Abstract
提供一种树脂部件以及采用了树脂部件的显示装置,树脂部件具有天然木材的单板、透光性墨印刷层、粘结层和透光性的加强层。单板具有导管的稀疏部和致密部,透光率为50%以上且80%以下,并且板厚为0.1mm以上且0.6mm以下。透光性墨印刷层形成于单板的第一面,膜厚为2μm以上且20μm以下,含有颜料或染料。粘结层形成于单板的与第一面相反一侧的第二面。加强层形成于粘结层的与单板相反一侧。

技术领域
本公开涉及基于使用了单板(veneer)的灯光的装饰技术,具体地涉及树脂部件以及采用了树脂部件的显示装置。
背景技术
近年来,在家电的外部装饰以及车载内部装饰领域等的装饰方法中,由于顾客的爱好多样化,从而要求广泛的设计表现。因此,作为具有高档感的设计表现,存在使用了天然木材的单板的外观设计性高的装饰方法的需求。其中,所谓单板是指将木材切成了薄片的片状的板材。
作为使用了单板的装饰方法,有将单板本身粘贴到壳体来以木制表现外观的方法。此外,一般采用在单板的背面设置光源,通过透射单板的光强调单板的木纹来进行表现这样的方法。特别是关于后者,一般情况下采用一片单板仅显示来自该树种的木纹。
专利文献1中公开了一种发光装饰装置,在单板背面设置导光体,而且,与导光体的背面或者侧面相对置地配置LED(发光二极管)等光源,有效利用了单板的自然的木纹。在图4中示出该结构。
图4的发光装饰装置包括单板21、透明片22、导光体23和光源24。单板21采用公知的透明粘结剂与透明片22粘结,透明片22采用未图示的固定用具载置于导光体23。
该发光装饰装置,在熄灭了光源24的白天时,表现来自单板21的木纹。而且,通过点亮光源24,来自光源24的光透射导光体23、透明片22、单板21。因此,通过即使在夜间等也与白天时同样地有效利用了单板21的木纹的显示,从而表现外观设计性。

发明内容
本公开的树脂部件具有天然木材的单板、透光性墨印刷层、粘结层和透光性的加强层。
单板具有导管的稀疏部和致密部,透光率为50%以上且80%以下,并且板厚为0.1mm以上且0.6mm以下。
透光性墨印刷层形成于单板的第一面,膜厚为2μm以上且20μm以下,含有颜料或染料。

具体实施方式
在现有例中,与单板21的背侧的光源24的点亮/熄灭无关,仅显示来自单板21的木纹。因此,在1片单板21中仅表现来自树种的1种木纹,为了显示不同的木纹需要重新准备其他树种的单板。
此外,在车载等的工业制品中使用该发光装饰装置的情况下,由于是天然木材,因而木纹的形状、位置、浓淡等是不均匀的。因此,不能按每个制品显示色调、位置等相同的木纹,从而有作为外观品质而产生课题的情况。
以下,基于附图对本实施方式进行说明。
(实施方式1)
图1A、图1B为表示使用了实施方式1的树脂部件的显示装置。
显示装置包括将单板1作为构成要件的树脂部件31和用于背光源的光源8。
树脂部件31如下那样构成。
在天然木材的单板1的背面(第二面)依次形成紧贴层2、隐蔽层3,进而,隔着粘结层4采用嵌件成型接合了加强层5。单板1是白色系的天然木材,是透光率为50%以上且80%以下,板厚为0.1mm以上且0.6mm以下的被切片的片状的板材。在单板1的表面形成有来自天然木材的凹凸。
在单板1的表面(第一面)形成膜厚为2μm以上且20μm以下的木纹风格花样的透光性墨印刷层6。透光性墨印刷层6的膜厚是利用者接触该表面时残留单板1的表面凹凸的触感的厚度。换句话说,单板1的表面凹凸的形状在透光性墨印刷层6的表面也表示为凹凸。在此,木纹风格花样包括通过木纹的印刷、表现了木的纹理的印刷等形成的花样。在此,将单板1的表面设为第一面,将背面设为第二面,但也可将单板1的表面设为第二面,背面设为第一面。即,也可在单板1的背面形成透光性墨印刷层6。
作为透光性墨印刷层6的颜料或者染料,优选以纳米尺寸进行微粒子化并使其分散的材料
紧贴层2通过具有空隙的透光性的某种无纺织布、薄膜等形成。紧贴层2作为单板1的基底构件与单板1相接合。紧贴层2使来自后述的光源8的光扩散,并使其向单板1的一方透射。
隐蔽层3的一部分形成有光透射部7a、7b、7c。光透射部7a、7b、7c以外的位置的隐蔽层3由不透射光的遮光材料形成。粘结层4由透光性的粘结剂形成。加强层5由透光性的透明树脂形成。
在加强层5的与粘结层4相反一侧的面,以与加强层5任意的距离配置LED(发光二极管)等的光源8。作为光源8,例如使用将蓝色、红色、绿色(光的三原色)的发光二极管芯片内置于单一封装的部件,从而能够容易地控制颜色的变化等,能够表现全彩色。也能采用LED以外的其他光源作为背光源。
如果透光性墨印刷层6的膜厚比20μm大,则由于透光性降低,因此在使用光源8从单板1的背面射出了光时,来自单板的木纹显示的精细性恶化。此外,透光性墨印刷层6的表面的凹凸感减少,损坏了天然木材的触感。
光源8熄灭时,基于外部光的透光性墨印刷层6的表面的反射光比来自单板1的背面的透射光大。因此,基于外部光的目视下视觉辨认时看不到单板1,仅能够视觉辨认印刷在单板1上的透光性墨印刷层6的木纹风格花样。因此,即使在家电外部装饰部、车载内部装饰等使用树脂部件31,也仅能够识别家电外部装饰部等的一部分。
由于所使用的单板1为天然木材,因此即使在其表面印刷木纹风格花样从印刷表面上也能够得到来自天然木材的表面触感。此外,通过使用板厚为0.1mm以上且0.6mm以下、透射率为50%以上且80%以下的白色系的单板1,从而即使是通常情况下光难以透射的颜色浓的树种,也能通过印刷来表现其木纹、颜色。因此,在光源8点亮时通过光透射,能实现浮现与上述的木纹不同的树种的木纹那样的演示。
如果天然木材的板厚小于0.1mm则根据树种不同而成为纤维厚度以下,难以作为板材进行处理。此外,如果天然木材的板厚比0.6mm大则在透光率这一点上变得不利。
关于透光性墨印刷层6,不仅印刷与所使用的单板1的树种相同的木纹的情况有效,仅限于涂敷木头的颜色的情况也是有效的。
在设置透光性墨印刷层6时,赋予耐气候性等的情况下,可以在透光性墨印刷层6的表面实施硬涂(hard coat)等的处理。
此外在未设置透光性墨印刷层6的情况下,在赋予耐气候性等时,也可在单板1的表面实施硬涂等的处理。
透光性墨印刷层6的印刷优选使用喷墨印刷、丝网印刷等。图1中加强层5示出基于嵌件成型的树脂构成的状态。但是,如果是具有透光性和强度这两者的构件则也可使用树脂板、玻璃板等。作为加强层5的树脂材料而能使用的树脂,可以列举PMMA树脂、ABS树脂、PS树脂、PC树脂等的通用成形树脂。此外不采用嵌件成型而采用粘结等的情况下,也能够使用光学用途的树脂、超级工程树脂等需要高温下的成形的树脂。因此,也能用于灯罩等。即使如此改变材料、用途,也与上述同样地,在光源8熄灭时,基于外部光的透光性墨印刷层6的表面的反射光比来自单板1的背面的透射光大。因此,在采用目视进行视觉辨认时看不到单板1,仅能够视觉辨认印刷在单板1上的透光性墨印刷层6的木纹风格花样。因而,通过设置于单板1的背面的光源8的点亮/熄灭,能实现不同木纹的演示。
另外,单板1是天然木材,能够在天然木材的导管的稀疏部和致密部浸渍颜料、染料、蓄光材料、荧光材料等的浸渍材料。该情况下,通过在作为木材的单板1的导管的稀疏部和致密部较多地含有染料、蓄光材料等,从而能够赋予更显著地使木纹浮现的外观设计性高的设计。
通过上述的结构,熄灭时仅是单板1的表面触感和所印刷的木纹风格的外观,但在点亮时出现与熄灭时不同的木纹。因此,能实现外观设计性高的设计演示。
(实施方式2)
图2A、图2B中表示使用了实施方式2的树脂部件的显示装置。
另外,对构成与实施方式1相同的作用的部分赋予相同的附图标记,并省略其说明。
在实施方式1的树脂部件中,在单板1的表面形成了透光性墨印刷层6。但是,在实施方式2中,在单板1的表面未形成透光性墨印刷层6。在实施方式2中,如图2B所示那样,在单板1的背面隔着紧贴层2形成了图形印刷层9。在图形印刷层9,通过透光率低的墨部分地印刷了图形。进而在图形印刷层9的背面侧隔着隐蔽层3、粘结层4采用嵌件成型接合了由树脂等构成的加强层5。
在实施方式2的显示装置的情况下,在单板1的背面与实施方式1同样地也以任意的距离设置了光源8。
通过该结构,由于在外部光中单板1的表面的反射光比来自单板1的背面的透射光大,因此来自单板1的木纹能视觉辨认。设置于单板1的背面的图形印刷层9的图形部的透光率低,并且,该图形部以外的光的透射率高。因此,如果从单板1的背面的光源8射出光,则图形印刷层9的图形部成为阴影,在单板1的最外表面作为图形9a浮现并被显示。这样,与实施方式1同样地能够采用一片单板来演示2种设计表现。
实施方式2中的单板1可以是色调浓的树种,但优选白色系的色调淡的树种。
优选采用丝网印刷、喷墨印刷等来印刷图形印刷层9。此外,图形的设计是几何学图形或线状等,利用者能够自由地进行设定。此外,所使用的墨优选光难以透射的通用的墨。
此外,与实施方式1同样地也能用于灯罩等。在该情况下,未必需要单板1的背面侧的粘结层4、加强层5。通过在单板1的背面设置的光源的点亮、熄灭,能进行木纹和图形的不同的演示。
这样,熄灭时仅表现单板的外观,但通过点亮,一变而在单板表面上能视觉辨认图形。因此,能实现对利用者给予惊奇那样的演示。
(实施方式3)
图3A、图3B表示使用了实施方式3的树脂部件的显示装置。
另外,对构成与实施方式1、2相同的作用的部分赋予相同的附图标记,省略其说明。
实施方式3除了实施方式1、实施方式2的结构之外,构成为在单板1的背面设置有静电电容式等的输入装置10的显示装置。
基于该结构的显示装置检测利用者在显示装置的操作面板上使手指滑动的输入操作。而且,例如能放大/减小音响装置的输出音量的设定、温度设定等。
在加强层5的与粘结层4相反一侧的面,配置有安装LED的光源11a、11b、11c的底座12。光源11a、11b、11c的间隔以与隐蔽层3的光透射部7a、7b、7c相同的间隔构成。此外,光源11a、11b、11c的周围由遮挡板13包围。
如果使光源11a点亮,则光分别透射隐蔽层3的光透射部7a、单板1、透光性墨印刷层6,在透光性墨印刷层6的表面显示表示显示区域的标识14a。光透射部7a的形状显示为标识14a的形状。
如果使光源11b点亮,则光分别透射隐蔽层3的光透射部7b、单板1、透光性墨印刷层6,在透光性墨印刷层6表面显示表示显示区域的标识14b。光透射部7b的形状显示为标识14b的形状。
如果使光源11c点亮,则光分别透射隐蔽层3的光透射部7c、单板1、透光性墨印刷层6,在透光性墨印刷层6的表面显示表示显示区域的标识14c。光透射部7c的形状显示为标识14c的形状。
另外,利用者能够任意地设定标识14a、14b、14c的形状、大小、个数、显示位置等的设计。此外,显示不限于标识,也能够是文字、7区段的数字等的显示形式,利用者能任意地进行设定。
光源11a、11b、11c与实施方式1、2同样地通过采用将蓝色、红色、绿色(光的三原色)的发光二极管芯片内置于单一封装的部件而能容易地控制颜色的变化等,能表现全彩色。此外,除了LED以外,也能够将其他光源用作背光源。
实施方式3中,在标识14a、14b、14c周围形成环状的槽15。槽15在设置于单板1的表面的环状的凹部16a、16b、16c的表面形成透光性墨印刷层6而构成。透光性墨印刷层6和单板1的材质和透光性均与实施方式1相同。
单板1的背面包括紧贴层2、隐蔽层3、输入装置10、粘结层4、加强层5。在加强层5的与粘结层4相反一侧设置有光源8。
例如,在使用静电电容式的输入装置10时,在利用者用手指触摸槽15的底部,沿着槽15滑动了手指的情况下,检测接近中的利用者的手指的坐标。输入装置10中,持有上述那样的功能的电极图案形成为矩阵状。该电极图案至少沿槽15形成。
另外,在利用者采用手指进行操作的情况下,槽15距显示装置的最外表面SF的深度为5mm以下,槽15的宽度W为10mm以下是适当的。在实施方式3中,设槽15的直径D为40mm,槽15的宽度W为8mm,槽15的深度为2mm。
此外,在实施方式3中,以环状设置了槽15,但也可采用圆弧状、具有任意的长度的直线状等的槽。通过该结构,不仅能够进行转动操作的输入,还能够进行滑动式的直线操作。此时,与上述同样地优选距显示装置最外表面的深度为20mm以下,槽的宽度为40mm以下。
通过如上那样设置槽15,从而能够提高用于使利用者的手指向要以接触状态滑动的位置进行滑动的操作性。进而,不仅提高实施方式1、实施方式2中举出的单板表面的触感和外观的外观设计性,而且通过与静电电容式等的输入装置10相组合从而在光源点亮时一变而出现显示,能够提供具有对利用者给予惊奇那样的演示的输入装置。
图3A、图3B中,以在实施方式1的结构中在单板的背面设置了静电电容式等的输入装置10的显示装置的情况为例而进行了说明。但是,也可以在实施方式2的结构中在单板1的背面设置静电电容式等的输入装置10。
根据本公开的结构,仅在外部光中对单板表面的透光性墨印刷层进行目视时看不到来自单板的木纹,如果从单板背面的光源射出光则能够视觉辨认来自单板的木纹。
此外,在不设置单板表面的透光性墨印刷层而在单板的背面侧设置有图形印刷层的树脂部件的情况下,仅在外部光中能够看到来自单板的木纹,如果从单板背面的光源射出光则能视觉辨认图形印刷层的图形。
本公开有助于各种家用电器等的外部装饰、车载内部装饰等的高功能化。
Claims (12)
1.一种树脂部件,具备:
天然木材的单板,其具有导管的稀疏部和致密部,透光率为50%以上且80%以下,并且板厚为0.1mm以上且0.6mm以下;
透光性墨印刷层,其形成于所述单板的第一面,膜厚为2μm以上且20μm以下,含有颜料或染料;
粘结层,其形成于所述单板的与所述第一面相反一侧的第二面;和
透光性的加强层,其形成于所述粘结层的与所述单板相反的一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的树脂部件,其中,
在从所述单板的第一面的上方对所述树脂部件进行视觉辨认的情况下,能够对所述透光性墨印刷层进行视觉辨认但不能视觉辨认所述单板,
在从所述加强层侧照射光,从所述单板的第一面的上方对所述树脂部件进行视觉辨认的情况下,所述单板的内部的所述导管的所述稀疏部的光的透射率比所述致密部的光的透射率高,因此能视觉辨认所述单板的木纹,并且,与所述单板的木纹相比所述透光性墨印刷层的视觉辨认性低。
3.根据权利要求2所述的树脂部件,其中,
所述树脂部件还具备紧贴层,该紧贴层在所述单板的所述第二面与所述粘结层之间具有空隙,并使光扩散。
4.根据权利要求3所述的树脂部件,其中,
所述树脂部件还具备隐蔽层,所述隐蔽层在所述单板的所述第二面与所述粘结层之间形成有特定图案,
在从所述加强层侧照射光时,光仅透射未形成所述隐蔽层的部分。
5.根据权利要求4所述的树脂部件,其中,
在所述单板的所述第二面与所述加强层之间还具备静电电容式的输入装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的树脂部件,其中,
在所述单板的所述第一面还具备环状、圆弧状或者直线状的槽,

在所述单板的内部含有蓄光材料或荧光材料,所述导管的所述致密部与所述导管的所述稀疏部相比较多地含有蓄光材料或荧光材料。
10.一种树脂部件,具备:
天然木材的单板,其具有导管的稀疏部和致密部,透光率为50%以上且80%以下,并且板厚为0.1mm以上且0.6mm以下;
图形印刷层,其形成于所述单板的单面,部分地印刷有图形;
粘结层,其形成于所述图形印刷层的与所述单板相反的一侧;和
透光性的加强层,其形成于所述粘结层的与所述图形印刷层相反的一侧。
11.一种显示装置,具备:
权利要求6所述的树脂部件;和
光源。
12.一种显示装置,具备:
权利要求10所述的树脂部件;和
光源。
