Abstract

本发明涉及一种客车用LED灯带安装结构，它包括车体(1)，所述车体(1)顶部四周均设置有倾斜布置的透光板(2)，所述透光板(2)顶部设置有顶盖(3)，所述透光板(2)中部向外凹陷形成LED灯槽(4)，所述LED灯槽(4)内设置有LED灯带(5)。本发明在车体顶部四周设置倾斜布置的透光板，透光板中部向外凹陷形成LED灯槽，LED灯带卡置于LED灯槽内，倾斜的透光板使得照明区域更宽广，且整体结构位于客车内部，不会受外界雨水环境影响，可靠性高，维修更换方便，且通过更换透光板颜色即能够更换灯光颜色，能够满足客车不同颜色灯光的需求。

本发明涉及一种客车用LED灯带安装结构，属于客车技术领域。
背景技术
随着城市化进程的发展，公共交通也逐步得到了社会范围的重视，其中客车越来越普及，而与客车相关的设备也得到了长足的发展。然而，由于客车长度较长，在转弯时车身侧面容易发生刮蹭，尤其是进行夜间行驶时，客车身车侧面亮度不足，司机往往难以注意到车身侧面是否有障碍物或行人，使得刮蹭、卷入行人的事故频频发生。
申请号为201820069152.0的发明专利公开了一种客车侧面照明灯及采用该侧面照明灯具的客车，它在车身侧围的外表面上设置侧面照明灯具，侧面照明灯具具有照亮车身旁侧区域的照射角度，侧面照明灯具为沿前后方向延伸的LED灯带，能够有效对车身旁侧区域进行照明，为司机提供视野，能够有效避免客车刮蹭、卷入行人等事故的发生。但是上述专利中LED灯带照明段外设置有灯壳，灯壳密封包覆照明段内的LED灯，然后在密封处打胶。这种安装方式十分不便，LED灯带和灯壳均处于客户外侧，长时间使用后打胶密封容易老化，从而影响密封效果，雨水容易进入灯壳，从而对LED灯带产生损害，经常需要进行维修更换，大大增加了后续的维护成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种客车用LED灯带安装结构，它将LED灯带设置于车体顶部，照明区域更广，司机视野更开阔，能够更有效的避免事故的产生。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为：一种客车用LED灯带安装结构，它包括车体，所述车体顶部四周均设置有倾斜布置的透光板，所述透光板顶部设置有顶盖，所述透光板中部向外凹陷形成LED灯槽，所述LED灯槽内设置有LED灯带。
所述LED灯带通过胶粘的方式设置于LED灯槽内。
所述LED灯槽内设置有卡扣结构，所述LED灯带通过卡扣结构固定设置于LED灯槽内。
所述透光板在LED灯槽的凹陷部位设置有多个反射体，所述反射体的反射面朝向斜下侧。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：
1、本发明将LED灯带设置于车体顶部，照明区域更广，司机视野更开阔，能够更有效的避免事故的产生；
2、本发明在车体顶部四周设置倾斜布置的透光板，透光板中部向外凹陷形成LED灯槽，LED灯带卡置于LED灯槽内，倾斜的透光板使得照明区域更宽广，且整体结构位于客车内部，不会受外界雨水环境影响，可靠性高，维修更换方便，且通过更换透光板颜色即能够更换灯光颜色，能够满足客车不同颜色灯光的需求。

如图1、图2所示，本实施例中的一种客车用LED灯带安装结构，它包括车体1，所述车体1顶部四周均设置有倾斜布置的透光板2，所述透光板2顶部设置有顶盖3，所述透光板2中部向外凹陷形成LED灯槽4，所述LED灯槽4内设置有LED灯带5；
所述LED灯带5通过胶粘的方式设置于LED灯槽4内；
所述LED灯槽4内设置有卡扣结构，所述LED灯带5通过卡扣结构固定设置于LED灯槽4内；
所述透光板2在LED灯槽4的凹陷部位设置有多个反射体6，所述反射体6的反射面朝向斜下侧。

1.一种客车用LED灯带安装结构，其特征在于：它包括车体(1)，所述车体(1)顶部四周均设置有倾斜布置的透光板(2)，所述透光板(2)顶部设置有顶盖(3)，所述透光板(2)中部向外凹陷形成LED灯槽(4)，所述LED灯槽(4)内设置有LED灯带(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种客车用LED灯带安装结构，其特征在于：所述LED灯带(5)通过胶粘的方式设置于LED灯槽(4)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种客车用LED灯带安装结构，其特征在于：所述LED灯槽(4)内设置有卡扣结构，所述LED灯带(5)通过卡扣结构固定设置于LED灯槽(4)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种客车用LED灯带安装结构，其特征在于：所述透光板(2)在LED灯槽(4)的凹陷部位设置有多个反射体(6)，所述反射体(6)的反射面朝向斜下侧。
