椰汁及椰肉含大量蛋白质、果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、脂肪、维生素B1、维生素E、维生素C、钾、钙、镁等。椰肉色白如玉,芳香滑脆;椰汁清凉甘甜。椰肉、椰汁是老少皆宜的美味佳果。在每100克椰子中,能量达到了900多千焦,蛋白质4克,脂肪12克,膳食纤维4克,另外还有多种微量元素,碳水化合物的含量也很丰富。但是椰果外表有厚厚的的壳,难以打开,食用起来较为不方便。
发明内容
为了克服椰子食用不方便的问题,本发明提供一种椰汁饮料,该一种椰汁饮料,不仅能保留椰子的营养,而且口感好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种椰汁饮料,选用成分按质量计如下:
椰子肉30-70份,柠檬5-10份,金银花2-6份,甘草2-8份,果葡糖浆3-7份,纯净水15-35份;
制备方法:
1.椰子和柠檬洗净,椰子去壳取肉,将柠檬去核,切碎混合后榨汁,过滤后制得混合果汁备用;
2.金银花和甘草洗净,放入纯净水,煮沸10-22min,过滤后冷却后制得茶汤备用;
3.将步骤1和步骤2制得的果汁和茶汤混合,加入果葡糖浆后,搅匀罐装,经高温蒸汽杀菌后制得成品,消毒参数:100℃下放置5-10min。
在椰子汁中加入柠檬汁,不仅可以提升口感,还可以降低椰子汁的酸碱度,防止椰子汁变色,加入金银花和甘草的茶汤,不仅改善口感,还具有清热去火的作用,增加功效。
本发明的有益效果是:可提供健康爽口的椰子汁。

椰子肉58份,柠檬6份,金银花3份,甘草5份,果葡糖浆4份,纯净水15份;
制备方法:
