技术领域
本发明属于达克罗表面处理技术领域,具体而言,涉及卷状类金属材料达克罗生产线。
背景技术
达克罗,又称锌铬膜涂层,具有极高的防腐蚀性,在中国国内正处于萌发阶段的清洁生产工艺和一种高新技术,被誉为国际表面处理行业具有划时代意义的新工艺。此工艺可以取代钢铁什电镀锌、镉、锌基合金、热浸镀锌、热喷锌、机械镀锌。
达克罗涂覆工艺大致可分为浸涂、喷涂、挂涂等几类,其中以浸涂为主。在浸涂工艺中,先将工件放入达克罗液中浸涂,然后在通过离心机离心甩去多余涂液,然后再经过烘烤成膜。上述浸涂和离心过程是分开进行的,需在浸涂完成后将工件从浸涂设备转移到离心设备中,再进行离心过程。
上述达克罗处理工艺特别适用于小零部件(螺丝、螺母、杆件等)的加工,但对于成卷设置的钢板等卷状类的金属材料的达克罗加工,如果应用上述设备或工艺,难以找到较大的浸涂箱导致浸涂不均匀,而在烘烤时容易造成烘烤不均匀,影响达克罗处理效果。
本公司开发的应用于卷状类金属材料的达克罗处理生产线,可实现均匀涂覆和烘烤,工作效率高,克服了现有技术中的缺陷,技术上填补了国内空白,利于大面积推广和应用。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供卷状类金属材料达克罗生产线,旨在解决现有技术中存在的技术问题。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明提供了卷状类金属材料达克罗生产线,包括送料架、打磨装置、涂覆装置、高周波加热器和收料架,所述送料架、打磨装置、涂覆装置、高周波加热器和收料架依次设置,卷状类金属材料从所述送料架传送至所述收料架,且卷状类金属材料依次经过打磨装置、涂覆装置和高周波加热器;所述涂覆装置包括支杆、箱体、进口、出口、上锥筒、海绵块和滚筒,所述支杆上端固定设有箱体,所述箱体左端设有供卷状类金属材料进入的进口,所述箱体右端设有供卷状类金属材料排出的出口,所述箱体内腔上部设有上锥筒,所述上锥筒下端开口固定有海绵块,所述海绵块下端接触卷状类金属材料上端,所述箱体内腔前后端横跨有带有刷毛的滚筒,所述滚筒外壁与卷状类金属材料下端接触,所述箱体内底部和上锥筒内均盛装达克罗涂料。
进一步地,所述高周波加热器和涂覆装置均设有两个,所述高周波加热器和涂覆装置间隔设置。
进一步地,所述打磨装置包括底座、粉尘收集筒、支架板、打磨轮和第一驱动电机,所述底座上端固定有竖直的支架板,所述支架板后端上部设有第一驱动电机,所述支架板前端上部设有打磨轮,所述第一驱动电机输出轴穿过所述支架板并传动连接所述打磨轮,一组中的两个所述打磨轮分别设于卷状类金属材料上下两端,且所述打磨轮传动方向与卷状类金属材料传送方向相反,所述支架板前端下部设有粉尘收集筒,所述粉尘收集筒下端与底座内腔相连通。
进一步地,所述打磨装置上设有两组所述打磨轮。
进一步地,所述送料架包括送料架体和第一转筒,所述送料架体上端设有第一转筒,所述第一转筒上设有卷状类金属材料。
进一步地,所述收料架包括收料架体、第二转筒和第二驱动电机,所述收料架体上端设有第二转筒,所述第二转筒上设有卷状类金属材料,所述收料架体外侧设有第二驱动电机,所述第二驱动电机传动连接第二转筒。
进一步地,还包括风冷装置,所述风冷装置设于所述高周波加热器和收料架之间,用于对卷状类金属材料风冷处理。
进一步地,所述风冷装置包括主箱体、气泵、出气管和喷头,所述主箱体内设有气泵,所述气泵与向上伸出的出气管相连通,所述出气管端部设有喷头,多个所述喷头对准卷状类金属材料上下两端。
应用本发明的技术方案,在卷状类金属材料放料和收料之间,即实现了达克罗加工过程,具体通过了表面打磨、涂覆、加热和冷却的加工步骤;将各加工设备组成一条生产线,提高了设备利用效率,并减少了占地空间。本发明结构简单,使用方便,适于卷状类金属材料的达克罗处理,工作效率高。

参见图1至图5所示,本发明提供了卷状类金属材料达克罗生产线,包括送料架1、打磨装置2、涂覆装置3、高周波加热器4和收料架5,所述送料架1、打磨装置2、涂覆装置3、高周波加热器4和收料架5依次设置,卷状类金属材料从所述送料架1传送至所述收料架5,且卷状类金属材料依次经过打磨装置2、涂覆装置3和高周波加热器4;上述结构中送料架1用于将绕设在送料架1上的卷状类金属材料逐步释放,打磨装置2用于对卷状类金属材料上下两端面进行打磨除去氧化层等,高周波加热器4用于对卷状类金属材料进行加热以利于其表面涂覆达克罗涂料,收料架5用于收集已经经过上述设备并实现达克罗处理的卷状类金属材料。
所述涂覆装置3包括支杆31、箱体32、进口33、出口34、上锥筒35、海绵块36和滚筒37,所述支杆31上端固定设有箱体32,支杆31和箱体32通过焊接固定,所述箱体32左端设有供卷状类金属材料进入的进口33,所述箱体32右端设有供卷状类金属材料排出的出口34,也即卷状类金属材料沿进口33和出口34方向穿过箱体32,所述箱体32内腔上部设有上锥筒35,上锥筒35内盛放有达克罗涂液,所述上锥筒35下端开口固定有海绵块36,所述海绵块36下端接触卷状类金属材料上端。因此,达克罗涂液进入到海绵块36中,在卷状类金属材料传送过程中,海绵块36中涂液实现对上述材料的涂覆。所述箱体32内腔前后端横跨有带有刷毛的滚筒37,而滚筒37在转动过程中,其下部外壁始终浸在箱体32中的达克罗涂液中,而所述滚筒37外壁与卷状类金属材料下端接触,滚筒37转动过程中对卷状类金属材料下端面进行涂覆。需要说明的是,滚筒37不设置驱动设备,而是随着卷状类金属材料的传送实现转动。
为了使达克罗处理更加充分,提高处理效果。进一步地,所述高周波加热器4和涂覆装置3均设有两个,所述高周波加热器4和涂覆装置3间隔设置。因此,卷状类金属材料依次通过涂覆装置-高周波加热器-涂覆装置-高周波加热器,从而实现了两次加热和两次涂覆,提高达克罗处理效果。
进一步地,所述打磨装置2包括底座21、粉尘收集筒22、支架板23、打磨轮24和第一驱动电机25,所述底座21上端固定有竖直的支架板23,支架板23下端通过焊接实现与底座21的固定连接,所述支架板23后端上部设有第一驱动电机25,具体的,第一驱动电机25与支架板23固定,所述支架板23前端上部设有打磨轮24,打磨轮24用于对卷状类金属材料表面进行打磨处理除去氧化层等。所述第一驱动电机25输出轴穿过所述支架板23并传动连接所述打磨轮24,一组中的两个所述打磨轮24分别设于卷状类金属材料上下两端,因此,可实现对材料两端面的打磨处理,且所述打磨轮24传动方向与卷状类金属材料传送方向相反,提高打磨效果。所述支架板23前端下部设有粉尘收集筒22,所述粉尘收集筒22下端与底座21内腔相连通,打磨下来的粉尘碎屑向下掉落到粉尘收集筒22中,并最终掉落到底座21内腔中,具体在使用时,可在底座21前端设置开关门,使用一段时间后,可对底座21内腔进行清理。为了提高打磨效果,具体的,所述打磨装置2上设有两组所述打磨轮24。
进一步地,所述送料架1包括送料架体11和第一转筒12,所述送料架体11上端设有第一转筒12,所述第一转筒12上设有卷状类金属材料。在送料架1上并不设置驱动设备,因此,其主要是从动设备,在收料架5拉力作用下实现放料。
进一步地,所述收料架5包括收料架体51、第二转筒52和第二驱动电机53,所述收料架体51上端设有第二转筒52,所述第二转筒52上设有卷状类金属材料,所述收料架体51外侧设有第二驱动电机53,所述第二驱动电机53传动连接第二转筒52。通过第二驱动电机53带动第二转筒52的转动,使材料被绕设在第二转筒52上。由于上述结构中,打磨轮24与材料的传送方向相反,因此,卷状类金属材料在打磨装置2和收料架5之间处于张紧状态。
进一步地,还包括风冷装置6,所述风冷装置6设于所述高周波加热器4和收料架5之间,用于对卷状类金属材料风冷处理。在收卷前,通过风冷装置6对材料进行冷却处理。具体的,所述风冷装置6包括主箱体61、气泵、出气管62和喷头63,所述主箱体61内设有气泵(图中未示出),所述气泵与向上伸出的出气管62相连通,所述出气管62端部设有喷头63,多个所述喷头63对准卷状类金属材料上下两端。
本发明的使用原理和过程如下:
在使用过程中,可将待达克罗处理的材料成卷放置在放料架的第一转筒12上,并将卷状类金属材料端部依次穿过打磨装置2、涂覆装置3、高周波加热器4和风冷装置6并通过收料架5进行收卷。在此过程中,打磨装置2对卷状类金属材料的两端面进行打磨处于氧化层等,并在打磨完成后,传送至涂覆装置3中;卷状类金属材料上端通过海绵块36进行涂覆,其下端通过滚筒37进行涂覆,并在涂覆完成后,传送至高周波加热器4,通过对卷状类金属材料的加热处理实现达克罗涂液的烘烤固定,并经过两次涂覆和两次加热固定;并在上述工作完成后,通过风冷装置6实现对材料的降温处理,进而通过收料架5实现收卷。
应用本发明的技术方案,在卷状类金属材料放料和收料之间,即实现了达克罗加工过程,具体通过了表面打磨、涂覆、加热和冷却的加工步骤;将各加工设备组成一条生产线,提高了设备利用效率,并减少了占地空间。本发明结构简单,使用方便,适于卷状类金属材料的达克罗处理,工作效率高。

Claims (8)
1.卷状类金属材料达克罗生产线,其特征在于:包括送料架、打磨装置、涂覆装置、高周波加热器和收料架,所述送料架、打磨装置、涂覆装置、高周波加热器和收料架依次设置,卷状类金属材料从所述送料架传送至所述收料架,且卷状类金属材料依次经过打磨装置、涂覆装置和高周波加热器;
所述涂覆装置包括支杆、箱体、进口、出口、上锥筒、海绵块和滚筒,所述支杆上端固定设有箱体,所述箱体左端设有供卷状类金属材料进入的进口,所述箱体右端设有供卷状类金属材料排出的出口,所述箱体内腔上部设有上锥筒,所述上锥筒下端开口固定有海绵块,所述海绵块下端接触卷状类金属材料上端,所述箱体内腔前后端横跨有带有刷毛的滚筒,所述滚筒外壁与卷状类金属材料下端接触,所述箱体内底部和上锥筒内均盛装达克罗涂料。
2.如权利要求1所述的卷状类金属材料达克罗生产线,其特征在于:所述高周波加热器和涂覆装置均设有两个,所述高周波加热器和涂覆装置间隔设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的卷状类金属材料达克罗生产线,其特征在于:所述打磨装置包括底座、粉尘收集筒、支架板、打磨轮和第一驱动电机,所述底座上端固定有竖直的支架板,所述支架板后端上部设有第一驱动电机,所述支架板前端上部设有打磨轮,所述第一驱动电机输出轴穿过所述支架板并传动连接所述打磨轮,一组中的两个所述打磨轮分别设于卷状类金属材料上下两端,且所述打磨轮传动方向与卷状类金属材料传送方向相反,所述支架板前端下部设有粉尘收集筒,所述粉尘收集筒下端与底座内腔相连通。
4.如权利要求3所述的卷状类金属材料达克罗生产线,其特征在于:所述打磨装置上设有两组所述打磨轮。
5.如权利要求1所述的卷状类金属材料达克罗生产线,其特征在于:所述送料架包括送料架体和第一转筒,所述送料架体上端设有第一转筒,所述第一转筒上设有卷状类金属材料。
6.如权利要求1所述的卷状类金属材料达克罗生产线,其特征在于:所述收料架包括收料架体、第二转筒和第二驱动电机,所述收料架体上端设有第二转筒,所述第二转筒上设有卷状类金属材料,所述收料架体外侧设有第二驱动电机,所述第二驱动电机传动连接第二转筒。
7.如权利要求1所述的卷状类金属材料达克罗生产线,其特征在于:还包括风冷装置,所述风冷装置设于所述高周波加热器和收料架之间,用于对卷状类金属材料风冷处理。
8.如权利要求7所述的卷状类金属材料达克罗生产线,其特征在于:所述风冷装置包括主箱体、气泵、出气管和喷头,所述主箱体内设有气泵,所述气泵与向上伸出的出气管相连通,所述出气管端部设有喷头,多个所述喷头对准卷状类金属材料上下两端。
