Abstract
一种拽拉与侧旋式杠杆作用型门锁手柄组合件,
在该组合件中:固定有卡板的锁合轴插在壳体的圆柱
形部分内;被接收于壳体内的可收缩手柄安装在锁合
轴上;一弹簧支承的平板以可滑动的方式轴向地安装
在锁合轴上但不能相对该轴旋转;一弹簧朝向锁合轴
的前端挤压弹簧支承的平板;其中,当手柄突出于壳
体并侧旋时,设在手柄支承表面上的十字形凹进部分
会与设在弹簧支承的平板前部表面的支承表面上的
十字形凸出部分相接合。
Description
本发明涉及到一种拽拉与侧旋式杠杆作用型门锁手柄组合件。该门锁手柄组合件可用于插接式箱盒或类似物件。在使用过程中,将所述组合件的可收缩的手柄拉出壳体并侧向旋转一预定的角度,就能使该组合件的卡板脱离一固定的框架元件的接收部分。
在“日本实用新型公开”说明书第63-198764号所公开的通常的拽拉与侧旋式杠杆作用型门锁手柄组合件中:在一壳体的基底部分上提供有一圆柱形部分,而所述壳体则以固定的方式安装在门上;一锁合轴以插接的方式可旋转地安装在上述圆柱形部分内;一卡板以固定的方式安装在上述锁合轴的后端部分上;一可收缩的手柄嵌在上述壳体的前部凹进部分内并具有通过一横轴装在上述锁合轴前端部分上的基底部分;一偏置弹簧以可旋转的方式沿可收缩手柄的突出方向将该手柄挤压在所述横轴上,该偏置弹簧安装在上述锁合轴与手柄之间;在所述手柄前端部分后表面的手指接触的突出部分上设置有一锁孔;一锁合部件以固定的方式嵌在一锁合接收部分,此部分提供在壳体的前端部分上;以及设置有一锁闩元件以便与上述锁合部件的转动体相互锁合,而且,一复位弹簧将该锁闩元件向前挤压至所述手指接触的突出部分以使锁闩部件的前端部分与锁孔相接合,从而将手柄锁定在缩回位置上。
但是,在上述通常的门锁手柄组合件中,当手柄突出于壳体的前部凹进部分从而使导卡板的前端部分从所述固定的框架元件的接收部分解脱出来以使卡板的前端部分收缩到门后表面之后时,手柄会因重力而回转从而使卡板的前端部分从门的侧面突出,因此,在关门时,卡板已突出的前端部分会碰到框架元件的边缘部分。
本发明的目的是提供一种拽拉与侧旋式杠杆作用型平齐的门锁手柄组合件,在该组合件中,手柄会保持在一定的位置上,在该位置处,卡板的前端部分会缩到回到门后表面之后。
本发明上述目的实现,是通过提供:
一种拽拉与侧旋式杠杆作用型门锁手柄组合件,它包括:
-以固定方式安装在门上的壳体;
-锁合轴,此锁合轴以插接的方式可旋转地安装在壳体基底部分的圆柱形部分内并设置有一轴向延伸的横轴支承件且不能在所述圆柱形部分内作轴向滑动,而且,该锁合轴具有固定在一卡板上的后端部分;
-可收缩的手柄,此手柄被接收于上述壳体的前部凹进部分,并且基端部通过一横轴枢装于锁合轴的横轴支承件上;
-以可滑动方式轴向安装在上述锁合轴上的弹簧支承的平板,此弹簧支承的平板不能相对锁合轴旋转;以及
-朝向所述锁合轴的前端挤压弹簧支承的平板的盘簧;
其中,在手柄基底部分的一支承表面上提供有一用于产生“咔嗒”声的十字形凹进部分,而且,当手柄突出于壳体的前部凹进部分并侧旋时,该十字形凹进部分与提供在所述弹簧支承的平板前部表面的支承表面上的用于产生“咔嗒”声的相应十字形凸出部分相接合,从而,手柄被保持在一定位置处,在该位置处,所述卡板的前端部分收缩到门后表面之后。

以下,将参照附图及其标号详细说明本发明
在如图1所示的本发明的拽拉与侧施式门锁手柄组合件中,一壳体1以固定的方式安装在门53上并在基底部分设置有一圆柱形部分2。一锁合轴11以插接的方式可旋转地安装在圆柱形部分2内,在该锁合轴的后端部分上以固定的方式安装有一卡板36。
设置有一轴向延伸的横轴支承件12的锁合轴11不能在壳体1的圆柱形部分2内轴向地滑动。被接收在壳体1前部凹进部分3内的可收缩手柄19具有基端部分24,此端部通过横轴35装在锁合轴11的横轴支承件12上。另一方面,一弹簧支承的平板29安装在锁合轴11上从而能轴向地滑动但不能相对该锁合轴11旋转。安装有一盘簧37以便朝向锁合轴11的前端挤压弹簧支承的平板29。
用于产生“咔嗒”声的十字形凹进部分23设在手柄19基端部分的支承表面22上,而且,当手柄19突出于壳体1的前部凹进部分并侧旋时,上述十字形凹进部分23与设在弹簧支承的平板29前部表面的支承表面上用于产生“咔嗒”声的相应十字形凸出部分31相接合,从而,手柄19被保持在一定位置处,在该位置处,卡板36的前端部分缩回到门53后表面53b之后。
如图5所示,当手柄19突出于壳体1的前部凹进部分3时,设在手柄19基端部分的支承表面22上的十字形凹进部分23会与设在弹簧支承的平板29前部表面的支承面30上的相应十字形凸出部分31相接合,从而使手柄19保持在突出位置上。当手柄19转动或侧旋时,弹簧的平板29逆着盘簧37的弹力滑向锁合轴11的后端,因而,凹进部分23会从凸出部分31上解脱下来。当手柄19转过90°角以使卡板36前端部分36a从固定的框架元件54的接收部分55上解脱出来且卡板36的前端部分36a缩入到门53的后表面53a之后时,十字形凹进部分23会再度与相应的十字形凸出部分31相接合以将手柄19保持在侧旋位置上。
在卡板29的前端部分处设置有一凸缘32,此凸缘与壳体1的凹槽4相接合并能相对锁合轴11轴向地滑动但不能旋转。在盘簧37用以朝向锁合轴11的前端挤压弹簧支承的平板29的弹力作用下,当手柄19被使用者侧旋时,十字形凹进部分23会从相应的十字形凸出部分31解脱下来。即使在上述侧旋位置处释放手柄19,该手柄19也会在盘簧37弹力作用下逆着重力而保持在该侧旋位置上。
图1至图8显示了本发明的一个实施,例如图1所示,在本发明的这一实施例中,壳体1按下述过程固定地安装到门53上。即:首先,将壳体1从门的前部表面53a插进门53的纵向开口部分53c,并使该壳体的外部边缘突出部分5贴在门53的前部表面53a上。然后,将一用后侧覆盖壳体1中部的U形金属板38贴在门53的后部表面35b上,并通过自攻螺钉40将该金属板以固定的方式安装到门53上,而所述自攻螺钉则穿过金属板38的通孔39并以可旋拧的方式与形成在壳体1中部的后壁6上的盲孔10相连接。在门53的前部表面53a与壳体1之间放置有一衬垫42。
在锁合轴11中部的环形凹槽15内装配有一不透水的O形环43。锁合轴11的横轴支承件12呈圆柱形,它从锁合轴11前端支承表面14的中央部延伸出来。而且,锁合轴11具有较小直径的部分16,此部分装配在壳体1圆柱形部分2后表面壁面部分7的部分轴向孔8内。锁合轴11的小直径部分16的后面一方柱形部分17,在此方柱形部分上,以插接的方式将侧旋角度限制板48和卡板36与垫片49和扁平衬垫50安装在一起,此后,再将一螺栓18a以旋拧的方式连接到设在锁合轴11后表面壁面部分18的螺旋孔18a以使限制板48和卡板36固定在方形柱部分17上,从而,将锁合轴11以可旋转的方式安装在壳体1的圆柱形部分2内,但锁合轴在该圆柱形部内不能轴向滑动。贴在侧旋角度限制板48并与之配合以限制手柄19侧旋角度的侧旋角度限制凸缘9设置在壳体1圆柱形部分2的后壁部分7上,以便限制手柄19的侧旋角度。
弹簧支承的平板29呈圆盘状,并在其中心部设置有一通孔33。锁合轴11的横轴支承件12穿过弹簧支承的平板29的通孔33。与壳体1圆柱形部分2前端部分的凹槽4相接合的凸缘32设置在弹簧支承的平板29的前端部分,从而弹簧支承的平板29能安装在锁合轴11上以便在该轴11上轴向地滑动但不能转动。盘簧37具有相反的端部37a和37b,这两端分别贴靠在弹簧支承的平板29后部的支承面34和锁合轴11前端部分的支承面14上,因而,会朝向锁合轴11的前端部分挤压平板29。在弹簧支承的平板29的前部支承面30上设置有十字形凸出部分31,此部分具有半圆形的横截面。
如图6所示,手柄19的基端部分被加工成半球形并设置有:支承表面20,当手柄19缩回时,此表面贴靠在相应的弹簧支承的平板29前部表面的支承面30上;以及支承表面22,当手柄19突出时,此表面贴靠在相应的弹簧支承的平板29的支承表面30上。支承表面20和22分别提供有十字形凹进部分21和22。在操作过程中,每一凹进部分21、22均有选择地与相应的弹簧支承的平板29的凸出部分31相接合。在手柄19基端部分24的中央部分上设置有一凹槽25,在此凹槽内,以插接的方式接收着横轴支承件12。横轴35穿过设置在手柄19基端部分24的相反的两侧壁上的通孔26并穿过设置在横横支承12的前端部分上的通孔13,从而,可将手柄19通过横轴35装到锁合轴11上。在手柄19基端部分24的前部表面上设置有一倾斜的手指接触部分27,使用者推压该手指接触部分,就能使手柄19在横横35上偏转,因此,手柄19会突出于壳体1的前部凹进部分3。
在所述的前端部分上设置有一锁接收部分28,一锁合部件44以固定的方式安装在该锁接收部分内。在卡板36前端部分36a与固定的框架元件54的接收部分55相接合且手柄19缩进壳体1的前部凹进部分3之后,将钥匙插入锁合部件44的钥匙孔44a以旋转一旋转体45,因此,一与旋转体45相互锁合以随旋转体45的旋转往复移动的锁闩元件46的前端部分会与固定在壳体1上的2锁合板47相接合,从而,会确实地将门53相对固定的框架元件54锁住。在操作过程中,当手柄19被侧旋时,手柄19的锁合接收部分28还会起一手指接触部分的作用。
作为一种使手柄19锁定在收缩位置上的方法,还可以使用一固定在壳体1上的锁合部件并在手柄19上提供一凹进部分,此凹进部分与上述锁合部件的锁闩元件的前端相接合从而锁住手柄19。
除本发明的上述实施例以外,弹簧支承的平板29还可以具有如图9及图10所示的任何其它适当形状,在图9及图10中,在弹簧支承的平板29的前端处设置有一对凸缘32a、32b。
如上所述,在本发明的拽拉与侧旋式门锁手柄组合件中:在手柄19基端部分的支承表面上设置有十字形凹进部分23;在弹簧支承的平板29前部表面的支承表面30上设置有相应的十字形凸出部分31;以及,当手柄19突出于壳体1的前部凹进部分3并侧旋以使卡板36的前端部分36a从固定的框架元件54的接收部分55解脱下来从而使卡板36缩回到门53的后面53b时,弹簧支承的平板29的凸出部分31会与手柄19的凹进部分23相接合,从而将手柄19保持在侧旋位置上。这样,就不必担心手柄19会因重力而回转从而使卡板36的前端部分36a从门53的侧面53d突出,因此,也不必担心在关门时卡板36的前端部分36a会碰到固定的框架元件54的边缘部分54a。
Claims (1)
1、一种拽拉与侧旋式杠杆作用型门锁手柄组合件,它包括:
-以固定方式安装在门53上的壳体1;
-锁合轴11,此锁合轴以插接的方式可旋转地安装在壳体1的基底部分的圆柱形部分2内并设置有一轴向延伸的横轴支承件12且不能在圆柱形部分2内作轴向滑动,而且,该锁合轴具有固定在卡板36上的后端部分;
-可缩回手柄19,此手柄被接收于壳体1的前部凹进部分3,并且其基端部分24通过第一横轴35枢装于所述锁合轴11的横轴支承件12上;
-以可滑动的方式轴向地安装在锁合轴11上的弹簧支承的平板29,此弹簧支承的平板不能相对锁合轴11旋转;以及
-朝向锁合轴11的前端挤压弹簧支承的平板29的盘簧37;
其特征在于,在手柄19基端部分的支承表面22上提供有一用于产生“咔嗒”声的十字形凹进部分23,而且,当手柄19突出于壳体1的前部凹进部分3并侧旋时,上述十字形凹进部分会与提供在弹簧支承的平板29前部表面的支承表面30上的相应的十字形凸出部分31相接合而产生“咔嗒”声,从而,手柄19被保持在一定位置处,在该位置,卡板36的前端部分36a缩回到门53后表面53b之后。
