技术领域
本发明属于建筑装饰领域,尤其涉及一种水泥基超高性能人造石板材吊顶结构及安装方法。
背景技术
现有建筑的美化,在人们完成了室内外墙体和地面的装饰美化后,室内的屋顶和室外的廊、檐,在整个装饰美化过程中起着通观全局的作用,抬头即见的美才让人感觉完美,因此吊顶在建筑装饰中越来越重要,好的吊顶应该是色泽丰富,以便与房屋的装饰风格相协调,吊顶的位置高,不易擦洗、更换,所以最好是不变形、不褪色、抗老化、防潮、防腐、耐久性好、易清洁的材料,而且还需具备:抗静电、隔音、隔热、防火等基本功能。现建筑吊顶室内主要有:石膏(复合)板、PVC板、金属板、木板材等主要材质,吊顶方法主要采用在屋顶安装用于承载板材的龙骨架,然后将板材与骨架结合形成吊顶。以上材质均存在一定的弊端:1.石膏(复合)板:耐潮性差、不易擦洗、颜色单一、易变色。2.PVC板:耐高温性差、易变形、易老化、环保性差。3.金属板:绝热性差、安装要求高、拼缝间隙较大。4.木板材:易受温、湿度影响、易变形、扭曲、起翘、开裂、防火性差。建筑室外的廊、檐等顶部部位吊顶:由于室外雨雪、风压、尘土等较为恶劣的环境,现有室内吊顶材料很难适应,现一般采用滚、喷涂料进行装饰,室外吊顶基本属于空白状态。天然石材板和陶瓷仿石板(砖)具有装饰档次高、色彩丰富、强度高、耐候性好、易清洁、防火、防静电等优点,是现有建筑室内外装饰材料中性能最好的装饰材料,基本具备吊顶所需材料的所有优点,将天然石材板和陶瓷仿石板(砖)用于吊顶是人们一直所追求的目标。但由于存在以下弊端,一直没能得到广泛应用:天然石材板和陶瓷仿石板(砖)用于建筑装饰安装方法主要有湿贴和干挂两种方式,湿贴是采用有粘性的砂浆将板材粘贴在需装饰的墙体上,属于刚性连接,时间长了砂浆的粘性会降低,加之板材的自重,很容易造成脱落事故,而且刚性连接抗震性极差,所以湿贴方法根本无法用于吊顶。干挂是采用在需装饰的墙体上安装用于承载板材的金属龙骨架,天然形成的石材由于自身已是固体状态,内部无法摆放用于外挂连接的连接件,陶瓷需经高温烧制才能成形,内部同样无法摆放埋件,两种板材干挂只能在板材侧面开槽或打孔,或者在板材背部打孔,才能用金属连接件一端卡放在开好的槽或孔内,另一端与龙骨架连接,或者用特制的螺栓植入背部打好的孔内,用金属连接件一端与螺栓连接,另一端与龙骨架连接,才能完成安装。由于天然石材和陶瓷自身脆性较大,较薄的板侧面开槽或打孔,卡放在槽或孔内的金属连接件因板材有一定的自重,很容易造成崩边、脱落现象;较薄的板背部打孔容易造成板材破裂、而且浅孔挂装强度低、安全性差,因此现规定外墙干挂石材厚度不能小于25mm,陶瓷板(砖)用于干挂的时间较短,还没有强制规定其厚度标准,但为了保证安全也需具备一定的厚度,现干挂石材每平方米重量超过65公斤。天然石材和陶瓷仿石板(砖)在墙体干挂属于竖向垂直受力,主要由金属连接件下托上抓产生的力固定板材,即使某个点开裂、脱落,其它受力点也能暂时保证其安全;吊顶使板材完全悬置于顶部,其板材完全处于整体向下的重力环境中,如某个点出现脱落,板材的下坠冲击力很容易对其它挂点造成更大的冲击力,加之板材自身的脆性大、抗折性差,挂点极易破裂从而造成整块板材脱落,吊顶属于人们活动较为频繁的地方,顶部脱落很容易产生大的安全事故,基于上述原因天然石材板和陶瓷仿石板(砖)用于吊顶一直没能得到广泛的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水泥基超高性能人造石板材吊顶结构及安装方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种水泥基超高性能人造石板材吊顶,包括采用超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的人造石板材、承重金属龙骨、横向龙骨,所述承重金属龙骨安装在建筑物吊顶顶部,其特征是所述吊顶还包括L型金属连接件、“n”型金属卡子,所述人造石板材内埋设有不锈钢网片,不锈钢网片中设置有螺母,所述螺母的端口与人造石板材的背部齐平,所述人造石板材经强振、强压、抽真空制成;
所述L型金属连接件的两连接端面上均设有腰孔,所述“n”型金属卡子中间端面设有螺杆通孔或固定螺丝孔,侧部端面设有紧固螺丝孔,所述紧固螺丝孔螺合有紧固螺杆,其中L型金属连接件的一连接端面通过穿过腰孔的螺杆与螺母螺合方式与人造石板材连接,L型金属连接件的另一连接端面通过穿过腰孔、螺杆通孔或固定螺丝孔的螺杆与螺母螺合方式与“n”型金属卡子中间端面连接;
所述承重金属龙骨底部与横向龙骨连接,所述“n”型金属卡子卡放在横向龙骨上,通过紧固螺杆拧紧固定。

作为优选,所述超高性能混凝土包括以下质量份数的组分525及525以上的白色硅酸盐水泥100份、硅灰8~15份、矿渣粉10~30份、4~6目米石50~80份、10~20目米石50~100份、40~80目米石20~50份、80~120目石英粉5~10份、800~1200目石英粉5~10份、聚羧酸高效减水剂0.5~2份、憎水粉0.2~1.0份、氧化铁颜料0~5份、粉煤灰0~30份、纳米二氧化硅0.1~5份、纳米二氧化钛0.1~5份、纳米碳酸钙0.1~5份,上述组分按水胶比0.18~0.22的比例加入适量的水,制作方法包括以下步骤:
1.制板设备的准备:制板设备包括高频振动器,不小于10kg/cm2压力的液压机,抽真空至-0.08MPa压力以下的真空设备,根据制板规格确定料框和压板尺寸;
2.将搅拌好的浆料投入涂抹好脱模剂的料框内,抹平并打开高频振动器,振动10~15秒后,在浆料内铺放带螺母的不锈钢网片,最后在浆料上铺放有吸水性的隔离布;
3.打开液压机按不小于10kg/cm2压力压制15~30秒,并同时抽真空至-0.08MPa以下;
4.取出隔离布,将压好的板材用托板运送至蒸汽养护室养护;
5.将养护好的板材定制成标准厚度,根据不同的板面效果要求,用包括磨光机、喷砂机、火烧面机、水冲面机、荔枝面机中的一种或多种组合设备处理成所需表面效果,得到人造石板材;
6.清理板材、用烘干机烘干,在人造石板材外表面喷涂防护剂;
7.如板材需具备保温隔音功能,用螺杆将材料穿孔后,与预埋螺母连接,上部用带螺孔的金属压条用螺母与螺杆拧紧形成保温隔音一体板备用。
一种纳米水泥基超高性能人造石板材的装备式吊顶安装方法,包括以下步骤:
1)根据吊顶板材安装要求,施工放线;
2)完成步骤1)后,在建筑物吊顶顶部打孔植入结构胶,并植入膨胀螺栓固定承重金属龙骨;
3)完成步骤1)后,在建筑物吊顶顶部打孔植入结构胶,并植入膨胀螺栓固定带挂装环的承重钢板;
4)将吊杆吊挂在承重钢板的调节吊环内,吊杆的间距不大于1.2米,吊杆下端与承重承重金属龙骨钢架固定;
5)将横向龙骨固定在承重金属龙骨上,间距根据板材L型金属连接件的距离确定,并套上装好螺杆或螺杆螺母的“n”型金属卡子,螺杆上涂防松胶;
6)将背部轻微拧紧L型连接件的板材,与套放在横向龙骨上的“n”型金属卡子的螺杆比对整齐后,确认“n”型金属卡子的位置,并拧紧卡子侧面的紧固螺杆,使“n”型金属卡子牢牢固定在横向龙骨上;
7)将板材上L型连接件的另一端的腰孔放在“n”型金属卡子的螺杆上,并套上螺母,调整好板材前后及上下平整度,拧紧两端螺母固定;
8)清理并处理接缝完成安装。
本发明采用超高性能混凝土(UHPC)所需的基本材料和配方工艺为基础要求,添加可以增加抗拆强度的不锈钢网片,并以强振、强压、抽真空为主要制板方法。强压、抽真空是现有建筑桥梁等制作超高性能混凝土很难达到的制作条件,强压结合吸水布能挤出和吸走板材中的水份,抽真空能抽出板材中的气体和多余的水份,两者能使水份减少20%以上,能使板材的密实度更高,从而更能达到超高性能混凝土水胶越低、强度越高的原理条件。整板连接在一起的不锈钢网片比超高性能混凝土所必需的分散性的钢纤维具有更好的连接支撑的骨架作用,使板材的骨料与网片完全融为一体,不锈钢丝的刚性和韧性,使板材在很薄的情况下也不会出现断裂脱落的现象,从而克服天然石材板和陶瓷仿石板薄板抗拆性差、易断裂的缺隙。本发明板材厚度在10mm左右,比天然石板材和陶瓷仿石板(砖)干挂轻60%以上,从而大大降低吊顶的荷载,克服天然石板材和陶瓷仿石板(砖)因重量大而造成各种成本增加的缺隙。
本发明不锈钢螺母根据板材规格要求,按距离与不锈钢网片焊接在一起,利用水泥基材料从液体到固体的特性预埋在板材背部,凝固后完全融为一体。不锈钢螺母可与任意造型的金属连接件通过螺杆螺母螺合,从而克服天然石板材和陶瓷仿石板(砖)只能开槽打孔,才能外挂连接的弊端。与板材融为一体的预埋不锈钢网片和焊接在一起的不锈钢螺母具有极高的挂装强度,每一个螺母的挂点均与整个板材完全受力连接,加之不锈钢网片的抗折性和与骨料之间的紧密连接性,即使只有一个点固定也不会出现断裂脱落现象,从而克服天然石材板和陶瓷仿石板因重量大、脆性大、挂装强度低、下坠冲击力大而引起的脱落安全隐患。本发明的板材中预埋的不锈钢螺母通过螺杆螺母与L型连接件,可将任意具有保温隔音功能的多种材料夹紧固定,形成带保温隔音的一体板,使吊顶具有保温隔音功能,从而克服现有吊顶材料与保温隔音材料组合困难,或者需单独安装保温隔音材料的缺陷。
本发明制作的板材具有超高性能混凝土所具备的超高强、高韧性、高耐久的显著特点,并在此基础上添加多种纳米材料,其中纳米级的二氧化硅、纳米级的碳酸钙能使板材具有更高的密实度、强度和抗拆性能,纳米二氧化钛使板材具有抗紫外线、杀菌、自洁等功能,从而使板材能适应室内外各种环境,弥补室外廊、檐吊顶的空白;并克服现有吊顶材料耐潮性差、耐温变性差、易变色、不耐擦洗的各种缺隙。
本发明以废弃的各色石米和高标号白色硅酸盐水泥为主要原料,加入可调制各种颜色的氧化铁颜料,并在超高性能混凝土工艺的基础上,添加了多种纳米材料使板材在室内外环境下具有更好的耐候性和耐久性。板材表面采用天然石材处理表面的剥离工艺原理,利用石材处理表面的相同设备和工艺,可制作出近千种颜色和表面效果,完全达到天然石材的装饰效果,并克服天然石材因自然形成而产生的色差问题。
本发明无需开山采石,无需高温烧制,无化学反应,废弃料脱水烘干后可重复使用或者制作其它建材,完全达到零污染、零排放。克服了天然石材开山采石破坏环境,陶瓷高温烧制浪费能源,陶土开采破坏环境产生污染的弊端,是一项利国利民的技术。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
板面颜色:黄色;高光面;规格:600*900mm;厚度10mm。
1.原料配置:525白色硅酸盐水泥100份、硅灰8份、矿渣粉20份、4~6目黄色米石60份、4~6目黑色米石20份、10~20目黄色米石50份、40~80目白色米石20份、80~120目石英粉5份、800~1200目石英粉5份、聚羧酸高效减水剂0.8份、憎水粉0.6份、氧化铁黄色颜料2份、粉煤灰10份、纳米二氧化钛1份、纳米二氧化硅1.5份、纳米碳酸钙2.5份、上述组分加入适量的水按水胶比0.2的比例混凝而成。
2.将上述干粉料,通过干粉设备搅拌均匀制作干粉,分袋包装。
3.将干粉按比例加入高效减水剂和水搅拌10分钟。
4.将有600*900mm模框,具备强振、强压、抽真空功能的设备准备,并在模框内喷涂脱模剂。
5.将搅拌好的浆料投入模框内,找平并打开高频振动器,振动10~15秒。
6.将振动好的浆料,按确定位置铺放不锈钢网片1、螺母2和隔离布。
7.打开液压机将相同规格的压板对准模框,压力500吨压制20秒并同时打开真空机抽真空至-0.08MPa,两者时间同步。
8.取出隔离布,将压制好的板材3(如图1所示),用托板,送至蒸汽养护室养护。
9.将养护好的板材用定厚机定制成标准厚度。
10.用连续磨光机磨光。
11.烘干并喷涂表面防护剂。
12. 如图6所示,板材如需具备保温隔音功能,用螺杆将隔音材料17、保温材料15穿孔后,与预埋螺母连接,上部用带螺孔的金属压条16用螺母与螺杆拧紧形成保温隔音一体板备用。用螺杆10穿过“n”型金属卡子5中间螺孔6备用;或用螺杆10穿过“n”型金属卡子5中间螺孔6与内侧螺母13拧紧备用。
13.根据吊顶板材安装要求,施工放线。
14.如图4所示,一种安装方式为在建筑物吊顶顶部打孔植入结构胶,并植入膨胀螺栓固定承重金属龙骨11。
15.如图5所示,另一种安装方式为在建筑物吊顶顶部打孔植入结构胶,并植入膨胀螺栓固定带挂装环的承重钢板19。
16.将吊杆9吊挂在承重钢板19的调节吊环18内,吊杆9的间距不大于1.2米,吊杆9下端通过环箍连接件20与承重金属龙骨11固定。
17.将横向龙骨8固定在承重金属龙骨11上,间距根据板材“n”型金属卡子5的距离确定,通过“n”型金属卡子5的侧面螺丝孔7内螺合的紧固螺杆12拧紧,使其完全固定。
18.所述L型金属连接件4的两连接端面上均设有腰孔21,所述“n”型金属卡子5中间端面设有螺杆通孔或固定螺丝孔,侧部端面设有紧固螺丝孔,所述紧固螺丝孔7螺合有紧固螺杆12,其中L型金属连接件的一连接端面通过穿过腰孔的螺杆与螺母螺合方式与人造石板材连接,L型金属连接件的另一连接端面通过穿过腰孔21、螺杆通孔或固定螺丝孔的螺杆31与螺母10螺合方式与“n”型金属卡子中间端面连接。将背部轻微拧紧L型连接件4的板材,与套放在横向龙骨上的“n”型金属卡子5的螺杆31,比对整齐确认“n”型金属卡子5的位置后,拧紧卡子侧面的紧固螺杆12,使“n”型金属卡子牢牢固定在横向龙骨8上;调整好板材前后及上下平整度,拧紧两端螺母固定,完成一块板材的安装;接着按以上步骤继续下一块板材的安装。
19.清理并处理接缝完成安装。
实施例二
板面颜色:红色;火烧面;规格:600*600mm;厚度11mm。
1.原料配置:525白色硅酸盐水泥100份、硅灰10份、矿渣粉30份、4~6目红色米石80份、4~6目黑色米石20份、10~20目红色米石80份、40~80目白色米石40份、80~120目石英粉8份、800~1200目石英粉10份、聚羧酸高效减水剂2份、憎水粉1.0份、氧化铁红色颜料5份、粉煤灰20份、纳米二氧化钛2份、纳米二氧化硅1.5份、纳米碳酸钙1.5份、上述组分加入适量的水按水胶比0.22的比例混凝而成。
2.模框规格为600*600mm。
3.压力400吨压制15秒。
4.表面处理用石材火烧面机烧面形成火烧面。
5.将振动好的浆料,按确定位置铺放焊接有螺母2的不锈钢网片1和隔离布,螺母2可以为不锈钢螺母;不锈钢螺母可与不锈钢网片1焊接在一起。也可以如图7所示,不锈钢螺母可以是T型螺母211,T型不锈钢螺母211穿过不锈钢网片1与板材本体3的背部齐平。
6.其施工方式同实施例一。
实施例三
板面颜色:黑色;水冲面;规格500*700mm;厚度9mm。
1.原料配置:525及525以上的白色硅酸盐水泥100份、硅灰15份、矿渣粉10份、4~6黑色目米石80份、10~20黑色目米石100份、40~80目黑色米石50份、80~120目石英粉10份、800~1200目石英粉8份、聚羧酸高效减水剂0.5份、憎水粉0.2份、氧化铁黑色颜料1份、粉煤灰30份、纳米二氧化钛1份、纳米二氧化硅3.5份、纳米碳酸钙0.5份,上述组分加入适量的水按水胶比0.18的比例混凝而成。
2.模框规格为500*700mm。
3.压力350吨压制30秒。
4.板材表涂刷缓凝剂,初凝后用高压水枪冲面形成水冲面。
5.其施工方式同实施例一。

Claims (7)

1.一种水泥基超高性能人造石板材吊顶,包括人造石板材、承重金属龙骨、横向龙骨,所述承重金属龙骨安装在建筑物吊顶顶部,其特征是所述吊顶还包括L型金属连接件、“n”型金属卡子,所述人造石板材内埋设有不锈钢网片,不锈钢网片中设置有螺母,所述螺母的端口与人造石板材的背部齐平;
所述人造石板材采用超高性能混凝土经强振、强压、抽真空制成,
所述超高性能混凝土包括525及525以上的高标号水泥、硅灰和矿渣粉、6mm粒径以下砂石骨料、聚羧酸高效减水剂,上述组分加入适量的水按水胶比不超过0.25的比例混凝而成,制作方法包括以下步骤:
①制板设备的准备:制板设备包括高频振动器,不小于10kg/cm2压力的液压机,抽真空至-0.08MPa压力以下的真空设备,根据制板规格确定料框和压板尺寸;
②将搅拌好的浆料投入涂抹好脱模剂的料框内,抹平并打开高频振动器,振动10~15秒后,在浆料内铺放带螺母的不锈钢网片,最后在浆料上铺放有吸水性的隔离布;
③打开液压机按不小于10kg/cm2压力压制15~30秒,并同时抽真空至-0.08MPa以下;
④取出隔离布,将压好的板材用托板运送至蒸汽养护室养护;
⑤将养护好的板材定制成标准厚度,根据不同的板面效果要求,用包括磨光机、喷砂机、火烧面机、水冲面机、荔枝面机中的一种或多种组合设备处理成所需表面效果;
⑥清理板材、用烘干机烘干,在人造石板材外表面喷涂防护剂;
⑦如板材需具备保温隔音功能,用螺杆将材料穿孔后,与预埋螺母连接,上部用带螺孔的金属压条用螺母与螺杆拧紧形成保温隔音一体板备用;
所述L型金属连接件的两连接端面上均设有腰孔,所述“n”型金属卡子中间端面设有螺杆通孔或固定螺丝孔,侧部端面设有紧固螺丝孔,所述紧固螺丝孔螺合有紧固螺杆,其中L型金属连接件的一连接端面通过穿过腰孔的螺杆与螺母螺合方式与人造石板材连接,L型金属连接件的另一连接端面通过穿过腰孔、螺杆通孔或固定螺丝孔的螺杆与螺母螺合方式与“n”型金属卡子中间端面连接;
所述承重金属龙骨底部与横向龙骨连接,所述“n”型金属卡子卡放在横向龙骨上,通过紧固螺杆拧紧固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水泥基超高性能人造石板材吊顶,其特征在于所述建筑物吊顶顶部设有承重钢板,所述承重钢板上设有调节吊环,调节吊环底部与吊杆连接,吊杆底部与承重金属龙骨连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水泥基超高性能人造石板材吊顶,其特征在于所述横向龙骨为矩形方管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水泥基超高性能人造石板材吊顶,其特征在于所述承重金属龙骨为矩形方管或槽钢,所述承重金属龙骨通过环箍连接件与吊杆连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水泥基超高性能人造石板材吊顶,其特征在于所述不锈钢网片与螺母以焊接方式连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水泥基超高性能人造石板材吊顶,其特征在于超高性能混凝土包括以下质量份数的组分525及525以上的白色硅酸盐水泥100份、硅灰8~15份、矿渣粉10~30份、4~6目米石50~80份、10~20目米石50~100份、40~80目米石20~50份、80~120目石英粉5~10份、800~1200目石英粉5~10份、聚羧酸高效减水剂0.5~2份、憎水粉0.2~1.0份、氧化铁颜料0~5份、粉煤灰0~30份、纳米二氧化硅0.1~5份、纳米二氧化钛0.1~5份、纳米碳酸钙0.1~5份,上述组分按水胶比0.18~0.22的比例加入适量的水。
7.如权利要求1所述的水泥基超高性能人造石板材吊顶的安装方法,包括以下步骤:
1)根据吊顶板材安装要求,施工放线;
2)完成步骤1)后,在建筑物吊顶顶部打孔植入结构胶,并植入膨胀螺栓固定承重金属龙骨;
3)完成步骤1)后,在建筑物吊顶顶部打孔植入结构胶,并植入膨胀螺栓固定带挂装环的承重钢板;
4)将吊杆吊挂在步骤3)承重钢板的调节吊环内,吊杆的间距不大于1.2米,吊杆下端与承重金属龙骨钢架固定;
5)将横向龙骨固定在承重金属龙骨上,间距根据板材L型金属连接件的距离确定,并套上装好螺杆或螺杆螺母的“n”型金属卡子,螺杆上涂防松胶;
6)将背部轻微拧紧L型连接件的板材,与套放在横向龙骨上的“n”型金属卡子的螺杆比对整齐后,确认“n”型金属卡子的位置,并拧紧卡子侧面的紧固螺杆,使“n”型金属卡子牢牢固定在横向龙骨上;
7)将板材上L型连接件的另一端的腰孔放在“n”型金属卡子的螺杆上,并套上螺母,调整好板材前后及上下平整度,拧紧两端螺母固定;
8)清理并处理接缝完成安装。
