Abstract

本发明涉及一种小浴比筒子纱黏胶纤维染色方法,其包括前处理工艺和染色工艺,由筒子纱在染色机中进行染色,染液经过纱杆穿透筒子纱,由内向外单向循环,由室温升温至50‑65℃恒温染色,使用恒定操作浴比值1:3,同时延长固色加碱步骤的处理时间,有效解决筒子纱出现内外层差的问题,达到了匀染的目的,并实现超低浴比1:3染色的工艺要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其是涉及一种小浴比筒子纱黏胶纤维染色方法。
背景技术
粘胶纤维,是粘纤的全称,以“木”作为原材料,从天然木纤维素中提取并重塑纤维分子而得到的纤维素纤维。粘胶纤维的吸湿性符合人体皮肤的生理要求,具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、防紫外线,色彩绚丽,染色牢度较好等特点 。其具有棉的本质,丝的品质。是地道的植物纤维,源于天然而优于天然。目前广泛运用于各类内衣、纺织、服装、无纺等领域。
黏胶纤维筒子纱染色通常采用大浴比、升温法染色,黏胶纤维主要是黏胶纤维遇水溶胀,体积至少膨胀30%左右,明显增大筒子纱密度,使得染液无法均匀上染;且固色时加入纯碱处理的时间段为30-45分钟,固色加碱处理时间不足,容易引起筒子纱内外层差的现象。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种小浴比筒子纱黏胶纤维染色方法,通过增加染料扩散性、延长固色加碱时间,使染液染色均匀有效解决降低筒子纱的内外层差。
本发明的技术方案:
一种小浴比筒子纱黏胶纤维染色方法,采用恒温法染色,包括以下工艺,
前处理工艺,在预备缸内加入20-25mL/L稳定剂、1-5mL/L渗透剂、0.5-1.5mL/L净洗剂、1.5-2.0g/L烧碱和双氧水,采用1:3恒定浴比,由筒子纱在染色机中进行染色,染液经过纱杆穿透筒子纱,由内向外单向循环,由室温开始升温,升温至50-65℃,恒温加热20-25分钟;
染色工艺,加入10-25g/kg元明粉,恒温下保温10-15分钟,加入不同颜色的染料和促染剂,恒温下保温20-25分钟后加入3-5g/L纯碱,恒温下保温60-75分钟后,加入5-8g/L纯碱,恒温下保温50-65分钟后,自然冷却,水洗并加入柔软剂和平滑剂处理后,排水。
优选地,所述稳定剂是稳定剂BS,所述渗透剂是渗透剂JFC。
优选地,所述筒子纱缠绕的筒体规格为:高度140-240mm,内径为55-60mm。
优选地,所述柔软剂用量为0.3-5.0g/L,所述染色工艺中还按照纱的重量加入固色剂0.5-2.0 g/L。
优选地,所述染色工艺中还加入1.5g/kg的匀染剂L-450。
优选地,所述染色工艺中的元明粉分为三次加入,每次加入总用量的1/3。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术效果:
1.本发明的恒温染色法符合工艺要求、操作简便;
2.本发明明显降低了筒子纱内外层差的情况,达到了匀染的效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种小浴比筒子纱黏胶纤维染色方法,采用恒温法染色,包括以下工艺,
前处理工艺,在预备缸内加入20mL/L稳定剂BS、1mL/L渗透剂JFC、0.5mL/L净洗剂、1.5g/L烧碱和双氧水,采用1:3恒定浴比,由筒子纱在染色机中进行染色,染液经过纱杆穿透筒子纱,由内向外单向循环,由室温开始升温,升温至50℃,恒温加热20分钟;
染色工艺,加入10g/kg元明粉,分为三次加入,每次加入总用量的1/3,恒温下保温10分钟,加入黑色染料和促染剂,恒温下保温20分钟后加入3g/L纯碱,恒温下保温60分钟后,按照纱的重量加入固色剂0.5-2.0 g/L,加入5g/L纯碱,1.5g/kg的匀染剂L-450,恒温下保温50分钟后,自然冷却,水洗并加入0.3-5.0g/L柔软剂和平滑剂处理后,排水。
根据需要,黑色染料配方包括质量分数为6.2-6.5%的活性黑 WNN、1.2%的活性红38F和0.8%的活性黄 3RF。
根据需要,所述筒子纱缠绕的筒体规格为:高度140-240mm,内径为55-60mm。
实施例2
一种小浴比筒子纱黏胶纤维染色方法,采用恒温法染色,包括以下工艺,
前处理工艺,在预备缸内加入25mL/L稳定剂BS、2mL/L渗透剂JFC、1.0 mL/L净洗剂、1.8g/L烧碱和双氧水,采用1:3恒定浴比,由筒子纱在染色机中进行染色,染液经过纱杆穿透筒子纱,由内向外单向循环,由室温开始升温,升温至55℃,恒温加热20分钟;
染色工艺,加入15g/kg元明粉,分为三次加入,每次加入总用量的1/3,恒温下保温12分钟,加入粉红色染料和促染剂,恒温下保温20分钟后加入4g/L纯碱,恒温下保温60分钟后,按照纱的重量加入固色剂0.5-1.5 g/L,加入5g/L纯碱,1.5g/kg的匀染剂L-450,恒温下保温50分钟后,自然冷却,水洗并加入0.3-5.0g/L柔软剂和平滑剂处理后,排水。
根据需要,粉红色染料配方包括0.1 g/kgMZBD黄、0.55 g/kgMZBD红。
根据需要,所述筒子纱缠绕的筒体规格为:高度140-240mm,内径为55-60mm。

前处理工艺,在预备缸内加入20-25mL/L稳定剂、1-5mL/L渗透剂、0.5-1.5mL/L净洗剂、1.5-2.0g/L烧碱和双氧水,采用1:3恒定浴比,由筒子纱在染色机中进行染色,染液经过纱杆穿透筒子纱,由内向外单向循环,由室温开始升温,升温至50-65℃,恒温加热20-25分钟;
染色工艺,加入10-25g/kg元明粉,恒温下保温10-15分钟,加入不同颜色的染料和促染剂,恒温下保温20-25分钟后加入3-5g/L纯碱,恒温下保温60-75分钟后,加入5-8g/L纯碱,恒温下保温50-65分钟后,自然冷却,水洗并加入柔软剂和平滑剂处理后,排水。
