所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的至少一种;
所述烷基硫醇为正十二烷基硫醇、异十二烷基硫醇、十六烷基硫醇中的至少一种;
所述pH调节剂为氨水、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、AMP-95中的至少一种;
所述过硫酸盐为过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠中的至少一种;
所述乳化剂为月桂醇醚硫酸盐、醇醚磺基琥珀酸酯盐、烯丙氧基脂肪醇氧乙烯醚硫酸盐和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚四种;
所述月桂醇醚硫酸盐可以是月桂醇醚硫酸钠或月桂醇醚硫酸钾;
所述醇醚磺基琥珀酸酯盐可以是磺基琥珀酸烷基醇醚单酯二钠盐或脂肪醇醚磺基琥珀酸二钠盐;
所述烯丙氧基脂肪醇氧乙烯醚硫酸盐可以是烯丙氧基脂肪醇氧乙烯醚硫酸铵或烯丙氧基脂肪醇氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;
优选地,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚EO数为9-40;
更优选地,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚可以是EO数为9的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或EO数为10的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
本发明还提供上述经济型内外墙通用苯丙乳液的制备方法,包括如下工艺流程;
(1)合成阶段
a.预乳化液的制备:加入300-400份的去离子水和2-14份的乳化剂,打开搅拌器搅拌20分钟以上,依次加入配方中的单体(即苯乙烯,丙烯酸丁酯,丙烯酸异辛酯,丙烯酰胺,丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸)、硅烷偶联剂以及烷基硫醇;继续搅拌20-40分钟以备用;
b.预留5-10份水备用,往反应器内加入剩余的去离子水和乳化剂,均匀搅拌,升温至86℃;投入40-240份的预乳化液和0.5-2份的过硫酸盐,搅拌20-40分钟;
c.采用预留水溶解剩余的过硫酸盐,连续均匀滴加过硫酸盐溶液和剩余的预乳化液,维持保温在85-87℃,滴加2.5-3.5小时,滴加完保温60分钟;
(2)后处理阶段
a.降温至50℃以下,加入pH调节剂调至pH为7~8;
b.待乳液温度降至室温,过滤包装。
有益效果:
本发明与现有技术相比,本发明提供的乳液具有对颜填料极佳的润湿分散性和对基材较好的附着力,且乳胶粒子颗粒较小,其在内墙配方中具备较好的耐擦洗性能的同时在外墙方面也有极佳的制漆增稠响应性和展色性。其原因有以下两点:
1、通过选择合适的烷基羧酸功能单体和硅氧烷单体,提高涂层对基材的附着力和耐水性;
2、通过合适的粒径范围控制同时使用适量的硫醇调整聚合物分子的分子量可明显改善乳液的制漆增稠响应性和对颜填料的润湿分散性,展色性也明显提升。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1一种内外墙苯丙乳液及其制备方法
本实施例是由以下原料配比制成的,按重量份计算:
苯乙烯320份、丙烯酸丁酯200份、丙烯酸异辛酯130份、丙烯酰胺17份、丙烯酸13份、甲基丙烯酸4份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷3份、过硫酸钠4份、正十二烷基硫醇1份、月桂醇醚硫酸钠9份、磺基琥珀酸烷基醇醚单酯二钠盐3份、烯丙氧基脂肪醇氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2份、EO数为9的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、氨水5份、水750份。
其制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)合成阶段
a.预乳化液的制备:加入350份的去离子水和14份的乳化剂,打开搅拌器搅拌20分钟以上,依次加入配方中的单体、硅烷偶联剂以及硫醇;继续搅拌30分钟以备用;
b.往反应器内加入390份的去离子水和剩余的乳化剂,均匀搅拌,升温至86℃;投入80份的预乳化液和1.5份的过硫酸钠,搅拌30分钟;
c.用10份水溶解剩余的过硫酸钠,连续均匀滴加过硫酸钠溶液和剩余的预乳化液,维持保温在85-87℃,滴加3小时,滴加完保温60分钟;
(2)后处理阶段
a.降温至50℃以下,加入氨水调至pH为7~8;
b.待乳液温度降至室温,过滤包装。
实施例2一种内外墙苯丙乳液及其制备方法
本实施例是由以下原料配比制成的,按重量份计算:
苯乙烯330份、丙烯酸丁酯180份、丙烯酸异辛酯140份、丙烯酰胺16份、丙烯酸12份、甲基丙烯酸4份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷2份、过硫酸铵4份、异十二烷基硫醇2份、月桂醇醚硫酸钾10份、脂肪醇醚磺基琥珀酸二钠盐3份、烯丙氧基脂肪醇氧乙烯醚硫酸铵2份、EO数为10的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、氢氧化钠10份、水750份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)合成阶段
a.预乳化液的制备:加入350份的去离子水和10份的乳化剂,打开搅拌器搅拌20分钟以上,依次加入配方中的单体(即苯乙烯,丙烯酸丁酯,丙烯酸异辛酯,丙烯酰胺,丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸)、硅烷偶联剂以及烷基硫醇;继续搅拌20分钟以备用;
b.往反应器内加入390份的去离子水和剩余的乳化剂,均匀搅拌,升温至86℃;投入100份的预乳化液和2份的过硫酸铵,搅拌20分钟;
c.用10份水溶解剩余的过硫酸铵,连续均匀滴加过硫酸铵溶液和剩余的预乳化液,维持保温在85-87℃,滴加2.5小时,滴加完保温60分钟;
(2)后处理阶段
a.降温至50℃以下,加入pH调节剂氢氧化钠调至pH为7~8;
b.待乳液温度降至室温,过滤包装。
实施例3一种内外墙苯丙乳液及其制备方法
本实施例是由以下原料配比制成的,按重量份计算:
苯乙烯400份、丙烯酸丁酯300份、丙烯酸异辛酯200份、丙烯酰胺25份、丙烯酸20份、甲基丙烯酸3份、3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷2份、过硫酸铵5份、异十二烷基硫醇5份、月桂醇醚硫酸钠8份、脂肪醇醚磺基琥珀酸二钠盐4份、烯丙氧基脂肪醇氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3份、EO数为10的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、氨水10份、水850份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)合成阶段
a.预乳化液的制备:加入400份的去离子水和12份的乳化剂,打开搅拌器搅拌20分钟以上,依次加入配方中的单体(即苯乙烯,丙烯酸丁酯,丙烯酸异辛酯,丙烯酰胺,丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸)、硅烷偶联剂以及烷基硫醇;继续搅拌40分钟以备用;
b.往反应器内加入440份的去离子水和剩余的乳化剂,均匀搅拌,升温至86℃;投入240份的预乳化液和2份的过硫酸铵,搅拌40分钟;
c.用10份水溶解剩余的过硫酸铵,连续均匀滴加过硫酸铵溶液和剩余的预乳化液,维持保温在85-87℃,滴加3.5小时,滴加完保温60分钟;
(2)后处理阶段
a.降温至50℃以下,加入pH调节剂氨水调至pH为7~8;
b.待乳液温度降至室温,过滤包装。
实施例4一种内外墙苯丙乳液及其制备方法
本实施例是由以下原料配比制成的,按重量份计算:
苯乙烯325份、丙烯酸丁酯170份、丙烯酸异辛酯140份、丙烯酰胺10份、丙烯酸12.5份、甲基丙烯酸5份、3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷2.5份、过硫酸钾1份、十六烷基硫醇3份、月桂醇醚硫酸钾7份、磺基琥珀酸烷基醇醚单酯二钠盐6份、烯丙氧基脂肪醇氧乙烯醚硫酸铵2份、EO数为9的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、氨水2份、水650份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)合成阶段
a.预乳化液的制备:加入300份的去离子水和10份的乳化剂,打开搅拌器搅拌20分钟以上,依次加入配方中的单体(即苯乙烯,丙烯酸丁酯,丙烯酸异辛酯,丙烯酰胺,丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸)、硅烷偶联剂以及烷基硫醇;继续搅拌30分钟以备用;
b.往反应器内加入345份去离子水和剩余的乳化剂,均匀搅拌,升温至86℃;投入120份的预乳化液和0.5份的过硫酸钾,搅拌20分钟;
c.用5份水溶解剩余的过硫酸钾,连续均匀滴加过硫酸钾溶液和剩余的预乳化液,维持保温在85-87℃,滴加2.5小时,滴加完保温60分钟;
(2)后处理阶段
a.降温至50℃以下,加入pH调节剂氨水调至pH为7~8;
b.待乳液温度降至室温,过滤包装。
实施例5实验数据
(1)使用实施例1-4制备的乳液以及市售乳液产品RS-998A,XG-2***,按如下配方制备乳胶漆:
(2)通过以下方法测定上述乳胶漆的耐擦洗次数、展色性(克莱恩炭黑)、KU粘度:
①耐擦洗次数:根据GB/T 9266标准测定;
②展色性(显色),非标:(克莱恩炭黑)向白色漆中分别加入2%的炭黑,称量精确到小数点后3位,搅拌均匀后使用100μm的线棒在黑白卡纸背面刮涂一道,在标况下养护1天,肉眼观察;
③KU粘度:采用数显斯托墨粘度计Krebs Stormer Viscometer BGD184测定粘度;
(3)结果如下:

注:展色性差异以肉眼判断并以数字形式输出,分数越高展色性越好。
实施例6对比例
对比例1:将实施例1中的正十二烷基硫醇替换为等量的巯基丙酸异辛酯,其余配方及制备方法与实施例1相同;
对比例2:除不含正十二烷基硫醇外,其余配方及制备方法与实施例1相同;
将实施例1及对比例获得的乳液按照实施例5所述的乳胶漆配方1制成白漆,向白漆中分别加入3%炭黑和5%酞青蓝色浆,称量准确到小数点后3位,搅拌均匀后使用100μm的线板在黑白卡纸背面刮涂一道,在标准环境下养护1d后,使用测色仪测试不同乳液所制的漆样的颜色差异。加入炭黑色浆的样品使用L*判断,L*越小,则黑色越深,展色越好;加入酞青蓝的样品使用b*值判断,其绝对值越大,则蓝色越深,展色越好,结果如下表。
上述结果说明本实施例使用适量的硫醇可明显改善乳液的对颜填料的展色性,展色性明显提升,且本发明所使用的正十二烷基硫醇、异十二烷基硫醇、十六烷基硫醇及其他烷基硫醇均具有以上效果。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本专利构思的前提下,上述各实施方式还可以做出若干变形、组合和改进,这些都属于本专利的保护范围。因此,本专利的保护范围应以权利要求为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种内外墙通用苯丙乳液,其特征在于,由包括如下重量份数的原料制备:
苯乙烯300-400份,丙烯酸丁酯150-300份,丙烯酸异辛酯100-200份,丙烯酰胺10-25份,丙烯酸5-20份,甲基丙烯酸1-5份,硅烷偶联剂1-5份,乳化剂5-20份,过硫酸盐1-5份,烷基硫醇1-5份,pH调节剂2-10份,水650-850份;
所述烷基硫醇为正十二烷基硫醇、异十二烷基硫醇、十六烷基硫醇中的至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种内外墙通用苯丙乳液,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种内外墙通用苯丙乳液,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为月桂醇醚硫酸盐、醇醚磺基琥珀酸酯盐、烯丙氧基脂肪醇氧乙烯醚硫酸盐和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚四种;
所述月桂醇醚硫酸盐为月桂醇醚硫酸钠或月桂醇醚硫酸钾;
所述醇醚磺基琥珀酸酯盐为磺基琥珀酸烷基醇醚单酯二钠盐或脂肪醇醚磺基琥珀酸二钠盐;
所述烯丙氧基脂肪醇氧乙烯醚硫酸盐为烯丙氧基脂肪醇氧乙烯醚硫酸铵或烯丙氧基脂肪醇氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种内外墙通用苯丙乳液,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚EO数为9-40。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种内外墙通用苯丙乳液,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为EO数为9的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或EO数为10的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种内外墙通用苯丙乳液,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制备:苯乙烯320份、丙烯酸丁酯200份、丙烯酸异辛酯130份、丙烯酰胺17份、丙烯酸13份、甲基丙烯酸4份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷3份、过硫酸钠4份、正十二烷基硫醇1份、月桂醇醚硫酸钠9份、磺基琥珀酸烷基醇醚单酯二钠盐3份、烯丙氧基脂肪醇氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2份、EO数为9的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、氨水5份、水750份。
7.权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种内外墙通用苯丙乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,具体如下:
(1)合成阶段
a.预乳化液的制备:加入300-400份的去离子水和2-14份的乳化剂,搅拌20分钟以上,依次加入配方中的单体、硅烷偶联剂以及烷基硫醇;继续搅拌20-40分钟以备用;
b.预留5-10份水备用,往反应器内加入剩余的去离子水和乳化剂,均匀搅拌,升温至86℃;投入40-240份的预乳化液和0.5-2份的过硫酸盐,搅拌20-40分钟;
c.采用预留水溶解剩余的过硫酸盐,连续均匀滴加过硫酸盐溶液和剩余的预乳化液,维持保温在85-87℃,滴加2.5-3.5小时,滴加完保温60分钟;
(2)后处理阶段
a.降温至50℃以下,加入pH调节剂调至pH为7~8;
b.待乳液温度降至室温,过滤包装。
8.权利要求1-6任意一项所述内外墙通用苯丙乳液在制备乳胶漆中的应用。
