Description

Ecological nutrient soil and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant nutrient soil, and particularly relates to ecological nutrient soil and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The nutrient soil is specially prepared for satisfying the growth and development of seedlings and contains various mineral nutrients, and is loose and ventilated, strong in water and fertilizer retaining capability and free of plant diseases and insect pests. The nutrient soil is widely applied to flower plants, foliage plants, vegetable and fruit crops and succulent plants, and the patent application can be found to be increased year by year through the patent search keyword 'nutrient soil'.
Along with the improvement of society, people have higher requirements on living environment and office environment, potting is more and more popular, potting nutrient soil in the market is formed by mixing garden soil, mountain mud, vermiculite, nutrient solution and the like, the fertility of the soil is low and is difficult to last, bacteria are easy to grow in the soil in the use process, various diseases and insect pests are caused, after a period of use, the fertility of the soil is reduced or even eliminated, the soil is easy to harden, the air permeability is poor, the root of the potting is anoxic and rotten, and the current requirements cannot be met.
In the breeding process, a large amount of rabbit manure is produced every day, the rabbit manure is treated and transported to cause great burden to enterprises, about 65% of grains and grain byproducts are added in the feed of the rabbits, 1-3% of Chinese herbal medicine components are added, the rabbit cannot fully digest and absorb the nutrients in the digestion process, a large amount of nutrients and part of Chinese herbal medicine components are discharged out of the body along with manure, meanwhile, the rabbit manure is an efficient organic fertilizer, the nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium content is obviously higher than that of other animal manure, the nitrogen content is 1.53 times of chicken manure, 3.29 times of sheep manure, 3.83 times of pig manure, the phosphorus content is 2.88 times of chicken manure, 4.6 times of sheep manure, 5.75 times of pig manure, the potassium content is 1.6 times of chicken manure, 2.67 times of sheep manure, 2 times of pig manure, each ton of rabbit manure is equivalent to 108.5kg of ammonium sulfate, 100.9kg of calcium sulfate, 17.85kg of potassium sulfate, and more effective and rich in plant leaves and inorganic fertilizer, but rich in the plant leaves and organic fertilizer, the plant roots and the plant roots are rich in the fertilizer. Although the rabbit manure has very high fertility, the rabbit manure is directly added into soil to generate a seedling burning phenomenon on plant roots, meanwhile, the rabbit manure contains a large amount of germs, toxins and parasitic ova, if the parasitic ova are not treated, the parasitic ova can be propagated and bred in the rabbit manure, the growth and development of plant roots are affected, the plant roots are infected to human bodies, the health is endangered, the Chinese herbal medicine components in the rabbit manure are not effectively utilized, the rabbit manure and the soil are mixed to prepare nutrient soil by using a conventional method, the nutrient soil has strong pungent smell, and a large amount of germs, toxins and parasitic ova are contained in the nutrient soil, so that the plant generates diseases and insect pests, and even the health of the human bodies is endangered.

step three: after stacking the materials for 3-4 days, adding river sand, plant ash, coconut husk, expanded perlite and bone powder to uniformly mix when the temperature of a material stack in a greenhouse reaches 65-70 ℃, and performing secondary composting fermentation to stack the materials into a flat-top ladder shape, wherein the height is 1-1.2 m, the length is 3-4 m and the width is 2-3 m;
step four: and stacking the materials for 5 days, taking out, adding plant ash, aluminum sulfate, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer, water, vinegar and willow branches, and sending into a stirrer for stirring to obtain the nutrient soil.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein in the first step, the temperature of the cooking pot is controlled to be 70-90 ℃, the cooking time is controlled to be 1-2h, and the cooling time of the cooking material is 30-40min after the cooking is completed.
5. The method for producing ecological nutrient soil according to claim 3, wherein in the fourth step, the weight of the added water is 5-8% of the weight of the material pile, the water temperature is controlled at 50-60 ℃, the rotation speed of the stirrer is 300-600r/min, and the stirring time is 30-40 minutes.
