背景技术
座椅滑轨是汽车的重要组成部件,是汽车座椅的主要功能件之一。座椅滑轨用于连接汽车座椅和汽车车体,汽车座椅通过座椅滑轨实现前后调节,以便于乘员根据需要灵活前后调整座椅。随着汽车行业的快速发展,人们对座椅的要求也越来越高,乘员对后排座椅的前后调节的需求也越来越高,现有的座椅滑轨通常裸露在外,长时间座椅与其滑动摩擦会造成其磨损。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种汽车座椅滑轨。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种汽车座椅滑轨,包括滑轨本体,所述滑轨本体内为中空结构,所述滑轨本体内设置有若干凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有石墨块,所述石墨块的端面与所述滑轨本体的端面齐平。
优选的,所述凹槽为梯形,所述石墨块的形状与所述凹槽相适配。
优选的,所述滑轨本体内设置有隔音垫,所述隔音垫将所述滑轨本体的内部分隔成加强层以及防震层。
优选的,所述隔音垫由丁基橡胶材料制成。
优选的,所述加强层的结构为,在相邻两个所述凹槽以及所述隔音垫之间形成空腔,所述空腔内填充有碳纤维。
优选的,所述防震层的结构为,在所述隔音垫与所述滑轨本体的底部内壁之间设置有发泡聚苯乙烯板。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的汽车座椅滑轨将滑轨设置成中空的结构,内置有带有自润滑效果的石墨块,可以保持滑轨的润滑度,减少其磨损,并且还具有隔音、减震的效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为本发明的一种汽车座椅滑轨,包括滑轨本体,滑轨本体1内为中空结构,滑轨本体1内设置有若干凹槽2,凹槽2内设置有石墨块3,石墨块3的端面与滑轨本体1的端面齐平。
具体的,将滑轨设置成中空的结构,内置有带有自润滑效果的石墨块3,可以保持滑轨的润滑度,减少其磨损。
同时,凹槽2为梯形,石墨块3的形状与凹槽2相适配,可以增加其抗压强度。
滑轨本体1内设置有隔音垫4,隔音垫4将的内部分隔成加强层以及防震层。
隔音垫4由丁基橡胶材料制成。
加强层的结构为,在相邻两个凹槽2以及隔音垫4之间形成空腔,空腔内填充有碳纤维5。
防震层的结构为,在隔音垫4与滑轨本体1的底部内壁之间设置有发泡聚苯乙烯板6,发泡聚苯乙烯具有热导率低、吸水性小、耐冲击振动、隔热、隔音、防潮、减振等优点,同时,由于其相对密度小,可以减少滑轨整体的重量,实现轻量化。

1.一种汽车座椅滑轨,其特征在于:包括滑轨本体,所述滑轨本体内为中空结构,所述滑轨本体内设置有若干凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有石墨块,所述石墨块的端面与所述滑轨本体的端面齐平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车座椅滑轨,其特征在于:所述凹槽为梯形,所述石墨块的形状与所述凹槽相适配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车座椅滑轨,其特征在于:所述滑轨本体内设置有隔音垫,所述隔音垫将所述滑轨本体的内部分隔成加强层以及防震层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车座椅滑轨,其特征在于:所述隔音垫由丁基橡胶材料制成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的汽车座椅滑轨,其特征在于:所述加强层的结构为,在相邻两个所述凹槽以及所述隔音垫之间形成空腔,所述空腔内填充有碳纤维。
6.根据权利要求3所述的汽车座椅滑轨,其特征在于:所述防震层的结构为,在所述隔音垫与所述滑轨本体的底部内壁之间设置有发泡聚苯乙烯板。
