包括壳体、装饰框、线路板和面罩，其特征在于：装饰框置于面罩内，装饰框的外端面、面罩的内侧面与装饰框下凸筋的外侧面形成一插接槽，插接槽内充填硅胶或热熔胶，线路板安装于壳体内，壳体内设置一圈插接筋，插接筋插入插接槽内经硅胶或热熔胶胶接，壳体内壁经卡口卡接面罩的下口。
所述装饰框经内罩支撑定位在面罩内。
所述线路板置入装饰框下凸筋内圈内。
本发明的有益效果是：利用面罩与装饰框的配合反向设计布胶结构，将装饰框经内罩支撑定位在面罩内，面罩的口朝上，此时装饰框的外端面、面罩的内侧面与装饰框下凸筋的外侧面形成一插接槽，在插接槽内充填硅胶或热熔胶，将安装有线路板的壳体反扣在面罩的口上，形成反向设计布胶结构，解决了因空间问题不能设计传统布胶结构，适用于空间较小的车型；其装配更简易，胶接多个零部件，整体结构更紧凑牢靠。

图1、2所示：一种布胶结构后尾灯包括面罩1、内罩2、装饰框3、线路板4、壳体5。装饰框3经内罩2支撑定位在开口朝上倒置的面罩1内，装饰框的外端面、面罩的内侧面与装饰框下凸筋的外侧面形成一插接槽6，插接槽6内充填硅胶7或热熔胶，线路板4安装于壳体5内，壳体5内设置一圈插接筋8，插接筋8插入插接槽内经硅胶或热熔胶胶接，壳体内壁经卡口9卡接面罩的下口，同时对准线路板置入装饰框下凸筋内圈内。

1.一种布胶结构后尾灯，包括壳体、装饰框、线路板和面罩，其特征在于：装饰框置于面罩内，装饰框的外端面、面罩的内侧面与装饰框下凸筋的外侧面形成一插接槽，插接槽内充填硅胶或热熔胶，线路板安装于壳体内，壳体内设置一圈插接筋，插接筋插入插接槽内经硅胶或热熔胶胶接，壳体内壁经卡口卡接面罩的下口。
