Abstract

本发明公开了一种四面木纹多条百叶窗铝带的涂装工艺,该工艺包括开卷、涨力机、脱脂、清洗、钝化、清洗、烘干、底漆、烘干、上木纹、烘干、彩色面漆、烘干、收卷和包装等组成,通过对涂装工艺的研究,将原先的单条多次涂装改为多条一次性涂装,方便快捷高效,极大的提高了生产效率。多条涂装的优点在于避免单条涂装能源浪费现象,同时节省了生产空间,而四面木纹涂装工艺更是一大亮点,颠覆了传统单条单边涂装工艺的繁琐性,实现单条生产线批量出产品的可能性,用料更省,效率更高,质量更好。

Description

一种四面木纹多条百叶窗铝带的涂装工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝带涂装工艺,具体的说是一种四面木纹多条百叶窗铝带的涂装工艺。
背景技术
目前,我国百叶窗用铝带涂装技术还尚不完善,早期涂装工艺中,大多采用接触式涂装,即靠一条铝带单面接触单个油漆辊来涂装,这种效率的话,想要实现铝带四面涂装需要加装四套同样的设备来完成,成本高,维护难,而且单条铝带占用了所有设备,效率太低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对以上不足,提供一种四面木纹多条百叶窗铝带的涂装工艺。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种四面木纹多条百叶窗铝带的涂装工艺,包括下述加工步骤:
1)开卷;
2)涨力,通过涨力机作用增加铝带涨紧力,使得铝带涨紧力达到10N;
3)脱脂,将涨力后的铝带浸于脱脂剂中进行脱脂处理,在脱脂剂中的浸泡时间为8秒;
4)一次清洗,对经过脱脂剂处理的铝带用清水进行清洗;
5)钝化,将铝带置于钝化剂中进行钝化,在钝化剂中的浸泡时间为8秒;
6)二次清洗,对经过钝化剂处理的铝带用清水进行清洗;
7)一次烘干,用烤箱烘干,烘干时间10秒,温度100-150℃,将多余水分蒸发掉,保持铝带干燥洁净;
8)涂底漆,将底漆采用双面六辊平面逆向涂装装置涂在铝带上,这样在逆向涂装的过程中,通过涂漆辊与铝带的逆向运动,把部分油漆沿铝带边缘挤出至铝带的侧面,这样既可将油漆涂于铝带侧面,以达到侧面涂漆的效果;
9)二次烘干,用烤箱烘干,烘干时间50秒,温度150-200℃;
10) 上木纹,把精雕好的钢制木纹辊浸泡在预调好的木纹油漆里面,采用双面六辊平面逆向涂装装置,通过钢棍和橡胶的相向运动,将钢棍上的木纹油漆转印到胶辊上,通过双组胶辊对压铝带,达到双面同时印刷,因为铝带厚度较薄,通过胶辊对铝带的弹压,使部分木纹印于铝带侧面,这样就可以达到四面同时印刷木纹的效果;
11) 三次烘干,用烤箱将木纹油漆烘干,烘干时间10秒,温度200-225℃;
12)涂彩色面漆,在铝带上再覆盖一层彩色面漆,原理跟涂装底漆一样,采用双面六辊平面逆向涂装装置涂装,在逆向涂装的过程中,通过涂漆辊与铝带的逆向运动,把部分油漆沿铝带边缘挤出至铝带的侧面,达到侧面涂漆的效果;
13)四次烘干,烤箱烘干,烘干时间10秒,温度200-225℃;
14)收卷;
15)包装。
进一步的,所述双面六辊平面逆向涂装装置包括上油漆池、下油漆池、下涂漆辊、上涂漆辊、下钢制木纹辊、上钢制木纹辊、下木纹胶辊和上木纹胶辊,所述下木纹胶辊和上木纹胶辊竖直并列,铝带从下木纹胶辊和上木纹胶辊之间通过,所述上木纹胶辊与上钢制木纹辊相切,所述上钢制木纹辊和上涂漆辊相切,所述上涂漆辊设置在下油漆池上,所述下木纹胶辊与下钢制木纹辊相切,所述下钢制木纹辊和下涂漆辊相切,所述下涂漆辊设置在上油漆池上。
本发明涉及的一种四面木纹多条百叶窗铝带的涂装工艺,通过对涂装工艺的研究,将原先的单条多次涂装改为多条一次性涂装,方便,快捷,高效,极大的提高了生产效率。多条涂装的优点在于避免单条涂装能源浪费现象,同时节省了生产空间,而四面木纹涂装工艺更是一大亮点,颠覆了传统单条单边涂装工艺的繁琐性,实现单条生产线批量出产品的可能性,用料更省,效率更高,质量更好。

具体实施方式
实施例,如图1、图2和图3所示,一种四面木纹多条百叶窗铝带的涂装工艺,铝带18开卷1后,对铝带进行涨力2,经过涨力机作用增加铝带18涨紧力,涨力为10N,防止铝带18过松,导致铝带18缠绕在一起和防止铝带18之间由于过松造成相互刮划等现象,铝带18经涨力机2出来后,浸于脱脂剂3中8秒进行脱脂3处理,然后用清水4冲洗掉多余脱脂剂3,然后将铝带18置于钝化剂5中8秒进行钝化,再用清水6进行清洗,此时铝带18略有潮湿,下一步进行烘干7处理,用烤箱烘干,烘干时间10秒,温度100-150℃,将多余水分蒸发掉,保持铝带18干燥洁净,至此铝带18处理完毕,下一步进行涂装工艺,将铝带18传送涂装工艺的涂底漆8工序,涂装底漆8时,采用双面六辊平面逆向涂装法涂装,这样在逆向涂装的过程中,通过涂漆辊23与铝带18的逆向运动,把部分油漆沿铝带18边缘挤出至铝带18的侧面,这样既可将油漆涂于铝带18侧面,以达到侧面涂漆的效果,底漆涂装结束,进入烤箱9进行烘干处理,用烤箱烘干,烘干时间50秒,温度150-200℃,下一道工序是印制木纹,木纹的印刷原理是把精雕好的钢制木纹辊16、钢制木纹辊20浸泡在预调好的木纹油漆里面,通过钢棍16、钢棍20和胶辊17、胶辊19的相向运动,将钢棍16、钢棍20的木纹油漆转印到胶辊17、胶辊19上,通过双组胶辊17、胶辊19对压铝带18,达到双面同时印刷,因为铝带18厚度较薄,通过胶辊17、胶辊19对铝带18的弹压,使部分木纹印于铝带18侧面,这样就可以达到四面同时印刷木纹的效果,再将铝带18输送至烤箱11内,用烤箱将木纹油漆烘干,烘干时间10秒,温度200-225℃,将木纹油漆烘干,再下一步进入彩色面漆涂装12工序,在铝带18上再覆盖一层彩色面漆,原理跟涂装底漆8一样,采用双面六辊平面逆向涂装法涂装,在逆向涂装的过程中,通过涂漆辊23与铝带18的逆向运动,把部分油漆沿铝带18边缘挤出至铝带18的侧面,达到侧面涂漆的效果。送入烤箱13,进行最后一次面漆的烘干,然后将铝带18收卷14,装入包装盒15。
如图4和图5所示,所述双面六辊平面逆向涂装装置,该装置包括上油漆池101、下油漆池108、下涂漆辊102、上涂漆辊107、下钢制木纹辊103、上钢制木纹辊106、下木纹胶辊104和上木纹胶辊105,所述下木纹胶辊104和上木纹胶辊105竖直并列,铝带从下木纹胶辊104和上木纹胶辊105之间通过,所述上木纹胶辊105与上钢制木纹辊106相切,所述上钢制木纹辊106和上涂漆辊107相切,所述上涂漆辊107设置在下油漆池108上,所述下木纹胶辊104与下钢制木纹辊103相切,所述下钢制木纹辊103和下涂漆辊102相切,所述下涂漆辊102设置在上油漆池101上,下涂漆辊102从上油漆池101中滚上一层油漆,将油漆涂抹在下钢制木纹辊103的钢木纹上,然后下钢制木纹辊103再将木纹印在下木纹胶辊104上,下木纹胶辊104再将木纹印在铝带上,同样上涂漆辊107从下油漆池108中滚上一层油漆,将油漆涂抹在上钢制木纹辊106的钢木纹上,然后上钢制木纹辊106再将木纹印在上木纹胶辊105上,上木纹胶辊105再将木纹印在铝带上,关键点就在下木纹胶辊104和上木纹胶辊105这里,理论上来说,铝带是有厚度的,分为上面,下面,前面,后面一共四个面,这就是四面木纹涂装工艺中四面的来由,因为下木纹胶辊104和上木纹胶辊105是胶质材料,具有一定的弹性,在接触到铝带的上下面后,侧面也会接触到,这样就把木纹也印在侧面了。

Claims (2)

1.一种四面木纹多条百叶窗铝带的涂装工艺,其特征在于:包括下述加工步骤:
(1)开卷;
(2)涨力,通过涨力机作用增加铝带涨紧力,使得铝带涨紧力达到10N;
(3)脱脂,将涨力后的铝带浸于脱脂剂中进行脱脂处理,在脱脂剂中的浸泡时间为8秒;
(4)一次清洗,对经过脱脂剂处理的铝带用清水进行清洗;
(5)钝化,将铝带置于钝化剂中进行钝化,在钝化剂中的浸泡时间为8秒;
(6)二次清洗,对经过钝化剂处理的铝带用清水进行清洗;
(7)一次烘干,用烤箱烘干,烘干时间10秒,温度100-150℃,将多余水分蒸发掉,保持铝带干燥洁净;
(8)涂底漆,将底漆采用双面六辊平面逆向涂装装置涂在铝带上,这样在逆向涂装的过程中,通过涂漆辊与铝带的逆向运动,把部分油漆沿铝带边缘挤出至铝带的侧面,这样既可将油漆涂于铝带侧面,以达到侧面涂漆的效果;
(9)二次烘干,用烤箱烘干,烘干时间50秒,温度150-200℃;
(10)上木纹,把精雕好的钢制木纹辊浸泡在预调好的木纹油漆里面,采用双面六辊平面逆向涂装装置涂装,通过钢棍和橡胶的相向运动,将钢棍上的木纹油漆转印到胶辊上,通过双组胶辊对压铝带,达到双面同时印刷,因为铝带厚度较薄,通过胶辊对铝带的弹压,使部分木纹印于铝带侧面,这样就可以达到四面同时印刷木纹的效果;
(11)三次烘干,用烤箱将木纹油漆烘干,烘干时间10秒,温度200-225℃;
(12)涂彩色面漆,在铝带上再覆盖一层彩色面漆,采用双面六辊平面逆向涂装装置涂装,在逆向涂装的过程中,通过涂漆辊与铝带的逆向运动,把部分油漆沿铝带边缘挤出至铝带的侧面,达到侧面涂漆的效果;
(13)四次烘干,烤箱烘干,烘干时间10秒,温度200-225℃;
(14)收卷;
(15)包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种四面木纹多条百叶窗铝带的涂装工艺,其特征在于:所述双面六辊平面逆向涂装装置包括上油漆池(101)、下油漆池(108)、下涂漆辊(102)、上涂漆辊(107)、下钢制木纹辊(103)、上钢制木纹辊(106)、下木纹胶辊(104)和上木纹胶辊(105),所述下木纹胶辊(104)和上木纹胶辊(105)竖直并列,铝带从下木纹胶辊(104)和上木纹胶辊(105)之间通过,所述上木纹胶辊(105)与上钢制木纹辊(106)相切,所述上钢制木纹辊(106)和上涂漆辊(107)相切,所述上涂漆辊(107)设置在下油漆池(108)上,所述下木纹胶辊(104)与下钢制木纹辊(103)相切,所述下钢制木纹辊(103)和下涂漆辊(102)相切,所述下涂漆辊(102)设置在上油漆池(101)上。
