The tray pick device 60 can separate and transfer the baking tray 90a and the baked goods in the baking tray 90a.

The disc-turning driving mechanism 68 is a piston rod type cylinder, a piston rod is rotatably connected with the disc-turning push plate 65, and a solenoid valve connected with the piston rod type cylinder is electrically connected with the control cabinet 12.
As can be seen from fig. 6, the bag taking and opening device 70 comprises a goods loading slideway 71 with one end communicated with the outlet end of the guiding slideway 62 and the other end communicated with the goods taking warehouse 80, wherein a packaging bag inlet 72 is arranged on the side wall of the goods loading slideway 71, and a avoiding groove communicated with the packaging bag inlet 72 is arranged on the bottom plate of the goods loading slideway 71; the bag opening driving mechanism 77 is arranged above the goods loading slideway 71, and the output part of the bag opening driving mechanism 77 is fixedly connected with a bag opening sucker 78; the packing bag box 73 installed below the goods loading slide way 71, and the steering driving mechanism 74 installed between the packing bag box 73 and the goods loading slide way 71, wherein the bag taking driving mechanism 75 is fixedly connected to the output part of the steering driving mechanism 74, and the bag taking sucker 76 is fixedly connected to the output part of the bag taking driving mechanism 75.
The bag taking driving mechanism 75 is driven by the steering driving mechanism 74 to rotate, the bag taking sucking disc 76 faces the packaging bag box 73, the bag taking driving mechanism 75 drives the bag taking sucking disc 76 to extend out and suck one packaging bag 90b in the packaging bag box 73, the bag taking driving mechanism 75 is driven by the steering driving mechanism 74 to rotate towards one side of the goods loading slideway 71, the relative position of the output part is regulated through the bag taking driving mechanism 75, the bag taking sucking disc 76 corresponds to the avoiding groove, the packaging bag 90b sucked by the bag taking sucking disc 76 corresponds to the packaging bag inlet 72, and the packaging bag 90b enters the goods loading slideway 71 through the packaging bag inlet 72 through the rotation of the steering driving mechanism 74; the bag opening driving mechanism 77 drives the bag opening sucker 78 to move towards the packaging bag 90b in the goods loading slideway 71 and push the packaging bag 90b, then the bag opening sucker 78 is driven by the bag opening driving mechanism 77 to move back, the bag opening of the packaging bag 90b is opened by the pulling force formed between the bag opening sucker 78 and the bag taking sucker 76, the roasted goods sliding out of the guiding slideway 62 slides into the goods loading slideway 71, then the goods loading slideway 71 slides into the packaging bag 90b from the bag opening, after the bag opening sucker 78 and the bag taking sucker 76 are out of air, the packaging bag 90b filled with the roasted goods sliding along the goods loading slideway 71 slides into the goods taking warehouse 80, and a consumer can take the purchased goods out through the goods taking window on the pavilion body 10.

As can be seen from fig. 1, the automatic baking kiosk includes a heat preservation cabinet 50 disposed at a rear station of the oven 30c, so as to improve baking efficiency, the baked goods are temporarily stored in the heat preservation cabinet 50, a cabinet opening of the heat preservation cabinet 50 is disposed towards the baking tray transferring device 20, a plurality of heat preservation cabinet support plates are disposed in the heat preservation cabinet 50 along an up-down direction at intervals, and a structure of the heat preservation cabinet support plates is identical to that of the storage cabinet support plates.
Specifically, the thermal cabinet 50 is disposed below the conveyor 42 and adjacent to the toaster 30c such that the thermal cabinet 50 is positioned closer to the toaster 30c and the tray conveyor 40.

5. The automated baking kiosk of claim 3, wherein the pallet structure includes a baking tray placement plate positioned above the conveyor belt, a mounting plate fixedly coupled to the baking tray placement plate, and the push-out drive mechanism is secured to the mounting plate.

The automated baking kiosk of claim 1, wherein the empty tray chute comprises an upper chute disposed perpendicular to the bottom plate of the lead-out chute, a lower chute in communication with the upper chute, an included angle β being provided between the lower chute and the upper chute; the guide-out slideway is in a horn mouth shape, and the upper slideway is fixed at the horn mouth end; the horn mouth end of the guiding-out slideway is positioned above the tipping bucket, the upper slideway is positioned below the tipping bucket, and the connection part of the lower slideway and the upper slideway is respectively provided with a detection probe electrically connected with the control cabinet.

The automatic baking kiosk of claim 1 wherein the bag pick-up and opening device includes a load loading chute having one end in communication with the outlet end of the delivery chute and the other end in communication with the pick-up bin, a bag feed opening being provided on a side wall of the load loading chute, and a bag avoidance slot being provided on a bottom plate of the load loading chute in communication with the bag feed opening; the bag opening driving mechanism is arranged above the goods loading slideway, and the output part of the bag opening driving mechanism is fixedly connected with a bag opening sucker; the packing bag box is installed below the goods loading slideway, the steering driving mechanism is installed between the packing bag box and the goods loading slideway, the bag taking driving mechanism is fixedly connected to the output part of the steering driving mechanism, and the bag taking sucker is fixedly connected to the output part of the bag taking driving mechanism.
8. The automated baking kiosk of claim 7, wherein stoppers for limiting one side of the output of the bag take drive mechanism are provided between the turn drive mechanism and the load loading chute and between the bag take drive mechanism and the bag box, respectively.
