发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种小分子肽多种生物营养剂,该生物营养剂,营养全面,易于人体吸收;该小分子肽多种生物营养剂的制备方法步骤简单,容易操作。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:
小分子肽多种生物营养剂,由以下质量份数的各组份组成:小分子肽30-55份、橄榄油10-20份、维生素2-10份、微量元素1-5份、竹荪1-4份、人参3-9份、核桃5-15份、乳清粉4-8份、牛磺酸1-2份、全脂乳粉1-5份、氨基酸2-6份、干姜1-6份、乳酸菌5-10份。
进一步的,所述小分子肽为分子量小于1000道尔顿的小分子胶原蛋白肽或 酪蛋白磷酸肽。
进一步的,所述维生素由以下质量份数的各组份组成:维生素A 1-5份、维生素B1-4份、维生素C 2-8份、维生素D 1-5份、维生素E 1-4份。
进一步的,所述微量元素由以下质量份数的各组份组成:铁1-2份、铜1-2份、锌1份、锰1份、铬1-2份、硒1.5份。
小分子肽多种生物营养剂的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)将竹荪、人参、核桃、干姜混合,加入6-12倍的去离子水,进行沸水冷凝回流浸提,沸水冷凝回流浸提次数为2-3次,煎煮时间为2-4 小时,水体温度控制在100-120℃,将每次的沸水冷凝回流浸提法制得滤液合并,制得过滤液A;
(2)将配方量的小分子肽、橄榄油、维生素、微量元素、乳清粉、牛磺酸、全脂乳粉、氨基酸混合均匀,加热至45-75℃,保温持续搅拌20-50分钟,制得过滤液B;
(3)将制得的过滤液A和过滤液B混合均匀,再加入乳酸菌,于20℃的厌氧环境中,培育40h,制得小分子肽多种生物营养剂。
有益效果
本发明由小分子肽、橄榄油、维生素、微量元素、乳酸菌等组成,其中小分子肽易于人体吸收;而橄榄油富含丰富的单不饱和脂肪酸—油酸,还有维生素A、维生素B、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K及抗氧化物等。橄榄油被认为是迄今所发现的油脂中最适合人体营养的油,能调整人体血浆中高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的比例,能增加人体内的高密度脂蛋白HDL(好胆固醇)的水平和降低低密度脂蛋白LDL(坏胆固醇)水平,从而能防止人体内胆同醇过量;该生物营养剂还辅以维生素、微量元素、乳清粉、牛磺酸、氨基酸,其营养全面补充,再加以乳酸菌调理更好的激发各组分的作用,该营养剂制备方法简单易行。

实验方法
下面通过具体试验,进一步说明本发明产品对有效改进肠内微生物菌落状态,同时能有效增强肠胃动力的影响,以证明本发明的易于吸收,营养全面的优异性。
试验动物为雌性小鼠,体重18-22g。对照组每日早上8-9点之间灌喂10ml蒸馏水,对照组1灌喂10mg/L的本发明实施例1的产品10ml;对照组2灌喂10mg/L的本发明实施例2的产品10ml;对照组3灌喂10mg/L的本发明实施例3的产品10m;对照组4灌喂10mg/L的本发明实施例4的产品10ml,持续15天。
肠道菌群的计数
无菌采取小鼠粪便,放入已灭菌的装有3ml稀释液的试管中,称重,振荡混匀。采取10倍系列稀释至10-8或10-9,选择合适的稀释度分别接种在培养基上。培养48小时后,以菌落形态,革兰氏染色镜检计数菌落,计算出每克湿便中的菌数,取对数后进行统计处理。
结果与分析 小鼠肠道菌群分析如下表:
从上表,可以确定的是,肠道有益菌群的增加将有利于身体免疫能力的提升,促 进肠道吸收能力。
