背景技术
一般情况下,设置于车辆的制动系统为了能够确保车辆的行驶安全性,控制制动液压,以便执行ABS、ESC、ECC等的功能。
在上述制动系统中,在从主缸连接到车轮侧的轮缸的液压线路的中途设置有限制制动液压的调节器块(modulator block)。该调节器块包括多个电磁阀、暂时储存从轮缸流出的工作油的低压蓄能器(Low pressure accumulator)以及高压蓄能器、通过马达的动作泵送暂时储存在低压蓄能器中的工作油的活塞泵以及控制电磁阀和马达的驱动的电子控制单元(ECU)。

发明效果
根据本发明的制动系统用活塞泵,活塞泵是在进行一次往返移动时,将工作流体吸入并排出两次,提高车轮压力的往返吐出式双活塞泵结构,能够提高活塞泵的响应性以及NVH性能。
并且,由此,通过调节马达速度以及轴偏心量,可以增加吐出量,所以能够更加快速提高压力,可以降低排出时产生的车轮压力脉动。

活塞泵100可以应用于能够快速地提高车轮压力的同时降低泵工作时产生的压力脉动的往返吐出式双活塞泵方式。其中,环形弹簧(Ring Spring)21是组装到偏心轴20和活塞泵100的结构,马达进行旋转运动时,缸体单元(cylinder unit)120进行往返运动。活塞泵100是进行一次往返运动时将工作流体吸入并排出两次从而提高车轮压力的往返吐出式双活塞泵结构。由此,能够提高活塞泵100的响应性以及NVH性能。
图2是示出根据本发明一实施例的制动系统用活塞泵100的截面图。图3是根据本发明一实施例的制动系统用活塞泵100的分解截面图。图4是根据本发明一实施例的出口阀150的分解截面图。图5是根据本发明一实施例的活塞单元130的分解截面图。图6是根据本发明一实施例的缸体单元和第一进口阀110的分解截面图。下面,参照这些图,详细说明本发明的制动系统用活塞泵100。
根据本发明一实施例的制动系统用活塞泵100设置于与流入端口12以及吐出端口13连通的调节器块10的缸膛(bore)11内,包括:缸体单元120,其设置为在缸膛11内部能够往返移动;活塞单元130,其一端被固定,另一端将缸体单元120内部空间划分为第一腔室C1和第二腔室C2,并且通过缸体单元120的往返移动使第一腔室C1和第二腔室C2膨胀或者收缩;第一进口阀110,其设置在缸体单元120,从而开启或关闭从流入端口12流向第一腔室C1的流体的单向流动;第二进口阀140,其设置在缸体单元120,从而开启或关闭从流入端口12流向第二腔室C2的流体的单向流动;以及出口阀150,其开启或关闭从第一腔室或者第二腔室C2流向吐出端口13的流体的单向流动。
调节器块10形成有用于设置制动系统用活塞泵100的缸膛11、与缸膛11连接且与缸体单元120的内部空间连通的流入端口12、以及与缸膛11连接且与形成在出口盖154的排出流路连通的吐出端口13。这时,调节器块10的开放端部、即缸膛11的开放部被出口盖154封闭。
第一进口阀110包括:动力传递部件111,其通过偏心轴20接收前进力或者后退力,且形成有第一进口流路111a和用于安装开关部件112的板面;以及弹性部件113,其一端被支撑于与动力传递部件111联接的保持架(Retainer)114且向开关部件112提供弹力。
缸体单元120为圆筒形状,在流入端口12的相对面形成第一流入流路120a,一端的开口部联接有具备通过偏心轴20接收前进力或者后退力的动力传递部件111的第一进口阀110,另一端的开口部联接有第二进口阀140。
缸体导向件125引导缸体单元120的轴向移动。缸体导向件125包括与缸体单元120的外表面接触的导向部件129、用于实现气密性的密封部件127、介于密封部件127与导向部件129之间的备用件(back-up piece)128、用于防止密封部件127的脱落的阻挡件126。
活塞单元130包括:活塞131,其形成有与吐出室C3连通的流路孔131b;活塞密封件132,其沿活塞131的外表面与缸体单元120一起移动且选择性地使流路孔131b与第一腔室及第二腔室C2中的任意一个连通;活塞导向件133,其引导缸体单元120沿活塞131的外表面移动且具备第二吐出流路133a;以及阻挡件134,其用于防止活塞导向件133的脱落。这时,流路孔131b可以是T形流路。
活塞密封件132可以实现连接第一腔室C1及第二腔室C2中的任意一个和流路孔131b的三通阀的作用。这是因为在活塞泵100工作时,活塞密封件132在活塞131与活塞导向件133之间跟随缸体单元120移动。
第二进口阀140包括:第二弹性部件141,其一端被支撑于缸体单元120;第二开关部件142,弹性部件113的另一端对该第二开关部件142进行加压;第二导向部件143,其引导活塞单元130且形成有通过开关部件142开启或关闭的第二进口流路(inlet passage)143a;以及第二阻挡部件145,其形成有第二流入流路145a且用于防止第二导向部件143的脱落。另外,第二导向部件143与第二阻挡部件145之间可以设置用于实现气密性的第二密封部件144。
出口阀150包括:出口阀座151,其用于固定设置活塞单元130;出口盖154,其结合于出口阀座151而形成与吐出端口13连通的吐出室C3;出口开关部件152,其对与活塞单元130的流路孔131b连通的出口阀座151的流路进行加压;以及出口弹性部件153,其被支撑于出口盖154且向出口开关部件152提供弹力。
出口阀150设置为用于开启或关闭形成在出口阀座151的孔口(Orifice)151a。即、出口阀150是如下结构:通过开关部件152封闭孔口151a,当流路孔131b内部的工作流体的压力大于弹性部件153的弹力时,出口开关部件152由于工作流体的压力而被推开后退,从而打开孔口。这时,出口弹性部件153由板簧构成,可以只有边缘部分结合于出口盖154。
图7是示出根据本发明一实施例的将活塞泵100的缸体单元120向出口阀150侧压缩时的工作状态的截面图,相反,图8是示出使活塞泵100的缸体单元120复位到初始位置时的工作状态的截面图。
参照附图说明活塞泵100的动作方式。活塞单元130组装固定于出口阀150,当马达旋转时,通过环形弹簧21,缸体单元120进行往返运动。往返运动时,活塞单元130和缸体单元120滑动移动。
如图7所示,将缸体单元120向出口阀150侧压缩时,活塞泵100压缩第一腔室C1,排出被吸入在内部的工作流体,同时第二腔室C2膨胀,向内部吸入工作流体。
第一腔室C1将储存在内部的工作流体依次通过活塞131的第一吐出流路131a和流路孔131b、吐出室C3和吐出端口13排出,第二腔室C2在流入端口12吸入通过第二阻挡部件145的第二流入流路145a和第二导向部件143的第二进口流路143a流入的工作流体。
如图8所示,使缸体单元120移动到原来位置时,活塞密封件132进行移动,同时形成第二腔室C2和流路孔131b之间的流路,第一腔室C1膨胀,从而向内部吸入工作流体,而第二腔室C2被压缩,排出被吸入在内部的工作流体。
第一腔室C1将储存在内部的工作流体依次通过活塞导向件133的第二吐出流路133a和流路孔131b、吐出室C3和吐出端口13排出,第二腔室C2在流入端口12吸入通过缸体单元120的第一流入流路120a和动力传递部件111的第一进口流路111a流入的工作流体。
由此,根据本发明的活塞泵,通过调节马达速度以及轴偏心量,加大吐出量,能够更加快速地提高压力,能够降低排出时产生的车轮压力脉动。
如上所述,通过有限的实施例和附图说明了本发明,但是,本发明并不限定于此,本发明所属领域的技术人员能够在本发明的技术思想和与权利要求书等同范围内实现各种修改以及变形。
Claims (7)
1.一种制动系统用活塞泵,其设置于与流入端口以及吐出端口连通的调节器块的缸膛,该制动系统用活塞泵包括:
缸体单元,其设置为在上述缸膛内部能够往返移动;
活塞单元,其一端被固定,另一端将上述缸体单元的内部空间划分为第一腔室和第二腔室,通过上述缸体单元的往返移动,使上述第一腔室和第二腔室膨胀或者收缩;
第一进口阀,其设置在上述缸体单元,从而开启或关闭从上述流入端口流向上述第一腔室的流体的单向流动;
第二进口阀,其设置在上述缸体单元,从而开启或关闭从上述流入端口流向上述第二腔室的流体的单向流动;以及
出口阀,其开启或关闭从上述第一腔室或者第二腔室流向上述吐出端口的流体的单向流动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统用活塞泵,其中,
上述活塞单元包括:
活塞,其设置有与上述吐出室连通的流路孔;以及
活塞密封件,其沿上述活塞的外表面与上述缸体单元一起移动,并且选择性地使上述流路孔与上述第一腔室及第二腔室中的任意一个连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制动系统用活塞泵,其中,
上述活塞单元还包括:
活塞导向件,其引导上述缸体单元沿上述活塞的外表面移动,并且具备第二吐出流路;以及
阻挡件,其用于防止上述活塞导向件的脱落。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统用活塞泵,其中,
上述缸体单元为圆筒形状,且在上述流入端口的相对面形成第一流入流路,并且一端的开口部联接有上述第一进口阀,另一端的开口部联接有上述第二进口阀,上述第一进口阀具备通过偏心轴接收前进力或者后退力的动力传递部件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统用活塞泵,其中,
上述第一进口阀包括:
动力传递部件,其通过偏心轴接收前进力或者后退力,并且形成有第一进口流路和用于安装开关部件的板面;以及
弹性部件,其一端被支撑于与上述动力传递部件联接的保持架,并且向上述开关部件提供弹力。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统用活塞泵,其中,
上述第二进口阀包括:
第二弹性部件,其一端被支撑于上述缸体单元;
第二开关部件,其由上述弹性部件的另一端对上述第二开关部件进行加压;
第二导向部件,其引导上述活塞单元,并且形成有通过上述开关部件开启或关闭的第二进口流路;以及
第二阻挡部件,其形成有第二流入流路,用于防止上述第二导向部件的脱落。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统用活塞泵,其中,
上述出口阀包括:
出口阀座,活塞单元固定设置于上述出口阀座;
出口盖,其与上述出口阀座结合,形成与上述吐出端口连通的吐出室;
出口开关部件,其对与上述活塞单元的流路孔连通的上述出口阀座的流路进行加压;以及
出口弹性部件,其被支撑于上述出口盖,并向出口开关部件提供弹力。
