本发明公开了一种多彩绒面粉末涂料及其制备方法,其原料组成按重量份数计为:A组分:环氧树脂40~70份、双氰胺1~5份、XG605‑1A 1~5份、流平剂0.1~0.5份、沉淀硫酸钡8~15份、钛白粉15~25份和颜料3~6份;B组分:环氧树脂40~70份、双氰胺1~5份、XG605‑1A 1~5份、流平剂0.1~0.5份、沉淀硫酸钡20~25份、钛白粉5~15份和颜料1~3份;C组分:环氧树脂40~70份、双氰胺1~5份、XG605‑1A 1~3份、沉淀硫酸钡30~35份和颜料1~3份。上述组分经混合、筛分和邦定制得多彩绒面粉末涂料,制备方法简单,产品色彩丰富,具有绒面触感。

技术领域
本发明属于粉末涂料的制备领域,具体涉及一种多彩绒面粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
绒毛粉是由弹性聚合物微球组成的粉体,具有橡胶弹性,耐热、耐溶剂,抗酸碱及耐刮性均佳,可广泛适用于皮革、塑胶等各类平光、着色柔感的涂料。与适量弹性树酯配合,使涂膜产生绒面的感觉。绒毛粉有各种粒径和各种颜色,而且可以通过染色来达到所需的颜色,使其更具丰富的色彩。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术不足,提供一种多彩绒面粉末涂料及其制备方法。所制备的多彩绒面粉末涂料使涂膜产生绒面的感觉,同时具有丰富的颜色,制备方法简单,具有显著的经济和社会效益。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种多彩绒面粉末涂料,由A、B和C三组分组成,按重量份数计为:
A组分:
环氧树脂:40~70份;
双氰胺:1~5份;
XG605-1A:1~5份;
流平剂:0.1~0.5份;
沉淀硫酸钡:8~15份;
钛白粉:15~25份;
颜料:3~6份;
B组分:
环氧树脂:40~70份;
双氰胺:1~5份;
XG605-1A:1~5份;
流平剂:0.1~0.5份;
沉淀硫酸钡:20~25份;
钛白粉:5~15份;
颜料:1~3份;
C组分:
环氧树脂:40~70份;
双氰胺:1~5份;
XG605-1A:1~3份;

其中A、B和C的质量比为3:2:2。

如上所述的多彩绒面粉末涂料的制备方法为:将各组分按配比加入搅拌机中搅拌混合均匀,随后用筛粉机进行筛分,筛分后粉末的中位径30~40um,将筛分后的粉末投入到邦定机中,在50~60℃以1000~1300r/min邦定20分钟,制得多彩绒面粉末涂料。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明制备的多彩绒面粉末涂料使涂膜产生绒面的感觉,同时具有丰富的颜色,而且色彩稳定,不因喷涂设备的气压、静电压的变化而改变,制备方法简单,具有显著的经济和社会效益。

一种多彩绒面粉末涂料,由A、B和C三组分组成,按重量份数计为:
A组分:
环氧树脂:40份;
双氰胺:1份;

钛白粉:15份;
颜料:3份;
B组分:
环氧树脂:40份;
双氰胺:1份;
XG605-1A:1份;
流平剂:0.1份;
