Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明标识和显示器,和专业的装饰照明设备。
背景技术
灯光显示或标识通常用于照射广告和图片。类似的发光装置也通常用作装饰灯,例如,嵌入式顶灯,或用在电影胶片上的灯箱。
我们熟知的一种灯光显示是边光显示器,这些显示器的光源指向光线传送板的边缘,通常还需要盖板围入光源和平板。盖板的设置使得显示器在一些预期的使用中不够美观和实用。
发明内容
本发明的一些方面在独立权利要求中有详细的记载。优选的特征在从属权利要求中记载。

图12是发光装置的局部剖面图,显示了本发明一个实施例中,用于将光线传送板连接到光线传送面板的两个表面的磁性板和金属板。
具体实施方式
图1显示,光线传送装置1包括基本呈矩形的光线传送面板2。在优选实施例中,面板2是薄型的,以使面板2的厚度远小于宽度和长度。该面板2包括凹槽4,用于容纳合适的光源6。该凹槽4在面板2的厚度上可能会充分延伸(图7)或部分延伸。该凹槽4可以通过模制、钻孔、切割、蚀刻、打线或任何其它合适的装置制成。
该面板是由合适的材料制成的,以使在凹槽4中的发光源发射出的光线沿着面板传播,基本上会在内部反射。如图3所示,光线传送面板的一个或两个表面,或主要的表面,是图案结构8或制造允许光从面板表面发散的区域。在面板2表面的该图案结构可以是V形槽,光刻区域,印花形式或类似的。在优选实施例中,图案结构8是点或线的形式。在面板2上的图案结构8或处理区域的布置,使从面板发射的光均匀地上发散到面板的表面。结果是,整个面板就相当于一个均匀的光源。
位于凹槽4内的光源6,可以是任何合适的光源,也可以是发光二极管(LED)或直线形的荧光灯。另外,如图5所示,该光源被设计为仅仅向光线传面板2的中心发射光线。在一个实施例中,如图6所示,光源可以包括一个向面板2中心发射光线的荧光灯6a,和向面板2边缘发射光线的第二荧光灯6b。该荧光灯6a和6b可以选择不同的颜色或不用的类型。此外,该光源6由控制器(未示出)控制开和关,以得到需要的光效。
当凹槽4内的光源6开启时,面板2的边缘13是可以使光线发散的边缘。该面板2所有或部分周边可以是圆形的或斜切边。另外,在光线传送面板2至少部分周边,设置包边盖板14。该包边盖板14可以是不透明的或透明的。在用于光线传送装置的该盖边14,可以涂色或绘上图案,以增加光线传送装置1的美观效果。该包边盖板14可以选择包括荧光颜料。该选择的包边盖板14可以有聚氯乙烯,聚乙烯,橡胶或其它合适的材料制成。
为从面板2发散出更多的漫射光,如图4所示,可在光线传送面板2的一个或两个表面的邻近位置,进一步设置透明层10,以覆盖处理后的表面或图案结构8。该透明层10可以连接到光线传送表面2的表面,或形成位于面板2的一个或两个表面上的光线传送板12的部分。
光线传送板12包括透明或半透明材料,其能够使光穿过面板2。该光线传送板12可以被图色,还可以采用图形表示。该图形表示可以是图像或图案或文本的形式,还可以形成不同颜色材料或不透明材料的区域,板12表面上的印刷区域,或类似的。
如图4所示,该光线传送板12连接到光线传送板12的一个或两个表面上。在实施例中,只使用了一个光线传送板,面板2的另一面可以由一个不透明板(未示出)覆盖,以防止光线从面板的这个面射出。
在本发明的某些实施例中,如图4所示的,可以在光线传送面板2和光线传送板12之间设置附加的阻挡层16,直接在光源的旁边。这些层限制或封锁,由光源6发散出的,并直接穿过光线传送板12的光线总量,另外,它们能够在设置中形成强亮度的区域。该阻挡层可以设置在面板2的表面,还可以设置在光线传送板12表面的印刷区域,或类似的。
在附图中显示的实施例中,该光线传送面板2和光线传送板12基本上是平的。然而,该光线传送板12也可以是弧形的,并连接到平的光线传送面板2,或面板2和板12以互补的方式都是弧形的,使面板2和板12在它们的表面的主要区域互相接触。可以使用任何常规的成形装置,例如热成型,将面板2和板12设置成弧形的。
本发明的实施例中,包括光线传送板12,该包边盖板14可以设置成盖(14a)或封盖(14b)光线传送面板2和光线传送板12的周边。
本发明的一个实施例中,该光线传送板12通过磁性板18连接到光线传送装置1。如附图11和12所示的,磁性板18位于面板2上的多个点上,当光线传送板12位于与光线传送面板2有关的正确位置时,相配的金属板20设置在光线传送板12一个表面上的相应位置上,以使磁性板18和金属板20相互接触。也可以使用其它的连接装置,例如螺丝,夹子,粘合剂或类似的装置。
因此,本发明的实施例提供了背光发光装置和结构紧凑的薄型显示器。因为不需要一个单独的光外壳,在发光装置面板内凹槽中的光源是之前所述的边缘光显示器的改进。另外,该发光装置允许光从显示器的中心和边缘发射出来。这些边缘可以具有任何颜色的照明灯;由彩色滤光片提供这种颜色应用于靠近边缘的凹槽,包边盖板,或位于面板中间凹槽内光源的颜色。

Claims (16)

1.一种发光装置,包括具有凹槽的面板,用于容纳至少一个光源,该面板具有边缘和两个主表面,以使凹槽内的至少一个光源发散的沿着该面板传播的光线基本上在内部反射;在至少一个主表面上的图案结构或处理表面,具有允许一些从上述表面射出光线的区域,从而该光线均匀地从所述面板表面射出;其中,所述至少一个主表面部分或全部覆盖有并入图示的光线传送板,其中,从该面板边缘射出的光线的颜色由凹槽中光源的颜色决定。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中,滤光片例如聚氯乙烯或墨水配置于空的凹槽中,从而影响凹槽附近的边缘射出的光线的颜色。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的发光装置,其中,反射带配置在一个或多个凹槽中。
4.如前述权利要求任一项所述的发光装置,其中,在面板所有或部分周边设置板透明包边盖板,通过使用墨水或另外的,并决定从边缘射出的光线的颜色。
5.如前述权利要求任一项所述的发光装置,其中,半透明层设置在面板的至少一个主表面上,产生更多的漫反射。
6.如前述权利要求任一项所述的发光装置,其中,该面板进一步包括一个或多个空凹槽,反射至少一些沿着面板传播的光线。
7.如前述权利要求任一项所述的发光装置,其中,在凹槽内设置两个光源,一个朝向面板中心,第二个朝向面板的边缘。
8.如权利要求6所述的发光装置,其中,两个光源是不同颜色的。
9.如前述权利要求任一项所述的发光装置,其中,至少一个阻碍层设置在光源附近面板的表面上,限制从面板表面射出的光线的总量。
10.如前述权利要求任一项所述的发光装置,其中,该光线传送板或每个光线传送板,通过磁体装置连接到面板上。
11.如前述权利要求任一项所述的发光装置,其中,该光线传送板或每个光线传送板是弧形的。
12.如前述权利要求任一项所述的发光装置,其中,该光线传送面板是弧形的。
13.如前述权利要求任一项所述的发光装置,其中,该边缘是斜切的。
14.如前述权利要求任一项所述的发光装置,其中,每个主表面上设置有图示和处理表面,提供允许光从这些表面射出的区域,从而该光线均匀地从所述面板表面射出;其中,所述每个主表面部分或全部覆盖有并入图示的光线传送板。
15.一种发光装置,包括:
-包括具有凹槽的面板,用于容纳至少一个光源,该面板具有多个表面,以使凹槽内的光源射出的沿着该面板传播的光线完全地在内部反射;
-在面板上至少一个主表面上的图案结构或处理表面,具有允许一些从上述表面射出光线的区域,从而该光线均匀地从所述面板表面射出;
-位于凹槽内的至少一个光源;
-一个或多个空凹槽,反射至少一些沿着面板传播的光线;
-至少一个并入图示的光线传送板;和
-在该面板上的磁性板和在所述光线传送板上的金属板,用于将光线传送板连接到面板。
16.一种制造发光装置的方法,包括以下步骤:
-将图案结构或处理表面应用到光线传送面板的至少一个表面上,从而具有允许一些从上述表面射出光线的区域,从而沿着面板传播的,另外会在内部全部反射的光线,是从面板表面的图案结构或处理表面射出的;
-在面板内设置至少一个用于容纳光源的凹槽;
-并将至少一个光线传送板连接到面板的一个或多个表面;当光源置于凹槽中,并处于开启状态时,光线均匀地从所述面板的表面射出,并穿过所述的光线传送板。
