Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种PVA高阻隔水性涂布膜。它包括PE薄膜，在PE薄膜上设置有PVA涂布液。本实用新型于PE薄膜上涂布2um改性PVA涂布液后，薄膜的透氧滤小于1cm3(m2·24h·0.1MPa)，甚至小于0.5cm3(m2·24h·0.1MPa)，具有加工性能佳、高透明、耐内容物、无毒、无污染、可降解等特点，可广泛用于各种液态奶包装，用时，油墨和粘合剂均在PVA涂布液的外层，故油墨和粘合剂中的残留溶剂无法进入包装袋内污染液体鲜奶，是一种环保包装材料。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种包装材料，具体涉及一种高阻隔水性涂布膜。
(二)背景技术
21世纪塑料包装材料除满足客户质量，交货期、服务等日益提高的要求外，还必须向环保、科技含量高、可持续发展的循环经济、安全等方向发展。目前使用包装的企业为了保证内容物的质量要求，延长保质期，一般采用的灭菌的方式。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种加工性能佳、高透明、耐内容物、无毒、无污染、可降解的PVA高阻隔水性涂布膜。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它包括PE薄膜，在PE薄膜上设置有PVA涂布液。
本实用新型还有这样一些技术特征：
1、所述的PVA涂布液为2um；
2、所述的PVA涂布液的外层设置有油墨和粘合剂。
本实用新型的有益效果有：本实用新型于PE薄膜上涂布2um改性PVA涂布液后，薄膜的透氧滤小于1cm3(m2·24h·0.1MPa)，甚至小于0.5cm3(m2·24h·0.1MPa)，具有加工性能佳、高透明、耐内容物、无毒、无污染、可降解等特点，可广泛用于各种液态奶包装，用时，油墨和粘合剂均在PVA涂布液的外层，故油墨和粘合剂中的残留溶剂无法进入包装袋内污染液体鲜奶，是一种环保包装材料。

1、一种PVA高阻隔水性涂布膜，它包括PE薄膜，其特征在于在PE薄膜上设置有PVA涂布液。
2、根据权利要求1所述的PVA高阻隔水性涂布膜，其特征在于所述的PVA涂布液为2um。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的PVA高阻隔水性涂布膜，其特征在于所述的PVA涂布液的外层设置有油墨和粘合剂。
