本发明属于纺染面料领域,更具体地说,涉及一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的制备方法。
背景技术
牛奶蛋白纤维是一种新型再生蛋白质纤维,是集天然纤维与合成纤维优点于一身的纺织新原料,既具有合成纤维强度高、收缩小、防霉和防蛀的性能,又具有天然纤维柔软、吸湿、透气、染色好、色牢度强和无静电等优点,其光泽和导湿性能更为其他纤维无法比拟。另外,牛奶蛋白纤维又含有17种人体必需的氨基酸,亲肤性好,具有良好的保健性,是用酪蛋白制造的工业化纤维。但牛奶蛋白纤维干、湿热性和耐化学稳定性差,应用时需与其他纤维进行混纺Coal。据报道,牛奶蛋白纤维与棉纤维混纺制成的产品可提高织物的亲肤性和柔软性,增加悬垂性和织物光泽,并且保持棉纤维的吸湿、透气、保暖等特点,提高产品档次。牛奶蛋白纤维可与棉纤维混纺,使得到的混纺织物兼具两种纤维的优点,但两种纤维性能的差异使混纺织物的染色加工变的复杂,传统上采用的染色工艺使牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的同色性较差。

步骤一、将牛奶脱水脱脂后溶解,形成成牛奶乳酪蛋白的线形大分子,与聚丙烯睛接枝共聚后喷丝、烘干得牛奶蛋白纤维;
步骤二、将棉纤维通过氢氧化钠溶液预处理,水洗至中性、烘干;将牛奶蛋白纤通过弱酸性防染剂预处理,烘干;
步骤三、将预处理后的棉纤维与预处理后的牛奶蛋白纤维经过清棉和梳棉工序后混合并条,通过粗纱机、细纱机得到牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物;
步骤四、将上述牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、中性染料、促染剂、固色剂、放入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中染色固色后经水洗、皂洗烘干得染色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的促染剂为氯化钠,所述的固色剂为碳酸钠。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的步骤三中染色固色具体步骤为:将牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、中性燃料和氯化钠加入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中,浴比1:40~1:45,45℃~55℃条件下保温20~30min,以每分钟1.5℃升温至65℃~70℃,加入碳酸钠保温40~45min。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的中性染料相对织物质量分数为1%(o.w.f)。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的步骤三中水洗、皂洗烘干的具体步骤为:将染过色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物热水清洗后温度降至45℃~55℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至70~80℃条件下保温10min,在60~70℃条件下水洗后烘干。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤二中预处理后的棉纤维与预处理后的牛奶蛋白纤维混纺比例为82:18~77:23。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤一中将棉纤维通过20%的氢氧化钠溶液预处理。
3.有益效果
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下显著效果:
(1)本发明的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的制备方法,将棉纤维通过氢氧化钠溶液预处理;将牛奶蛋白纤通过弱酸性防染剂预处理,增加棉纤维的固色率,减缓牛奶纤维的固色率,分别处理之后混纺织物染色同色性得到了提高。
(2)本发明的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的制备方法,采用中性燃料,固色剂采用碳酸钠,减少了碱物质对牛奶蛋白纤维的损害。
(3)本发明的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的制备方法,工艺中选取的温度为低温、分批加入助剂、延长工艺时间,防止牛奶蛋白因温度过高而造成的蛋白流失,且抱枕染色均匀。

步骤二、将棉纤维通过质量浓度为20%的氢氧化钠溶液预处理,水洗至中性、烘干;将牛奶蛋白纤通过弱酸性防染剂预处理,烘干;
步骤三、将预处理后的棉纤维与预处理后的牛奶蛋白纤维经过清棉和梳棉工序后以82:18的比例混合并条,通过粗纱机、细纱机得到牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物;
步骤四、将上述牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、相对织物质量分数为1%(o.w.f)的中性染料、氯化钠、放入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中,浴比1:40,45℃条件下保温20min染色,以每分钟1.5℃升温至65℃,加入碳酸钠保温40min固色,然后将染过色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物热水清洗后温度降至45℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至70℃条件下保温10min,在60℃条件下水洗,烘干得染色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物。

本实施例的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的制备方法,其特征在于:其具体步骤如下:
步骤一、将牛奶脱水脱脂后溶解,形成成牛奶乳酪蛋白的线形大分子,与聚丙烯睛接枝共聚后喷丝、烘干得牛奶蛋白纤维;
步骤二、将棉纤维通过质量浓度为20%的氢氧化钠溶液预处理,水洗至中性、烘干;将牛奶蛋白纤通过弱酸性防染剂预处理,烘干;
步骤三、将预处理后的棉纤维与预处理后的牛奶蛋白纤维经过清棉和梳棉工序后以8:2的比例混合并条,通过粗纱机、细纱机得到牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物;
步骤四、将上述牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、相对织物质量分数为1%(o.w.f)的中性染料、氯化钠、放入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中,浴比1:43,50℃条件下保温25min染色,以每分钟1.5℃升温至68℃,加入碳酸钠保温43min固色,然后将染过色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物热水清洗后温度降至48℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至75℃条件下保温10min,在65℃条件下水洗,烘干得染色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物。

步骤四、将上述牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、相对织物质量分数为1%(o.w.f)的中性染料、氯化钠、放入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中,浴比1:45,55℃条件下保温30min染色,以每分钟1.5℃升温至70℃,加入碳酸钠保温45min固色,然后将染过色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物热水清洗后温度降至55℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至80℃条件下保温10min,在70℃条件下水洗,烘干得染色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物。

步骤三、将预处理后的棉纤维与预处理后的牛奶蛋白纤维经过清棉和梳棉工序后混合并条,通过粗纱机、细纱机得到牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物;
步骤四、将上述牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、中性染料、促染剂、固色剂、放入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中染色固色后经水洗、皂洗烘干得染色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物。
