Abstract
一种含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液,其组分及所占重量百分比如下:六方氮化硼纳米粒子0.1%‑2.0%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.0%‑5.0%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚1.0%‑4.0%、三乙醇胺1.0%‑3.0%、聚乙二醇3.0%‑7.0%、三乙醇胺硼酸酯1.0%‑5.0%、六偏磷酸钠0.5%‑3.0%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3%‑2.0%、苯并三氮锉0.1%‑1.0%、去离子水75%‑85%。本发明的含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液可直接用于板带钢冷轧工艺润滑,该水基纳米轧制液有效解决了传统冷轧乳化液废液COD含量高(20000~30000mg/L)的问题,不仅有效降低轧钢废液的处理成本,并且水基纳米轧制液中含有的六方氮化硼纳米粒子及其水溶性防锈剂可有效延长轧后带钢表面防腐蚀时间50%~75%。

近年来,随着我国钢铁行业的迅猛发展,我国冷轧板带钢产量已位居世界首位。在板带钢冷轧生产过程中,采用工艺润滑不仅能有效减少轧辊与轧件之间的摩擦和磨损,延长轧辊的使用寿命,提高生产效率,还能改善轧后带钢表面质量。目前,传统板带钢冷轧生产过程中采用的是水包油型乳化液(O/W)进行工艺润滑及冷却,其主要成分以动植物油或矿物油为基础,添加剂主要包括乳化稳定剂、抗氧剂、油性剂、极压剂、防锈剂、防腐剂、杀菌剂、消泡剂等。但使用过的废乳化液由于含有大量的矿物油料、乳化剂和亚硝酸盐,如直接排放会造成严重的环境污染。另外,随着市场对冷轧产品质量要求不断提高,对金属加工过程中使用的工艺润滑剂也提出了新的要求,不仅要求其具有优异的工艺润滑性能,同时还要求其满足环保要求。
专利CN200910235690.8提出一种含纳米六方氮化硼粒子的板带钢冷轧乳化油及制备方法,用于板带钢的冷轧工艺润滑。该制备方法为:采用配方中的乳化剂即Span-80与高分子脂肪酸即油酸,通过表面修饰与分子络合的方法来达到分散纳米粒子的目的,既不改变纳米六方氮化硼的性质,又不影响原轧制乳化液的稳定及防锈性能。采用该专利生产的含六方氮化硼粒子的冷轧乳化油虽然在极压抗磨性能上有所提高,但是存在高速轧制冷却效果不佳及后续废液难处理等问题。专利CN201410499772.4:一种水基纳米Cu的轧制功能液及其制备方法,虽然专利本身从油基转换成水基体系解决了冷却问题,但是由于纳米Cu粒子承载能力不足,不适合选作冷轧板带钢轧制液中的纳米添加剂。此外,也有学者分别对ZnO和TiO2纳米粒子作为水基轧制液中的添加剂做过相关研究,虽然这些纳米添加剂满足了润滑剂极压抗磨的要求,但是后续润滑油膜在带钢表面上起到的缓蚀效果并不理想。例如:王冰,孙建林.含纳米ZnO水基轧制液的摩擦学性能研究[J].石油炼制与化工,2013,44(5):61-66。朱作鑫,孙建林,牛泰龙等。热轧板带钢新型水基纳米轧制液实验研究[J].矿冶,2013,22(s1):70-73。
随着纳米技术的不断发展与进步,研制出一种含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液,不仅可以替代传统乳化液,而且更符合当前冶金企业节能降耗、清洁生产及环保的发展方向,有利于提高我国钢铁产品的整体水平。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液及制备方法,该水基纳米轧制液具有环保性、润滑性、极压抗磨性、防锈和缓蚀性能优异等特点,完全满足现代冷轧工艺润滑的需要。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液,其组分及所占重量百分比如下:六方氮化硼纳米粒子0.1%-2.0%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.0%-5.0%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚(EL-40)1.0%-4.0%、三乙醇胺1.0%-3.0%、聚乙二醇3.0%-7.0%、三乙醇胺硼酸酯1.0%-5.0%、六偏磷酸钠0.5%-3.0%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3%-2.0%、苯并三氮锉0.1%-1.0%、去离子水75%-85%。
本发明选择具有良好润滑性和耐化学腐蚀性的六方氮化硼纳米粒子作为极压剂,选用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为表面改性剂,采用物理分散和化学分散相结合的方法将六方氮化硼纳米粒子均匀稳定的分散到水基轧制液中,同时添加水溶性功能添加剂,最终配制成具有缓蚀防锈性能的新型水基纳米轧制液。
一种含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将去离子水、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、六方氮化硼纳米粒子加入到容器中,实现对六方氮化硼纳米粒子的改性;
2)将改性后的六方氮化硼纳米粒子,放入到转速为150-180转/分钟的反应釜中进行加热搅拌,当温度达到70~85℃时,保温并持续搅拌60~90分钟;随后加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚(EL-40)、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯并三氮锉,保持70~85℃且搅拌90~120分钟,随后停止加热继续搅拌至室温,将搅拌后的溶液进行30~45分钟的超声分散,最后得到稳定的白色悬浊液,即配成含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液可直接用于板带钢冷轧工艺润滑,该水基纳米轧制液有效解决了传统冷轧乳化液废液COD含量高(20000~30000mg/L)的问题,不仅有效降低轧钢废液的处理成本,并且水基纳米轧制液中含有的六方氮化硼纳米粒子及其水溶性防锈剂可有效延长轧后带钢表面防腐蚀时间50%~75%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
一种含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液,其组分及所占重量百分比如下:六方氮化硼纳米粒子0.1%-2.0%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.0%-5.0%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚(EL-40)1.0%-4.0%、三乙醇胺1.0%-3.0%、聚乙二醇3.0%-7.0%、三乙醇胺硼酸酯1.0%-5.0%、六偏磷酸钠0.5%-3.0%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3%-2.0%、苯并三氮锉0.1%-1.0%、去离子水75%-85%。
一种含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将去离子水、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、六方氮化硼纳米粒子加入到容器中,实现对六方氮化硼纳米粒子的改性;
由于聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)是一种N-乙烯基酰胺类聚合物,具有较强亲水性,其螺旋形分子结构会吸附缠绕在氮化硼纳米粒子表面并通过范德华力结合,从而实现纳米粒子表面改性的作用。
2)将改性后的六方氮化硼纳米粒子,放入到转速为150-180转/分钟的反应釜中进行加热搅拌,当温度达到70~85℃时,保温并持续搅拌60~90分钟;随后加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚(EL-40)、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯并三氮锉,保持70~85℃且搅拌90~120分钟,随后停止加热继续搅拌至室温,将搅拌后的溶液进行30~45分钟的超声分散,最后得到稳定的白色悬浊液,即配成含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液。
蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚(EL-40)的逆溶性原理是醚基与氢键的结合能力较弱,高温时断裂聚醚析出,低温度时结合聚醚溶解。利用此特性,聚醚可作为理想的水性添加剂。在摩擦副之间产生的热量使温度升高达到其逆溶点时,在摩擦副表面富集形成润滑膜,完成摩擦后,温度降低聚醚重新溶于水,具有良好的清洗性。另外,三乙醇胺作为增稠剂,聚乙二醇表面含有大量羟基,极易吸附在轧件表面具有良好的润滑性能作为润滑添加剂,三乙醇胺硼酸酯、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯并三氮锉按一定比例进行复配作为防锈添加剂,其对钢铁产品具有优异的防锈及缓蚀效果,并且还具有良好的润湿及清洗性能。
实施例1:实施例1配方见表1;

按表1的各组分重量配方,将去离子水、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、六方氮化硼纳米粒子加入容器进行中进行表面改性,再放入到150-180转/分钟的反应釜中进行加热搅拌,当温度达到75℃时,保温并持续搅拌65分钟;随后加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚(EL-40)、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯并三氮锉,保持72℃且搅拌95分钟,随后停止加热继续搅拌至室温,将搅拌后的溶液进行35min的超声分散,最后得到稳定的白色悬浊液,即制备成所需含六方氮化硼的水基纳米轧制液,该配方轧制液室温静置7天左右产生少量沉淀,分散效果较好,使用时稍加搅拌即可。
实施例2:实施例2配方见表2;

按表2的各组分重量配方,将去离子水、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、六方氮化硼纳米粒子加入容器中进行表面改性,再放入到150-180转/分钟的反应釜中进行加热搅拌,当温度达到80℃时,保温并持续搅拌70分钟;随后加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚(EL-40)、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯并三氮锉,保持75℃且搅拌105分钟,随后停止加热继续搅拌至室温,将搅拌后的溶液进行40min的超声分散,最后得到稳定的白色悬浊液,即制备成所需含六方氮化硼的水基纳米轧制液,该配方轧制液静置48小时后出现明显分层,7天以后纳米氮化硼完全沉淀,使用时需要重新搅拌。
实施例3:实施例3配方见下表;

按表3的各组分重量配方,将去离子水、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、六方氮化硼纳米粒子加入,放入到150-180转/分钟的反应釜中进行加热搅拌,当温度达到83℃时,保温并持续搅拌80分钟;随后加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚(EL-40)、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯并三氮锉,保持80℃且搅拌115分钟,随后停止加热继续搅拌至室温,将搅拌后的溶液进行45min的超声分散,最后得到稳定的白色悬浊液,即制备成所需含六方氮化硼的水基纳米轧制液,但根据实施例3配方所配成水基轧制液静置72小时以后出现大量纳米氮化硼沉淀,使用时需要重新搅拌。
实施例1-3制得含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液性能指标见表4:

经实验测试,本发明的水基轧制液使用后废液COD含量为7000~8500mg/L。
以上实施例只为本发明的较佳施例,并非以此限制本发明的实施范围,故凡依本发明之组分重量百分比,方法及原理所作的等效变化,均应含盖于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (1)
1.一种含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液,其特征在于,其组分及所占重量百分比如下:六方氮化硼纳米粒子0.1%-2.0%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.0%-5.0%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚1.0%-4.0%、三乙醇胺1.0%-3.0%、聚乙二醇3.0%-7.0%、三乙醇胺硼酸酯1.0%-5.0%、六偏磷酸钠0.5%-3.0%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3%-2.0%、苯并三氮唑 0.1%-1.0%、去离子水75%-85%;
所述的含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将去离子水、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、六方氮化硼纳米粒子加入到容器中,实现对六方氮化硼纳米粒子的改性;
2)将改性后的六方氮化硼纳米粒子,放入到转速为150-180转/分钟的反应釜中进行加热搅拌,当温度达到70~85℃时,保温并持续搅拌60~90分钟;随后加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯并三氮唑 ,保持70~85℃且搅拌90~120分钟,随后停止加热继续搅拌至室温,将搅拌后的溶液进行30~45分钟的超声分散,最后得到稳定的白色悬浊液,即配成含六方氮化硼纳米粒子的水基轧制液。
