Description

用于车辆的减少摇摆装置
本发明涉及用于车辆的减少摇摆装置,具体来说,涉及一种减少摇摆装置,它具有空气悬挂系统,能够减少车辆转弯产生的摇摆和倾斜。
一般来说,大多数车辆具有各种悬挂系统。悬挂系统可吸收车辆驾驶时的各种震动以改善车辆的稳定性和驾驶质量。一种悬挂系统是使用空气弹簧的空气悬挂系统。
空气悬挂系统不仅能够减震,而且也能够不管车重变化如何而保持车辆高度不变,并且很好地相对吸收高频振动。另外,空气弹簧的弹性模量可以按照重量变化改变空气弹簧中的压缩空气比来自动调节。
空气悬挂系统一般具有一个高度控制阀,其用于平衡车辆的左、右高度。例如,当车辆转弯时,车辆承受离心力而使车辆向外倾斜。因此这会使改变支承车轮的下臂和车身底盘之间的相对距离。也就是说,从外侧车轮看,车轮向外倾斜,使底盘靠近下臂。这里,一连杆组件连接于一根驱动高度控制阀的杆,以便检测上述距离,使高度控制阀打开,从一气罐向空气弹簧供送压缩空气。因此,安装在外轮侧的空气弹簧膨胀,从而保证底盘和支承件之间的距离不变。因此车辆保持了平衡。
如上所述,普通的空气悬挂系统可保持车身的平衡。但是实际上,当车辆转弯时,车中乘员承受离心力,使乘员身体向外倾斜。这种倾斜会引起不舒适和晕车。另外,在卡车的情形中,如果卡车上的货物由于离心力而向外倾斜,货物将承受更大的离心力,这可能引起车辆的翻倒。
本发明致力于解决上述问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于车辆的减少摇摆装置,它包括离心力补偿装置,其用于检测车辆转弯产生的离心力并抬起车身外侧底盘。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种用于车辆的减少摇摆装置,它包括:
悬挂装置,其用于吸收车辆驾驶产生的各种震动及支承车辆底盘,所述悬挂装置包括一下臂,它将车辆底盘连接于一车辆架;以及
离心补偿装置,其用于检测车辆转弯产生的朝向车辆底盘外侧的离心力,以控制检测到的离心力控制车辆底盘和下臂之间的距离,从而补偿离心力,
所述离心力补偿装置还包括一个设置在所述连杆组件和高度控制阀之间的曲柄组件,所述曲柄组件包括:
一个曲柄本体;
一个安装在曲柄本体下部上的重块;
一个在曲柄本体上部一侧形成的第一偏心凸起,所述第一偏心凸起可摆动地连接于所述连杆组件;
一个在曲柄本体上部另一侧形成的第二偏心凸起,所述第二偏心凸起设置得低于第一偏心凸起,并可摆动地连接于高度控制阀,所述连杆组件检测大于下臂和车辆底盘间原有距离的一个距离值,作为由于重块摆动产生的在第一和第二偏心凸起之间的相对位置变化。
现在对照附图详细阐述本发明,这仅是举例而并不是对本发明的限定:
图1示意地表示按照本发明一推荐实施例的离心力补偿悬挂系统的结构;
图2是图1的曲柄组件的分解立体图;
图3的示意图表示工作时的图1所示离心力补偿悬挂结构。
在附图中,为了便于描述本发明,每个零件与其实际尺寸比较是夸张的。
在下面的详细描述中,只是借助发明人实施本发明所构想的最佳方式来对本发明的推荐实施例进行图示和说明的。显然,本发明可以在各个显而易见的方面进行修改而并不超出本发明范围。因此,附图和说明均是说明性而非限定性的。
首先参阅图1,该图为按照本发明一推荐实施例的减小摇摆装置的结构示意图,该装置当从后看去时装在右前轮上。为了便于描述本发明,车辆底盘和车轮间安装的许多零件之中,未画出与本发明无关的零件。另外,本发明的所有构件都是在一平面图中表示的。实际上,虽然根据设计者的意图可以改变各构件的安装位置,而且各构件在平面图中是重叠的,但是,为了便于说明,所有的构件都画在一个平面上。
如果车辆向左转,车轮2是外轮。车轮2连接于一个用于可摆动地连接于下臂6上的车轮架4上。当然,在车轮2和下臂6之间装有多个装置,但是,为了避免图面复杂化,并没有画出这些装置。
一空气弹簧8设置在下臂6和车身底盘10之间,空气弹簧8中使用的压缩空气是由气罐12供应的,该气罐存有压缩机压缩的空气。
通过管道16送至空气弹簧8的压缩空气是由一个高度控制阀14控制的。在管道16上可设置一个用于尽量减小压缩空气压力水平变化的稳压罐(未画出)。另外,为了防止压力水平过度增加,在空气中弹簧8可设置排气阀(未画出)。
高度控制阀14具有一根使其开/闭的杆18。杆18借助连杆20连接于下臂6,连杆20可摆动地连接于下臂6。如果下臂6靠近车辆底盘10,则杆18向上移动,使高度控制阀14打开。如果杆18过度地向下移动,则安装在高度控制阀14下部的一个排气孔(未画出)打开以便向外排放压缩空气。由于排气孔的工作与现有技术相同,这里不再进行详细图示和说明。
在连杆20和杆18之间设有一个包括曲柄本体41的曲柄组件40。现在参阅图2,该图为曲柄组件40的安装结构的分解立体图。
为了精确检测离心力,重块42装在曲柄本体41的下部。在曲柄本体41上部的一侧形成第一偏心凸起44,该凸起插入连杆20上部形成的连接孔22中。另外,在第一偏心凸起44上形成一个为开尾销44b而设的固定孔44a。
在第一偏心凸起44的相反侧形成一个第二偏心凸起46,该凸起偏心地位于第一偏心凸起44下面。第二偏心凸起46插入在杆18端部形成的另一连接孔48中。在第二偏心凸起46上也为开尾销46b形成另一固定孔46a。同时,在连杆20的中部设有一个拉紧结合器件,以便调节连杆20的长度。
下面描述以上所述结构的空气悬挂系统的工作过程。
当车辆在直路中停车或驾驶时,如图1所示,高度控制阀14并不工作。
但是,如果车辆左转而接受离心力,那么,如图3所示,高度控制阀开始工作。
车辆左转产生的离心力使车身向右倾斜。因此,车身底盘10开始靠近支承车轮2的下臂6。在该状态下,设置在下臂6和底盘10之间的连杆20向上推动杆18。因此,高度控制阀14打开,从气罐12向空气弹簧8供应压缩空气,使空气弹簧8膨胀。因此,底盘10和下臂6之间的距离保持不变,以便防止车辆被离心力向右倾斜的现象。上述过程与现有技术相同。
但是,尽管有这种平衡功能,实际上,车辆上的乘员还是连续地承受使其外倾的离心力。由于相同的原因,曲柄组件40向右,即,向外倾斜。曲柄组件40处于图3所示位置,在曲柄本体41上部上的第一和第二偏心凸起44和46之间的相对位置被改变。换言这,在第一偏心凸起44下面的第二偏心凸起46移至较高点,向上推动杆18ΔH。
这里,高度控制阀14的开度更为增加,以便向空气弹簧8供应更多的压缩空气。也就是说,车辆的右侧底盘10被抬得高于水平高度。因此,车辆中的乘员承受使其向左倾斜的倾斜力,该倾斜力抵销离心力。
在上面的描述中,当车辆左转时描述了右轮。当然,当车辆右转时,左侧悬挂系统工作,使车辆向右倾斜。
在具有按照本发明的悬挂系统的车辆中,虽然当车辆转弯时,但车中的乘员并不接受使其外倾的离心力,因而改善了驾驶质量。另外,在卡车的情形中,可以防止由于所装载的货物被离心力外倾的现象而发生的事故。
虽然上面已详述了本发明的推荐实施例,但是,本专业的技术人员显然可以对说明书中描述的基本发明构思作多种修改变化而并不超出本发明的范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于车辆的减少摇摆装置,它包括:
悬挂装置,其用于吸收车辆驾驶产生的各种震动及支承车辆底盘,所述县挂装置包括一下臂,它将车辆底盘连接于一车辆架;以及
离心补偿装置,其用于检测车辆转弯产生的朝向车辆底盘外侧的离心力,以及按照检测到的离心力控制车辆底盘和下臂之间的距离,从而补偿离心力,其特征在于:
所述离心力补偿装置还包括一个设置在所述连杆组件和高度控制阀之间的曲柄组件,所述曲柄组件包括:
一个曲柄本体;
一个安装在曲柄本体下部上的重块;
一个在曲柄本体上部一侧形成的第一偏心凸起,所述第一偏心凸起可摆动地连接于所述连杆组件;
一个在曲柄本体上部另一侧形成的第二偏心凸起,所述第二偏心凸起设置得低于第一偏心凸起,并可摆动地连接于高度控制阀,所述连杆组件检测大于下臂和车辆底盘间原有距离的一个距离值,作为由于重块摆动产生的在第一和第二偏心凸起之间的相对位置变化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减少摇摆装置,其特征在于所述悬挂装置还包括:
一个空气弹簧,它设置在车辆底盘和下臂之间,用于支承车辆底盘;
一个连杆组件,其用于检测下臂和车辆底盘之间的距离;
一个高度控制阀,其用于控制所述连杆组件检测到的距离变化有选择地向空气弹簧供应压缩空气;以及
压缩空气源,其用于压缩空气并向高控制阀供应压缩空气。
