技术领域
本发明涉及一种合成树脂制的预塑形坯以及利用盖体封闭收容有内容物的容器的口部的装有内容物的容器,所述预塑形坯具有在外周面具备外螺纹的圆筒状的口部、与口部相连的圆筒状的主体部、以及封闭主体部的下端的底部,并且通过吹塑成形成形为预定形状的容器。
背景技术
以往,作为收容饮料或洗涤剂、洗发水、洗手液等洗漱品等作为内容物的容器,大多使用由聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等合成树脂材料形成的合成树脂制的容器。
例如专利文献1所示,这样的容器通常是通过吹塑成形将一体地具备圆筒状的口部、与该口部相连的圆筒状的主体部、封闭主体部的下端的底部的合成树脂制的预塑形坯成形为预定形状。并且,通过向吹塑成形后的容器的内部填充内容物,并利用盖体封闭该口部,从而成为装有内容物的容器。

发明内容
技术问题
专利文献1所示的以往的预塑形坯在口部和主体部之间具备从口部的外周面朝向径向外侧突出的颈环(支承凸缘),在吹塑成形时,通过使该颈环的下表面与金属模具的上表面抵接,从而以使口部的开口朝上的姿态保持在吹塑成形用的金属模具中。这样,将预塑形坯以口部的开口朝上的姿态保持在吹塑成形用的金属模具中,能够通过吹塑成形将该预塑形坯容易且可靠地成形为预定形状的容器。
然而,在用于收容洗涤剂或洗发水、洗手液等洗漱品等作为内容物的容器中,存在因设计上的问题而不能在预塑形坯设置颈环的情况。在该情况下,因为不能在使口部露出到金属模具的外部的状态下使预塑形坯保持在吹塑成形用的金属模具中,所以存在不能采用吹塑成形这样的问题点。
本发明是鉴于上述课题而做出的,其目的在于,提供一种不设置颈环而能够通过使用了金属模具的吹塑成形成形为容器的合成树脂制的预塑形坯,并且提供一种不具备颈环的装有内容物的容器。
技术方案
本发明的合成树脂制的预塑形坯的特征在于,具有在外周面具备外螺纹的圆筒状的口部、与该口部相连的圆筒状的主体部、封闭该主体部的下端的底部,并且通过吹塑成形而成形为预定形状的容器,在所述口部与所述主体部之间具备保持面,所述保持面与所述口部的外周面相连并且相对于该外周面朝向径向内侧延伸。
本发明的合成树脂制的预塑形坯优选在上述构成中,所述口部的外周面的直径与所述主体部的外周面的直径相同,在所述口部与所述主体部之间具备相对于所述口部的外周面朝向径向内侧凹陷的凹槽,所述凹槽的内表面的一部分构成所述保持面。
本发明的合成树脂制的预塑形坯优选在上述构成中,所述凹槽在所述口部与所述主体部之间遍及整周地延伸。
本发明的合成树脂制的预塑形坯优选在上述构成中,所述口部的外周面的直径比所述主体部的外周面的直径大,所述保持面在外周缘与所述口部的外周面相连并且在内周缘与所述主体部的外周面相连。
本发明的合成树脂制的预塑形坯优选在上述构成中,在外周面具备卡止槽并且在内周面具备内螺纹的圆筒状的外罩在所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹螺纹结合的状态下安装在所述口部。

根据本发明,能够提供不设置颈环而通过使用金属模具的吹塑成形而成形为容器的合成树脂制的预塑形坯,并且提供不具备颈环的装有内容物的容器。

以下,参照附图对本发明进行具体的示例说明。
图1所示的作为本发明的一个实施方式的合成树脂制的预塑形坯1(以下,简称为“预塑形坯1”)通过吹塑成形成形为预定形状的容器。在本实施方式中,展示了预塑形坯1是通过对例如聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚苯乙烯(PS)等合成树脂材料进行注塑成形而形成、并且通过吹塑成形而成形为用于收容洗发水或洗手液等洗漱品作为内容物的容器情况。
应予说明,预塑形坯1不限于对合成树脂材料进行注塑成形而形成的,也能够是通过对合成树脂材料进行压缩成形或挤出吹塑成形而形成的。
该预塑形坯1具有:圆筒状的口部11;与口部11一体地连接的圆筒状的主体部12;与主体部12的下端(图1中的下方侧端)一体地连接并封闭主体部12的下端的半球形状的底部13。在本实施方式中,口部11的外周面11a与主体部12的外周面12a均朝向轴向具有一定的外径,并且相互为同径(同一外径)。另外,口部11、主体部12以及底部13彼此同轴地配置。由此,预塑形坯1整体呈大致试管形状。
在口部11的外周面11a,一体地设置有用于安装后述的外罩20的外螺纹11b。
另外,在口部11与主体部12之间设置有与口部11的外周面11a的下端连接并且相对于该外周面11a朝向径向内侧延伸的保持面14。该保持面14相对于口部11或主体部12的轴向垂直,并且朝向底部13侧(图1中的下方侧)。
在本实施方式中,在口部11与主体部12之间设置有凹槽15,所述凹槽15相对于口部11的外周面11a以及主体部12的外周面12a朝向径向内侧凹陷,该凹槽15的内表面的一部分构成保持面14。更具体而言,凹槽15在口部11与主体部12之间形成为遍及该口部11和主体部12的整周地延伸的环状,与凹槽15的周向垂直的截面为矩形形状。并且,在凹槽15的3个内表面中的图1中朝向下方的面构成保持面14。

为了容易地进行预塑形坯1的搬送,在本实施方式中,如图2所示,在口部11安装外罩20。外罩20为合成树脂制,如图3所示,形成为比口部11大径的圆筒状,在外罩20的外周面具备卡止槽20a并且在内周面具备内螺纹20b。卡止槽20a具有能够与用于搬送预塑形坯1的搬送机的夹头卡合的槽宽(图1中上下方向的宽度),并且形成为遍及外罩20的外周面的整周地延伸的环状。另一方面,内螺纹20b成为与口部11的外螺纹11b对应的形状,通过使内螺纹20b与外螺纹11b螺纹结合,从而能够将外罩20安装在口部11。在外罩20的上端一体地设置具有与口部11的内径相等的内径的向内的凸缘20c,通过将内螺纹20b拧入外螺纹11b直到该凸缘20c的下表面与口部11的开口端抵接,从而能够将外罩20相对于口部11固定在轴向的规定位置。
接下来,对通过吹塑成形将这样构成的预塑形坯1成形为预定形状的容器的步骤(吹塑成形方法)进行说明。
首先,如图3所示,在预塑形坯1安装外罩20。
接下来,如图4所示,使搬送机30的夹头30a与外罩20的卡止槽20a卡合,并利用该搬送机30将预塑形坯1搬送到吹塑成形用的金属模具31,且将其安装在该金属模具31。
应予说明,预塑形坯1优选在预先利用加热器等将主体部12及底部13加热到展现出延伸效果的规定温度后,安装于金属模具31。在该情况下,预塑形坯1的加热可以在将外罩20安装在口部11之前进行,也可以在将外罩20安装在口部11之后进行。另外,考虑到生产率,也能够通过所谓的热预塑形坯法,将预塑形坯1在预定的温度下安装于金属模具31,所述热预塑形坯法利用通过注塑成形或挤出成形等成形出预塑形坯1时所产生的余热。
在金属模具31的上表面设置有用于配置预塑形坯1的开口31a,预塑形坯1在其口部11从开口31a朝向上方向外部突出并且主体部12及底部13配置在金属模具31的型腔31b的内部的状态下,安装在金属模具31。应予说明,型腔31b成为与成形后的容器对应的瓶形状。另外,虽然细节没有图示,但是金属模具31能够向左右开模,并且能够通过打开金属模具31而从该金属模具31取出成形后的容器。
在此,在金属模具31的开口31a的内周缘设置有凸起部32。该凸起部32形成为具有凹槽15的槽宽以下的厚度的肋状,并且遍及开口31a的整周地设置为环状。并且,由于该凸起部32配置在预塑形坯1的凹槽15,并且保持面14支承于凸起部32的上表面,所以预塑形坯1保持在金属模具31。
接下来,使正配置在金属模具31的上方的未图示的喷嘴下降,并插入预塑形坯1的口部11。然后,通过该喷嘴并向预塑形坯1的内部供给加压空气,从而将预塑形坯1吹塑成形为预定形状的容器。这样,通过对配置于金属模具31的预塑形坯1进行吹塑成形,从而如图5所示,能够制造出成形为该预塑形坯1的主体部12及底部13沿型腔31b的内表面的预定形状的容器40。
另外,因为预塑形坯1通过保持面14被凸起部32的上表面支承而被保持在金属模具31,所以即使通过吹塑成形从上方向口部11供给加压空气,也防止预塑形坯1因该供给压力等在吹塑成形时从金属模具31脱落。
在吹塑成形时,也可以利用通过喷嘴的内侧进出的拉伸杆使预塑形坯1的主体部12沿纵向(轴向)延伸。通过设置拉伸杆,能够使预塑形坯1的主体部12利用拉伸杆沿纵向延伸的同时利用加压空气沿径向延伸。在该情况下,优选在向主体部12的内部供给加压空气前利用拉伸杆进行主体部12的纵向延伸,但是也可以在向主体部12的内部供给加压空气的同时利用拉伸杆进行主体部12的纵向延伸。
若吹塑成形结束,则使喷嘴朝向上方移动而从口部11脱离,接下来,将金属模具31向左右开模。然后,使搬送机30的夹头30a再次与外罩20的卡止槽20a卡合,利用该搬送机30从金属模具31取出成形后的容器40,并将其向内容物填充工序搬送。然后,如图6所示,在从容器40的口部11向对预塑形坯1的主体部12及底部13进行吹塑成形而形成的容器主体部41的内部填充内容物42后,在外罩20的外侧打栓有顶筒状的盖体43,使从该盖体43的周壁内周面突出的卡合片43a卡扣卡合在外罩20的卡止槽20a而利用盖体43封闭口部11。此时,盖体43也能够构成为在利用未图示的止转机构相对于外罩20止转的状态下进行固定。通过采用使盖体43相对于外罩20止转的构成,使盖体43与外罩20一起转动,从而能够构成为利用盖体43的转动操作使口部11能够开闭。
这样,在对预塑形坯1进行吹塑成形而成形出容器40,并且向该容器40填充内容物42后,通过在外罩20打栓盖体43,从而能够制造出装有内容物的容器50,该装有内容物的容器50具有:合成树脂制的容器40,其具有在外周面11a具备外螺纹11b的圆筒状的口部11、与口部11相连地设置且收容内容物42的容器主体部41、设置在口部11与容器主体部41之间并与口部11的外周面11a相连且相对于外周面11a朝向径向内侧延伸的保持面14;圆筒状的外罩20,其在外周面具备卡止槽20a并且在内周面具备内螺纹20b,且在该内螺纹20b与外螺纹11b螺纹结合的状态下被固定;盖体43,其具备与卡止槽20a卡扣卡合的卡合片43a,并且安装在外罩20的外侧而封闭口部11。
这样,在本发明的预塑形坯1中,因为在口部11与主体部12之间设置有从口部11的外周面11a朝向径向内侧延伸的保持面14,并且使金属模具31的凸起部32与该保持面14卡合而使预塑形坯1以防脱的方式保持在金属模具31,所以在不设置颈环的情况下就能够通过吹塑成形将该预塑形坯1容易且可靠地成形为容器40。另外,通过使预塑形坯1构成为代替颈环而具备凹槽15,从而能够将该预塑形坯1、容器40轻量化,并且能够使比凹槽15更靠下侧的部分在吹塑成形时容易延伸。而且,通过使用对该预塑形坯1进行吹塑成形而形成的容器40,能够提供不具备颈环的装有内容物的容器50。
图7是图1所示的预塑形坯的变形例的预塑形坯的主视图。应予说明,在图7中,在与上述部位对应的部位标注相同的符号。
在图1所示的预塑形坯1中,将口部11的外周面11a与主体部12的外周面12a设定为同径,在口部11与主体部12之间设置相对于口部11的外周面11a朝向径向内侧凹陷的凹槽15,并利用该凹槽15的内表面的一部分构成保持面14。
相对于此,在图7所示的变形例的预塑形坯1中,将口部11的外周面11a的直径设定为比主体部12的外周面12a的直径大,并将口部11与主体部12之间的阶梯面设定为保持面14。即,保持面14形成为相对于口部11或主体部12的轴向垂直、并在其外周缘与口部11的外周面11a相连且在内周缘与主体部12的外周面12a相连的阶梯面。
根据这样的构成,因为能够在不在金属模具31的开口31a设置与凹槽15对应的形状的凸起部32的情况下,使保持面14支承于该开口31a的开口缘而使预塑形坯1保持在金属模具31,所以不需要与凸起部32的强度等有关的考虑,能够提高该金属模具31的设计的自由度。
本发明不限于所述实施方式,当然在不脱离其主旨的范围内能够进行各种改变。
例如,在所述实施方式中,虽然预塑形坯1被设为聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚苯乙烯(PS)等的合成树脂制,但是不限于此,也能够由其他的合成树脂材料形成。
另外,在所述实施方式中,虽然展示了通过吹塑成形将预塑形坯1成形为用于收容洗发水或洗手液等洗漱品作为内容物的容器40的情况,但是不限于此,也可以成形出用于收容其他内容物的容器。
此外,在所述实施方式中,虽然保持面14和凹槽15被设为遍及口部11或主体部12的周向的整周地延伸的环状,但是不限于此,也能够设为仅遍及口部11或主体部12的周向的一部分地延伸的形状。在该情况下,金属模具31的凸起部32和开口31a的开口缘也形成为与该保持面14和凹槽15对应的形状。
此外,在所述实施方式中,虽然将加压空气作为加压介质对预塑形坯1进行吹塑成形,但是不限于此,也可以利用以液体作为加压介质的液体吹塑成形进行成形。在该情况下,作为在液体吹塑成形中供给到预塑形坯1的液体,优选使用最终作为产品填充到容器40的内容物。由此,省略向成形后的容器40填充内容物的填充工序,能够提高其生产率。
此外,在所述实施方式中,虽然在口部11安装有外罩20的状态下,将容器40搬送到内容物的填充工序,并且向容器40填充内容物后,在安装于口部11的外罩20的外侧安装盖体43而封闭口部11,但是也可以构成为在口部11安装有外罩20的状态下将容器40搬送到内容物的填充工序,并且向容器40填充内容物后,从口部11拆下外罩20,在口部11直接安装螺纹式的盖体而封闭口部11。另外,也能够构成为不在口部11安装外罩20而利用搬送机30的夹头30a直接保持口部11来搬送预塑形坯1。
此外,在所述实施方式中,虽然预塑形坯1被设为仅由一种合成树脂材料形成的单层结构,但是不限于此,也能够设为层积多种合成树脂材料而成的层积结构。在该情况下,虽然能够设为多个树脂层彼此粘接的构成,但是除此以外,也能够设为利用不同材质形成外侧层与内侧层并以使其彼此不会粘接的方式层积而成的层积结构、或者在该层积结构中在外侧层与内侧层之间轴向带状地设置粘接层而成的层积结构。在采用这样使预塑形坯1的外侧层与内侧层彼此不粘接的层积结构的情况下,能够通过吹塑成形将该预塑形坯1形成为层积剥离容器。应予说明,作为层积结构的预塑形坯1,不限于上述情况,能够设为各种层结构。

Claims (6)

1.一种合成树脂制的预塑形坯,其特征在于,具有在外周面上具备外螺纹的圆筒状的口部、与该口部相连的圆筒状的主体部、封闭该主体部的下端的底部,并且通过吹塑成形成形为预定形状的容器,
在所述口部与所述主体部之间具备保持面,所述保持面与所述口部的外周面相连并且相对于该外周面朝向径向内侧延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成树脂制的预塑形坯,其特征在于,
所述口部的外周面与所述主体部的外周面的直径相同,
在所述口部与所述主体部之间,具备相对于所述口部的外周面朝向径向内侧凹陷的凹槽,
所述凹槽的内表面的一部分构成所述保持面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的合成树脂制的预塑形坯,其特征在于,
所述凹槽在所述口部与所述主体部之间遍及整周地延伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的合成树脂制的预塑形坯,其特征在于,
所述口部的外周面的直径是比所述主体部的外周面的直径大,
所述保持面在外周缘与所述口部的外周面相连并且在内周缘与所述主体部的外周面连接。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的合成树脂制的预塑形坯,其特征在于,
在外周面具备卡止槽且在内周面具备内螺纹的圆筒状的外罩在所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹螺纹结合的状态下安装在所述口部。
6.一种装有内容物的容器,其特征在于,具有:
合成树脂制的容器,其具有在外周面具备外螺纹的圆筒状的口部、与所述口部相连地设置且收容有内容物的容器主体部、设置在所述口部与所述容器主体部之间并与所述口部的外周面相连且相对于该外周面朝向径向内侧延伸的保持面;
圆筒状的外罩,其在外周面具备卡止槽并且在内周面具备内螺纹,在该内螺纹与所述外螺纹螺纹结合的状态下固定在所述口部;以及
盖体,其具备与所述卡止槽卡扣卡合的卡合片,并安装在所述外罩的外侧而封闭所述口部。
