Abstract

本发明提供一种军民用防毒面具催化剂及其制备方法,涉及防护用品加工技术领域。所述防毒面具催化剂由以下重量份的原料制成:破碎椰壳碳100份、碱式碳酸铜8‑10份、硝酸银0.06‑0.08份、锌18‑22份、钼10‑15份、铵水23‑25份、碳酸铵6‑8份。其制备方法主要包括:分批混合、加热搅拌、喷洒搅拌、高温火化等步骤。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提高了传统防毒面具的对各毒害气体的吸附能力,并且本发明比重轻、强度好、灰粉低,适合广泛生产使用。

本发明涉及防护用品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种军民用防毒面具催化剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
防毒面具(gas mask)是伴随着化学武器的杀戮而诞生的针对毒气保护个人呼吸道的一种防护器材,由面罩,导气管和滤毒罐组成,广泛应用于石油、化工、矿山、冶金、军事、消防、抢险救灾、卫生防疫和科技环保等领域,在雾霾、光化学烟雾较严重的城市也能起到比较重要的个人呼吸系统保护作用。
防毒面具主要分为过滤式防毒面具和隔绝式防毒面具,隔绝式防毒面具由面具本身提供氧气,分贮气式、贮氧式和化学生氧式3种,隔绝式面具主要在高浓度染毒空气(体积浓度大于1%时)中,或在缺氧的高空、水下或密闭舱室等特殊场合下使用。过滤式防毒面具由面罩和滤毒罐(或过滤元件)组成,应用在化工、仓库、科研、各种有毒、有害的作业环境,其性能优劣主要取决于防毒面具滤毒罐中各过滤成分的配伍优劣。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供一种军民用防毒面具催化剂及其制备方法,提高了传统防毒面具的对各毒害气体的吸附能力,并且本发明比重轻、强度好、灰粉低,适合广泛生产使用。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种军民用防毒面具催化剂,所述防毒面具催化剂由以下重量份的原料制成:破碎椰壳碳100份、碱式碳酸铜8-10份、硝酸银0.06-0.08份、锌18-22份、钼10-15份、铵水23-25份、碳酸铵6-8份。
优选的,所述铵水的浓度为25%。
所述军民用防毒面具催化剂制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将锌、钼混合于搅拌罐中,再加入清水,于搅拌机中匀速搅拌均匀,得锌钼混合溶液备用;
(2)将碱式碳酸铜、硝酸银和铵水混合后,一起加入到搅拌罐中,匀速搅拌混合均匀,得混合料备用;
(3)将锌钼混合溶液加入到上述混合料中,于搅拌罐中常温混合搅拌一段时间,得混合溶液备用;
(4)将上述混合溶液加热后继续搅拌一段时间,得处理混合液备用;
(5)将破碎椰壳碳进行干燥,后采用真空泵将干燥后的破碎椰壳碳吸到浸渍炉中,并将上述处理混合液喷洒到浸渍炉中,后滚动搅拌一段时间后,得混合椰壳碳备用;
(6)将上述混合椰壳碳加入火化炉中,以沸腾方法将炉温设置在125℃-140℃,待炉温升至140℃时火化一段时间后出炉、包装,得本发明军民用防毒面具催化剂。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中搅拌时间为40min。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中搅拌时间为120-150min。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中搅拌时间为10-20min。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中加热搅拌的温度为25-30℃,搅拌时间为30-50min。

本发明提供一种军民用防毒面具催化剂及其制备方法,与现有技术相比优点在于:
(1)本发明采用破碎椰壳碳为主要材料,并添加碱式碳酸铜、硝酸银、锌、钼、铵水和碳酸铵为辅材,能有效对苯、氯乙烷、CNCL等有毒害气体具有强效吸附作用,并且能有效滤除细菌、烟雾和放射性灰尘,增强产品的防毒效果。
(2)本发明采用将碳酸铜、硝酸银、锌、钼、铵水和碳酸铵分批混合搅拌后喷覆于破碎椰壳碳上,再混合后火化的方式制得产品,多次混合能有效提升产品的稳定性,并且增强产品的强度,同时采用高温火化的方式降低产品灰粉性,综合提升产品性能。

由上表可知本发明催化剂具有粒度均匀、强度高的特性,并且加入防毒面具使用后,能有效防护苯蒸气、C2H5Cl蒸汽和CNCL蒸汽,适合日常军民使用。
