Abstract
本发明属于果园机械设备领域,具体地涉及一种果园采摘设备的液压系统,通过定量泵同时为上装输送系统和底盘转向系统提供动力,通过比例多路阀控制码放输送带马达和主输送带马达的流量输入,通过调速阀实现液压缸伸缩运动速度的控制,实现了果实采摘自动输送及果实自动入箱等功能,解决了纯人工采摘劳动量大,采摘效率低、采摘成本高等问题,满足了水果采收季节性强,采收时间短的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于果园机械设备领域,特别是涉及一种果园采摘设备的液压系统。
背景技术
我国是世界第一大水果生产国,同时也是世界第一大水果消费国。果园种植面积迅速增长催生了对果园机械设备的市场需求。果实采摘作业所用的劳动力占整个生产作业周期所用劳动力的33%~50%。目前国内的水果采摘绝大部分纯手工采摘,采摘作业效率低,劳动量大,采摘成本高。
为了解决水果纯手工采摘作业效率低,劳动量大、采摘成本高等问题,本发明的果园采摘设备具有以下性能:可容纳6~8人同时作业,平均每人的采摘效率可以达到传统纯手工采摘的6~8倍,每人每小时采摘苹果可达300公斤,还可以实现水果自动收集、输送和码放功能,采摘苹果损伤率低。因此,为了适应果园采摘作业设备,设计了一套与之配套的液压系统。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述技术问题的不足,提供了一种果园采摘设备的液压系统,可以完全解决上述技术问题。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种果园采摘设备的液压系统,包括吸油管道、回油管道、变量泵、高压过滤器、比例流量阀、行走马达、定量泵和多路阀,所述的高压过滤器与变量泵的压力出口连接,所述的比例流量阀为两个,分别与行走马达的左右两侧连接,并且控制左右行走马达的供油量,所述的变量泵上安装有压力表,所述的定量泵为上装输送系统及底盘转向系统提供压力油;所述的回油管道上安装有冷却器;
所述的多路阀为九联多路阀;多路阀分别一个控制码放输送带马达,一个主输送带马达,一个果箱旋转马达,一个码放输送带升降油缸,两个果箱升降油缸,一个右平台伸缩油缸,一个左平台伸缩油缸,一个后转向油缸,一个前转向油缸的运动方向;九联多路阀的第一联和第二联为比例多路阀,码放输送带马达和主输送带马达上分别装有速度传感器,根据传感器信号反馈实现比例多路阀的自动调节,控制码放输送带马达和主输送带马达输入流量一致。
所述的码放输送带马达驱动码放输送带的旋转运动,实现水果的自动收集功能;
所述的主输送带马达驱动主输送带的旋转运动,实现水果的自动传输功能;
所述的果箱旋转马达驱动果箱的旋转运动,实现水果的自动码放功能;
所述的左平台伸缩油缸和右平台伸缩油缸,驱动采摘设备左右作业平台的伸出和收回运动,所述的左平台伸缩油缸和右平台伸缩油缸上均设置有第一节流阀,所述的第一节流阀控制左平台伸缩油缸和右平台伸缩油缸的伸出和收回速度,保证作业平台安全平稳运行;
所述的后转向油缸和前转向油缸用于驱动果园采摘设备转向系统的左右转向动作,所述的后转向油缸和前转向油缸均设置有第二节流阀,所述的第二节流阀控制后转向油缸和前转向油缸的动作速度。
进一步地说,所述的行走马达上装有转速传感器,根据转速传感器反馈信号自动调节比例流量阀,实现行走马达的左右两侧输入流量一致,防止出现车轮打滑并提供最佳的车辆牵引力。
进一步地说,所述的果箱旋转马达上设置有果箱旋转马达调速阀,所述的果箱旋转马达调速阀控制果箱旋转马达的旋转速度。
进一步地说,所述的码放输送带升降油缸上分别设置有码放提升油缸调速阀和液压锁,所述的码放输送带升降油缸驱动码放输送带升降运动,码放提升油缸调速阀控制码放输送带升降油缸的升降速度,液压锁将码放输送带锁紧在所需的位置。
进一步地说,所述的果箱升降油缸有两个,用于驱动果箱的提升和下放运动;果箱升降油缸上还设置单向节流阀和第二液压锁,所述的单向节流阀控制果箱提升和/或下放的速度,所述的第二液压锁将果箱锁紧在所需的位置。
进一步地说,液压油箱上均安装有回油过滤器和吸油过滤器,所述的回油过滤器与回油管道连接,所述的吸油过滤器与吸油管道连接,所述的吸油管道上位于吸油过滤器的出口处安装有球阀。保证液压油的清洁度,实现液压系统的稳定运行。球阀是为了方便吸油过滤器的定期维护。
进一步地说,所述的冷却器带有单向阀。当系统达到一定压力值后单向阀自动开启,避免冷却器超过设定压力而发生损坏,从而对冷却器起到保护作用。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供了一种果园采摘设备的液压系统。本液压系统通过变量泵为底盘行走马达提供动力,提供了低速采摘模式和高速转速模式两种行走速度,满足了果园采摘设备实际作业需求,同时通过变量泵实现了节能控制,保证液压系统高效稳定运行。
本液压系统底盘行走马达上装有速度传感器,通过传感器信号反馈控制比例流量阀动作,保证左右行走马达的输入流量均匀,防止出现车辆打滑并能提供最佳的车辆牵引力,控制系统简单稳定可靠。
本液压系统通过定量泵同时为上装输送系统和底盘转向系统提供动力,通过比例多路阀控制码放输送带马达和主输送带马达的流量输入,通过调速阀实现液压缸伸缩运动速度的控制,实现了果实采摘自动输送及果实自动入箱等功能,解决了纯人工采摘劳动量大,采摘效率低、采摘成本高等问题,满足了水果采收季节性强,采收时间短的特点。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种果园采摘设备的液压系统,包括吸油管道、回油管道、变量泵4、高压过滤器6、比例流量阀7、行走马达8、定量泵9和多路阀12,高压过滤器6与变量泵4的压力出口连接,比例流量阀7为两个,分别与行走马达8的左右两侧连接,并且控制左右行走马达8的供油量,变量泵4上安装有压力表5,定量泵9为上装输送系统及底盘转向系统提供压力油;回油管道上安装有冷却器11;
多路阀12为九联多路阀;该九联多路阀接在定量泵9的出口,由定量泵9提供压力。多路阀12分别控制一个码放输送带马达13,一个主输送带马达14,一个果箱旋转马达15,一个码放输送带升降油缸18,两个果箱升降油缸20,一个右平台伸缩油缸24,一个左平台伸缩油缸25,一个后转向油缸26,一个前转向油缸28的运动方向;九联多路阀的第一联和第二联为比例多路阀,码放输送带马达13和主输送带马达14上分别装有速度传感器,根据传感器信号反馈实现比例多路阀的自动调节,控制码放输送带马达13和主输送带马达14输入流量一致。
码放输送带马达13驱动码放输送带的旋转运动,实现水果的自动收集功能;
主输送带马达14驱动主输送带的旋转运动,实现水果的自动传输功能;
所述的果箱旋转马达15驱动果箱的旋转运动,实现水果的自动码放功能;
左平台伸缩油缸24和右平台伸缩油缸25,驱动采摘设备左右作业平台的伸出和收回运动,左平台伸缩油缸24和右平台伸缩油缸25上均设置有第一节流阀23,第一节流阀23控制左平台伸缩油缸24和右平台伸缩油缸25的伸出和收回速度;
后转向油缸26和前转向油缸28用于驱动果园采摘设备转向系统的左右转向动作,后转向油缸26和前转向油缸28均设置有第二节流阀27,第二节流阀27控制后转向油缸26和前转向油缸28的动作速度。
行走马达8上装有转速传感器,根据转速传感器反馈信号自动调节比例流量阀7。
果箱旋转马达15上设置有果箱旋转马达调速阀16,所述的果箱旋转马达调速阀16控制果箱旋转马达15的旋转速度。
码放输送带升降油缸18上分别设置有码放提升油缸调速阀17和液压锁19,码放输送带升降油缸18驱动码放输送带升降运动,码放提升油缸调速阀17控制码放输送带升降油缸18的升降速度,液压锁19将码放输送带锁紧在所需的位置。
果箱升降油缸20有两个,用于驱动果箱的提升和下放运动;果箱升降油缸20上还设置单向节流阀22和第二液压锁21,单向节流阀22控制果箱提升和/或下放的速度,第二液压锁21将果箱锁紧在所需的位置。
液压油箱上均安装有回油过滤器1和吸油过滤器2,回油过滤器1与回油管道连接,吸油过滤器2与吸油管道连接,吸油管道上位于吸油过滤器2的出口处安装有球阀3。
冷却器11带有单向阀10。
变量泵4为果园采摘设备底盘行走马达8提供压力油,变量泵的主要特征是它配合一个补油泵实现变量泵的液压油补充、冷却和冲洗。变量泵的排量根据果园采摘设备的低速采摘模式和高速转场模式的行走速度来确定。
本发明提供了一种果园采摘设备的液压系统:变量泵4给底盘行走系统提供压力油,实现果园采摘设备低速采摘和高速转场行走模式下的自动流量调节,高效节能;两个行走马达8上装有速度传感器,通过传感器反馈信息比例流量阀7自动进行流量调节,确保两个马达在各种负载、压力、流量等工况下以相同的速度转动,防止车轮打滑并提供最佳的车辆牵引力;码放输送带马达13和主输送马达14上装有速度传感器,传感器信号反馈至九联多路阀的第一联和第二联,实现比例多路阀的自动流量调节,保证码放输送带马达13和主输送马达14的输入流量一致。九联多路阀的其余七联多路阀分别控制果箱旋转马达15,码放输送带升降油缸18,果箱升降油缸20,左平台升降油缸24、右平台升降油缸25,底盘转向油缸后转向油缸26和前转向油缸28。其中,马达15用于驱动果箱的旋转运动,码放输送带升降油缸18用于驱动码放输送带的升降,果箱升降油缸20用于驱动果箱的升降运动。
实施例2:
一种果园采摘设备的液压系统,包括吸油管道、回油管道、变量泵4、高压过滤器6、比例流量阀7、行走马达8、定量泵9和多路阀12,高压过滤器6与变量泵4的压力出口连接,比例流量阀7为两个,分别与行走马达8的左右两侧连接,并且控制左右行走马达8的供油量,变量泵4上安装有压力表5,定量泵9给果园采摘设备上装输送系统及底盘转向系统提供压力油;回油管道上安装有冷却器11;
多路阀12为九联多路阀;该九联多路阀接在定量泵9的出口,由定量泵9提供压力。多路阀12分别控制一个码放输送带马达13,一个主输送带马达14,一个果箱旋转马达15,一个码放输送带升降油缸18,两个果箱升降油缸20,一个右平台伸缩油缸24,一个左平台伸缩油缸25,一个后转向油缸26,一个前转向油缸28的运动方向;九联多路阀的第一联和第二联为比例多路阀,码放输送带马达13和主输送带马达14上分别装有速度传感器,根据传感器信号反馈实现比例多路阀的自动调节,控制码放输送带马达13和主输送带马达14输入流量一致。
码放输送带马达13驱动码放输送带的旋转运动,实现水果的自动收集功能;
主输送带马达14驱动主输送带的旋转运动,实现水果的自动传输功能;
所述的果箱旋转马达15驱动果箱的旋转运动,实现水果的自动码放功能;
左平台伸缩油缸24和右平台伸缩油缸25,驱动采摘设备左右作业平台的伸出和收回运动,左平台伸缩油缸24和右平台伸缩油缸25上均设置有第一节流阀23,第一节流阀23控制左平台伸缩油缸24和右平台伸缩油缸25的伸出和收回速度;
后转向油缸26和前转向油缸28用于驱动果园采摘设备转向系统的左右转向动作,后转向油缸26和前转向油缸28均设置有第二节流阀27,第二节流阀27控制后转向油缸26和前转向油缸28的动作速度。
行走马达8上装有转速传感器,根据转速传感器反馈信号自动调节比例流量阀7。通过转速传感器反馈实现比例流量阀7的自动调节,确保两个马达在各种负载、压力、流量等工况下以相同的速度转动,防止车轮打滑并提供最佳的车辆牵引力。
果箱旋转马达15上设置有果箱旋转马达调速阀16,所述的果箱旋转马达调速阀16控制果箱旋转马达15的旋转速度。
码放输送带升降油缸18上分别设置有码放提升油缸调速阀17和液压锁19,码放输送带升降油缸18驱动码放输送带升降运动,码放提升油缸调速阀17控制码放输送带升降油缸18的升降速度,液压锁19将码放输送带锁紧在所需的位置。
果箱升降油缸20有两个,用于驱动果箱的提升和下放运动;果箱升降油缸20上还设置单向节流阀22和第二液压锁21,单向节流阀22控制果箱提升和/或下放的速度,第二液压锁21将果箱锁紧在所需的位置。

所述的多路阀为九联多路阀;该九联多路阀接在定量泵的出口,由定量泵提供压力;多路阀分别控制码放输送带马达,主输送带马达,果箱旋转马达,码放输送带升降油缸,果箱升降油缸,右平台伸缩油缸,左平台伸缩油缸,后转向油缸,前转向油缸的运动方向;九联多路阀的第一联和第二联为比例多路阀,码放输送带马达和主输送带马达上分别装有速度传感器,根据传感器信号反馈实现比例多路阀的自动调节,控制码放输送带马达和马达主输送带输入流量一致;

4.根据权利要求1所述的果园采摘设备的液压系统,其特征在于,所述的码放输送带升降油缸上分别设置有码放提升油缸调速阀和液压锁,所述的码放输送带升降油缸驱动码放输送带升降运动,码放提升油缸调速阀控制码放输送带升降油缸的升降速度,液压锁将码放输送带锁紧在所需的位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的果园采摘设备的液压系统,其特征在于,所述的果箱升降油缸有两个,用于驱动果箱的提升和下放运动;果箱升降油缸上还设置单向节流阀和第二液压锁,所述的单向节流阀控制果箱提升和/或下放的速度,所述的第二液压锁将果箱锁紧在所需的位置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的果园采摘设备的液压系统,其特征在于,液压油箱上均安装有回油过滤器和吸油过滤器,所述的回油过滤器与回油管道连接,所述的吸油过滤器与吸油管道连接,所述的吸油管道上位于吸油过滤器的出口处安装有球阀。
