技术领域
本发明涉及一种由多个彼此铰接连接的车辆或车辆部分构成的铰接车辆,该铰接车辆例如是轨道车辆或铰接式客车,其中,在各车辆或车辆部分之间布置有过渡部,其中,过渡部具有内部覆盖件/内护板以及与该内部覆盖件侧向隔开一段距离的外部覆盖件/外部蒙皮,其中,内部覆盖件和外部覆盖件在彼此之间形成间距的情况下被布置在两个相邻的车辆或车辆部分的端壁上。
背景技术
不仅在轨道车辆中,而且也在公路行驶车辆、例如铰接式客车中,在两个彼此铰接连接的车辆部分或车辆之间设有过渡部。这种过渡部具体来说包括折棚,该折棚隧道形地跨覆过渡装置、例如平台或过道。
在这方面已知下述的过渡部,在该过渡部中不是仅设有一个在两个彼此铰接连接的车辆或车辆部分的车厢的端壁之间延伸的折棚,而是给出以下实施形式:在其中设有两个被彼此沿径向或侧向间隔开布置的折棚,这例如由EP 2 335 995 B1已知。如已经说明的,这些折棚被沿侧向或径向彼此间隔开地布置在彼此相对而置的车辆部分的车厢的端壁上,也就是说,在端壁上在内折棚和外折棚之间存在有自由空间。这种具有两个相互嵌套的折棚的过渡部尤其被用于噪声衰减的目的,特别是在高速行驶的列车、例如ICE的轨道交通中。
对于防噪声的要求当然随着时间越来越提高。因此特别也曾尝试通过过渡部的底部区域的阻隔装置而实现提高的隔声系数。当然,所达到的隔声系数还不满足所提出的要求。
特别是,折棚材料随着提高隔声的目标而通过以下方式得到进一步发展:使折棚材料配备有隔声材料。然而这导致更厚的、更重的并且也更贵的折棚。此外,由DE 198 21083 B1已知了隔声的折棚,在该折棚中彼此搭接的连接片被安装在波纹折棚的波纹形折棚元件的内侧上。
也已知了,在内盖板和外盖板之间的过渡部保护装置的中间空间中装入隔声的材料,如在DE 10 57 639 A中描述的。特别是,这种措施适合于,在俯仰运动、转弯运动、侧倾运动或横移运动中限制过渡部保护装置的可运动性,也就是说过渡部保护装置随后可能不再满足动态要求。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,在开头所述类型的铰接车辆中借助于简单的和价廉的装置/方法实现降低在过渡部中测量到的噪声值。
为了实现所述目的,根据本发明提出,在通过间距形成在端壁上的自由面上能施加吸声的隔声层。自由面在此通过内部覆盖件和外部覆盖件之间的侧向间距形成在彼此铰接的车辆的相应车厢的端壁上。特别有利的是,在相连接的车辆或车辆部分之间可以不在过渡部的内部覆盖件和外部覆盖件之间的空间中使用附加的隔声的和/或吸声的材料,或者不在那里布置这种材料,也就是说在实现本发明的情况下不必担心在例如双波纹折棚的可运动性方面的限制。在彼此铰接的车辆之间在内部覆盖件和外部覆盖件之间被引导的供给软管或管道在此情况下不是防噪声装置。
也就是说,通过将隔声层安装在端壁上,使在外部覆盖件和内部覆盖件之间、特别是在外折棚和内折棚之间的空间中的声压通过声吸收而降低,而不必在饰件上、并且在此特别是在折棚上采取会损害折棚的可运动性的任何隔声措施以用于减少传输到过渡部的内部中的声音。
隔声层可以在此特别是被以吸声的方式设计为无纺布、泡沫塑料或类似材料,其中,特别是应用具有较小的比重的隔声材料被证明是有利的,因为通过这种吸声的隔声材料可以实现明显降低在过渡部的外部覆盖件和内部覆盖件之间的空间中的声压。也就是说,则在内部覆盖件上也存在较低的声压,这直接引起在过渡部的内部中的声压也显著降低。
因此,如果将大约5cm厚的阻隔装置安置在大约8cm至10cm宽的、内部覆盖件和外部覆盖件之间的自由面上,则已经实现了在过渡部的内部中的声压的显著降低。自由面在此相应于外部覆盖件和内部覆盖件的轮廓U形地在两个彼此铰接的车辆或车辆部分的相应车厢的端壁上延伸。有利的是,整个自由面都设有隔声层。但是自由面的部分面敷设有隔声层也可能足够了。
特别是垫式的隔声层与端壁的连接通过粘接、螺纹连接或铆接实现。
外部覆盖件和/或内部覆盖件在此有利地被设计为折棚,例如被设计为波纹折棚。但是本发明原则上也可以用在各种内部覆盖件和外部覆盖件中,也就是说例如用在由弹性的、被涂层的织物构成的内部覆盖件或外部覆盖件中或用在至少一个可弯曲的和/或可卷起的侧壁的类型的内部覆盖件中,或也可以用在相应的顶部覆盖件/顶盖护板中。
外部覆盖件和内部覆盖件通过固定件、有利地通过各一个螺纹紧固框架/装配框架与相应的车辆或车辆部分的端壁连接。在此情况下得出以下选项:当隔声层被安置在例如由金属制成的支架板上时,该支架板与至少一个、优选两个螺纹紧固框架一起被共同固定在相应的端壁上,例如通过螺纹连接。也就是说,螺纹紧固框架的螺纹连接和支架板一起进行。但也可以设想,将支架板固定、例如螺纹连接在至少一个螺纹紧固框架上。在每种情况下都取消了额外的连接件,借助于该连接件将支架板紧固在端壁上,特别是端壁就此来说不会由于用来接纳螺丝的额外打孔而减弱强度。前述的实施形式还提供以下可能性:将这种隔声部件作为完整包裹/成套产品包的一部分与过渡部或折棚一起进行销售。
在作为内部覆盖件的可卷起的侧壁中,作为固定件设置至少一个固定托架,其同样可以被与支架板一起螺纹连接在端壁上。在此也可以设想,将支架板与固定托架相连接和/或将支架板与作为外部覆盖件的固定件的螺纹紧固框架连接。
