本发明公开了一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯,其特征在于:按质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:脂肪族二元酸40‑45%;芳香族二元酸10%;间苯二甲酸‑5‑磺酸钠15%;三官能团二元酸5%;二元醇25%。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明的水溶性聚酯与涤纶具有极强的粘着力,耐水性可达到使用要求合成单体广泛,手感极易控制。本发明的水溶性聚酯能替代现大量使用的溶剂型聚氨酯类长丝织物软涂层,据统计我国作为世界最大的纺织大国,单是涤纶长丝织物软涂层胶需用量在10‑15万吨,因此,本发明的水溶性聚酯的推广将具有十分可观的经济效益和深远的环保意义。

Description

一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及水溶性聚酯,尤其涉及一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织涂层胶又称为纺织涂层整理剂,是一种均匀涂布于织物表面的高分子化合物,通过粘合在织物表面形成一层或多层薄膜,不仅可以改善织物外观和风格,而且赋予织物具有防水、透气、阻燃、防臭、遮光等功能。涂层胶种类很多,只要有1、聚丙烯酸酯类(PA);2、聚氨酯类(PU);3、聚氯乙烯类(PVC);4、有机硅类;5、合成橡胶类(如氯丁橡胶)。
目前应用于涤纶长丝织物的软涂层胶主要为聚丙烯酸酯类和聚氨酯类。按使用上介质的不同分为溶剂型和水系型两种。溶剂型具有耐水压高,成膜好,烘干快优点,但同时又有在织物上渗透过强,手感粗硬,毒性大,易着火,溶剂易挥发,对人体伤害大,需要回收,不仅回收溶剂费用较高而且溢散率大,造成车间及周边严重的环境污染。水系型涂层无毒,不易燃,安全,加工过程不需要溶剂回收,经济成本低,对环境无污染或污染极小。其缺陷是与长丝织物附着力弱,耐水压低。随着人们环保意思的提高和各国环保法的确认,涂料中挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的排放收到严格的限制。上世纪末各国掀起研究与开发水系型纺织涂胶的热潮。开发以水为分散介质的涂层透用聚合物的是这一领域今后发展的主导方向。目前发达国家水性涂层占比在20%-30%左右,我国水系型涂层不超过10%。
目前,现有技术有聚丙烯酸酯涂层胶和聚氨酯涂层胶。其中,聚丙烯酸酯涂层胶(Polyacrylate PA):聚丙烯酸酯涂层胶由硬组分(如丙烯甲脂等)和软组分(如丙烯酸丁脂等)按一定配比共聚而成。聚丙烯酸酯单体主要有丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲脂、丙烯酸乙脂、丙烯酸丁脂等,为提高其防水性能必要时可加入丙烯酰胺和丙烯晴,聚合引发剂一般为过氧化物(如过硫酸钾、过氧化苯甲酰)。其缺点是:1、本方案产品内含未反应单体2%-5%,味道臭,有一定污染;2、弹性差,手感难以调适度。
聚氨酯涂层胶(polyurethane pu):聚氨酯全程为聚氨基甲酸酯,是分子结构中含有-NHCOO-单元的高分子化合物,该聚合物由二异氰酸酯和二元醇或多元醇通过溶合生成。水系型聚氨酯是通过在分子结构中引入亲水性单体获得,如二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)聚醚(PEG),由于单体有较多选择,分子链构成刚性链段与柔性链段,赋柔成膜较大的弹性,手感易于控制。其缺点是:1、本方案成品内含少量(约2%左右)未反应单体,有一定污染;2、与涤纶附着力低,耐水性差。
涤纶长丝织物较涂层胶水系领域目前为聚丙烯酸酯(PA)及聚氨酯两大类,其缺陷是成品内含少量未反应单体,具有一定的污染,其次是由于粘合力不强导致耐水性差,达不到涂层胶使用要求而长期限制了水系涂层胶的发展。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的上述不足,提供了一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯及其制备方法。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯,其特征在于:按质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:
脂肪族二元酸40-45%;
芳香族二元酸10%;
间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠15%;
三官能团二元酸5%;
二元醇25%。
所述脂肪族二元酸为己二酸。
所述芳香族二元酸为对苯二甲酸(PTA)或间苯二甲酸。
所述间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠为三单体间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠。
所述三官能团二元酸为二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)或偏苯三酸酐。
一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯的制备方法:
(1)通过250℃高温酯化-缩聚工序,即把所需要的脂肪族二元酸、芳香族二元酸、间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠、三官能团二元酸、二元醇五种单体通过打浆釜混合进入酯化反应釜,升温到250℃时进行酯化反应4小时,然后倒入缩聚反应釜进行缩聚反应,缩聚反应需要抽真空,反应结束后通过氮气压出冷却包装,合成水分散性软聚酯,分子量在5000-8000;
(2)将步骤(1)合成出来的水分散性软聚酯与清水在60℃-80℃的温度下调制成25-35%的溶液;
(3)在使用时现场加入0.6-0.8%的交联剂,并搅拌均匀,即可当涂层胶使用。
本发明产品由单体通过高温酯化-缩聚而成,不含未反应单体(未反应单体通过高真空抽出体系),直接用清水在60℃-80℃环境可调成25%-35%的溶液,使用时只需加入<1%的交联剂即可,使用界面清洁,生产环境十分环保。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明的水溶性聚酯与涤纶具有极强的粘着力,耐水性可达到使用要求合成单体广泛,手感极易控制。本发明的水溶性聚酯能替代现大量使用的溶剂型聚氨酯类长丝织物软涂层,据统计我国作为世界最大的纺织大国,单是涤纶长丝织物软涂层胶需用量在10-15万吨,因此,本发明的水溶性聚酯的推广将具有十分可观的经济效益和深远的环保意义。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步详述。
本发明的一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯,按质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:
脂肪族二元酸40-45%;
芳香族二元酸10%;
间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠15%;
三官能团二元酸5%;
二元醇25%。
所述脂肪族二元酸为己二酸。
所述芳香族二元酸为对苯二甲酸(PTA)或间苯二甲酸。
所述间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠为三单体间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠。
所述三官能团二元酸为二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)或偏苯三酸酐。
一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯的制备方法:
(1)通过250℃高温酯化-缩聚工序,即把所需要的脂肪族二元酸、芳香族二元酸、间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠、三官能团二元酸、二元醇五种单体通过打浆釜混合进入酯化反应釜,升温到250℃时进行酯化反应4小时,然后倒入缩聚反应釜进行缩聚反应,缩聚反应需要抽真空,反应结束后通过氮气压出冷却包装,合成水分散性软聚酯,分子量在5000-8000;
(2)将步骤(1)合成出来的水分散性软聚酯与清水在60℃-80℃的温度下调制成25-35%的溶液;
(3)在使用时现场加入0.6-0.8%的交联剂,并搅拌均匀,即可当涂层胶使用。
本发明产品由单体通过高温酯化-缩聚而成,不含未反应单体(未反应单体通过高真空抽出体系),直接用清水在60℃-80℃环境可调成25%-35%的溶液,使用时只需加入<1%的交联剂即可,使用界面清洁,生产环境十分环保。

1.一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯,其特征在于:按质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:
脂肪族二元酸40-45%;
芳香族二元酸10%;
间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠15%;
三官能团二元酸5%;
二元醇25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯,其特征在于:所述脂肪族二元酸为己二酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯,其特征在于:所述芳香族二元酸为对苯二甲酸(PTA)或间苯二甲酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯,其特征在于:所述间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠为三单体间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯,其特征在于:所述三官能团二元酸为二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)或偏苯三酸酐。
6.一种适用于涤纶长丝织物软涂层用水溶性聚酯的制备方法:
