技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括容器和用于可去除地封闭所述容器的封闭件的轻型包装,所述封闭件具有显窃启装置。
背景技术
通常用于储存和分配例如矿泉水等液体的包装包括带有容器体部和容器颈部的容器以及用于所述容器的封闭件。
在以下描述中,作为非限制性的示例,该容器将被描述为瓶,用于容纳矿泉水。出于安全性考虑,该封闭件包括显窃启环,该显窃启环固定在瓶颈的显窃启凸缘上,并在封闭件首次从瓶上去除时与封闭件的其余部分分离。
此外,瓶通常由注塑预制件制成,该注塑预制件被加热并在模具中吹制以产生瓶,该瓶随后将被填充、封闭并贴上标签。为了沿着生产设施的生产、填充和封闭生产线运送预制件和接下来吹制好的瓶,在预制件/瓶的颈部上设有第二凸缘,该凸缘位于比显窃启凸缘低的高度处。
这种运输凸缘在旋拧或扣合/旋拧操作(即封闭操作)期间对于确保瓶的良好的稳定性也是非常重要的。近年来,瓶壁的厚度减小,以便节省制造它们的包装材料,这导致瓶的最大载荷抵抗力减小。在这种情况下,当封闭件在生产线上被按压并旋拧以便封闭瓶时,单独的瓶壁不能承受此压力。因此,旋盖机包括在运输凸缘下方保持瓶颈的系统,以便在旋拧过程中施加在瓶上的竖直的——自上而下的——压力不会使瓶壁变形或损坏。
最近,由于基本材料价格的上升以及环境问题,出现了一种减少用于制造容器和封闭件的包装材料的用量的趋势。
这种减少塑料材料的用量的努力导致“注-吹”新包装面市,其中结合了显窃启和运输凸缘。
但是,仍然需要提供包括更少的热塑性材料同时允许“注-吹”制造工艺的上述类型的包装。
发明内容
本发明通过这样一种包装满足了上述要求,该包装包括:
(i)由注塑预制件吹制而成的容器,该容器具有容器体部和容器颈部,该容器颈部包括容器开口、螺纹和凸缘,该容器开口具有开口直径d,该凸缘向外延伸且具有凸缘外径D,以及

所述容器具有小于或等于30daN的最大载荷抵抗力,其特征在于:颈部顶部边缘和颈部凸缘的下部之间的高度h满足:h≤(d/3)。
根据这个比例得到的颈部高度很低,同时仍允许形成至少一个围绕位于凸缘上方的颈部部分的螺纹。必然地,对应的封闭件的高度非常小,这允许在用于瓶颈和封闭件的塑料材料方面很重要的节约,而同时保持良好的防漏液性能和显窃启特点。
根据以下方法来测量包装的最大载荷抵抗力:根据ASTM D 2659-89标准的用于测量最大载荷的标准试验方法,所述标准等同于DIN55440-1∶99标准。通常,在瓶是空的、干燥的且未被封闭的情况下,当从顶部向下施加竖直压力时,瓶竖直屈曲超过3mm或如果瓶被压垮,就认为达到了瓶的抵抗极限。该试验通常在室温(约23℃)下进行。
优选地,颈部的凸缘适于接纳生产线上用于运输预制件或相应的容器(一旦预制件被吹制成容器)的运送装置。
优选地,容器体部具有大致卵形或圆形的横截面。但是,也可采用其它任何形状,例如大致正方形的横截面。
此外,在本发明的非常优选的实施例中,凸缘的外径D满足:(1.3×d)≤D≤(1.5×d)。
尤其优选地,凸缘的外径D满足:D=1.4×d。
有利地,容器可由选自以下的热塑性材料制成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)、乙二醇改性-聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PETG)、高密度聚乙烯(PEHD)、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯或其混合物。
同样优选地,开口直径d小于55mm,更优选地小于35mm,尤其优选地小于25mm。
封闭件优选地由例如聚乙烯等热塑性材料通过注塑或压缩工艺制成。

根据本发明的包装1首先包括由注塑预制件(图中未示出)制成的容器2,该预制件在加热后在模具中进行吹制。
容器2具有容器体部3和容器颈部4,该容器体部3具有大致圆形的横截面。颈部4在其上部限定一容器开口5,该容器开口5具有开口直径d。颈部4还包括螺纹6和凸缘7,该凸缘7向外延伸且具有凸缘外径D。
其次,包装1包括封闭件8,该封闭件8适于可去除地旋拧在容器颈部4的螺纹6上。
所述封闭件8包括封闭件顶部9、封闭件裙部10和显窃启环11,该显窃启环附装在裙部10的下边缘上,且适于在所述封闭件8首次旋拧或扣合到颈部4上时卡住容器颈部4的凸缘7,所述显窃启环11在封闭件8首次从所述颈部4去除时可与裙部10分离。
最后,如图2所示,封闭件8包括不透液体的环形唇部12,该环形唇部12从封闭件顶部9的内表面向下延伸,当封闭件被旋拧到所述颈部上时,所述唇部12与颈部4的内表面密封接触。
或者,唇部12可由盘形密封件代替,该密封件由塑胶发泡材料(foamedplastic material)或例如铝箔等适于密封的其它任何材料制成,并设置成与封闭件顶壁的内表面相邻接的双顶壁(图中未示出)。
按ASTM D 2659-89和DIN 55440-1∶99标准测量,该容器的最大载荷抵抗力小于或等于20daN。
重要地是,根据本发明,颈部4的顶部边缘和颈部凸缘7的下部之间的高度h满足:h≤(d/3)。
此外,颈部4的凸缘7的凸缘外径D满足:(1.3×d)≤D≤(1.5×d),因此适于接纳生产线上用于运输容器的运送装置。这种运送装置例如可以是一对半环,该对半环在运输期间围绕该颈部封闭,并在运输和旋拧操作期间形成与凸缘7的下表面接触的环状支承件。也可使用其它类型的运送装置。
在图1和图2所示的本发明的实施例中,容器2由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)制成,且封闭件8由例如聚乙烯等热塑性材料通过压缩工艺制成。
应当理解,本文描述的本发明的优选实施例的各种改变和变型对于本领域技术人员来说都是显而易见的。这些改变和变型可在不脱离本发明的精神和范围且不减少其带来的优点的情况下进行。因此,这些改变和变型被所附权利要求覆盖。
例如,在容器被填充后首次封闭时,尽管该封闭件适于旋拧到容器颈部的螺纹上和从容器颈部的螺纹上旋拧下来,但是该封闭件也可扣合到容器颈部上。在随后的封闭操作中,消费者可选择将所述封闭件扣合或旋拧到颈部的螺纹上。

Claims (10)

1.一种包装,包括:
(i)由注塑预制件吹制而成的容器,该容器具有容器体部和容器颈部,该容器颈部包括容器开口、螺纹和凸缘,该容器开口具有开口直径d,该凸缘向外延伸且具有凸缘外径D,以及
(ii)封闭件,该封闭件适于可去除地旋拧在所述容器颈部的螺纹上,以便封闭所述容器开口,所述封闭件包括封闭件顶部、封闭件裙部和显窃启环,该显窃启环附装在封闭件裙部的下边缘上,并适于在所述封闭件首次旋拧到容器颈部上时卡住容器颈部的凸缘,所述显窃启环在封闭件从所述容器颈部首次去除时可与所述裙部分离,
所述容器根据ASTM D2659-89和DIN55440-1:99标准测量具有小于或等于30daN的最大载荷抵抗力,其特征在于:颈部顶部边缘和颈部凸缘的下部之间的高度h满足:
h≤(d/3);
并且,所述颈部凸缘适于接纳生产线上用于运输预制件或相应的容器的运送装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装,其特征在于,所述颈部凸缘的凸缘外径D满足:
(1.3×d)≤D≤(1.5×d)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包装,其特征在于,所述颈部凸缘的凸缘外径D满足:
D=1.4×d。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包装,其特征在于,所述容器由选自以下的热塑性材料制成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)、乙二醇改性-聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PETG)、高密度聚乙烯(PEHD)、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯或其混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的包装,其特征在于,所述开口直径d小于55mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的包装,其特征在于,所述开口直径d小于35mm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的包装,其特征在于,所述开口直径d小于25mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的包装,其特征在于,所述封闭件通过注塑或压缩工艺制成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的包装,其特征在于,所述容器体部具有大致卵形或圆形的横截面。
10.根据权利要求1所述的包装,其特征在于,所述容器根据ASTM D2659-89和DIN55440-1:99标准测量具有小于或等于20daN的最大载荷抵抗力。
