本发明公开了一种加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂及其制备方法,该洗涤剂包括以下质量百分比的各组分:10‑30%阴离子表面活性剂,0.1%‑4%非离子表面活性剂,10‑30%助洗剂,5‑17%碱性助剂,0.5‑3%抗再沉积剂,0.1‑1%蛋白酶,余量为无水硫酸钠。本发明提供了一种去污力优良的衣料用粉末洗涤剂组合物,解决了现阶段无磷洗涤剂去污效果差的技术难题;去污效果与含磷配方相当,且在国家标准蛋白污布上洗涤效果优于含磷配方;本发明中的助洗剂与4A沸石、三聚磷酸钠相比,草酸钠与蛋白酶有更好的复配性能。

Description

一种加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种衣料用洗涤剂,具体涉及一种加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂及其制备方法,属于日化洗涤产品技术领域。
背景技术
三聚磷酸钠自1943年工业化后,由于其良好的螯合能力,与烷基苯磺酸盐显著的协同效应,无毒且价格低廉等优点,一直是合成洗涤剂中重要的助洗剂。但20世纪70年代,在一些人口密集的水域中,发现了“富营养化”问题,各国开始了限磷禁磷的政策。因此,寻找合适的代磷助洗剂成为开发合成洗涤剂的一个热点。
氮川醋酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠和聚丙烯酸钠等助剂都曾被作为无磷助洗剂使用过。这些助洗剂因存在潜在危害性、助洗性能差、价格昂贵、生物降解性差等缺点而被淘汰。目前最常用的无磷助剂4A沸石,但是沸石对硬水离子的交换速度慢,与表面活性物质没有明显的协同作用,导致市售的无磷洗衣粉达不到含磷洗衣粉的使用效果。
草酸盐作为衣料用洗涤剂助洗剂的研究较少,美国公开第3661787中提及草酸盐可作为洗涤剂助剂,但没有涉及草酸盐作为洗涤剂助剂的助洗效果。日本公开第51000506中也涉及草酸钠与三聚磷酸钠或柠檬酸钠的混合物作为洗涤剂助剂,但是只与传统的表面活性剂LAS进行了复配,且对去污效果没有进行过详细研究。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂,以草酸钠为助洗剂,通过复配表面活性剂、碱性助剂、抗再沉积剂及蛋白酶,提高了去污效果,解决了无磷洗涤剂去污效果差的问题。本发明还提供了该洗涤剂的制备方法。
本发明提供了一种加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂,包括以下质量百分比的各组分:
阴离子表面活性剂 10-30%
非离子表面活性剂 0.1%-4%
助洗剂 10-30%
碱性助剂 5-17%
抗再沉积剂 0.5-3%
蛋白酶 0.1-1%
余量为无水硫酸钠。
所述的加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂中,阴离子表面活性剂选自于:C12-C16脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、C12-C18脂肪醇醚硫酸盐中的任意一种或两种的混合物。
所述的加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂中,非离子表面活性剂选自于:C12~C18的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C12~C18烷基糖苷中的任意一种或两种的混合物。
所述的加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂中,助洗剂选自于:草酸钠或草酸钾中的任意一种或两种的混合物。
所述的加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂中,碱性助剂为硅酸钠和碳酸钠的组合,二者的质量比为:硅酸钠/碳酸钠=0.5-2.0:1。
所述的加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂中,抗再沉积剂选自于:聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物的钠盐、聚乙烯醇、苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物中的任意一种。
所述的加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂中,此配方为无磷洗涤剂,且在不添加酶时,对国标GB/T 13174-2008中的蛋白污布的去污力高于助剂为三聚磷酸钠和4A沸石,对另两种污布(碳黑油污布和皮脂污布)的去污力与三聚磷酸钠相当,优于4A沸石。
本发明提供了上述加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在配料锅中加入去离子水,加热至50-60℃,启动搅拌;
(2)依次往配料锅中加入阴离子表面活性剂、助洗剂、碱性助剂、无水硫酸钠;
(3)待配料锅内混合物搅拌均匀后,再依次加入非离子表面活性剂,硅酸钠及抗再沉积剂;
(4)搅拌均匀后,将浆液转移至托盘中,放入100℃烘箱干燥;
(5)干燥10h-14h后,将固体取出,与蛋白酶混合均匀,在研钵中研磨,过100目筛,制得粉末洗涤剂。
本发明提供的上述加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂配方,是一种新型绿色环保型配方。本发明使用的蛋白酶具有绿色、安全、高效、易生物降解等特点。洗涤剂用酶制剂是洗涤剂的功能性添加成分,少量的酶添加到洗涤剂中能够有效提高洗涤剂特定污渍的去污力,同时减少洗涤剂中表面活性剂和助剂的用量,从而降低了由洗涤剂所带来的环境污染。作为添加到洗涤剂中的蛋白酶必须与配方中的表面活性剂和助剂及其他成分具有良好的配伍性才能保证其在洗涤过程发挥更好的去污效果。蛋白酶能够专一性的断裂蛋白质中的肽键,把蛋白质污渍分解成能被表面活性剂除去的小分子氨基酸,然后表面活性剂将其移除,从而达到对蛋白污渍清洗效果;草酸钠作为助剂与水中的钙离子可形成不溶的草酸钙从而脱除水中游离的钙离子,使洗涤剂中的表面活性物质能够发挥其清洗效果。
在相同的洗涤剂无酶配方中,以草酸钠为助洗剂的洗涤剂在蛋白污布上显示出比其它常用助洗剂的洗涤剂有更好的去污效果。在添加的蛋白酶后,以草酸钠为助剂的洗涤剂在蛋白污布上显示出更为突出的去污效果,因此草酸钠和蛋白酶有很好的复配增效性。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明提供了一种去污力优良的衣物用粉末洗涤剂组合物,解决了现阶段无磷洗涤剂去污效果差的技术难题;
(2)本发明的衣物用洗涤剂组合物,去污效果在国标规定的三种污布上都优于4A沸石作为助洗剂时的配方;
(3)本发明的衣物用粉末洗涤剂组合物,去污效果与含磷配方相当,且在国家标准蛋白污布上洗涤效果优于含磷配方;
(4)本发明所用的助洗剂草酸钠与现认为最有潜力代替烷基苯磺酸钠的绿色表面活性剂脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐的复配性能好于三聚磷酸钠和4A沸石;
(5)本发明提供的粉末洗涤剂组合物,草酸钠与蛋白酶有着比与4A沸石、三聚磷酸钠更好的复配性能。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例来进一步说明本发明,但不局限于以下实施例。
本发明提出的衣料用粉末洗涤剂,按质量百分比计,10-30%阴离子表面活性剂,0.1%-4%,非离子表面活性剂,10-30%助洗剂,5-15%碱性助剂,0.5-3%抗再沉积剂,0.1-1%蛋白酶,余量为无水硫酸钠。
其中阴离子表面活性剂选自脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、脂肪醇醚硫酸盐中的一种或两种混合。助洗剂选自草酸钠或草酸钾中的一种或两者混合。
本发明提供的加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在配料锅中加入去离子水,加热至50-60℃,启动搅拌;
(2)依次往配料锅中加入阴离子表面活性剂、助洗剂、碱性助剂、无水硫酸钠;
(3)待配料锅内混合物搅拌均匀后,再依次加入非离子表面活性剂、硅酸钠及抗再沉积剂;
(4)搅拌均匀后,将浆液转移至托盘中,放入100℃烘箱干燥;
(5)干燥10h-14h后,将固体取出,与蛋白酶混合均匀,在研钵中研磨,过100目筛,制得粉末洗涤剂。
实施例中使用的原料如下:

对比例1~6的原料配比见表1,对比例1~2为添加了草酸钠、没添加蛋白酶的情况;对比例3~6为添加了蛋白酶、没添加草酸钠的情况;具体原料配比见下表1。

表1和表2中的原料添加量为占原料总量的质量百分数。
下面对对比例和实施例中的数据进行去污评价测试:(测试去污值)
为验证本发明所属的草酸钠作为助洗剂配制而成的洗衣粉组合的去污力,进行去污力测试。
去污力测试方法,参照GB/T13174-2008《衣物用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》标准,采用国标炭黑油污布JB-01、国标蛋白污布JB-02、国标皮脂污布JB-03三种污布进行测试。
实验条件为:采用250ppm硬水、洗涤剂浓度2g/L、洗涤时间20min、温度30℃、采用国标规定的RQHL-Ⅲ型立式去污机、转速为120转/分。

由表3中的数据可见,草酸钠和蛋白酶联合使用时,对蛋白污布(JB-02)的去污效果明显优于对比例的效果。且与4A沸石相比,草酸钠与蛋白酶具有优异的复配效果。和三聚磷酸钠相比,草酸钠与蛋白酶的复配效果也更佳。
而且,采用本发明制备的洗涤剂(草酸钠和蛋白酶联合使用),在JB-01污布和JB-03污布上的去污效果都不低于4A沸石为助洗剂的配方,与三聚磷酸钠相当。

1.一种加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂,其特征在于:包括以下质量百分比的各组分:
阴离子表面活性剂 10-30%
非离子表面活性剂 0.1%-4%
助洗剂 10-30%
碱性助剂 5-17%
抗再沉积剂 0.5-3%
蛋白酶 0.1-1%
余量为无水硫酸钠;
所述助洗剂选自于:草酸钠或草酸钾中的任意一种或两种的混合物;
所述碱性助剂为硅酸钠和碳酸钠的组合,二者的质量比为:硅酸钠/碳酸钠=0.5-2.0:1;
阴离子表面活性剂选自于:C12-C16脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、C12-C18脂肪醇醚硫酸盐中的任意一种或两种的混合物;
非离子表面活性剂选自于:C12~C18的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C12~C18烷基糖苷中的任意一种或两种的混合物;
所述的加酶无磷衣物用粉末洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在配料锅中加入去离子水,加热至50-60℃,启动搅拌;
