本发明公开了一种水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物及其制备方法,所述组合物由以下组分按重量份组成:改性聚氨酯40~70份、流平剂2~8份、水性润湿剂1.5~4份、填充剂1~5份、渗透剂0.5~2份、固化剂2~6份、水性助溶剂10~15份,交联剂4~20份、抗氧剂3~10份、阻燃剂2~5份;所述水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物具有良好的粘结强度、初粘强度和较高的剥离强度,同时还兼具耐脏、抗阻燃等优良性能,同时,所述制备方法工艺简单、成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,特别是胶粘剂技术领域,具体为一种水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯(PU)是指主链上含有大量氨基甲酸酯基团(-NHCOO-)的高聚物聚氨基甲酸酯(Polyurethane)的简称。因其表现出优异的物化性能,现已被广泛地应用于合成革、人造革行业,是一种多功能聚合物材料。成为在社会经济发展中不可缺少的一类高分子材料。聚氨酯胶粘剂具有软硬度可调节、耐低温、柔韧性好、粘接强度大等优点,能粘接金属、非金属等多种材料,用途越来越广。但是目前整个聚氨酯胶粘剂行业仍以溶剂型为主。
随着人们的安全和环保意识的加强,水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的研究得以迅速发展。水性聚氨酯胶粘剂是指将聚氨酯溶于水或分散于水中而形成的胶粘剂,与溶剂型相比具有无溶剂、无污染、成膜性好、粘接力强、和其他聚合物尤其是乳液型聚合物易掺混有利于改性等优点。90年代后已逐渐在汽车内饰物粘接、厨房用品制造、复合薄膜制造、鞋底鞋帮粘接、服装加工等方面得到应用。但是还存在许多缺点,需要通过各种改性,完善其功能。例如,200810039082.5的中国专利文献公开了一种可作为汽车内饰用胶粘剂的水性聚氨酯乳液的制备方法,水性聚氨酯乳液虽然较环保,但是其初粘性、粘结强度、剥离强度都比较差。申请号为200710026211.2的中国专利文献公开了一种改性水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,用磷酸或醋酸对环氧树脂进行改性,得到改性的环氧树脂;以多异氰酸酯和低聚物多元醇为原料,加入扩链剂后得到聚氨酯预聚体;用所述改性的环氧树脂对所述聚氨酯预聚体进行改性,得到改性的聚氨酯预聚体,由于引入了交联剂和环氧树脂,该改性水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的内聚强度和粘结强度得到了提高,但是其初粘强度仍然较差、剥离强度依然较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物及其制备方法,该水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物具有良好的粘结强度、初粘强度和较高的剥离强度,同时还兼具耐脏、抗阻燃等优良性能。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
本发明公开了一种水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,所述组合物由以下组分按重量份组成:改性聚氨酯40~70份、流平剂2~8份、水性润湿剂1.5~4份、填充剂1~5份、渗透剂0.5~2份、固化剂2~6份、水性助溶剂10~15份,交联剂4~20份、抗氧剂3~10份、阻燃剂2~5份;
所述改性聚氨酯由以下方法制备:将丙酮、扩链剂、聚酯二元醇、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环氧树脂、多异氰酸酯混合,加热反应得中间产物A;再向体系中加入1,4-丁二醇,继续反应,得中间产物B;继续向体系中加入中和剂,搅拌中和,然后除去丙酮,得到改性聚氨酯;以环氧树脂和γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为改性剂,在聚氨酯的主链结构中引入了环氧树脂基团和γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷基团,环氧树脂基团能够提高聚氨酯的粘结强度,γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷基团能够提高聚氨酯的耐水性、初粘强度和剥离强度,因此得到的改性聚氨酯具有良好的耐水性、粘结强度、初粘强度和剥离强度。
所述扩链剂为2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、2,2-二羟甲基丁酸、二氨基烷基碘酸盐、酒石酸中的至少一种;所述聚酯二元醇为聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇中的至少一种;所述多异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二亚甲基苯基二异氰酸酯和1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的至少一种;所述中和剂为三乙胺、乙二胺、氨水或氢氧化钠中的至少一种;所述环氧树脂为环氧树脂E-44、环氧树脂E-51中的至少一种。
所述流平剂为丙烯酸酯类或有机硅类流平剂;所述水性润湿剂为十二烷基苯磺酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的至少一种;所述渗透剂为磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种;所述水性助溶剂为异丙醇、乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇丁醚和二丙二醇丁醚中的至少一种;加入上述助剂有利于增加水性胶粘剂的涂膜的初粘性、涂布性、水溶性、润湿性、附着力、粘接性。
所述交联剂为氮丙啶、三乙烯四胺或乙二胺中的至少一种;水性聚氨酯胶粘剂中添加交联剂,使水性聚氨酯胶粘剂中的大分子链之间形成网状结构,具有优异的的耐水、耐溶剂及力学性能。
所述的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备改性聚氨酯;
(2)按配方量在改性聚氨酯中加入交联剂,在45~60℃温度下反应1~2小时;
(3)向步骤(2)依次添加流平剂、水性润湿剂、填充剂、渗透剂、固化剂、水性助溶剂,交联剂、抗氧剂、阻燃剂后均匀搅拌,直到水性聚氨酯胶成溶胶状为止即可。
本发明一种水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物及其制备方法,具有如下的有益效果:
第一、本发明选用的水性聚氨酯用环氧树脂和γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为改性剂进行改性,增加了水性聚氨酯的的耐水性、粘结强度、初粘强度和剥离强度。
第二、本发明在改性水性聚氨酯中添加流平剂、水性润湿剂、填充剂、渗透剂、固化剂、水性助溶剂,交联剂、抗氧剂、阻燃剂组成水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,使得该水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的涂膜具有更加优良的初粘性、涂布性、水溶性、润湿性、附着力和粘接性。
第三、本发明组合物中添加交联剂,使水性聚氨酯胶粘剂中的大分子链之间形成网状结构,具有优异的的耐水、耐溶剂及力学性能,并且本发明的制备方法简单,成本低廉,是一种综合性能优异的绿色环保的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。

实施例1
配方:一种水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,所述组合物由以下组分按重量份组成:改性聚氨酯45份、丙烯酸酯类流平剂2份、十二烷基苯磺酸3份、填充剂2份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1份、固化剂3份、乙二醇丁醚12份、氮丙啶5份、抗氧剂4份、阻燃剂3份。
所述水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)制备改性聚氨酯:
将丙酮、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、聚乙二醇、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环氧树脂E-44、氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,加热至60~75℃,反应0.5~1h得中间产物A;再向体系中加入1,4-丁二醇,继续反应,得中间产物B;到40℃时向体系中加入三乙胺,搅拌中和,然后除去丙酮,得到改性聚氨酯;
(2)按配方量在改性聚氨酯中加入氮丙啶,在50℃温度下反应1小时;
(3)向步骤(2)依次添加丙烯酸酯类流平剂、十二烷基苯磺酸、填充剂、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、固化剂、乙二醇丁醚、抗氧剂、阻燃剂后均匀搅拌,直到水性聚氨酯胶成溶胶状为止即可。
实施例2
配方:一种水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,所述组合物由以下组分按重量份组成:改性聚氨酯55份、有机硅类流平剂5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.5份、填充剂3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、固化剂4份、丙二醇甲醚11份,三乙烯四胺8份、抗氧剂5份、阻燃剂3份。
所述水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)制备改性聚氨酯:
将丙酮、2,2-二羟甲基丁酸、聚丙二醇、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环氧树脂E-51、二亚甲基苯基二异氰酸酯,加热至60~75℃,反应0.5~1h得中间产物A;再向体系中加入1,4-丁二醇,继续反应,得中间产物B;到40℃时向体系中加入乙二胺,搅拌中和,然后除去丙酮,得到改性聚氨酯;
(2)按配方量在改性聚氨酯中加入三乙烯四胺,在45℃温度下反应2小时;
(3)向步骤(2)依次添加有机硅类流平剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、填充剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、固化剂、丙二醇甲醚、抗氧剂、阻燃剂后均匀搅拌,直到水性聚氨酯胶成溶胶状为止即可。
实施例3
配方:一种水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,所述组合物由以下组分按重量份组成:改性聚氨酯60份、丙烯酸酯类流平剂4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、填充剂2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、固化剂3份、丙二醇丁醚12份,三乙烯四胺9份、抗氧剂7份、阻燃剂3份。
所述水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)制备改性聚氨酯:
将丙酮、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环氧树脂E-44、1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯混合,加热至60~75℃,反应0.5~1h得中间产物A;再向体系中加入1,4-丁二醇,继续反应,得中间产物B;到40℃时向体系中加入三乙胺,搅拌中和,然后除去丙酮,得到改性聚氨酯;
(2)按配方量在改性聚氨酯中加入三乙烯四胺,在55℃温度下反应1小时;
(3)向步骤(2)依次添加丙烯酸酯类流平剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、填充剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、固化剂、丙二醇丁醚、抗氧剂、阻燃剂后均匀搅拌,直到水性聚氨酯胶成溶胶状为止即可。
实施例4
配方:一种水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,所述组合物由以下组分按重量份组成:改性聚氨酯65份、丙烯酸酯类流平剂6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、填充剂2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、固化剂4份、二乙二醇丁醚10份,氮丙啶7份、抗氧剂5份、阻燃剂2份。

将丙酮、酒石酸、聚丙二醇、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环氧树脂E-51、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯混合,加热反应得中间产物A;再向体系中加入1,4-丁二醇,继续反应,得中间产物B;继续向体系中加入氨水,搅拌中和,然后除去丙酮,得到改性聚氨酯;
(2)按配方量在改性聚氨酯中加入氮丙啶,在60℃温度下反应1.5小时;
(3)向步骤(2)依次添加流平剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、填充剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、固化剂、二乙二醇丁醚、抗氧剂、阻燃剂后均匀搅拌,直到水性聚氨酯胶成溶胶状为止即可。
实施例5
配方:一种水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,所述组合物由以下组分按重量份组成:改性聚氨酯58份、有机硅类流平剂4份、十二烷基苯磺酸2份、填充剂4份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐2份、固化剂3份、丙二醇丁醚13份,氮丙啶6份、抗氧剂4份、阻燃剂3份。
所述水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)制备改性聚氨酯:
将丙酮、二氨基烷基碘酸盐、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环氧树脂E-44、氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,加热反应得中间产物A;再向体系中加入1,4-丁二醇,继续反应,得中间产物B;继续向体系中加入氨水,搅拌中和,然后除去丙酮,得到改性聚氨酯;
(2)按配方量在改性聚氨酯中加入氮丙啶,在50℃温度下反应2小时;
(3)向步骤(2)依次添加有机硅类流平剂、十二烷基苯磺酸、填充剂、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、固化剂、丙二醇丁醚、抗氧剂、阻燃剂后均匀搅拌,直到水性聚氨酯胶成溶胶状为止即可。
实施例6
配方:一种水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,所述组合物由以下组分按重量份组成:改性聚氨酯70份、丙烯酸酯类流平剂7份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、填充剂4份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐2份、固化剂5份、二乙二醇丁醚13份,乙二胺16份、抗氧剂8份、阻燃剂4份。
所述水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)制备改性聚氨酯:
将丙酮、二氨基烷基碘酸盐、聚乙二醇、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环氧树脂E-51、二亚甲基苯基二异氰酸酯,加热反应得中间产物A;再向体系中加入1,4-丁二醇,继续反应,得中间产物B;继续向体系中加入三乙胺,搅拌中和,然后除去丙酮,得到改性聚氨酯;
(2)按配方量在改性聚氨酯中加入乙二胺,在55℃温度下反应1.5小时;
(3)向步骤(2)依次添加丙烯酸酯类流平剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、填充剂、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、固化剂、二乙二醇丁醚、抗氧剂、阻燃剂后均匀搅拌,直到水性聚氨酯胶成溶胶状为止即可。
同时,为了评估本发明所述一种水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物的具体技术效果,分别从粘结强度、初粘强度、浸水24h剥离强度、晒干后剥离强度方面对实施例1~6的产品具体进行测试。具体测试数据如表1所示:

从表1可以看到,本发明制备所得的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物从粘结强度、初粘强度、浸水24h剥离强度、晒干后剥离强度方面进行测试,可以看出上述几方面数据均表明本发明的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物具有优异的性能,并且该组合物的制备方法简单易得,成本低廉。

Claims (10)

1.一种水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物由以下组分按重量份组成:改性聚氨酯40~70份、流平剂2~8份、水性润湿剂1.5~4份、填充剂1~5份、渗透剂0.5~2份、固化剂2~6份、水性助溶剂10~15份,交联剂4~20份、抗氧剂3~10份、阻燃剂2~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯由以下方法制备:将丙酮、扩链剂、聚酯二元醇、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环氧树脂、多异氰酸酯混合,加热反应得中间产物A;再向体系中加入1,4-丁二醇,继续反应,得中间产物B;继续向体系中加入中和剂,搅拌中和,然后除去丙酮,得到改性聚氨酯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,其特征在于,所述扩链剂为2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、2,2-二羟甲基丁酸、二氨基烷基碘酸盐、酒石酸中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,其特征在于,所述聚酯二元醇为聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,其特征在于,所述多异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二亚甲基苯基二异氰酸酯和1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,其特征在于,所述中和剂为三乙胺、乙二胺、氨水、氢氧化钠中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求2~6所述的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂为环氧树脂E-44、环氧树脂E-51中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,其特征在于,所述流平剂为丙烯酸酯类或有机硅类流平剂;所述水性润湿剂为十二烷基苯磺酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的至少一种;所述渗透剂为磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物,其特征在于,所述水性助溶剂为异丙醇、乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇丁醚和二丙二醇丁醚中的至少一种;所述交联剂为氮丙啶、三乙烯四胺或乙二胺中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备改性聚氨酯;
(2)按配方量在改性聚氨酯中加入交联剂,在45~60℃温度下反应1~2小时;
(3)向步骤(2)依次添加流平剂、水性润湿剂、填充剂、渗透剂、固化剂、水性助溶剂、抗氧剂、阻燃剂后均匀搅拌,直到水性聚氨酯胶成溶胶状为止即可。
