本发明涉及一种抗湿疹的沐浴液，其中含有蛇床子、红花、山药、海马、半边莲、防风、黄连、桂枝、夏枯草、枳壳、仙茅、花蕊石制成的中草药提取液。有益效果：借助浴水的温热之力及药物本身的功效，使周身腠理疏通、毛窍开放，促进药物渗透皮肤，使孔窍等部位直接吸收，进入经脉、血络达到用药迅速、给药到位、易于操作、疗效显著的效果，使患者在轻松洗浴中达到保健护理的功效。使用方便，对亚急性、慢性湿疹有效改善症状，取得满意疗效。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化学品技术领域，具体地说，是一种抗湿疹的沐浴液。
背景技术
湿疹是由多种内外因素引起的炎症性皮肤病，伴有明显瘙痒，易反复发作，是皮肤科的常见病，治疗较为困难。湿疹的病因目前尚不明确，发病机制尚不明确，根据临床表现可分为急性、亚急性、慢性三期。目前，主要的治疗目的是控制症状、减少复发、提高患者生活质量等。
发明内容
本发明提供一种抗湿疹的沐浴液。
本发明采取的技术方案是：一种抗湿疹的沐浴液，所述的沐浴液由中草药提取液55%~80%、椰子油两性二醋酸盐10%~20%、月桂醇醚硫酸钠2%~8%、二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇磺化琥珀酸二钠2%~8%、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2%~8%、香精0~1%制成；所述的中草药提取液由蛇床子10~20份、红花8~12份、山药8~12份、海马8~12份、半边莲8~12份、防风6~10份、黄连8~12份、桂枝6~12份、夏枯草8~12份、枳壳8~12份、仙茅6~10份、花蕊石1~3份制成。
优选的，中草药提取液69.8%、椰子油两性二醋酸盐15%、月桂醇醚硫酸钠5%、二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇磺化琥珀酸二钠5%、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%、香精0.2%。所述的中草药提取液由蛇床子15份、红花10份、山药10份、海马10份、半边莲10份、防风8份、黄连10份、桂枝9份、夏枯草10份、枳壳10份、仙茅8份、花蕊石2份制成。
有益效果：

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的具体实施方式作详细说明。
实施例1
（1）按如下配比称取中草药组分：蛇床子15千克、红花10千克、山药10千克、海马10千克、半边莲10千克、防风8千克、黄连10千克、桂枝9千克、夏枯草10千克、枳壳10千克、仙茅8千克、花蕊石2千克。
（2）将中草药组分经净化、干燥、粉碎、混合，加入1000千克水煎煮1小时，过滤；在滤渣中加入800千克水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并两次的煎煮液，浓缩至1000千克，得中草药提取液。
（3）在69.8千克中草药提取液中依次加入15千克椰子油两性二醋酸盐、5千克月桂醇醚硫酸钠、5千克二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇磺化琥珀酸二钠、5千克椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、0.2千克茉莉香精，加入过程中同时搅拌，完全溶解后，经匀质机匀质，得到沐浴液。
实施例2
50例慢性湿疹患者随机分为2组，实验组和对照组各25例，2组间患者无统计学意义差异，具有可比性。所有患者均符合《皮肤性病学》中慢性湿疹的诊断标准，且2周内未接受过局部治疗，4周内未接受过系统治疗，排除妊娠及哺乳期妇女、婴幼儿，排除有严重心、肝、肾、内分泌或血液系统疾病者、皮损有渗出者。
实验方法：
（1）实验组：使用实施例1的沐浴液，每次沐浴1次，每次使用8~10ml，连续4周。
（2）对照组：口服咪唑斯汀片10毫克、每日1次，于患处涂复方氟米松软膏、每日早晚各1次，连续4周。
观察方法：
4周后观察患者的临床表现，主要有以下4个指标：
（1）红斑、丘疹、苔藓样变得情况；
（2）色素沉着、角花脱屑、浸润肥厚等的程度；
（3）瘙痒情况；
（4）皮疹的面积。
以上指标按0~3级评分法进行评估，0级表示无，1级表示轻度，2级表示中度，3级表示重度。观察同时记录不良反应发生情况。
疗效判定标准：
（1）治愈：4项指标均为0；
（2）显效：4项指标中最多两项为1，其余为0；
（3）有效：4项指标中最多3项为1，其余为0；
（4）无效：4项指标均≥1。
结果
（1）两组疗效比较结果见表1。

（2）不良反应
实验组未见明显不良反应发生，对照组发生口干、尿量减少、瘙痒各1例。
实施例3
20例亚急性湿疹患者，病程在2周以上，治疗前1个月内未使用长效皮质类固醇激素，4天内未服用息斯敏等抗组织胺类药物及皮质类固醇激素，无严重心、肺、肾、胃等器官及系统性疾病，无醛固酮症、低血钾症。患者年龄在18~72岁，平均年龄35.6±14.7岁，平均病程150.4±67.5周。
实验方法：使用实施例1的沐浴液，每次沐浴1次，每次使用8~10ml，连续4周。
观察指标：皮损严重度采用4级评分法，将红斑、丘疹、水疱/渗出、苔藓化/角化脱屑、抓痕5种皮损按严重程度各分为4级，0级表示无，1级表示轻度，2级表示中度，3级表示重度。瘙痒程度采用视觉模拟尺度评分法，用长度为10厘米的标尺两端（10~0）分别代表最痒~不痒。让患者将标尺放置在能代表其瘙痒程度的位置上，实验人员读出评分结果。皮损严重程度积分值和瘙痒程度积分值总和为总积分值。评分下降指数=[(治疗前总积分值-治疗后总积分值)/治疗前总积分值]×100%。痊愈：总积分值减少≥90%；显效：总积分值减少60%~89%；有效：总积分值减少20%~59%；无效：总积分值减少≤19%。
结果：
（1）总积分值变化：
实验前：17.65±3.12；2周：10.38±5.13；4周：3.98±3.45。
（2）瘙痒程度积分值变化：
实验前：8.91±1.51；2周：5.86±3.03；4周：1.89±1.78。
（3）疗效结果：
痊愈：5例，显效：9例，有效：5例，无效：1例，总有效率：95%。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员，在不脱离本发明方法的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和补充，这些改进和补充也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种抗湿疹的沐浴液，其特征在于，所述的沐浴液由中草药提取液55%~80%、椰子油两性二醋酸盐10%~20%、月桂醇醚硫酸钠2%~8%、二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇磺化琥珀酸二钠2%~8%、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2%~8%、香精0~1%制成；所述的中草药提取液由蛇床子10~20份、红花8~12份、山药8~12份、海马8~12份、半边莲8~12份、防风6~10份、黄连8~12份、桂枝6~12份、夏枯草8~12份、枳壳8~12份、仙茅6~10份、花蕊石1~3份制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沐浴液，其特征在于，所述的中草药提取液由蛇床子15份、红花10份、山药10份、海马10份、半边莲10份、防风8份、黄连10份、桂枝9份、夏枯草10份、枳壳10份、仙茅8份、花蕊石2份制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的沐浴液，其特征在于，所述的沐浴液由中草药提取液69.8%、椰子油两性二醋酸盐15%、月桂醇醚硫酸钠5%、二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇磺化琥珀酸二钠5%、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%、香精0.2%制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的沐浴液，其特征在于，所述的沐浴液通过如下方法制成：（1）按配比称取中草药组分：蛇床子15千克、红花10千克、山药10千克、海马10千克、半边莲10千克、防风8千克、黄连10千克、桂枝9千克、夏枯草10千克、枳壳10千克、仙茅8千克、花蕊石2千克；（2）将中草药组分经净化、干燥、粉碎、混合，加入1000千克水煎煮1小时，过滤；在滤渣中加入800千克水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并两次的煎煮液，浓缩至1000千克，得中草药提取液；（3）在69.8千克中草药提取液中依次加入15千克椰子油两性二醋酸盐、5千克月桂醇醚硫酸钠、5千克二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇磺化琥珀酸二钠、5千克椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、0.2千克茉莉香精，加入过程中同时搅拌，完全溶解后，经匀质机匀质，得到沐浴液。
