Abstract

本发明涉及一种水性单组分聚氨酯哑面漆,包括以下重量份的成分:水性聚氨酯乳液47‑55份,改性消光粉3‑6份,中和剂0.1‑0.5份,消泡剂0.01‑0.1份,成膜助剂4‑7份,表面助剂0.4‑0.8份,基材润湿剂0.2‑0.6份,去离子水30‑35份,助溶剂1‑2份,聚氨酯增稠剂0.3‑0.6份,杀菌剂0.08~0.1份,其制备步骤如下:(1)取一定量的去离子水加入反应用缸中,然后加入一定量的消光粉;(2)加入一定量的水性聚氨酯乳液、中和剂和消泡剂;(3)缓慢加入一定量的成膜助剂A、成膜助剂B、基材润湿剂、表面助剂A和表面助剂B;(4)缓慢加入一定量的杀菌剂、助溶剂、聚氨酯增稠剂和去离子水。本发明制备的哑面漆,漆膜硬度高,手感滑爽,抗划伤性能优异,且VOC含量低,可广泛应用于家具用漆技术领域。

一种水性单组分聚氨酯哑面漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及家具用漆技术领域,具体是指一种水性单组分聚氨酯哑面漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,应用在家具上的表面漆种类繁多,根据消费者的多种需求,在加工制作的过程中加入了多种添加剂,借以满足消费者的不同需求。但是,现有的哑面漆在实际使用的过程中也存在以下缺点:表面抗划伤性能差,在触感上不能做到足够光滑,且耐溶剂性能稍差。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种水性单组分聚氨酯哑面漆,包括以下重量份的成分:水性聚氨酯乳液47-55份,改性消光粉3-6份,中和剂0.1-0.5份,消泡剂0.01-0.1份,成膜助剂4-7份,表面助剂0.4-0.8份,基材润湿剂0.2-0.6份,去离子水30-35份,助溶剂1-2份,聚氨酯增稠剂0.3-0.6份,杀菌剂0.08~0.1份。
优选地,包括以下重量份的成分:水性聚氨酯乳液50份,改性消光粉5份,中和剂0.2份,消泡剂0.03份,成膜助剂A 2份,成膜助剂B 3份,表面助剂A 0.6份,表面助剂B 0.1份,基材润湿剂0.6份,去离子水35.98份,助溶剂2份,聚氨酯增稠剂0.4份,杀菌剂0.09份。
优选地,所述水性聚氨酯乳液是指低温成膜温度为0℃,且断裂延伸率在60-100之间的蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯分散体;
所述改性消光粉为比表面积在300-350m2/g之间,吸油量在300-320g/100g之间的二氧化硅消光剂;
所述中和剂为二甲基乙醇胺,其纯度大于99%;
所述消泡剂为改性聚二甲基硅氧烷溶液;
所述成膜助剂A为DPNB;
所述成膜助剂B为DPM;
所述表面助剂A为聚醚改性聚有机硅;
所述表面助剂B为氟表面活性剂;
所述基材润湿剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷;
所述助溶剂为醇醚类或醚酯类的有机溶剂;
所述聚氨酯增稠剂采用非离子缔合型流变改性剂;
所述杀菌剂为瑞士科莱恩Nipacide-PC30通用杀菌剂。
本发明还提供一种技术方案:
一种水性单组分聚氨酯哑面漆的制备方法,所述哑面漆为上述所述的哑面漆,其制备步骤如下:
(1)取一定量的去离子水加入反应用缸中,然后加入一定量的消光粉后对其高速分散,使得二者充分混合;
(2)依次向步骤(1)的混合物中加入一定量的水性聚氨酯乳液、中和剂和消泡剂,并充分混合;
(3)向步骤(2)中的混合物缓慢加入一定量的成膜助剂A、成膜助剂B、基材润湿剂、表面助剂A和表面助剂B,并对其进行一定时间的搅拌;
(4)向步骤(3)中搅拌后的混合物中缓慢加入一定量的杀菌剂、助溶剂、聚氨酯增稠剂和去离子水,以调节缸内混合物溶液的PH值为8~8.5。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中在进行高速分散时采用分散机或搅拌釜来操作。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中的搅拌时间为10min。
采用以上成分和制备方法后,本发明具有如下优点:利用本发明制备的哑面漆,漆膜硬度高,手感滑爽,抗划伤性能优异,且VOC含量低。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例一
一种水性单组分聚氨酯哑面漆,包括以下重量份的成分:水性聚氨酯乳液50份,改性消光粉5份,中和剂0.2份,消泡剂0.03份,成膜助剂A 2份,成膜助剂B 3份,表面助剂A0.6份,表面助剂B 0.1份,基材润湿剂0.6份,去离子水35.98份,助溶剂2份,聚氨酯增稠剂0.4份,杀菌剂0.09份。
在具体实施时,水性聚氨酯乳液是指低温成膜温度为0℃,且断裂延伸率在60-100之间的蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯分散体;改性消光粉为比表面积在300-350m2/g之间,吸油量在300-320g/100g之间的二氧化硅消光剂;中和剂为二甲基乙醇胺,其纯度大于99%;消泡剂为改性聚二甲基硅氧烷溶液;成膜助剂A为DPNB;成膜助剂B为DPM;表面助剂A为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷;表面助剂B为氟表面活性剂;基材润湿剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷;助溶剂为醇醚类或醚酯类的有机溶剂;聚氨酯增稠剂采用非离子缔合型流变改性剂;杀菌剂为瑞士科莱恩Nipacide-PC30通用杀菌剂。
其制备方法如下:
(1)取33份去离子水加入反应用缸中,然后加入5份消光粉后对其高速分散(利用分散机或搅拌釜),使得二者充分混合;
(2)依次向步骤(1)的混合物中加入50份水性聚氨酯乳液、中和剂和消泡剂,并充分混合;
(3)向步骤(2)中的混合物缓慢加入2份成膜助剂A、3份成膜助剂B、0.6份基材润湿剂、0.6份表面助剂A和0.1份表面助剂B,并对其进行10min的搅拌;
(4)向步骤(3)中搅拌后的混合物中缓慢加入0.09份杀菌剂、2份助溶剂、0.4份聚氨酯增稠剂和2.98份的去离子水,以调节缸内混合物溶液的PH值为8~8.5。

Claims (6)

1.一种水性单组分聚氨酯哑面漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的成分:水性聚氨酯乳液47-55份,改性消光粉3-6份,中和剂0.1-0.5份,消泡剂0.01-0.1份,成膜助剂4-7份,表面助剂0.4-0.8份,基材润湿剂0.2-0.6份,去离子水30-35份,助溶剂1-2份,聚氨酯增稠剂0.3-0.6份,杀菌剂0.08~0.1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性单组分聚氨酯哑面漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的成分:水性聚氨酯乳液50份,改性消光粉5份,中和剂0.2份,消泡剂0.03份,成膜助剂A 2份,成膜助剂B 3份,表面助剂A 0.6份,表面助剂B 0.1份,基材润湿剂0.6份,去离子水35.98份,助溶剂2份,聚氨酯增稠剂0.4份,杀菌剂0.09份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种水性单组分聚氨酯哑面漆,其特征在于,

4.一种水性单组分聚氨酯哑面漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述哑面漆为上述权利要求1~3任一项所述的哑面漆,其制备步骤如下:
(1)取一定量的去离子水加入反应用缸中,然后加入一定量的消光粉后对其高速分散,使得二者充分混合;
(2)依次向步骤(1)的混合物中加入一定量的水性聚氨酯乳液、中和剂和消泡剂,并充分混合;
(3)向步骤(2)中的混合物缓慢加入一定量的成膜助剂A、成膜助剂B、基材润湿剂、表面助剂A和表面助剂B,并对其进行一定时间的搅拌;
(4)向步骤(3)中搅拌后的混合物中缓慢加入一定量的杀菌剂、助溶剂、聚氨酯增稠剂和去离子水,以调节缸内混合物溶液的PH值为8~8.5。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种水性单组分聚氨酯哑面漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中在进行高速分散时采用分散机或搅拌釜来操作。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种水性单组分聚氨酯哑面漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的搅拌时间为10min。
