5. After the film box 8 is pushed into the prefabricated bag, the shaping manipulator shapes the prefabricated bag loaded into the film box 8, the fifth air cylinders 5002 on the upper and lower sides of the prefabricated bag packaging device 5 are used for simultaneously acting, the fifth connecting rods 5003 push the sealing plates 5004 to be combined, the prefabricated bag is sealed, then the prefabricated bag is inspected manually, the inspection is qualified, and vacuumizing and heat sealing are started.
6. The packaged sheet box is taken down by utilizing the blanking opening and closing claw 7009 and is transported to the output roller 7001 to output the packaged sheet box, and the circulation action is performed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the invention can be used for automatically placing the wafer box into the prefabricated bag for packaging, effectively avoiding the defects of low manual packaging efficiency, high error rate and the like, improving the automation degree, shortening the working time and solving the labor cost.

the prefabricated bag opening and adjusting device (3) comprises a lower vacuum chuck (3001), and the first air cylinder (2003) can slide to the upper part of the lower vacuum chuck (3001) through the upper chuck module (2007); the prefabricated bag packaging device (5) is positioned at one side of the lower vacuum chuck (3001); the prefabricated bag opening device (4) comprises a first opening claw (4006) and a second opening claw (4007), the first opening claw (4006) and the second opening claw (4007) are in sliding connection with a guide rail (4010), and the first opening claw (4006) and the second opening claw (4007) can slide to a lower vacuum chuck (3001) through the guide rail (4010); the wafer box feeding and transferring device (6) comprises a sixth air cylinder (6005) and a sixth connecting rod (6006) connected with the sixth air cylinder (6005), the sixth air cylinder (6005) is connected to an input rotary table (6004), and the sixth connecting rod (6006) is connected with a feeding opening and closing claw (6010); the blanking transfer device (7) after the packaging of the wafer box comprises an eighth air cylinder (7004) and an eighth connecting rod (7005) connected with the eighth air cylinder (7004), wherein the eighth air cylinder (7004) is connected to an output rotary table (7003), and the eighth connecting rod (7005) is connected with a blanking opening and closing claw (7009); the prefabricated bag opening and adjusting device (3) comprises a lower vacuum sucker (3001), the lower vacuum sucker (3001) is connected with a second connecting rod (3003), the second connecting rod (3003) is connected with a second air cylinder (3002), and the second air cylinder (3002) is connected with the packaging machine bracket (1); two groups of shaping manipulators are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower vacuum sucker (3001), each shaping manipulator comprises a first transverse module (3004) and a second transverse module (3005) which are connected with the packaging machine bracket (1) and are parallel to each other, a first transverse module sliding block (3006) is connected to the first transverse module (3004), a second transverse module sliding block (3007) is connected to the second transverse module (3005), longitudinal modules (3008) are connected to the first transverse module sliding block (3006) and the second transverse module sliding block (3007), and the longitudinal modules (3008) can slide on the first transverse module (3004) and the second transverse module (3005) through the first transverse module sliding block (3006) and the second transverse module sliding block (3007); the longitudinal module (3008) is connected with a longitudinal module sliding block (3009), the longitudinal module sliding block (3009) is connected with a first shaping hand connecting plate (3010), and the first shaping hand connecting plate (3010) can slide on the longitudinal module (3008) through the longitudinal module sliding block (3009);
