Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于运行安全设备的方法,其中安全设备是用于给车辆、优选电动车或混动车的能量存储器充电的充电设备的一部分。安全设备与能够联网的服务器连接。在方法的第一步骤中,安全设备读出车辆服务数据。在方法的第二步骤中,安全设备通过服务器比较车辆服务数据和呈报为失窃车辆的数据库。最后,当车辆在数据库中登记为失窃时,安全设备发送信号至充电设备。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于运行安全设备的方法,其中安全设备是用于给车辆的能量存储器充电的充电设备的一部分。
背景技术
电动车通常具有电能存储器、例如牵引电池,其提供用于驱动器的电能。如果电能存储器完全或部分放电,那么电动车必须操控充电站,在充电站上,能量存储器又可以充电。为此,迄今为止常见的是,在这种充电站上,电动车借助线缆连接接通到充电站上。不利地,连接通常必须由用户手动建立。在此也需要的是,充电站和电动车具有彼此相对应的连接系统。
此外个别地,用于电动车的无线充电系统也是已知的。在电动车感应充电的情况下,在地面中或上安装了一个或多个线圈(发送线圈)。此外,在电动车中同样布置有一个或多个线圈(接收线圈)。如果电动车停在发送线圈上方,该发送线圈就发送交变磁场。交变磁场由车辆内的接收线圈接收并且转换为电能。因此,借助电能可以通过非接触的能量传递来给车辆的牵引电池充电。此外,电动车的能量存储器也可以用于反馈。为此,必要时可以使用线缆连接或者还可以使用感应的功率传递。
文献DE102011010049 A1公开了这种用于给车辆电池充电的系统,其中能量感应地传递。在现有技术中不利的是,不仅是有线的充电方法而且连无线的充电方法也都仅用于给相应车辆的牵引电池充电。一些方法包含附加的功能(例如结算方法),由此将输送给电池的电荷量结算给驾驶员。在现有技术中不利的是,车辆是否失窃并且是由盗车贼充电或者是由真正的车辆持有人或授权的驾驶员充电,对充电过程没有影响。授权的驾驶员和没有授权的驾驶员都可以在充电桩或电源处给车辆充电,而不会被阻止充电。附加地,官方部门、例如警方在侦查车辆盗窃时没有得到支持。
因此存在对如下方法的需求,通过该方法使盗窃车辆变得困难,和/或可以更有效地进行侦查。
发明内容
根据本发明的具有权利要求1的特征的方法具有如下优点:车辆盗窃变得困难,和/或官方部门、例如警方在侦查车辆盗窃时得到支持。
根据本发明,为此设置了用于运行安全设备的方法,其中安全设备是用于给车辆、优选电动车或混动车的能量存储器充电的充电设备的一部分。安全设备与能够联网的服务器连接。在方法的第一步骤中,安全设备读出车辆服务数据。在方法的第二步骤中,安全设备通过服务器比较车辆服务数据和呈报为失窃车辆的数据库。最后,当车辆在数据库中登记为失窃时,安全设备发送信号至充电设备。在该方法中有利的是,使盗车贼盗窃车辆变得困难。附加地,官方部门(例如警方)在侦查车辆盗窃时得到支持。
通过在从属权利要求中提到的措施能够实现在独立权利要求中说明的方法的有利的改进方案。
有利地,充电设备布置在车辆中。这就此而言是有利的,即,每个车辆与基础设施的充电交叉点(停车场中、街道边缘处等的充电桩)无关地、自己携带安装在充电设备中的安全设备。车辆因此通过充电设备或安全设备自身就能够自己检验车辆的状态(失窃,未失窃),而不用规定例如外部的充电桩能或不能检验车辆的状态。
此外有利的是,充电设备布置在车辆外部的充电桩内。充电设备布置在外部的充电桩内并且没有从一开始就安装在每个单个车辆中,有利地减小了驾驶员的购买成本。
有利地,在通过安全设备得到信号时,充电设备不开始能量存储器的充电过程,或者中断该充电过程。如果安全设备获知车辆呈报为失窃并且因此在呈报为失窃车辆的数据库中列出,那么安全设备就发送相应的信号至充电设备。有利地,如果充电过程已经开始,就中断该充电过程。如果车辆的能量存储器例如仅稍微充电,那就不能够进行进一步的充电,车辆由此在其行程上明显受限,并且例如可以被警方更好地找到。备选地,充电过程完全没有开始,从而车辆的能量存储器同样保持为空,这也在该情况下导致受限的行程,并且警方能够实现更有效地采取行动。
有利地,充电设备在通过安全设备得到信号时虚拟地开始充电过程。驾驶员被告知能量存储器在充电,即充电过程是激活的而没有真正地充电(虚拟的充电过程)。因此如果驾驶员等待充电过程结束,那么在被告知车辆位置的情况下,警方就有更多时间到达车辆位置并且把车辆保护起来,并且也有可能逮捕盗车贼。
此外有利的是,充电设备在通过安全设备得到信号时给能量存储器放电。代替给能量存储器(例如牵引电池/电池)充电地,能量存储器完全放电。因此,车辆不再能够离开当前的位置,由此,警方可以更好地发现车辆。
有利地,充电设备在通过安全设备得到信号时激活防盗锁。甚至当能量存储器充的电还足以行驶经过一段距离时,车辆也基于激活的防盗锁而不能再运动。
此外有利的是,充电设备在通过安全设备得到信号时发送车辆的位置和车辆服务数据给警方。针对车辆视为失窃的情况,警方因此被告知他们要寻找哪个车辆(类型、颜色、牌照等)和车辆准确地停留在哪里。有利地,位置以GPS数据的形式传送。

具体实施方式
为了清楚明了,在图中示出的附图没有必要按正确比例描绘。相同的附图标记通常表示相同类型的或相同作用的部件。
图1示出了用于运行安全设备10的方法的示意图,安全设备是充电设备11的一部分,充电设备例如可以用于给车辆13(优选电动车或混动车)的能量存储器12(例如电池或牵引电池)充电。安全设备10与服务器14连接,服务器有利地接通到因特网上或者可以通过因特网获取信息。安全设备10通过服务器14访问数据库15,数据库中列有呈报为失窃的车辆。如果车辆13的电池应该充电,那么驾驶员将车辆13驾驶至充电点。在该充电点上可以进行有线或无线(感应地)充电。充电设备11要么位于车辆13中,要么是充电桩16的一部分。与充电设备11(在车辆13或充电桩16内)的位置无关地,充电设备11的安全设备10首先在第一步骤A中读出车辆服务数据。此外,车辆类型、车辆颜色、标志和类似特征属于车辆服务数据。在第二步骤B中,安全设备10与服务器14通信。在此,车辆服务数据与数据库15进行核对,数据库中列有呈报为失窃的车辆。如果在此证实的是,车辆13呈报为失窃或者视为失窃,那么安全设备10就在第三步骤C中发送信号至充电设备11。充电设备因此开始一个、多个或所有随后提到的步骤。
如果牵引电池12的充电过程已经开始并且随后证实了车辆13失窃,那么充电设备11中断充电过程。备选地,如果充电过程还没有开始,那么只有当车辆13的状态被证实为失窃时,牵引电池才不会进行充电。
此外,充电设备11可以通知驾驶员(其估计也是盗车贼)的是,牵引电池12的充电过程开始了,尽管实际上并没有充电。因此只是通过单单假装充电过程来虚拟地充电。为了在当前的位置持续固定车辆13,充电设备11开始车辆电池12的完全的放电。在没有现存充电量的情况下,车辆13不再能够用电运动。由于只是完全用电运行的车辆13(所谓的电动车)因此不再能够行驶,但混动车却基于内燃机的存在还能行驶(即使没有电池充电量),所以充电设备11激活防盗锁17。因此,车辆13不能够与车辆类型(电动车或混动车)和电池12的充电状态(部分充电或完全放电)无关地进一步运动。为了使官方部门、例如警方发现车辆以及可能还使逮捕盗车贼变得容易,充电设备11将车辆服务数据和车辆13的位置传送给警方。车辆13的位置在此有利地通过GPS获知,并且以GPS坐标的形式传送。附加地,其他的信息(例如日期、时间等)同样可以传送。此外,充电设备11将GPS坐标连续或重复地传送至警方和/或适当的备选的官方部门。如果驾驶员仍然能够使车辆13运动(防盗锁15故障或借助内燃机),那么警方因此可以定位和追踪车辆13。
图2示出了穿过具有根据本发明的实施方式的安全设备10的车辆13的横截面示意图。相对于图1相同的元件设有相同的附图标记并且没有详细阐述。车辆13具有安全设备10,安全设备是充电设备11的一部分。充电设备11给车辆13的能量存储器12充电,其中能量存储器12是牵引电池或车辆电池(电池)。车辆13可以是纯电动车,但也可以实施为混动车并且具有内燃机。牵引电池12可以借助充电设备11充电,备选地借助有线的或感应的充电方法充电。
图3示出了穿过具有安全设备10的车辆13的横截面示意图,安全设备是充电设备11的一部分,充电设备根据本发明的其他实施方式又是充电桩16的一部分。相对于图1和2相同的元件设有相同的附图标记并且没有详细阐述。安全设备10在该实施例中是充电设备11的一部分,其中充电设备11又是充电桩16的一部分。充电设备11给车辆13的能量存储器12充电,其中能量存储器12是牵引电池或车辆电池(电池)。车辆13可以是纯电动车,但也可以实施为混动车并且具有内燃机。充电桩16可以通过线缆与车辆13连接,并且因此有线地给牵引电池12充电,或者可以运行感应的能量传递设备(在此未示出),该能量传递设备具有发送线圈(位于车辆13下方的地面中或上)和接收线圈(安装在车辆13中)。与充电方法(有线地或感应地)无关地,安全设备10和充电设备11如在图1中描述的那样运行。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于运行安全设备(10)的方法,其中所述安全设备(10)是用于给车辆(13)、优选电动车或混动车的能量存储器(12)充电的充电设备(11)的一部分,其中所述安全设备(10)与能够联网的服务器(14)连接,其特征在于,
- 在第一步骤(A)中,所述安全设备(10)读出车辆服务数据;
- 在第二步骤(B)中,所述安全设备(10)通过所述服务器(14)比较所述车辆服务数据和呈报为失窃车辆的数据库(15);
- 在第三步骤(C)中,当所述车辆(13)在所述数据库(15)中登记为失窃时,所述安全设备发送信号(S)至所述充电设备(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于运行安全设备(10)的方法,其特征在于,所述充电设备(10)布置在所述车辆(13)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于运行安全设备(10)的方法,其特征在于,所述充电设备(10)布置在所述车辆(13)外部的充电桩(16)内。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的用于运行安全设备(10)的方法,其特征在于,在通过所述安全设备(10)得到信号(S)时,所述充电设备(11)不开始所述能量存储器(12)的充电过程,或者中断所述充电过程。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的用于运行安全设备(10)的方法,其特征在于,所述充电设备(11)在通过所述安全设备(10)得到信号(S)时虚拟地开始充电过程。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的用于运行安全设备(10)的方法,其特征在于,所述充电设备(11)在通过所述安全设备(10)得到信号(S)时给所述能量存储器(12)放电。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的用于运行安全设备(10)的方法,其特征在于,所述充电设备(11)在通过所述安全设备(10)得到信号(S)时激活防盗锁(17)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的用于运行安全设备(10)的方法,其特征在于,所述充电设备(11)在通过所述安全设备(10)得到信号(S)时将所述车辆(13)的位置和车辆服务数据发送至警方和/或适当的官方部门。
