Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于电梯轿厢内部的装饰板及其制造方法,装饰板包括依次堆叠的基层、粘贴层、图案层及透光层,其中图案层包括底料层和油墨层,底料层连接粘贴层,油墨层连接底料层及透光层。其制造方法包括以下步骤:将铁质原料加工成预定形状的基层,对基层两侧进行打磨后对基层进行烤漆处理;取树脂胶涂覆于基层表面,形成粘贴层;取底料,按照预定图案放置底料,形成底料层;将树脂与色料混合后得到树脂色料混合物涂覆于底料层,形成油墨层;底料层与油墨层共同形成图案层;将图案层覆于粘贴层上,对图案层表面进行打磨平整;取透明树脂涂覆于油墨层表面,形成透明树脂层,对透明树脂层进行抛光打磨,完成制造电梯轿厢内部的装饰板。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰板领域,具体地,涉及一种用于电梯轿厢内部的装饰板及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,电梯与人们的生产生活日益密切,因电梯市场需求呈现多元化,人们对于电梯装潢的需求日益增加,而用于装饰电梯内部的装饰板,其市场需求也越来越大,目前电梯轿厢内部的装饰板随着温度的变化,因金属层与其它层级结构的收缩率不同会导致装饰板的结构出现不同程度的分离,耐用性较差,另外,现有的装饰板多采用石材或木板等材料作为原材料,单位装饰板的造价较高且采用木板为原料制作的装饰板防水防潮及耐腐蚀性较差。并且日常使用中装饰板的表面不可避免的会出现划伤碰伤等,其表面的划伤碰伤难以修复且修复成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐用性较强且易于维护的电梯轿厢内部的装饰板及其制造方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种用于电梯轿厢内部的装饰板,包括依次堆叠的基层、粘贴层、图案层及透光层;其中图案层包括底料层和油墨层,底料层连接粘贴层,油墨层连接底料层及透光层。
进一步地,基层为铁质基层。
进一步地,粘贴层为树脂胶层。优选地,树脂胶层为环氧树脂胶,环氧树脂胶具有良好的延展性并对基材具有极强的粘接力,且其具有固化收缩率小的特性。
进一步地,透光层为透明树脂层,透明树脂层采用的材料为有机硅树脂,能够起到防水防潮性、耐热性、耐候性及耐腐蚀性,且透光层出现划痕裂纹等,可在划痕裂纹处涂抹填灌有机硅树脂,易于修复且修复成本低。
进一步地,底料层由金属材料或非金属材料的构成。优选地,底料层可以采用贝壳或大理石构成,如此可以降低装饰板的生产成本。
本发明的电梯轿厢内部装饰板的制造方法包括以下步骤:
制作基层:取铁质原料置于数控切割设备,数控切割设备将铁质原料加工成预定形状的基层,对基层两侧进行打磨,然后对基层进行烤漆处理;
制作粘贴层:取树脂胶涂覆于基层表面,形成粘贴层;
制备图案层:取底料,按照预定图案放置底料,形成底料层;将树脂与色料混合后得到树脂色料混合物涂覆于底料层,形成油墨层;待油墨层干燥后,底料层与油墨层共同形成图案层;
粘贴图案层:将图案层覆于粘贴层上,对图案层表面进行打磨平整;
制备透光层:取透明树脂涂覆于油墨层表面,形成透明树脂层,对透明树脂层进行抛光打磨,完成制造电梯轿厢内部的装饰板。
综上所述,本发明至少可以获得以下有益效果:
本发明提供的装饰板相比于现有的装饰板具有良好的防水防潮性、耐热性、耐候性及耐腐蚀性,极大的提高了耐用性,降低了生产成本,并且本发明提供的装饰板易于修复且修复成本较低。

具体实施方式

需要说明,本发明实施方式中所有方向性指示诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……仅用于解释在某一特定姿态如附图所示下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
本发明提供一种电梯轿厢内部的装饰板,其应用于电梯轿厢内部装潢用。请参阅图1,其为本发明一实施方式的用于电梯轿厢内部的装饰板的立体剖面示意图。如图1所示,本发明提供一种电梯轿厢内部的装饰板1,其包括依次堆叠的基层2、粘贴层3、图案层4及透光层5;其中图案层包括底料层41和油墨层42,底料层41连接粘贴层3,油墨层42连接底料层41及透光层5。
具体应用时,上述的基层2可以为铁质基层。
具体应用时,上述的粘贴层3为树脂胶层。优选地,树脂胶层为环氧树脂胶,环氧树脂胶具有良好的延展性并对基材具有极强的粘接力,且其具有固化收缩率小的特性。
具体应用时,上述的透光层5为透明树脂层。透光层5可以采用聚甲基硅树组成,还可以采用聚乙基硅树脂组成,其能够起到防水防潮性、耐热性、耐候性及耐腐蚀性,且透光层5出现划痕裂纹等,可在划痕裂纹处涂抹填灌有机硅树脂,易于修复且修复成本低。同时,透明树脂层5成型后具有晶莹剔透的效果,十分美观,有效地提升了用户的使用感受。
具体应用时,上述的底料层41为非金属材料或金属材料。优选地,底料层41可以采用贝壳或大理石构成,如此可以降低装饰板的生产成本。进而提高用户的

综上所述,本发明一或多个实施例中,本发明的一种用于电梯轿厢内部的装饰板1的制造方法包括以下步骤:

粘贴图案层4:将图案层4覆于粘贴层3上,对图案层4表面进行打磨平整;
制备透光层5:取透明树脂涂覆于油墨层42表面,形成透光层5,对透光层5进行抛光打磨,完成制造电梯轿厢内部的装饰板1。
本发明提供的装饰板相比于现有的装饰板具有良好的防水防潮性、耐热性、耐候性及耐腐蚀性,极大的提高了耐用性,降低了生产成本,并且本发明提供的装饰板易于修复且修复成本较低;同时,本发明还具有一定的观赏性,提升用户的使用感受。

1.一种电梯轿厢内部的装饰板,其特征在于,包括:依次堆叠的基层、粘贴层、图案层及透光层;以及
其中图案层包括底料层和油墨层,底料层连接粘贴层,油墨层连接底料层及透光层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电梯轿厢内部的装饰板,其特征在于,基层为铁质基层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电梯轿厢内部的装饰板,其特征在于,粘贴层为树脂胶层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电梯轿厢内部的装饰板,其特征在于,透光层为透明树脂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电梯轿厢内部的装饰板,其特征在于,底料层为非金属材料或金属材料。
6.一种制造如权利要求1-5所述的电梯轿厢内部的装饰板的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
制作基层:取铁质原料置于数控切割设备,数控切割设备将铁质原料加工成预定形状的基层,对基层两侧进行打磨,然后对基层进行烤漆处理;
制作粘贴层:取树脂胶涂覆于基层表面,形成粘贴层;
制备图案层:取底料,按照预定图案放置底料,形成底料层;将树脂与色料混合后得到树脂色料混合物涂覆于底料层,形成油墨层;待油墨层干燥后,底料层与油墨层共同形成图案层;
粘贴图案层:将图案层覆于粘贴层上,对图案层表面进行打磨平整;
制备透光层:取透明树脂涂覆于油墨层表面,形成透明树脂层,对透明树脂层进行抛光打磨,完成制造电梯轿厢内部的装饰板。
