一种制柑橘渣粗饲料的装置,包括碾碎仓、筛选仓、细加工仓、筛网、传送带、移动轮,所述碾碎仓下方安装有筛选仓,所述筛选仓右侧安装有细加工仓,所述筛网下方安装有传送带,所述传送带下方安装有移动轮,本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,设置有碾碎仓、筛选仓和细加工仓等可以将柑橘渣饲料进行不同程度的粗加工,使其更具标准化;设置有筛网可以对加工过程中柑橘渣饲料进行筛选,避免了柑橘渣饲料加工的重复性;设置有传送带可以将符合标准的柑橘渣饲料提前传送至出料口;设置有移动轮增大了柑橘渣饲料制作装置的使用区域和便携性。

本发明涉及饲料制作装置技术领域,具体为一种制柑橘渣粗饲料的装置。
背景技术
柑橘渣是以柑橘类水果为原料生产果汁、罐头时剩余的果浆、果核、果皮以及淘汰的次品果等干燥加以粉碎后所得到的产品,在现有的加工装置中,没有办法对干燥的果浆、果核、果皮以及淘汰的次品果有一个很好的制作标准,所以现在的加工装置制作出来的产品规格不一,不具备标准化,目前的一级加工过程使柑橘渣难以完全被粉碎,而且固定式的加工装置,使得生产效率低,经济成本加大。
发明内容
本发明提供一种制柑橘渣粗饲料的装置,可以有效解决上述背景技术中提出的柑橘渣粗饲料制作,没有统一的制作标准;产品规格不一;一级加工使柑橘渣难以被完全粉碎;固定式的加工装置,使得生产效率低,经济成本加大等方面问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种制柑橘渣粗饲料的装置,包括碾碎仓、筛选仓、细加工仓、加料斗、进料筒、碾碎辊、过滤网、绞龙、传动轴、电动机、固定底座、电动机开关、传送带开关、筛网、输料管、传送带、传动盘、切刀、漏管、总出料口、移动轮、制动器和减压板,所述碾碎仓上方安装有加料斗,所述加料斗下方安装有进料筒,所述进料筒下方安装有碾碎辊,所述碾碎辊下方安装有筛选仓,所述筛选仓内部安装有绞龙,所述绞龙内部安装有传动轴,所述传动轴左侧安装有电动机,所述电动机下方安装有固定底座,所述固定底座右侧安装有电动机开关,所述电动机开关右侧安装有传送带开关,所述筛选仓下方安装有筛网,所述筛网下方安装有输料管,所述输料管下方安装有传送带,所述传动带右侧开设有总出料口,所述筛选仓右侧安装有细加工仓,所述细加工仓内部安装有切刀,所述传送带下方安装有移动轮,所述移动轮右侧安装有制动器,所述电动机开关的输入端与市电的输出端电性连接,所述传送带开关的输入端与市电的输出端电性连接,所述电动机的输入端与电动机开关的输出端电性连接,所述传送带的输入端与传动带开关的输出端电性连接。
优选的,所述碾碎辊下方安装有过滤网。
优选的,所述传送带内部安装有传动盘。
优选的,所述细加工仓右侧底部开设有漏管。
优选的,所述移动轮上方安装有减压板。
优选的,所述碾碎仓、筛选仓和细加工仓均为一种防尘、防腐蚀的不锈钢材质的构件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,设置有碾碎仓、筛选仓和细加工仓等可以将柑橘渣饲料进行不同程度的粗加工,使其更具标准化;设置有筛网可以对加工过程中柑橘渣饲料进行筛选,避免了柑橘渣饲料加工的重复性;设置有传送带可以将符合标准的柑橘渣饲料提前传送至出料口;设置有移动轮增大了柑橘渣饲料制作装置的使用区域和便携性。

如图1-3所示,一种制柑橘渣粗饲料的装置,包括碾碎仓1、筛选仓2、细加工仓3、加料斗4、进料筒5、碾碎辊6、过滤网7、绞龙8、传动轴9、电动机10、固定底座11、电动机开关12、传送带开关13、筛网14、输料管15、传送带16、传动盘17、切刀18、漏管19、总出料口20、移动轮21、制动器22和减压板23,碾碎仓1上方安装有加料斗4,加料斗4下方安装有进料筒5,进料筒5下方安装有碾碎辊6,碾碎辊6下方安装有筛选仓2,筛选仓2内部安装有绞龙8,绞龙8内部安装有传动轴9,传动轴9左侧安装有电动机10,电动机10下方安装有固定底座11,固定底座11右侧安装有电动机开关12,电动机开关12右侧安装有传送带开关13,筛选仓2下方安装有筛网14,筛网14下方安装有输料管15,输料管15下方安装有传送带16,传动带16右侧开设有总出料口20,筛选仓2右侧安装有细加工仓3,细加工仓3内部安装有切刀18,传送带16下方安装有移动轮21,移动轮21右侧安装有制动器22,电动机开关12的输入端与市电的输出端电性连接,传送带开关13的输入端与市电的输出端电性连接,电动机10的输入端与电动机开关12的输出端电性连接,传送带16的输入端与传动带开关13的输出端电性连接。
为了促使碾碎仓1内加工的柑橘渣更加精细,本实施例中,优选的,碾碎辊6下方安装有过滤网7。
为了使传送带16带动柑橘渣粗饲料进行输送,本实施例中,优选的,传送带16内部安装有传动盘17。
为了便于细加工仓3内加工完全的粗饲料及时排出,本实施例中,优选的,细加工仓3右侧底部开设有漏管19。
为了使移动轮21在加工装置运行时更加稳固,本实施例中,优选的,移动轮21上方安装有减压板23。
为了使碾碎仓1、筛选仓2和细加工仓3不受灰尘和强酸的影响,本实施例中,优选的,碾碎仓1、筛选仓2和细加工仓3均为一种防尘、防腐蚀的不锈钢材质的构件。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:将待加工的柑橘渣从加料斗4投入至碾碎仓1,通过碾碎辊6进行一级粉碎加工,此时加工完全的柑橘渣便会通过过滤网7流入到筛选仓2,而加工不完全的柑橘渣便会继续留在碾碎仓1内继续加工直至完全粉碎,当柑橘渣流入到筛选仓2时,此时通过绞龙8将柑橘渣进行翻动并且做向右输送运动,在翻动的过程中大部分符合标准的柑橘渣便会通过筛网14流入到传送带16上,通过传送带16将加工完成的柑橘渣传送到总出料口20流出,而加工不完善的柑橘渣便会通过绞龙8的作用输送至细加工仓3内,此时通过切刀18将柑橘渣进行进一步的细加工,加工完成后的柑橘渣便会通过漏管19流入到总出料口20流出。加工结束后可以通过移动轮21将装置进行移动。
