技术领域

背景技术
众所周知,许多液体或可倾倒的食品(如果汁、UHT(超高温处理过的)牛奶、酒、番茄酱等)以由无菌包装材料制成的包装出售。
典型的例子是称为Tetra Brik Aseptic(注册商标)的用于液体或可倾倒食品的平行六面体形状的包装,其通过密封和折叠层压带包装材料而制成。包装材料具有多层结构,其包括两面用热密封塑料材料层(例如,聚乙烯层)覆盖的例如纸基层。在用于长期储存产品(例如UHT牛奶)的无菌包装的情况下,包装材料还包括氧气阻隔材料层(例如,铝箔),其叠加在热封塑料材料层上,并且进而被形成包装的最终与食品接触的内表面的另一热封塑料材料层覆盖。

枕形包装在包装设备内如此获得,每个枕形包装具有纵向密封带、顶部横向密封带和底部横向密封带。
更详细地说,包装成形单元包括多个成形和密封组件,每个成形和密封组件在使用中形成管并横向密封管以获得单个包装。特别地,在横向密封之后或期间,每个成形和密封组件还横向地在两个连续包装之间切割管。
每个成形和密封组件包括用于横向密封管的密封钳,其用于通过局部压缩管并加热热密封包装材料来获得相应的横向密封部。
已知不同类型的密封钳,所述密封钳借助于特别是用于加热热密封塑料材料层的感应或超声波来操作。
通过超声波加热的密封钳包括超声变幅杆和砧座,超声变幅杆和砧座在使用中相互协作地压缩管并通过激活超声变幅杆来加热热密封塑料材料并因此将其熔化以形成密封的横向密封部。
典型的砧座包括分别沿第一轴线和第二轴线延伸并彼此上下布置的第一脊和第二脊。
该砧座还包括布置在所述第一脊和所述第二脊之间的用于容纳切割刀片的细长的贯通座(through-seat),切割刀片适于沿横向密封部横向切割管,从而限定最终包装的横向密封带。换句话说,切割刀片在使用中切割第一密封带和第二密封带之间的密封部,第一密封带和第二密封带基本上分别由砧座的第一相互作用表面和第二相互作用表面限定。第一密封带沿着管的前进路径位于第二密封带的上游。
第一脊和第二脊分别包括用于接触管的第一相互作用表面和第二相互作用表面。
此外,第一相互作用表面和第二相互作用表面分别包括第一凹槽和第二凹槽,每个凹槽适于接纳管的纵向接缝部的相应部分。

具体实施方式
数字1表示作为整体的包装设备,其用于从包装材料的幅材4的管3生产可倾倒食品(例如巴氏杀菌牛奶、果汁、酒、番茄酱等)的密封包装2。具体地,在使用中,管3沿着纵向轴线L延伸,特别是沿着具有垂直取向的轴线L延伸。
包装材料的幅材4具有多层结构(未示出),并且包括通常为纸的纤维材料层,其两侧覆盖有相应的热密封塑料材料层,例如聚乙烯层。
优选地,幅材4还包括气体和光阻挡材料层(例如,铝箔或乙烯乙烯醇(EVOH)膜)以及至少第一和第二热封塑料材料层。气体和光阻挡材料层叠加在第一热封塑料材料层上,并且又被第二热封塑料材料层覆盖。第二热封塑料材料层形成包装2的最终与食品接触的内表面。

由于密封带6a属于第一包装并且密封带6b属于沿着路径Q布置在第一包装的下游的第二包装,所以密封带6a和密封带6b在密封操作期间经受不同的密封条件。
由于本发明,可以考虑上述不同的密封条件并补偿形成密封带6a和密封带6b的包装材料部分的可能的不同性能。
特别地,本发明允许在密封操作期间改善对密封带6a和密封带6b内的温度的控制。特别地,可以控制温度以减少或防止在密封带6a内形成不需要的针孔,并且减少或防止在密封带6b内形成通道。
显然,可以对如本文所述的砧座33进行相应的改变,并相应地对密封钳29进行改变,然而不偏离如所附权利要求所限定的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于横向密封具有纵向接缝部(5)并沿着路径(Q)前进的管(3)的砧座(33);

所述砧座(33)的特征在于,所述第一表面轮廓不同于所述第二表面轮廓。
