Abstract
本发明涉及一种空心弹力纱,包括外覆层与弹性芯,弹性芯设置在外覆层内部,所述弹性芯包括主芯和可溶芯,所述可溶芯与主芯并列设置,或者主芯与可溶芯加捻合股,又或者以可溶芯包覆主芯。可溶芯在通过后续的纱或织物或衣物的整理工序溶掉,或是在不同的工序中分段全部或部分移除。在纺纱过程中外覆层的内部被可溶芯与主芯暂时填满,通过溶解整理后,纱中芯会形成空隙,主芯与外覆层之间处于松弛的接触状态,主芯有了更大的回缩空间,由于阻力少了,回弹的效果得以改善,因此用空心弹力纱所制成的织物或衣服可实现快速回缩,减少穿衣时变形的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域,尤其涉及一种空心弹力纱。
背景技术
弹性织物穿着舒适、紧致有型、伸缩自如,在服装面料中占有很大比重。但是,随着人们物质生活水平的不断提高,人们对弹性织物的要求也越来越高,不仅要求穿着舒适,更要求其美观、生态环保。
为了使得弹性织物达到复原(回弹)性的要求,业内通常采用人造纤维(如聚酯等)减少纱芯弹力丝的摩擦力,从而达到快速回缩的效果。人们穿着这种弹性织物所做成的服装活动,织物被拉伸时,能快速复原,保持美观。但人造纤维的触感与天然纤维或者再生纤维相比,相差甚远,同时在染色工艺及反光率方面也较天然纤维有较大差距。
除回弹问题外,透气性也是弹性织物穿着舒适度的重要指标,目前市场上弹性织物的透气度均有很大的改善空间。因双包芯纱或者其他现有弹力纱的空隙较少,织物因弹性变得非常紧密,透气性相对较差。尤其是腋下位置通爽度不够,容易积存湿气而使得穿着不舒服。
与此同时,为减轻服装的重量,一般会使用相对较幼细的纱支或减少织物里纱线的密度,但是使用当中任何方法,由于纱线覆盖率下降,服装的透视风险增加了,出现令穿者尴尬的情况。
因此,需要一种弹性、透气效果好,且轻质不透视的弹性面料纱,以满足消费者对服装舒适度的期望。
发明内容
为改善包芯纱的弹性、柔软性、透气性以及防止织物透视,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种空心弹力纱,包括外覆层与弹性芯,弹性芯设置在外覆层内部,所述弹性芯包括主芯和可溶芯,所述可溶芯与主芯并列设置,或者主芯与可溶芯加捻合股,又或者以可溶芯包覆主芯。可溶芯在通过后续的纱或织物或衣物的整理工序溶掉,或是在不同的工序中分段全部或部分移除。在纺纱过程中外覆层的内部被可溶芯与主芯暂时填满,通过溶解整理后,纱中芯会形成空隙,主芯与外覆层之间处于松弛的接触状态,主芯有了更大的回缩空间,由于阻力少了,回弹的效果得以改善,因此用空心弹力纱所制成的织物或衣服可实现快速回缩,减少穿衣时变形的问题。
由于纱的中心失去了支撑,对比传统纱,新型纱的包覆层会以较松散的方式回缩,所形成的空隙,让织物更透气,因此织物的手感较柔软,纱的覆盖率亦比同比重传统的纱高,从而减少了透视的风险。
由于可溶芯会通过整理移除,织物或服装不会出现接头与露丝,纱线主体位置亦没有露芯的情况,如外层是棉或再生纤维素纤维时,对比双包芯莎,在回收重用时,因为只带着氨纶,分离处理难度亦较低。
优选地,所述外覆层为天然纤维(包括但不限于棉、麻等)、再生纤维(包括但不限于人棉、莫代尔、天丝等)、人造纤维(包括但不限于涤纶、锦纶等)或者它们的组合纤维材料。外覆层可适用多种不同材料,使本方案更具实用性。
优选地,所述可溶芯为包含水溶系或水溶性纤维(即是水溶性维纶)或者人棉或者与其它纤维材料的組合,便于在后续纱或织物或服装整理工序(或分段方式)部分或全部溶解移除。
优选地,所述主芯为氨纶,氨纶弹性較大,适用于作为主芯,提供所需弹力,牵伸倍数约为2.3-3.5倍。
优选地,纱包覆层的范围为4英支至60英支的比重对应量。
优选地,可溶芯的占比为10%-40%,并可因应需要作调整。
优选地,可溶芯含的维纶,可以因应成本及需要选用不同溶解温度的类型,在整理的过程中以类型所报的溶解温度,再增加约10-15度的水温,一般泡洗约2-3分钟便可移除大部分的可溶纤维。
优选地,最终出现在织物里,弹力的纱带有空心的结构。
优选地,最终出现在服装里,弹力的纱带有空心的结构。
有益效果
本发明在外覆层与主芯之间制造出额外的空间,使织物具有更好地回弹效果;由于不需要依赖织物留着的化纤改善回弹,让供应商可以选择化纤含量更低更环保的方案,回收重用时亦会较轻松;由于可溶芯最终被(全部或部分)移除,成衣不会出现纱线接头或主体部分露芯的情况,减少为修饰而出现的浪费;当可溶芯最终被(全部或部分)移除后,外包覆层会以较松散的方式回缩,从而达到织物更透气但少透光(少透视),更柔软,布身丰满但轻。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明作进一步阐述。
实施例1
图1、4、6是根据本发明一个实施例的空心弹力纱的示意性结构图。本发明提供了一种空心弹力纱,其包括外覆层1、主芯3和能够溶解去除的可溶芯2。所述主芯3被配置为与可溶芯2并列形成弹性芯,在所述弹性芯外层包覆外覆层1。具体的,纱成型后,后续在纱或者织物或者服装整理中,将可溶芯2溶解,纱线剩下外覆层1与主芯,此时主芯与外覆层之间形成空间4。
主芯为氨纶;所述外覆层为天然纤维(包括但不限于棉、麻等)、再生纤维(包括但不限于人棉、莫代尔、天丝等)、人造纤维(包括但不限于涤纶、锦纶等)或者它们的组合纤维材料;所述可溶芯为包含水溶系或水溶性纤维(即是水溶性威纶)或者人棉或者与其它纤维材料的組合。
实施例2
如图2、4、6所示,对实施例1进一步改进,在纺纱过程中,将主芯3余可溶芯2捻合,在弹性芯外层覆盖外覆层1成型,可溶芯2为连续结构。具体的,纱成型后,后续在纱或者织物或者服装整理中,将可溶芯2溶解,纱线剩下外覆层1与主芯,此时主芯与外覆层之间形成空间4。
实施例3
如图3、5、6所示,在纺纱过程中,将主芯3与可溶芯2形成弹性包芯纱,弹性包芯纱外层覆盖有外覆层1成型。具体的,纱成型后,后续在纱或者织物或者服装整理中,将可溶芯2溶解,纱线剩下外覆层1与主芯,此时主芯与外覆层之间形成空间4。
Claims (10)
1.一种空心弹力纱,包括外覆层与至少一组弹性芯,弹性芯设置在外覆层内部,所述弹性芯包括主芯和可溶芯。
2.如权利要求1所述的空心弹力纱,所述可溶芯与主芯并列设置,或者主芯与可溶芯加捻合股,又或者以可溶芯包覆主芯。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的空心弹力纱,可溶芯在通过后续的纱或织物或衣物的整理工序溶掉,或是在不同的工序中分段全部或部分移除。
4.如权利要求3所述的空心弹力纱,在纺纱过程中外覆层的内部被可溶芯与主芯暂时填满,通过溶解整理后,纱中芯会形成空隙,主芯与外覆层之间处于松弛的接触状态,主芯有了更大的回缩空间。
5.如权利要求1所述的空心弹力纱,所述外覆层为天然纤维、再生纤维、人造纤维或者他们的组合纤维材料。
6.如权利要求1所述的空心弹力纱,所述可溶芯为包含水溶丝或水溶性纤维或者人棉或者与其它纤维材料的組合。
7.如权利要求1所述的空心弹力纱,所述主芯为氨纶。
8.如权利要求1所述的空心弹力纱,纱包覆层的范围为4英支至60英支的比重对应量。
9.如权利要求1所述的空心弹力纱,可溶芯的占比为10%-40%,可因需要作调整。
10.如权利要求1-9所述的空心弹力纱,所述空心弹力纱应用于织物面料,衣物。
