Abstract

一种触感粉末涂料及其制备方法。涉及粉末涂料,尤其涉及一种触感粉末涂料及其制备方法。提供一种成本低,易于远距离运输、操作简单、节时高效,高利用率,无有机物挥发VOC的触感粉末涂料及其制备方法。包括如下重量份的组分:聚酯树脂60‑90份、固化剂4‑10份、增白剂0‑20份、流平剂0.5‑1份、脱气剂0.6‑1份、促进剂0.5‑1份、填料5‑35份、颜料2‑10份。本发明不需要采用特殊生产工艺,只需将几种原料通过现有的生产制造工艺,制成产品即可。因成品为粉末,便于包装和长途运输,储存时间长。

技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料,尤其涉及一种触感粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们的生活水平提高,对日用品的外观效果要求越来越高,特别是一些经常用手触摸的部位,要求喷涂弹性,质感滑爽,如各类物品手柄﹑MP3外壳﹑鼠标﹑手机外壳﹑伞柄、杯子、衣架等等,不再是要求那种冷冰冰﹑粗糙﹑生硬的触感,而是使人感觉到一种软绵绵爽滑的感觉,为此触感粉末涂料应运而生。
触感粉末涂料开发背景来源于弹性手感橡胶漆,因橡胶漆施工工艺繁多,生产成本高,大量有机物挥发污染环境,利用率低。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供一种成本低,易于远距离运输、操作简单、节时高效,高利用率,无有机物挥发VOC的触感粉末涂料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:包括如下重量份的组分:
所述树脂为环氧树脂、端羧基聚酯树脂或羟基树脂。
所述固化剂为环氧固化剂、丙烯酸消光树脂或封闭型异氰酸酯一种或多种。
所述增白剂为钛白粉。
所述脱气剂为安息香。
所述促进剂为季铵盐类。
所述填料为沉淀硫酸钡、氧化铝、云母粉的一种或多种。
所述颜料为碳黑、氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、酞菁绿、酞菁蓝、群青中的一种或多种。
一种触感粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1按重量份称取聚酯树脂,固化剂,增白剂,流平剂,脱气剂,促进剂,填料,颜料后,倒入预混缸,在1500转/分的速度下充分混合3-5分钟,得到预混好的物料;
S2预混好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机挤出;
S3挤出后的物料经过压辊冷却,压片,研磨后筛分过筛包装即可。
本发明中的涂料由树脂、固化剂、增白剂、流平剂、脱气剂、促进剂、填料和颜料按一定的比例混合加工而成。本发明不需要采用特殊生产工艺,只需将几种原料通过现有的生产制造工艺,制成产品即可。因成品为粉末,便于包装和长途运输,储存时间长。
具体实施方式
本发明包括如下重量份的组分:
所述树脂为环氧树脂、端羧基聚酯树脂或羟基树脂。
所述固化剂为环氧固化剂、丙烯酸消光树脂或封闭型异氰酸酯一种或多种。
所述增白剂为钛白粉。
所述脱气剂为安息香。
所述促进剂为季铵盐类。
所述填料为沉淀硫酸钡、氧化铝、云母粉的一种或多种。
所述颜料为碳黑、氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、酞菁绿、酞菁蓝、群青中的一种或多种。
一种触感粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1按重量份称取聚酯树脂,固化剂,增白剂,流平剂,脱气剂,促进剂,填料,颜料后,倒入预混缸,在1500转/分的速度下充分混合3-5分钟,得到预混好的物料;
S2预混好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机挤出;
S3挤出后的物料经过压辊冷却,压片,研磨后筛分过筛包装即可。
其步骤S2中双螺杆挤出温度设定为80-110℃,螺杆转速为38-48HZ,喂料转速为10-20HZ。其步骤S3中筛分后粉体平均粒径为30-40UM。
实施例一、一种触感粉末涂料,包括如下重量份的组分:
所述树脂为环氧树脂,软化点88℃
所述固化剂为环氧固化剂。
工艺:按配方称取原料,预混机高速充分混合,经挤出机挤压,冷却成片后破碎,再经ACM分级研磨过筛即可。
实施例二、一种触感粉末涂料,包括如下重量份的组分:
所述树脂为端羧基聚酯树脂,酸值28-33mgKOH/g,粘度3000-4000mPa.s
所述固化剂为丙烯酸消光树脂。取与树脂反应比例2.7-3.0。
工艺:按配方称取原料,预混机高速充分混合,经挤出机挤压,冷却成片后破碎,再经ACM分级研磨过筛即可。
实施例三、一种触感粉末涂料,包括如下重量份的组分:
所述树脂为高羟基值为300-350mgKOH/g饱和树脂和低羟基值为20-30mgKOH/g的饱和树脂两种按4/6混合使用。
所述固化剂为封闭型异氰酸酯盐。
工艺:按配方称取原料,预混机高速充分混合,经挤出机挤压,冷却成片后破碎,再经ACM分级研磨过筛即可。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种触感粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述脱气剂为安息香。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种触感粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述促进剂为季铵盐类。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种触感粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述填料为沉淀硫酸钡、氧化铝、云母粉的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种触感粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述颜料为碳黑、氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、酞菁绿、酞菁蓝、群青中的一种或多种。
9.一种根据权利要求1所述的触感粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1按重量份称取聚酯树脂,固化剂,增白剂,流平剂,脱气剂,促进剂,填料,颜料后,倒入预混缸,在1500转/分的速度下充分混合3-5分钟,得到预混好的物料;
S2预混好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机挤出;
