Abstract

本发明公开了PVA高阻隔膜袋及其制备工艺,PVA高阻隔膜袋包括外侧的高阻隔层、中间的PE淋层膜和内侧的抗菌层,其制备工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:S1,抗菌母粒的制备;S2,抗菌层的制备;S3,PE淋膜;S4,涂布;S5,复合;S6,成型。本发明使用表面印有方格状的压花的PE无纺布与PE膜通过淋膜复合,防滑效果好;高阻隔层可以避免食物与氧气、水蒸气和一些细菌类的接触,隔离效果好,可对食品起到保鲜的作用,延长对食品的保存时间;抗菌层淀粉作为原料,可降解,绿色环保,且成本低,经济效益高;采用PVA涂布工艺配合PE淋膜工艺,工艺简单,性能稳定,单位附加值高,适合于批量生产。

PVA高阻隔膜袋及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及膜袋技术领域,尤其涉及PVA高阻隔膜袋及其制备工艺。
背景技术
薄膜袋是一种以塑料为原材料,用于生产生活中各种用品的包装袋,广泛用于日常生活和工业生产中。随着社会的发展,薄膜的使用也越来越广泛,食品的包装、保存、保鲜一般是以传统的听罐、玻璃、塑料膜袋等材料为主,特别是散装食品包装,大都是采用平口或简易自封口塑料膜袋。
现有的塑料膜袋阻隔性差,空气中的氧气和水蒸气会通过膜袋与食品接触,使得食品发生氧化,达不到保鲜效果,且食品中的水分也会蒸发,对食品的保鲜时间短,为此我们设计出了PVA高阻隔膜袋及其制备工艺来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的PVA高阻隔膜袋及其制备工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
PVA高阻隔膜袋,包括外侧的高阻隔层、中间的PE淋层膜和内侧的抗菌层。
PVA高阻隔膜袋的制备工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1,抗菌母粒的制备:按比例称取原料,并将原料放入搅拌机内进行混合,充分搅拌后,将得到的混合物添加到螺杆挤出机中,在165~180℃的温度下挤成颗粒,留作备用;
S2,抗菌层的制备:将S1中制得的母粒,放入吹膜机中,经吹膜得到抗菌层膜;
S3,PE淋膜:在PE无纺布的一侧通过淋膜的工艺与PE膜层复合,制得PE淋膜;
S4,涂布:利用涂布机将PVA涂液涂覆在PE淋膜的一侧,形成高阻隔膜,涂布结束后,进行烘干干燥处理,收卷后得到半成品膜;
S5,复合:将S1中制备的抗菌层与S2中半成品膜的非涂布层侧进行复合,得到成品膜;
S6,成型:利用三边全模切的制袋工艺,将S3中制得的成品膜制成连体三边封袋,即高阻隔膜袋。
优选的,所述S1中的原料以下重量份的组分:淀粉40~50份、环氧树脂30~46份和纳米填料3~8份,其中淀粉为生物可降解淀粉。
优选的,所述在S1中搅拌混合时,是在130~150℃的温度下搅拌25~35分钟。
优选的,所述S1中,螺杆挤出机在造粒时的转速为100~500r/min。
优选的,所述S2中吹膜时,吹膜机内各区的操作温度为120~200℃。
优选的,所述S3中,PE无纺布的表面印有方格状的压花。
优选的,所述S5中抗菌层是通过超声波的方式与半成品膜进行复合熔合。
优选的,所述S6成型的高阻隔膜袋,抗菌层应在内侧,且在成型前,需对成品膜进行切分处理,以制备不同规格的高阻隔膜袋。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明使用表面印有方格状的压花的PE无纺布与PE膜通过淋膜复合,防滑效果好;
2、高阻隔层可以避免食物与氧气、水蒸气和一些细菌类的接触,隔离效果好,可对食品起到保鲜的作用,延长对食品的保存时间;
3、抗菌层淀粉作为原料,可降解,绿色环保,且成本低,经济效益高;
4、采用PVA涂布工艺配合PE淋膜工艺,来生产本发明的高阻隔膜袋,在制备过程中还可通过切割成品膜,来满足不同客户的要求,制定出不同规格的袋子,工艺简单,性能稳定,单位附加值高,适合于批量生产。

实施例一
PVA高阻隔膜袋,包括外侧的高阻隔层、中间的PE淋层膜和内侧的抗菌层。
PVA高阻隔膜袋的制备工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1,抗菌母粒的制备:按比例称取原料,原料以下重量份的组分:淀粉40份、环氧树脂30份和纳米填料3份,其中淀粉为生物可降解淀粉,并将原料放入搅拌机内进行混合,在130℃的温度下搅拌25分钟,充分搅拌后,将得到的混合物添加到螺杆挤出机中,在165℃的温度下挤成颗粒,留作备用;
S2,抗菌层的制备:将S1中制得的母粒,放入吹膜机中,经吹膜得到抗菌层膜;
S3,PE淋膜:在PE无纺布的一侧通过淋膜的工艺与PE膜层复合,制得PE淋膜,且PE无纺布的表面印有方格状的压花;
S4,涂布:利用涂布机将PVA涂液涂覆在PE淋膜的一侧,形成高阻隔膜,涂布结束后,进行烘干干燥处理,收卷后得到半成品膜;
S5,复合:将S1中制备的抗菌层与S2中半成品膜的非涂布层侧进行复合,得到成品膜;
S6,成型:对成品膜进行切分处理,以制备不同规格的高阻隔膜袋,利用三边全模切的制袋工艺,对切分后的成品膜制成连体三边封袋,即高阻隔膜袋。
实施例二
PVA高阻隔膜袋,包括外侧的高阻隔层、中间的PE淋层膜和内侧的抗菌层。
PVA高阻隔膜袋的制备工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1,抗菌母粒的制备:按比例称取原料,原料以下重量份的组分:淀粉43份、环氧树脂34份和纳米填料5份,其中淀粉为生物可降解淀粉,并将原料放入搅拌机内进行混合,在135℃的温度下搅拌28分钟,充分搅拌后,将得到的混合物添加到螺杆挤出机中,在170℃的温度下挤成颗粒,留作备用;
S2,抗菌层的制备:将S1中制得的母粒,放入吹膜机中,经吹膜得到抗菌层膜;
S3,PE淋膜:在PE无纺布的一侧通过淋膜的工艺与PE膜层复合,制得PE淋膜,且PE无纺布的表面印有方格状的压花;
S4,涂布:利用涂布机将PVA涂液涂覆在PE淋膜的一侧,形成高阻隔膜,涂布结束后,进行烘干干燥处理,收卷后得到半成品膜;
S5,复合:将S1中制备的抗菌层与S2中半成品膜的非涂布层侧进行复合,得到成品膜;
S6,成型:对成品膜进行切分处理,以制备不同规格的高阻隔膜袋,利用三边全模切的制袋工艺,对切分后的成品膜制成连体三边封袋,即高阻隔膜袋。
实施例三

S1,抗菌母粒的制备:按比例称取原料,原料以下重量份的组分:淀粉47份、环氧树脂40份和纳米填料7份,其中淀粉为生物可降解淀粉,并将原料放入搅拌机内进行混合,在145℃的温度下搅拌32分钟,充分搅拌后,将得到的混合物添加到螺杆挤出机中,在175℃的温度下挤成颗粒,留作备用;
S2,抗菌层的制备:将S1中制得的母粒,放入吹膜机中,经吹膜得到抗菌层膜;
S3,PE淋膜:在PE无纺布的一侧通过淋膜的工艺与PE膜层复合,制得PE淋膜,且PE无纺布的表面印有方格状的压花;
S4,涂布:利用涂布机将PVA涂液涂覆在PE淋膜的一侧,形成高阻隔膜,涂布结束后,进行烘干干燥处理,收卷后得到半成品膜;
S5,复合:将S1中制备的抗菌层与S2中半成品膜的非涂布层侧进行复合,得到成品膜;
S6,成型:对成品膜进行切分处理,以制备不同规格的高阻隔膜袋,利用三边全模切的制袋工艺,对切分后的成品膜制成连体三边封袋,即高阻隔膜袋。
实施例四
PVA高阻隔膜袋,包括外侧的高阻隔层、中间的PE淋层膜和内侧的抗菌层。

S1,抗菌母粒的制备:按比例称取原料,原料以下重量份的组分:淀粉50份、环氧树脂46份和纳米填料8份,其中淀粉为生物可降解淀粉,并将原料放入搅拌机内进行混合,在150℃的温度下搅拌35分钟,充分搅拌后,将得到的混合物添加到螺杆挤出机中,在180℃的温度下挤成颗粒,留作备用;
S2,抗菌层的制备:将S1中制得的母粒,放入吹膜机中,经吹膜得到抗菌层膜;
S3,PE淋膜:在PE无纺布的一侧通过淋膜的工艺与PE膜层复合,制得PE淋膜,且PE无纺布的表面印有方格状的压花;
S4,涂布:利用涂布机将PVA涂液涂覆在PE淋膜的一侧,形成高阻隔膜,涂布结束后,进行烘干干燥处理,收卷后得到半成品膜;
S5,复合:将S1中制备的抗菌层与S2中半成品膜的非涂布层侧进行复合,得到成品膜;
S6,成型:对成品膜进行切分处理,以制备不同规格的高阻隔膜袋,利用三边全模切的制袋工艺,对切分后的成品膜制成连体三边封袋,即高阻隔膜袋。
对上述四组实施例制得的高阻隔隔膜袋,在24小时内,对四组高阻隔膜袋能通过的氧气和水蒸气量进行记录,进行试验可得下表:

通过上表可知,通过本发明制备的高阻隔膜袋,其单位面积内的氧气通过量低于50cm2/m2·0.1MPa,水蒸气的通过量低于8g/m2,阻隔性高。

S2,抗菌层的制备:将S1中制得的母粒,放入吹膜机中,经吹膜得到抗菌层膜;
S3,PE淋膜:在PE无纺布的一侧通过淋膜的工艺与PE膜层复合,制得PE淋膜;
S4,涂布:利用涂布机将PVA涂液涂覆在PE淋膜的一侧,形成高阻隔膜,涂布结束后,进行烘干干燥处理,收卷后得到半成品膜;
S5,复合:将S1中制备的抗菌层与S2中半成品膜的非涂布层侧进行复合,得到成品膜;
S6,成型:利用三边全模切的制袋工艺,将S3中制得的成品膜制成连体三边封袋,即高阻隔膜袋。
