长期以来,黄麻布主要用于烟叶包装、加工成麻袋用于粮食作物的包装等,这些包装用的黄麻布均为织造后的胚布,是没有经过任何后处理的。
一些用于圣诞节装饰材料的黄麻布,因为仅供观赏之用,只需经过简单的漂白和染色,也没有在使用性能方面如耐磨、手感、毛羽等进行后处理。
也有些黄麻纺织企业做黄麻产品精细化加工,他们是通过对黄麻原料进行处理,以改善纤维的可纺性,提升纺纱支数,这样,黄麻布虽然能织得细密些、轻薄些,但是,织出来的麻布仍然是胚布。而且,通过处理原料再纺织加工的麻布,因纺织加工过程对纤维损伤较大,布面毛羽多、麻结多、色斑多,耐磨性和柔然度还是远远达不到家纺面料使用性能的要求,仍然要经过后处理才能满足家纺面料各项使用性能指标。
随着黄麻纺织加工的技术进步,黄麻原料直接纺纱支数已达到10公支,黄麻纺纱支数不断提高,黄麻布已经向高支高密麻精细化方向发展,黄麻布以其粗犷、古朴的独特风格用于家居、家纺行业深受一些消费群体所青睐,也是黄麻产品升级换代的发展趋势。但是,黄麻胚布表面毛羽多、毛羽长,手感粗硬,只能用于加工沙发、坐垫、窗帘、手袋、背包等,在使用过程中,仍存在脱毛、日晒黄变、对皮肤刺痒等缺陷。
因此,对黄麻布进行后处理,以改善使用性能,对黄麻布应用于家纺、家居、家装等行业具有极大的推动作用。
长期以来,本技术领域还没有可行的方法对黄麻布就行有效的后处理。现有技术对黄麻原料的处理方法不能直接用于黄麻布的后处理,采用现有技术对黄麻原料的处理方法用于黄麻布的后处理不能达到理想的效果。
因此,找到一种可行的黄麻布后处理方法,以改善其使用性能,是本领域迫切需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可行的黄麻布后处理方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的黄麻布后处理方法,包括如下步骤:
a.预处理,将硫酸、双氧水、生物酶、脱氧酶混合搅拌均匀,然后用水稀释得到处理液,将麻布浸泡于处理液中进行处理;
b.煮练,将碳酸氢钠、双氧水、氢氧化钠、脱胶剂、精炼剂、泡花碱、稳定剂、三聚磷酸钠混合放入煮锅搅拌均匀,然后用水稀释,把预处理过的麻布放入煮锅煮练;
c.水洗,将上道工序脱水后的麻布用清水漂洗,然后将麻布脱水;
d.酸洗,将硫酸和清水配兑混合均匀成酸洗液,然后将经水洗后脱水过的麻布用酸洗液漂洗,然后将麻布脱水;
e.再水洗,将上道工序脱水后的麻布再用清水漂洗,然后将麻布脱水;
f.上油,把乳化油和清水混合均匀,然后将麻布放入该混合液中浸泡,然后脱水甩干;
g.烘干,将经上油处理后的麻布上拉幅定型机进行烘干即可。

采用本方法,通过生物酶、脱氧酶等复配制剂分解黄麻布纤维中部分木质素、半纤维素,通过低浓度碱液复配制剂溶解纤维中残留的部分果胶,通过双氧水和其他有效成分改善纤维中木质素结构以提高麻布亮度,麻布呈淡淡的灰绿色,保留了黄麻产品古香古色的古朴风格。麻布纤维中木质素、果胶残留降低,既保护了麻布使用中的经纬向强力,又使布面变得柔软、蓬松,布面饱满度好、立体感强。通过专用的乳化油,在纤维表面形成一层保护膜,布面显得滑爽,耐磨性得以提升,抗氧化抗黄变性能也有所提高。本发明采用低浓度碱常压煮练、无硅油处理,以生物酶制剂为主,生化结合的方式处理,大大的降低了废水污染。
经反复试验,通过本方法上述步骤综合处理,完全克服了现有技术的缺陷,经处理后的黄麻布使用性能得到了改善,可以应用于家纺、家居、家装等行业。
采用本方法处理后的黄麻布的使用指标见下表(采用现有技术黄麻纤维处理方法见未采用本方法处理,达不到本方法的效果)。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作详细描述:
本发明的黄麻布后处理方法步骤如下:
a.预处理,将重量份的1.5份H2SO4硫酸(有效浓度98%)、1份的双氧水H2O2(有效浓度27.5%)、2份生物酶(可采用湖州尤嘉生物科技有限公司的JNM-2生物酶)、0.5份脱氧酶(可采用湖州尤嘉生物科技有限公司的JNM-6脱氧酶)、1份生物酶(可采用湖州尤嘉生物科技有限公司的JNM-B生物酶)混合搅拌均匀,然后用1000份的水稀释,麻布与处理液浴比为1:10,处理温度18-22℃,处理时间15-20小时,然后把麻布干闭即把水滤干2小时;
b.煮练,将重量份的4份Na2c3碳酸氢钠、2份的双氧水H2O2(有效浓度27.5%)、1.5份的NaOH,3份脱胶剂(可采用湖州尤嘉生物科技有限公司的JNM-TT脱胶剂)、1.5份精炼剂(可采用湖州尤嘉生物科技有限公司的JNM-SK精炼剂)、2份泡花碱、0.5份的稳定剂(可采用湖州尤嘉生物科技有限公司的产品)、1份三聚磷酸钠混合放入煮锅搅拌均匀,然后用1000份的水稀释,PH值为12,把预处理过的麻布放入煮锅,麻布与处理液浴比为1:10,处理温度90℃,处理时间1小时,把麻布脱水后进入下一道工序;
c.水洗,把上道工序脱水后的麻布放入辊筒式漂洗机,并注入清水开机漂洗,水温常温20℃,浴比1:10,漂洗15分钟,然后把麻布机内脱水,该工序脱去上道煮练工序的残留煮练药剂和漂浮在麻布表面的短纤维以及杂质;
d.酸洗,将重量份的1份H2SO4硫酸(有效浓度98%)和1000份的清水配兑混合均匀,PH值为5,然后注入(内有经水洗后脱水过的麻布)辊筒漂洗机,开机漂洗,水温20℃,浴比1:10,漂洗15分钟,然后把麻布机内脱水;
e.再水洗,同水洗工序,该工序脱去上道酸洗工序的残留酸液和漂浮在麻布表面的短纤维以及杂质;
f.上油,把重量份1份乳化油(可采用湖州尤嘉生物科技有限公司的JNM-D乳化油)和100份的清水混合均匀,按浴比1:10的比例注入有上道水洗工序处理后的麻布的容器里,水温50℃,浸泡2小时,然后脱水甩干;
g.烘干,把上道上油处理后的麻布上拉幅定型机进行烘干,拉幅宽度保持布幅同宽(布幅不拉升)。烘箱温度控制在120-150℃,麻布烘干至含水率12%,然后打卷包装为成品布。

b.煮练,将碳酸氢钠、双氧水、氢氧化钠、脱胶剂、精炼剂、泡花碱、稳定剂、三聚磷酸钠混合放入煮锅搅拌均匀,然后用水稀释,把预处理过的麻布放入煮锅煮练;
c.水洗,将上道工序脱水后的麻布用清水漂洗,然后将麻布脱水;
d.酸洗,将硫酸和清水配兑混合均匀成酸洗液,然后将经水洗后脱水过的麻布用酸洗液漂洗,然后将麻布脱水;
e.再水洗,将上道工序脱水后的麻布再用清水漂洗,然后将麻布脱水;
f.上油,把乳化油和清水混合均匀,然后将麻布放入该混合液中浸泡,然后脱水甩干;
g.烘干,将经上油处理后的麻布上拉幅定型机进行烘干即可。
