本发明公开了一种高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备,属于水性胶黏剂技术领域。旨在解决现有技术中水性聚氨酯胶黏剂粘结性差、固含量低、耐候性不佳的技术问题。本发明中涉及的水性聚氨酯胶黏剂组分包括:150‑260重量份聚己二酸丁二醇酯,20‑55重量份聚丙二醇,45‑110重量份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,35‑80份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,10‑20重量份三羟甲基丙烷,3‑9重量份二月桂酸二丁基锡,56‑73重量份磺酸离子扩链剂,21‑43重量份小分子扩链剂,10‑20重量份三乙胺,30‑50重量份乙二胺,45‑130重量份丙烯酸酯,2‑6重量份过硫酸钠,90‑185重量份无水丙酮。本发明中涉及的胶黏剂具有粘结强度大、耐候性好、固含量高、室温固化时间短、成本低,而且制备工艺简单,操作简便,制备过程无污染。该胶黏剂初粘性的粘接力高达51 N/cm 以上,剥离强度达到166 N/(2.5 cm)。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备,属于水性胶粘剂技术领域。
背景技术
聚氨酯胶黏剂是含有氨酯基和异氰酸酯基的胶黏剂。聚氨酯由于具有高弹性、耐低温性、耐磨和黏连强度高等特点,使用广泛用于胶黏剂、涂料、油墨等领域。聚氨酯胶黏剂按是否含溶剂可以分为无溶剂液体胶黏剂、热熔胶、溶剂型胶黏剂、水性胶黏剂等。在胶黏剂系列产品中,溶剂型产品占据较大比例。但溶剂型胶黏剂有挥发性有机物散发,对环境和人体有很大危害。水性化是发展趋势,水性聚氨酯以水为溶剂,具有环境友好、低毒清洁、运输安全、工作环境好等优点,将会逐渐成为胶黏剂市场的主流。
水性聚氨酯胶黏剂由于综合性能优良而被广泛应用于民用、体育、航天等领域。水性聚氨酯胶黏剂之所以目前还没有占据较大的市场份额,主要原因有粘结强度不大、耐水性差、耐高低温性能不佳、固含量低、成本高、干燥速度慢,尤其是粘结强度低严重影响了其应用。因此对于水性聚氨酯胶黏剂的研究显得很有意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中水性聚氨酯胶黏剂粘结强度不大、耐候性差、固含量低的技术问题,提供一种高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备方法,制备出清洁型高性能水性聚氨酯胶黏剂产品。
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明涉及的一种高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备,包括以下步骤:
(1)将150-260重量份聚己二酸丁二醇酯和20-55重量份聚丙二醇加入到四口烧瓶中,120℃真空脱水2 h;降温至75℃,边通入氮气边加入45-110重量份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、35-80份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、10-20重量份三羟甲基丙烷、3-9份二月桂酸二丁基锡、60-110份无水丙酮溶液,滴加完毕后保温反应2-4 h,NCO基团浓度达到第一理论值即可认为反应充分;
(2)温度升至80℃,加入21-43重量份小分子扩链剂继续反应至NCO基团浓度达到第二理论值;向上述混合物中加入30-75份无水丙酮稀释后,分成2-4等份;降温至50℃后,向每等份中分别加入2-9、10-17、18-25、26-32重量份磺酸离子扩链剂,各反应15-30 min。然后重新混合后得到混合聚氨酯预聚体;
(3)将(4)中物质降至室温,在高速剪切力下,加入含有10-20重量份三乙胺的去离子水,边中和边扩链,再加入30-50重量份乙二胺继续乳化扩链15-30 min;
将上述溶液升温至50℃,减压蒸馏2 h,脱除其中的丙酮溶液,即可得到水性聚氨酯乳液;
(4)将上述乳液加热至90℃,搅拌条件下加入45-130重量份丙烯酸酯,搅拌均匀后,缓慢滴加2-6重量份过硫酸钠水溶液引发反应,滴加完毕后保温反应1 h即可得到本发明中涉及的水性聚氨酯乳液。
优选的,小分子扩链剂为一缩二乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇或乙二醇。
优选的,磺酸离子扩链剂为乙二胺基乙磺酸钠或2,4-二氨基苯磺酸钠。
优选的,丙烯酸酯为丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸丁酯中的两种混合物。且混合物中两种组分的质量比为2-4:1。
水性聚氨酯乳液40-75重量份、水性消泡剂0.1-0.25重量份、水性增稠剂1.2-3.3重量份、光稳定性0.2-0.3重量份、抗氧剂0.25-0.6重量份、杀菌防霉剂0.1-0.4重量份、水解稳定剂0.5-3重量份、填料3-8重量份。
优选的,水性增稠剂RM-12W、RM-2020 和 RM-8W中的一种或几种。
优选的,光稳定剂为UV327、Tinuvin571、(2,2,6,6—四甲基哌啶)癸二酸酯和光稳定剂765中的一种或几种。

本发明实施例包括:
实施例1
一种鞋用高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备:
(1)将200 g聚己二酸丁二醇酯和35 g聚丙二醇加入到四口烧瓶中,120℃真空脱水2h;降温至75℃,边通入氮气边加入70 g亚甲基二异氰酸酯、40 g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、15 g三羟甲基丙烷、4 g二月桂酸二丁基锡、80 mL无水丙酮溶液,滴加完毕后保温反应2.5 h,NCO基团浓度达到第一理论值即可认为反应充分;
(2)温度升至80℃,加入28 g丁二醇继续反应至NCO基团浓度达到第二理论值;向上述混合物中加入45 mL无水丙酮稀释后,分成4等份;降温至50℃后,向每等份中分别加入7、15、23、31g乙二胺基乙磺酸钠扩链剂,各反应30 min。然后重新混合后得到混合聚氨酯预聚体;
(3)将(4)中物质降至室温,在高速剪切力下,加入含有11 g重量份三乙胺的去离子水,边中和边扩链,再加入30 g乙二胺继续乳化扩链20 min;将上述溶液升温至50℃,减压蒸馏2 h,脱除其中的丙酮溶液,即可得到水性聚氨酯乳液;
(4)将上述乳液加热至90℃,搅拌条件下加入56 g丙烯酸甲酯和28 g丙烯酸乙酯,搅拌均匀后,缓慢滴加20 g过硫酸钠水溶液引发反应,滴加完毕后保温反应1 h即可得到本发明中涉及的水性聚氨酯乳液。
本实施例中制备的鞋用高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂跟固含量达到56%,黏度为900 mPa∙s,吸水率为9.5 %,室温固化时间43 min,剥离强度达到133 N/(2.5 cm),外观呈白色泛蓝乳液,储存稳定期超过9个月。
实施例2
一种木材加工用高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备:
(1)将140 g聚己二酸丁二醇酯和23 g聚丙二醇加入到四口烧瓶中,120℃真空脱水2h;降温至75℃,边通入氮气边加入60 g亚甲基二异氰酸酯、30 g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、11 g三羟甲基丙烷、2.5 g二月桂酸二丁基锡、105 mL无水丙酮溶液,滴加完毕后保温反应2 h,NCO基团浓度达到第一理论值即可认为反应充分;
(2)温度升至80℃,加入21 g1,4-丁二醇继续反应至NCO基团浓度达到第二理论值;向上述混合物中加入58 mL无水丙酮稀释后,分成4等份;降温至50℃后,向每等份中分别加入4、6、8、10 g乙二胺基乙磺酸钠扩链剂,各反应30 min。然后重新混合后得到混合聚氨酯预聚体;
(3)将(4)中物质降至室温,在高速剪切力下,加入含有8 g重量份三乙胺的去离子水,边中和边扩链,再加入16 g乙二胺继续乳化扩链20 min;将上述溶液升温至50℃,减压蒸馏2 h,脱除其中的丙酮溶液,即可得到水性聚氨酯乳液;
(4)将上述乳液加热至90℃,搅拌条件下加入40 g丙烯酸甲酯和20 g丙烯酸丁酯,搅拌均匀后,缓慢滴加13 g过硫酸钠水溶液引发反应,滴加完毕后保温反应1 h即可得到本发明中涉及的水性聚氨酯乳液。
本实施例中制备的木材加工用高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂跟固含量达到52%,黏度为1100 mPa∙s,吸水率为6.3 %,室温固化时间41 min,剥离强度达到158 N/(2.5 cm),外观呈半透明白色乳液,储存稳定期超过6个月。
实施例3
一种车用高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备:
(1)将170 g聚己二酸丁二醇酯和38 g聚丙二醇加入到四口烧瓶中,120℃真空脱水2h;降温至75℃,边通入氮气边加入80 g亚甲基二异氰酸酯、40 g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、18 g三羟甲基丙烷、2 g二月桂酸二丁基锡、125 mL无水丙酮溶液,滴加完毕后保温反应2 h,NCO基团浓度达到第一理论值即可认为反应充分;
(2)温度升至80℃,加入16 g1,4-丁二醇继续反应至NCO基团浓度达到第二理论值;向上述混合物中加入50 mL无水丙酮稀释后,分成4等份;降温至50℃后,向每等份中分别加入9、13、17、21 g乙二胺基乙磺酸钠扩链剂,各反应30 min。然后重新混合后得到混合聚氨酯预聚体;
(3)将(4)中物质降至室温,在高速剪切力下,加入含有13 g重量份三乙胺的去离子水,边中和边扩链,再加入16 g乙二胺继续乳化扩链30 min;将上述溶液升温至50℃,减压蒸馏2 h,脱除其中的丙酮溶液,即可得到水性聚氨酯乳液;
(4)将上述乳液加热至90℃,搅拌条件下加入48 g丙烯酸甲酯和16 g丙烯酸丁酯,搅拌均匀后,缓慢滴加11 g过硫酸钠水溶液引发反应,滴加完毕后保温反应1 h即可得到本发明中涉及的水性聚氨酯乳液。
本实施例中制备的车用高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂跟固含量达到58%,黏度为1000 mPa∙s,吸水率为5.5 %,室温固化时间39 min,剥离强度达到166 N/(2.5 cm),初粘性的粘接力高达51N/cm 以上,外观呈白色乳液,储存稳定期超过6个月。

(2)降温至75℃,边通入氮气边加入45-110重量份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、35-80份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、10-20重量份三羟甲基丙烷、3-9重量份二月桂酸二丁基锡、60-110份无水丙酮溶液,滴加完毕后保温反应2-4 h,-NCO基团浓度达到第一理论值即可认为反应充分;
(3)温度升至80℃,加入21-43重量份小分子扩链剂继续反应至NCO基团浓度达到第二理论值;
(4)向上述混合物中加入30-75份无水丙酮稀释后,分成2-4等份;降温至50℃后,向每等份中分别加入2-9、10-17、18-25、26-32重量份磺酸离子扩链剂,各反应15-30 min,然后重新混合后得到混合聚氨酯预聚体;
(5)将(4)中物质降至室温,在高速剪切力下,加入含有10-20重量份三乙胺的去离子水,边中和边扩链,再加入30-50重量份乙二胺继续乳化扩链15-30 min;
(6)将上述溶液升温至50℃,减压蒸馏2 h,脱除其中的丙酮溶液,即可得到水性聚氨酯乳液;
(7)将上述乳液加热至90℃,搅拌条件下加入45-130重量份丙烯酸酯,搅拌均匀后,缓慢滴加2-6重量份过硫酸钠水溶液引发反应,滴加完毕后保温反应1 h即可得到本发明中涉及的水性聚氨酯乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备,其特征在于,所述的小分子扩链剂为一缩二乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇或乙二醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备,其特征在于,所述的磺酸离子扩链剂为乙二胺基乙磺酸钠或2,4-二氨基苯磺酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备,其特征在于,所述的丙烯酸酯为丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸丁酯中的两种混合物,且混合物中两种组分的质量比为2-4:1。
5.含有权利要求1-4任何一项所制备的一种高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂,其特征在于,该胶粘剂包括:水性聚氨酯乳液40-75重量份、水性消泡剂(BYK-024)0.1-0.25重量份、水性增稠剂1.2-3.3重量份、光稳定性0.2-0.3重量份、抗氧剂(Irganox5057)0.25-0.6重量份、杀菌防霉剂(富马酸三丁基锡)0.1-0.4重量份、水解稳定剂(KH-560)0.5-3重量份、填料3-8重量份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备,其特征在于,所述水性增稠剂RM-12W、RM-2020 和 RM-8W中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备,其特征在于,所述的光稳定剂为UV327、Tinuvin571、(2,2,6,6—四甲基哌啶)癸二酸酯和光稳定剂765中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备,其特征在于,所述的填料为钛白粉、碳酸钙、滑石粉和高岭土中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高粘结水性聚氨酯清洁胶黏剂的制备,其特征在于,可适用于制鞋工业、汽车和轨道交通材料加工、木材加工、玻璃密封和植绒制造领域。
