背景技术
现有汽车灯具的灯壳和配光镜，主要采用胶槽涂胶粘接的方式，胶槽都是用灯壳直接生成的，而装饰圈靠几个支脚安装在灯壳的胶槽里面，或者没有装饰圈，此种设计安装方式主要是装饰圈不稳定，经不起振动而脱落，影响外观和性能。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决灯具饰圈易脱落，而灯具空间狭小，设计结构难的问题，提供一种车灯装饰圈与灯壳组合胶槽结构。
本实用新型的设计方案如下：把车灯灯壳做一个环形台阶，台阶位于灯壳胶槽内圈及下方。台阶宽度能够托起装饰圈，台阶高度为装饰圈的厚度，装饰圈上设置外口圈，其宽度为胶槽一半宽度，把装饰圈装到灯壳里，靠灯壳的环形台阶进行支撑和单边限位，然后在胶槽里均匀涂胶，最后装配光镜，进行粘接。
本实用新型的结构简单、可靠，占有空间小，易实现，工艺操作容易，外观好看，满足性能，节约材料、降低成本。

实施例：长安汽车商用车的前雾灯上，车灯灯壳做一个环形台阶，台阶位于灯壳胶槽内圈及下方。台阶宽度能够托起装饰圈，台阶高度为装饰圈的厚度，装饰圈上设置外口圈，其宽度为胶槽一半宽度，把装饰圈装到灯壳里，靠灯壳的环形台阶进行支撑和单边限位，然后在胶槽里均匀涂胶，最后装配光镜。灯壳与装饰圈组合胶槽结构，外观美观，节约成本，牢固可靠，得到顾客的好平，减少了因装饰圈脱落而引起顾客抱怨的次数。此种结构通过GB10485的环境振动试验测试，配合可靠。

Claims (1)

1.车灯装饰圈与灯壳组合胶槽结构，其特征在于车灯的灯壳内壁设置有一环形台阶，位于胶槽内圈及下方，装饰圈靠近顶部位置外壁上设置有外口圈，装饰圈套入灯壳内，外口圈与环形台阶接触，装饰圈被环形台阶支撑限位，灯壳内壁和装饰圈外壁之间形成一环形槽，槽内涂一层胶，配光镜卡入环形槽内，与胶粘接。
