本发明涉及球类产品加工的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,胶水贴合皮革篮球(以下简称胶粘篮球),自内向外是由内胎、骨架层、包胶层、皮革4层结构组成。内胎起储存气体并保持一定气密性的作用;在内胎表面包裹或缠绕适量的化纤织物或纱线构成骨架层,然后再包胶放入模具中硫化成半成品—中胎;中胎表面依次经打磨、除粉、涂溶剂胶,皮革背面也涂溶剂胶,最后相互粘合制成最终成品。
现有专利中授权公告号为CN104524748B的中国专利公开了一种贴皮球及其制作工艺,包括硫化中胎、外皮、梗条,所述硫化中胎外表面设有多条凹槽,所述凹槽将硫化中胎外表面按照球类规范划分成若干块片区,所述外皮通过胶水分别粘贴于硫化中胎片区上,所述外皮通过胶水分别粘贴于硫化中胎片区上,所述外皮的宽度稍大于硫化中胎片区的宽度,所述外皮相对于硫化中胎片区宽出来的部分通过折边贴附于所述凹槽的侧棱,所述梗条通过胶水镶压于凹槽中,本发明不仅克服了皮球长期使用后出现脱胶脱皮的问题,且实现了外皮与梗条之间的无缝连接,克服了现有技术中梗条与外皮之间出现空隙的问题,保证了皮球的良好外观。
现有技术中的大多数贴皮球是在内胆外缠纱后包浆,从而实现制备包胶层,缠纱后再包浆,纱线减小了浆液与运动球内胆的接触面积,降低了对运动球内胆的包浆效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,取代传统包胶层,增大了浆液与运动球内胆的接触面积,从而增强对运动球内胆的包裹紧密性。
本发明的上述发明目的一是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将内胎充气到所需的圆度;
(2)将纱线浸渍在水性环保胶水中;
(3)利用浸渍纱线缠绕在内胆表面,得到纱胆。

本发明进一步设置为:所述水性环保胶水包括如下重量份的组分:改性天然胶乳50~60份、丙烯酸酯类30~40份、硅树脂聚醚乳液10~20份、茶皂素5~10份、乳化剂1~5份和交联剂1~3份。
通过采用上述技术方案,改性天然胶乳相比于天然胶乳,粘接性提高、刚性增强,且具有优异的耐寒性、耐候性和耐磨性;丙烯酸酯类作为反应单体,易与其他组分进行反应;茶皂素又名茶皂苷,是从山茶科植物中提取出来的一类皂苷化合物,基本结构由皂苷元、糖体、有机酸三部分组成,茶皂素是良好的表面活性剂,还具有较强的抗菌活性、去油性和良好的乳化、分散、润湿、去污和发泡作用;硅树脂聚醚乳液可使茶皂素分子在气泡液膜中有序分布,其作用机理是使泡沫膜变厚,以延长泡沫破裂时间,具有稳泡、稳压作用;经上述组分制备的水性环保胶水具有优异的环保性能、优良的高弹性、耐寒、耐候性、耐磨性,具有较长的使用寿命。

通过采用上述技术方案,苯乙烯是用苯取代乙烯的一个氢原子形成的化合物,乙烯基的电子与苯环共轭,不溶于水,溶于乙醇、乙醚中,暴露于空气中逐渐发生聚合及氧化,可作为合成树脂的重要单体,提高合成树脂的强度;丙烯腈是一种无色液体,是合成树脂的重要单体,具有优异的柔韧性、质轻、良好的耐寒、耐磨和耐候性,在天然胶乳上接枝引入重量比为2:1的苯乙烯/丙烯腈,可弥补天然胶乳自身粘结力较差、耐候性差、耐磨性差的缺陷,从而提高天然胶乳的粘结性、抗剥离性、耐候性、耐磨性能。
本发明进一步设置为:所述丙烯酸酯类选用甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯中的一种或多种。
通过采用上述技术方案,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为无色透明易流动的液体,能够与水混溶,可与其他甲基丙烯酸类单体共聚,制得侧链含有活性羟基的甲基丙烯酸酯类,更易与固化剂等进行反应,提高反应速度;甲基丙烯酸甲酯不溶于水,可混溶于醇、醚,溶于多数有机溶剂,具有不饱和酸酯的特性,分子中具有不饱和双键,易发生聚合反应或者与酯基发生有关反应;甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯为无色透明液体,具有独特的桥环状结构,赋予其低粘度、高沸点、低表面张力,且与其他树脂、溶剂、颜填料相容性好的优点,还能增加成膜物质的硬度,同时还能保持成膜物质优异的弹性,并能提高聚合物的光泽、附着力、流平性、耐磨擦、耐老化及防腐性等;甲基丙烯酸异丁酯为无色透明液体,易溶于乙醇、乙醚,可作为合成丙烯酸基胶黏剂的单体。
本发明进一步设置为:所述硅树脂聚醚乳液的相对分子质量为5000~8000。
通过采用上述技术方案,该硅树脂聚醚乳液的相对分子质量偏低,且分布较宽,使得该硅树脂聚醚乳液具有良好的流动性,可与茶皂素分子表面充分接触,进而起到更优的稳泡作用。
本发明进一步设置为:所述乳化剂选用羧甲基淀粉醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油二甲基叔胺中至少两种。
通过采用上述技术方案,羧甲基淀粉醚溶于水形成胶体状溶液,对光、热稳定,不溶于乙醇、乙醚、氯仿等有机溶剂,与羧甲基纤维素有相似的性能,具有增稠、悬浮、分散、乳化、粘结的作用;十二烷基硫酸钠为白色粉末,溶于水,具有去污、乳化和优异的发泡力,广泛合成树脂工业领域;椰油二甲基叔胺是优异的乳化剂,适用于丙烯酸酯聚合领域中;大大提高了固体粉末在丙烯酸及丙烯酸酯类的分散性,增加各组分之间的互溶性,减小各组分之间的相互作用力,提高共聚产物的柔软度,采用多种乳化剂混合,分子中同时具有亲水基和亲油基,聚集在油/水界面上,能够改善体系中各种相的表面张力,使之形成均匀稳定的分散物质。
本发明进一步设置为:还包括将纱胆浸渍在丙烯酸-硅烷成膜物中浸渍成膜,浸渍温度为30~35℃。
通过采用上述技术方案,30~35℃范围内的温度适中,有利于丙烯酸-硅烷成膜物粘附在纱胆表面,若温度较高,内胆易产生溶胀的趋势,而在使用时,内胆恢复弹性形变,不利于纱线对内胆的缠绕、包裹。
本发明进一步设置为,所述丙烯酸-硅烷成膜物包括如下重量份的组分:丙烯酸40~50份、丙烯酸酯类30~40份、二甲基硅烷20~30份、丙烯酰胺5~10份、苯乙烯5~10份、引发剂0.5~3份、乳化剂1~5份和水100~105份。
通过采用上述技术方案,利用丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯类、苯乙烯、二甲基硅烷、丙烯酰胺等充分反应,制备丙烯酸-硅烷成膜物,该丙烯酸-硅烷成膜物的流平性较好,同时具有较强的粘附力。
综上所述,本发明的有益技术效果为:
1.公开了一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,取代了传统的包胶工艺,大大简化了对运动球内胆缠线后的包胶工艺,成本减小,浸渍纱线缠绕后,浆液与内胆表面的接触面积更大,具有优异的缠结牢度;
2.浆液采用水性环保胶水,以改性天然胶乳、丙烯酸酯类为反应主体,茶皂素与硅树脂聚醚乳液为反应副体,在乳化剂、交联剂的共同作用下,制备形成水性环保胶水,该胶水气味小,环保性良好,且具有优异的粘结性、耐寒、耐候与耐磨性,使用寿命较长;
3.经浸渍纱线缠绕后,再将内胆经过丙烯酸-硅烷成膜物浸渍,进一步对内胆进行包裹,浸渍即可,工艺简单,包胶效果显著。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
天然胶乳购自于阿里巴巴平台上广州市昊兆化工有限公司的天然乳胶。
准备工作:
一、改性天然胶乳的制备过程如下:在500ml四口烧瓶中装入混合溶剂正己烷/二甲苯(以体积比1:1计)100ml,将50g天然乳胶溶入其中,在50℃温度下加热溶解,并以100r/min的搅拌速度进行搅拌,同时通入N2鼓泡,回流至天然胶乳中全部溶解,然后在72℃下加入24g的苯乙烯/丙烯腈混合物,且以重量比为2:1计,添加2g过氧化苯甲酰,恒温下进行接枝共聚反应,得到改性天然胶乳。
二、丙烯酸-硅烷成膜物的制备过程如下:
(1)配料:称取丙烯酸40~50份、丙烯酸酯类30~40份、二甲基硅烷20~30份、丙烯酰胺5~10份、苯乙烯5~10份、引发剂0.5~3份、乳化剂1~5份和水100~105份;
(2)向反应容器中加入水、乳化剂、丙烯酰胺,在搅拌条件下加入苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯类、丙烯酸和二甲基硅烷,制备无分层的白色预乳化液;
(3)向反应容器中加入引发剂,升温至65℃,保温1h,氨水中和到pH为7~8之间即可,得到丙烯酸-硅烷成膜物。
实施例一:
一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将内胎充气到所需的圆度;
(2)将纱线浸渍在水性环保胶水中;
(3)利用浸渍纱线缠绕在内胆表面,得到纱胆。
其中,水性环保胶水,采用如下步骤制备:
(1)配料:改性天然胶乳50份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯30份、硅树脂聚醚乳液10份、茶皂素5份和十二烷基硫酸钠1份和交联剂DCP 1份;
(2)向反应容器中加入改性天然胶乳、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯进行混合搅拌,搅拌时间为2~3h;
(3)继续加入茶皂素、硅树脂聚醚乳液与十二烷基硫酸钠,搅拌4~6h;
(4)加入交联剂,搅拌0.5~1h,得到水性环保胶水。
实施例二:
一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,与实施例一的区别之处在于水性环保胶水的配方不同。其中,水性环保胶水采用改性天然胶乳52份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯33份、硅树脂聚醚乳液13份、茶皂素7份和十二烷基硫酸钠2份和交联剂DCP 1份。
实施例三:
一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,与实施例一的区别之处在于水性环保胶水的配方不同。其中,水性环保胶水采用改性天然胶乳55份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯35份、硅树脂聚醚乳液15份、茶皂素8份和十二烷基硫酸钠3份和交联剂DCP 2份。
实施例四:
一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,与实施例一的区别之处在于水性环保胶水的配方不同。其中,水性环保胶水采用改性天然胶乳58份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯38份、硅树脂聚醚乳液18份、茶皂素9份和十二烷基硫酸钠4份和交联剂DCP 2份。
实施例五:
一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,与实施例一的区别之处在于水性环保胶水的配方不同。其中,水性环保胶水采用改性天然胶乳60份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯40份、硅树脂聚醚乳液20份、茶皂素10份和十二烷基硫酸钠5份和交联剂DCP3份。
对比例:
一种普通运动球内胆的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将普通运动球内胆充气到所需的圆度;
(2)将纱线缠绕在内胆表面,得到纱胆;
(3)将纱胆浸透在溶剂胶水中制备包胶层,包胶层采用传统制作工艺,预先在纱胆上进行打磨,然后进行浸胶。
对比各实施例和对比例涉及的制备工艺,实施例的制备工艺用时明显减少,相同时间内明显提高了中胎的生产效率;并且对中胎在拉伸负荷、断裂伸长率、撕裂负荷、剥离负荷、耐折牢度、耐磨度方面进行检测。
裁剪各实施例与对比例所涉及的内胆皮革,检测结果如下表所示:
通过上表可知,本实施例的中胎,无论是经向还是纬向,拉伸负荷、断裂伸长率、撕裂负荷均较大;抗剥离能力也增强;无论是在室温下还是在低温下,耐折牢度的次数明显提高;耐磨度提高,使用寿命较长。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:(1)将内胎充气到所需的圆度;
(2)将纱线浸渍在水性环保胶水中;
(3)利用浸渍纱线缠绕在内胆表面,得到纱胆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述水性环保胶水包括如下重量份的组分:改性天然胶乳 50~60份、丙烯酸酯类 30~40份、硅树脂聚醚乳液 10~20份、茶皂素 5~10份、乳化剂 1~5份和交联剂 1~3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述改性天然胶乳是在天然胶乳基础上接枝引入重量比为2:1的苯乙烯/丙烯腈制得。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸酯类选用甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述硅树脂聚醚乳液的相对分子质量为5000~8000。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述乳化剂选用羧甲基淀粉醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油二甲基叔胺中至少两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,其特征在于:还包括将纱胆浸渍在丙烯酸-硅烷成膜物中浸渍成膜,浸渍温度为30~35℃。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种运动球中胎纱胆的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸-硅烷成膜物包括如下重量份的组分:丙烯酸 40~50份、丙烯酸酯类 30~40份、二甲基硅烷20~30份、丙烯酰胺 5~10份、苯乙烯 5~10份、引发剂 0.5~3份、乳化剂 1~5份和水 100~105份。
